Sir,

I have ordered two products on Amazon on 29 November 2021 via Debit Card. Refund was initiated for two products by Amazon on 9th December 2021. It was expected to be credit on 13 & 14 December.
Expected Credit on: 13 Dec 2021+ ₹370.95
Expected Credit on: 14 Dec 2021+ ₹463.93
Still I didn't get the refund.
One of the products Amazon cancelled from their end. So I cant pull up its details
For the second product, it is written there to contact the bank if the refund was not credited on 14th December.
I called the customer care and they are saying they cant help.
Please help to get back the money.

      Amount of 2832 deducted from my SBI debit it card at 99999999 on 14th dec in the morning. I didn’t initiate it and nor did I receive any otp.

        I ordered a product (Brinton UV Doux Gold Sunscreen Gel SPF 50) from amazon app. Because of some reasons, I returned it to the seller. They have already initiated refund from their side but I still haven't got my money back.

          I have received the RRN number which is 00236301337033614086950 through my email. But my account is not reflecting the amount in my account.
          It has already been 10 days since I received the RRN number. I have received no message also that my account is credited with certain amount yet.
          Therefore, I kindly request to look into the matter as soon as possible.

            Today, I visited to my bank where my account belongs to, and talk about my refund process and get a negative response ...i said that sir i didn't get my refund yet and now already 18+ days... And the number 1 desk asked me to give my account number... I gave it... She was like no idea about it and manage came out asked me a question... Did you pay, Cash on Delivery?
            I said :yes
            Manager: then it is not possible to get ur refund and it's not our concern, go and talk to ur Amazon customer care and tell them to refund through Amazon pay balance...
            And i told him that sir, Amazon company already transact money to ur bank and they gave me transaction reference number...
            Manager said go and talk to ur customer care...
            The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].
            I don't know what to do and i search on YouTube found about consumer complaints... Help me sir

              I have ordered 8 items in a single order from Flipkart. However due to some issues I have cancelled the order and I got refund for only 4 items, for the other 4 items flipkart says they have done the refund and asked me to check with bank. I have reached out to banks customer care but they asked me reach out to home branch which would be impossible as I am out of state . I tried to submit a complaint in sbi forum, however it asked me for a reference number/transactionid which starts with IG but there isnt any in my account statement. Flipkart provided me a reference number 929111. I only can share the reference number that flipkart have
              Can't share the bank details.

                I have ordered quenixo anti crack silicone foot protector on[protected] from Amazon.as they were damaged I requested for refund.
                Amazon initiated the refund on[protected] and it was expected to come within 5 days[protected].
                Amazon gave me the refund reference no.[protected], but the SBI bank has still not credited my money.
                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                    My self Nishant Patel would like to inform you that many a times I have intimated SBI bank regarding my financial situation and as of now I'm not in a state to pay my credit card dues. Still the SBI officials are harassing me and giving a threathing calls. I'm totally into mental stress. Below are the brief detail.date: 19/04/21, I received a call from SBI recovery agent stating that he is speaking on behalf of SBI legal department, call me on official landline number. His mobile number is [protected] and employee id 329864. On calling back to his mobile number from my cell phone that person is not responding. Now I will seek compensation from SBI in the name of harassing and threatening.

                    Date is 8th April 2021 when I started receiving call. Recovery agent communication was not in a proper way. He abuse me, my staff members and colleagues. Inspite of repeated request for not call on official landline number from my colleagues, recovery agent started deforming them. Your SBI guideline/ SOP/protocols says to harassed or threaten the customers? Not even in RBI guideline it's written. Recovery agent was not professional at all. Can u please send me his name and employee number. Recovery agent will rupture my reputation, my privacy shall be disclosed to everyone, I'll be jobless, recovery agent shall harrassed other employees also where I'm working. Yesterday I received sms also after blocking his number. I[censored] can't take action against him, then I'll have to take action. There are others customers also he is dealing with them. What about them? Bank hasn't given recovery agent rights to cross their limits. No customer can tolerate or listen to such conversation. Mean while I have had a words with customer care executive also. Reponse from customer care executive was no recovery agent are authorised for harassing and threatening. On enquiring the mobile number from which I had received call is not traceable. I'm a middle class common man, there is no way of cheating with the bank. U might also have faced some financial issue in the past or may be facing.


                    Myself nishant patel mobile no: [protected], is having an outstanding of rs. 65000 on SBI credit card [protected]. But to some financial issues and family issue I'm not able to make the payment. I told the bank that once I get financially strong I will make the payment. Today date: 08/04/21 I received a call from SBI recovery agent mobile number: [protected]. agent started harassing and threatening personally, professionally. He said he will contact MD, chairmain, HR department and other staffs of the organization where I am working and my relatives. He also said that he will leave me jobless and will rapture all my reputation. Recovery agent is communicating me on official landline number where I'm working. My family knows everything thing about my credit card outstandings. This is not the way of communication. I’m not saying that I will not pay. Recovery agents are taking home visit also. Today 09/04/21, recovery agent sent me an threatening messages. He behave very rudely and use abuse language. In reponse I also replied rudely.

                    Kindly help me. Also recovery agent is calling me from alternate number stating he is speaking from legal department changing his identity.

                    Few days back without a legal notice from SBI, I received a call and message for attending a lok Adalat. No prior legal notice received from SBI end for attending the court.

                      I applied for an ‘SBI SimplyClick’ Credit Card on 5th Dec, 2021. On the next day, i.e 6th Dec, 2021 an SBI Representative (wearing company uniform) visited my house and completed the eKYC process. He wrote SBI ‘SimplyClick’ Credit Card on the application form in front of me and said the card would be delivered in one week time.
                      Today on 10th Dec, 2021 an SBI card was delivered through courier and to my utter disbelief, it is a totally different credit card reading ‘Max SBI Card’.
                      This kind of horrible mistake is just unacceptable and ridiculous.
                      I want this wrong card to be cancelled immediately and the original card which I applied for and eKYC was taken be delivered as soon as possible i.e ‘SBI SimplyClick Credit Card’.
                      Also, my CIBIL Score should be unaffected for this negligence from SBI’s part for which the customer has to suffer for absolutely no mistake from my end.

                        I have problem with Airtel PGSI Mumbai There is regular debit on monthly basis Rs.588 to Rs.2035 totally rs.8072 debited from my sbi credit Card .dated from 12.10.2019 to 12.05.2020, this amount is debited from my credit card without any OTP
                        Kindly check and close in this type of process and refund my total amount of Rs.8072 on urgent basis.I have major problem.

                            Amount not credited back on reporting Fraud transaction of Rs. 1 Lakh

                            This is regarding a fraud that had taken place on 28 May 2021. An amount of around 1 Lakh Rs. had been debited from my SBI account. A QR code was sent to me by a person. He said that this is for course registration but the total amount of Rs 99, 461 was deducted, in 6 consecutive transactions.

                            I had registered the complaint to SBi on the same day. And following up on it since date. But still the money has not been credited...

                            I ordered a silicon socks from Amazon on 25th November. The order I'd of the product is[protected]. Price of that product is 284rs.Amazon initiated the refund on[protected] but still I dint get the refund. Money did not credited to my account. And the refund reference number is[protected]

                                  I purchased a product from amazon on 16 november 2021 of amount 499 and returned on 20 november 2021 . i made 469 rupees payement online using my sbi debit card and 30 rupees from amazon pay balance but not received my refund for bank payment of rupees 469 and amazon intiated refund also gave Refund reference number VMRNJHSG0000KVJYQAIA
