[protected] have registered complaint of deduction of 3800 rs during online txn through debit card on 12 sep. so on 29 sep. my complaint with ticket no.     Dated : 25.04.2015 To, The General Manager, State Bank of India, HYDERABAD. Respected Sir, Sub:- S.B.I. Life Insurance – Payment of Premium – Non-response from S.B.I. Adilabad main branch in payment of SBI Life Premium and misbehavior of Sri. Ramesh, Field Officer with customers – proper action request – Reg. *** I Sk. Meera R/o. Adilabad please to inform you the following facts for information and further action in the matter duly considering the problems faced by me, in payment of SBI Life premium. I am the Life Insurance Policy holder with Insurance Policy No. [protected] (Subh Nivesh). I have approached the S.B.I. Adilabad main branch for payment of Life Insurance Premium which is due in the month of April 2015. The S.B.I. Adilabad has not agreed to accept the premium neither in the shape of cash nor in the shape of cheque of other banks. The S.B.I. authorities have refused to receive the premium amount in cash and demanded for the payment through demand draft where as the other insurance companies or not insisting for payment in the shape of D.D., being an account holder of Andhra Bank, Adilabad requested the banker to accept the premium through cheque payable at Andhra Bank, Adilabad issued in favour of S.B.I. life insurance company ltd., duly indicating my Life Insurance Policy Number. Even then the banker has denied for receiving cheque also. Further I would like to inform you, that besides, refusing cash and cheque towards payment of my Life Insurance premium the behavior of Mr. Ramesh, Field Officer working in S.B.I. Adilabad (main branch) with me / customer was very bad is the main cause of my upset. On 25.04.2015 at 11:10 A.M I went to S.B.I. Adilabad (main branch) to meet the Chief Manager for explaining my problem in payment of premium within the time limit. Sri. Ramesh Field Officer S.B.I. Bank Adilabad who was sitting beside the seat of Chief Manager in his chamber, while I entered in to the chambers of Chief Manager he enquired about my visit I said that I want to see the Chief Manager but he has snatched the papers from my hands and stated that S.B.I. is no way concerned of other banks cheques in payment of S.B.I. life premium. The field officer has intentionally inter feared in to my issue without permission of Chief Manager and behaved rudely with me being a responsible bank official. Immediately I have informed same to the LDM Adilabad. Even after I meet and explaining my issue to the Chief Manager regarding payment of premium and non acceptance of other banks cheque or cash, as a result the payment of timely premium is being delayed. The Chief Manager has repeated the reply what the field officer has stated and expressed his inability and advised me to approach S.B.I. life Office or pay at Hyderabad. I felt that being an Chief Manager and head of the Bank he was not uttered nay word against the misbehavior of the filed officer Mr. Ramesh, Being a customer I felt that the State Bank of India is leading bank in the banking sector in the country and implementing several schemes in addition to insurance but it is unable to take the responsibility of a S.B.I. life customer to facilitate required service to the policy holder without any inconvenience. Therefore I Request to issue necessary orders to all SBI branches to take care of S.B.I. Life customers and facilitate to accept any banks cheques in payment of the premium, and go through the content in the memorandam and take necessary action at an earliest.       Hai this is ramesh babu from madurai. My sbi account no. [protected] and my cell no. [protected]. I was paid register fee rs.1100/- (One thousand one hundred only) to chokkikulam sub registrar office, madurai through online payment on 12.03.2015. Immediately rs.1100/- debited to my account. But not credited to chokkikulam sub registrar office, madurai account. So please consider my complaint and reverse my amount of rs.1100/- to my account.
      I was already complaint to sbi, therkuvasal branch manager and online customer care unit. But not satisfied. So i was complaint this to you. I was attached my registration department acknowledgement receipt and my account transaction statement details.

        The sbi branch at samakhiyali, kutch, gujarat branch code. 010188 in there is doesn't accepting money to deposit others a/c in same bank they who is the manager telling that this service has been eliminated last three month.But it's service still available in other branches as well as there is a sbi private bank working beside of sbi branch. I strongly suspect that it doing for helping that private bank also I am sure there is some conspiracy behind this illegal affair's

          Respected, I am a minor have started a savings account at the state bank of India vasant vihar branch indore, to my surprise when I demanded a debit card cum atm card the bank officials refused to cooperate and didn't even accept my application for debit card, I am unable to understand the reason behind this level of non cooperation to the coustomers. i am expecting an urjent response to my complaint as I strongly need a debit card and that was the sole reason for me opening the account. my details are- name- palash pandey acc. no-[protected] cif no- [protected] branch- vasant vihar branch, indore

            Respected, I am a customer of the bank of India vasant vihar branch indore, i am having a savings account, in which I have applied for the issue of debit cum atm card at the same branch and for which i was refused to without any valid reason, i think that this action of the bank authority is against the Jan dhan yojna launched by the p.m. when i tried to contact the authorities the refused to do so, which is unlawful. also not issuing a debit card to minors is against the bank's very own scheme. hoping for an early reply yours palash pandey

                  Sir Though my Interest rate in home loan account no. [protected] is always been in the range of 8% to 10% as per agreement. However, I am always being charged hire at around 12%. I had already registered one complaint of wrong interest rate charge. Acting on my complaint I got some refund. But original problem of overcharging still remain. Current month I am charged 17500 for balance of 1836000 which is around 11.5% though my present interest rate in 10% only. Similar situation prevails in all months. Kindly look into the same and arrange necessary correction and refund me the extra interest charged as well as extra interest charged due to higher capital balance(due to lesser amount paid in principal repayment).                     Dear Sir, We have complaint for SBI Branch - New Rajandra Nagar Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, Branch Code- 16156. Complaint :- I was going to SBI Branch New Rajendra Nagar Raipur Chhattsigarh for preparing a Demand Draft in working hours. But the Bank Staff told me Demand Draft is not prepare in Our Branch. Then next day my friend also go to bank for preparing Demand Draft. This day other bank staff is preparing Demand Draft. Now I also go to bank for prepare Demand Draft in working hours. But the Bank Staff told me demand draft is not generated in this bank and form is not available here and they advice to me prepare demand draft any other branch. I think that bank staff is not interesting to doing work properly and Bank staff Mr. Neeraj Kumar Verma to told me form is available in counter but we seen form is not available in counter. They given many type of excuse for not preparing demand draft. This is for your kind information and take necessary action further process please.                       April 27, 02:35AM IST, I got a call from [protected] number saying my ATM card is barred. He was talking in Hindi. He asked me to provide my ATM details. He also asked me to provide my ADHAAR card details. I gave him wrong details to see at what extent and what else information they are going to ask. Later I warned him that I'll lodge a complaint against you, he calmly replied anything you want to do, I'm blocking your card and transferring all the money to Indian Govt. True caller application is saying that the number is registered with name Raja mandal. The whole conversation gave me big laugh but I want to lodge this complaint and highlight these numbers so that you should take any action on it.

                        sir mera nam vakil khan h mera account no [protected] h jo ki sbi shaktinagar sonebhadra (up) mein h mere acc se 16feb ko 20000rs kat liye gaye the jiski complain maine branch k cashier ko same date mein application de di thi unhone bahut koshish ki magar zonal office se mr.B chandel ji ka kahna h customer ka paisa galat debit ho gaya h paise return karna h magar paise return nahi aaya sayad unhone kuch nahi kiya uske baad mein sbi manager Mr. Alok kumar singh se apni problem batayi to unhone kaha ki baad mein aao phir yeah silsila chalta raha magar unhone koi action nahi liya magar cashier ji ne apni puri koshish ki paise wapas late k liye mail kiya phone kiya but zonal office se no response meri aap se request h ki mujhe mere paise yeah week mein mere acc mein credit kar diye jaye nahi to mein ab sbi k khilaf 1 case karunnga next monday so pls immediate action for this letter

Sir, I have an account at SBI Ambedkar Nagar, Dakshinpuri and I have a Debit card also. on 16th April 2015 I went to one ATM machine counter at 17th Block Dakshipuri of SBI. I tried to withrow some cash through my debit card but in a vail. Then I return back to home. After some time I got a massage in my mobile Rs.5000 has been debited in your accout through your debit Card. Then I went to the back and given a written a complaint to Manager, State Bank of India, Ambedkar Nagar. Aslo given a writen a complaint to Ambedkar Police station also.                                 Dear Sir, I am account holder of Aundh (Parihar Chowk Branch) Pune having SB A/c No. [protected]. I visited your Nagras Road (New D.P.Road ) branch on 26/04/2015 for Pass Book printing . When I handed over the PB to the computer operator on window No.2, I was told that the Pass Book printing can not be done because account belongs to the other branch and I was told to go to the home branch. I was shocked to hear this because after CBS we can take the services from any branch in India. The concerned clerk was so arrogant that he even refused to obey his officer in charge Mr. Abhishek. Complaint Book was also not available with the Branch. I was told that it was in the custody of the Branch Manager who was not available in the branch. I am very sorry for the rude behaviour of the concerned single window operator and request you to take proper action for the refusal of PB printing.                                   my self Praveen Gupta customer of SBI Dewas Motibuglow Branch from last 20 year, i took home loan in April 2012 at int. @10.75% on floating term and subsiquiently it has reduced to 10.5 and 10.45 in July 2013 but from 07.11.2013 it was constantatly charged till date to 10.75% but as per SBI policy it has reduced to even up to 10.15 %. I understand from branch after regualr follow-up of last three month that this 10.15% is not applicable for old account holder and this rate change is not our control which i as customer do'nt understand . I m paying EMI regularly, so pl. let me clear and correct my interest rate and credit the additional amount along with interest . My Home loan A/C no [protected] . Dewas Motibuglow branch ( M. P.)

                                    I HV deposited a bank drafts in sbi branch I. P. Estate for Credit to DDA HOUSING NEW DELHI on 25.11.13. The payment still not credited to DDA HOUSING NEW DELHI and lying with the parking account of SBI I. P. ESTATE BRANCH. TWO THREE times I met the official of bank.                                       I had bought a property through public auction under SARFESI ACT2002. This auction conducted by STATE BANK OF INDIA Karur AS ON 11.12.2013. The auctioned property was Shortage of 507.75sq.ft. So many times I was complaint to SBI and Banking Ombudsman. but still I cannot received any response from SBI What can I do for the extent of my land. . I was conducted the municipal Surveyor.                                       Sub: PURCHASE OF BUILDING FROM SBI KARUR UNDER SARFACI ACT – SHORTAGE OF LAND 507.75 SQ.FT.

                                      I had purchased the property from State Bank of India, Karur Branch. (Under Public Auction- SARFACI ACT - 2006) In the Bank Sales Certificate and other relevant documents have mentioned the property is 3761.75sq.ft. But the entire building is 3254Sq.ft. only. (The bank was not delivered the Municipal Survey map and Building Plan Approval copy) I was already complaint to you as on 05.12.2013 (Complaint No.[protected]) and I also move to Karur Municipality with (ex-owner letter) and I get the plan approval duplicate copy and this copy was attested by the State Bank of India. Karur.
                                      I had received the Survey map from Karur Municipality as on 14.03.2014.But I was not understand my exact area.The entire map was different from the Building. The shortage of the area is 507.75 sq.ft.only.I already met the Branch Manager he told me after sales I cannot give any service from SBI and hence I have move the Municipal Serveyor he told me the property was purchsed by you fromState Bank of India under SARFACI ACT and you should conduct the Bank.
                                      I have complaint to SBI (Complaint No. RO[protected] dated 06.11.2014) but I cannot receive any reply from SBI.
                                      I request you Please extent the area of my land 507.75 sq.ft. or refund the money with damages.
