Sir I personally visited your branch Manager for taking Education Loan of my Daughter Sujata Bharti, Who is B.COM ( Hons ) and qualify for MBA Post Graduate Course at Bangalore Based Institute- “ ACHARYA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND SCIENCES “ When I asked to your Branch Manager, he could not reply satisfactory answer regarding procedure And what Documents required, and how I can get education loan for my daughter, H e become angry to me and his reply was in rough manner, which I feel vary bad. If he can not treat well With customer just like me, how anybody prospect cooperation from your Branch Manager of SBI JHARIA BRANCH Code -1225. Only he replied If you are owner of House and permanently resident of Jharia and the house is in your name Then I will talk with you otherwise you may go. Sir I request you to kindly control over the behavior of Your Branch Manger of SBI JHARIA BAZAR CODE-1225 and guide me how a person can get education loan from SBI and what documents required. The conduct of your branch manger of SBI JHARIA BAZAR BRACH CODE-1225 is not follow the basic Principle of citizen charter but the activity of branch manager is just like a dictator, there are so many charges and complain lodged against this branch by several customer of this branch. You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action, So that your customer may satisfy with Bank services. Thanking You.     Hi Team, I am Vineel Nirogi. Today I met an incident where SBI branch, Punganur, Chittoor(dist) Andhra Pradesh. Accountant, Branch Manager is saying Personal Accident Insurance Mandatory while opening the account. Below is the conversation happened. Entered into the bank and asked for new account opening form. Accountant demanded for Rs.1000/- for giving the form. Paid it and collected the form. Filled in all the fields in application. I have seen a form for "Personal Accident Insurance". And went to accountant and asked if it is mandatory. Accountant said it is mandatory and it costs me Rs.500/- Later I asked it is available at Rs.100/-, 200/-, 500/- and I would like to go with Rs.100/-, Accountant replied Rs.100/- was only for last year and now it is not available and minimum is Rs.200/- I replied to accountant "It is not mandatory" in any branch, I dont want to apply for that. She asked me to contact Cheif Manager. Below is the conversation Me: Good Afternoon Sir, Branch Manager: Yes Me: "I came for opening the account for my Mother-in-law and for that, Accountant is saying "Personal Accident Insurance" is Mandatory. But I don't want that. We are already paying LIC to my Mother-in-law.Is it Mandatory to pay for insurance to open the account?" Branch Manager(Angry and started shouting): Yes, this is not of my interest. This is been proposed by PM Narendra Modi and as per the SBI It will be good if you pay it. Me: But, I don't want it Sir, we are already paying LIC premium to Mother-In-Law Branch Manager(With increasing voice): They why do you need account? I have been seeing you from morning 10:00AM fighting for just Rs.100/-.(Village people around started telling, we are also paying it.. It is just Rs.100/-) Me: Its not about Rs.100/-. It is not required for us. Why should we pay. Branch Manager: "SO YOU DONT WANT IT" Me: yes. Immediately he started tearing off the "Personal Accident Insurance Form" and asked me "Do you really need the account?" Me: Yes Branch Manager wrote on top of my application "No insurance" and have put it aside WHAT IS THE CRIME HERE? This branch serves many villages nearby and many illiterates. They doesn't even know meaning of insurance. If they ask at accountant level Rs.500/- is mandatory and If you ask again the same person Rs.200/- is mandatory. If you ask the Bank's Chief Manager Rs.100/- is Mandatory. If you fight with him then it is not mandatory.If there are 1 lakh applications and if it is mandatory to Rs.200 in avaerage. Total amount will be Rs.2, 00, 00, 000/- If this is their calculation Isn't it a fraud? This is my complaint.

      I have deposited Rs-50, 000 to SBI Dual Advantage Fund-Series VIII on 02.04.15. The Check no was 505234.But the deposition date was over. Therefore, as per clause of the fund the would have been re-funded, but till date the amount is not re-funded. Pl do the needful to re-fund the amount as early as possible.         I Rajesh Kumar, having an account in Antop Hill, Mumbai branch. for the last two months i visited 6 times to the bank to open a new account in the name of my wife. But every time the staffs of this branch tells us that we are not opening any account. I want to know how you can deny to open an account. My mobile no is [protected]

          Refund not credited for a failed transaction even after two months. On calling customer support they give excuse and create new complaint no every time. They don't have a toll free number, every time I call had to spend more than 25 rupees as the executive receives the call after 15 minutes only. Three times I made them create new complaints. Now they are saying it will take 45 to 120 days to process this complaint, where merchants refund amount in max one week for failed transaction. Transaction date: 23th March. Merchant: GoIBIBO.COM Using SBI credit card. SBI Credit card registered no: [protected]@gmail.com Registered contact no: [protected] Amount:5193 Communication with customer care executives: 2nd April: Customer support executive: Vishal adhikary Complaint no: 1-hc930n Solution provided: Will be refunded within one week. 24th April: Customer support executive: Vidyasagar Complaint no:[protected] Solution provided: Said that previous complaint no is not valid. Created new complaint & said amount will be refunded in one week. 29th April: Customer support executive: Jagadish damodaran Complaint no: 1-[protected] Solution provided: Said that previous complaint no didn't process for some reason. Created new complaint & said amount will be refunded in one week. 7th May: Customer support executive: Aaishwarya She said that its in process and will take 45 days to 120 days. Please help me.

              Bearing Ac No. [protected] Name : Bhim Sujee Add : Mgasong/Tmpreng/ 782485 CSP Operator : SBI Kiosk Banking : Tumpreng 3A840636 The Manager of the link branch under Dongkamokam SBI have written the pass book financial entry and now the branch is closed. after checking in other branch it is found NIL in amuont. In total 17000 Rupees is pocketed by the Manager. so i would like to complain to the forum against the Manager and Donkamokam SBI for not interested in the recovery of my amount.

Kindly note that all DEBITS for Mar'2015and April -2015, have been honoured and there are no ECS return.                         SIR i have got a message to my registered mobile number at 2:41 AM hrs on 11/05/15 that my a/c no *****733072 debited INR 20, 000.00 ON 11/05/15 SWEEP TFR D.i requested you to credit of above amount to me & hope no such transaction occur without my permission.thank u.pls ensure i get them back immediately.

                          Under 5% Cash back offer I made a purchase of Reliance Connect Washing machine at Teliance Digital, Kakinada, East Godavari Dist.(A.P) on 21/04/2015 and swiped my Debit card no.[protected] against C#53600000 Dt.210415 17:55:39for an amount of rs.17, 735.03. But till date the Cash back remittance is not reflected in my account statement. Will you please do the needful to credit the amount Rs.886.75(5% of total purchase as above) at the earliest?

                            sir, i have applied for new account in the month of february and i have wait for 15 days and after 15 days when i have not got atm card than i call on toll free no. [protected]. and they said to me that your atm has been dispatched and they provide me the speed post tracker no. EK[protected]IN and when i am checking this online than it is showing that consignment not found and after waiting for some days i call them back to register my complaint they said that there ism technical mistake so we are unable to register your complaint. they said to me this several times. and now today i call again and they said that the information which is displaying on system that we are telling you. so sir please provide me the suggestion.

                                  I don't know, what does these bank employee think of themselves, king queen and princess they don't have time to resolve customer issues and a excuse was there saying I don't know to resolve this, okay if you don't know then leave the job and let some deserving come in your place. I tried registering my a/c online coz I was aware of their behaviour but after registering i had to submit my form in the branch . So I went to my branch wasting money for my flight ticket nd again i was given new id pw there and created a confusion and also I was'nt able to log in so I went to branch again and the person sitting in the system room said he don't have time and it was my over smartness that i tried registering online by myself and the girl to whom he forwarded the work said she don't know to resolve. Oh please you people are no one to talk that rude to me and the employee in sbi diphu branch behave very rudely to every customer except their acquaintance people. If they are educated teach them some good manner.

                                    Myself Ravi Awasthi, i hv an saving bank a/c in SBI, but i am having problem during the payment of passport via atm cum debit card. They are asking an one time password, which i don't know. whenever i am giving any password, it showing error and card blocking msgs. But my card is fine. So pls help me out of this.                                       I had tried to deposit 3000 rs on[protected] at around 2 P.M through CDM(Cash Deposit Machine).After inserting 3 notes of 1000 rs the CDM showed an error message of 'hardware erroe'.Amount of 3000 was not deposited at d same time machine didn't return back the money.After this people around there tried to deposit the money but failed to do so.Since it was saturday, after half time bank was closed so i could not inform any of the bank authority.I hd informed the guard present there.WAhat should i do??
