Dear Team,

I had taken a home loan from SBI Jayanagar 4T block Bangalore branch in December 2021. In addition to home loan they had attached a life insurance policy of 10 years which was included in my EMI as well. Its been close to 1 year and with multiple follow ups with branch manager (Ms Padma and Ms Shobha) as well, they have not surrendered policy documents to me. I have been paying my EMI's on time but there is no support extended by the branch

      The seller had processed the refund of Rs.899 /- to my SBI bank account on 19 Nov 21 and it should have been credited by 22 Nov 21. The refund reference number is 843277.
      But I did not receive it till now and today is 17th december 2021.

        Complaints Not Attended (Incorrect trxs) from Aug 2019

        Address: Mira Road (East), Mumbai

        Complaints [protected], [protected], [protected] were raised on Aug 22nd 2019 with SBI. Rs.3600 trxs amount were reduced which were not initiated by me.

        I was not in India after raising the complaints and no one bothered to inform me via email or sms about the status. My brother visited the Branch and they mentioned those were closed without any status history. I have been following up with them for past 2yrs on reinstating my...

        Complaint regarding charging payment dishonour fees

        Even after paying full outstanding balance before due date SBI Card has falsely charged payment dishonor fees and financial charges.
        Has SBI started new business of looting customers.
        waive these charges...

        Hii sir
        I have order a kurta pajama and waist coat from amazon on 1/11/2021 and i have returned the order as item was missing qnd order it is[protected] and amazon initiated my refund on 09/11/2021 and i still didn’t recieved the money in my bank account and amazon has provided me a refrence no regarding this transaction[protected] this is the refrence no plz help me get my amount back

          I got message from BZ-ATMSBI that "Dear customer, transaction number 000611 for Rs3999.00 by SBI Debit Card X4005 at JZXFA3XK on 16Dec21 at 21:53:29. If not done forward this SMS to [protected] or call [protected]/[protected] to block card"
          I received twice this messages. Totally 8000 debited from my SBI account. When I saw transaction details in net banking app it says transaction "by debit card OTHPG 004810 WWW AJAYIND.COM +[protected]"
          without any OTP money got deducted from the debit card.

            Dear sir,

            With reference to the above subject, my savings account debited every years for an amount of rs.3, 538.80/-without any intimation. I am an uneducated person and i do not use any bank cards (Debit /credit card). However, banks provide sbi credit cards. This card is still not open as also pin also not generated for the same even though rs. 7, 077/- has been debited in the last 2 years from my savings account. Please note that the bank debited this amount without any intimation. For your information, my monthly salary is only rs. 8000/- and i am working as a security guard. This amount is too much for me.

            I would request you to please look into the matter and refundthe amount of 7, 077/-   as also deactivate his card too.

            Dear Balram! Thank you for sharing your details. We will connect with you at the earliest. We request you to remove the comment containing your contact/card details, for security reasons.
            I have a similar complaint wrt sbi card. The sbi bank staff force you to subscribe to card, without informing of how the charges are billed. The card that i received was not used a single time or even activated but i was billed over 50k rupees over the years. A half dozen application form are given to sign with assurance that all details will be filled by the staff. They just take my signatures. This is a well planned fraud by the sbi card company to loot innocent people who are not tech savy and dont know how credit cards work. Being a PSU one would expect that the public's grievances' would be addressed immediately and FAIRLY without looking at the fine print BUT ITS THE OPPOSITE. Publics money being looted by this PSU...and for who???
            I have given complaints since over a month but the issue still not addressed, meanwhile i am still being looted.

            One of my neighbours had a similar experience. He is an uneducated person and can barely write his name. The SBI credit card sales agent made him sign on some papers saying that he will get a card for free. The person signed the papers and a credit card was mailed to him. But my neighbour didnt know how to use a credit card so he kept the packet sealed in his home and forgot about that. Now after 3 years a recovery agent comes to his home and demands about 11, 000 rupees and threatens to lodge an FIR against him.
            All these years an annual amount of 7000 was auto debited from his SBI account every year. Can anyone tell what can be done in this situation. His bank balance is zero and whatever little savings he had are all gone.

                        last four months continued over due fees deduct rs. 600/- and gst.
                        You are fooling me every month pay over due amount 600? why?
                        one time over due amount pay but every month i can't pay. Please reverse last 3 three months over due amount

                              Money Debited from My Account By Name OTHPG

                              This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of INR 5599
                              My account is debited with the name of OTHPG with rs 5599 when i got a message from bank to debited from account. I check my transaction in internet banking it shows (OTHPG www.shamyakk.com +[protected] transaction type others)
                              i never use card online and never share card details to anybody
                              please give me a solution

                                  SBI has deducted Rs. 106.20 on dated 13/12/2021 in the name of DOM surcharge/tips/rates/diff dtd. Please let me know why these charges are applicable on me and why these are deducted.
