        THATS NOT DONE SIR. I WENT TO THE SBI BRANCH NITHARI SECTOR 31. I HAVE TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY URGENTLY IN MY ELDER'S BROTHER SBI ACCOUNT BUT HE'S ACCOUNT WAS IN SECTOR 26 SBI BRANCH. AND IT WAS GET SIFTED IN SECTOR 52 AND IT IS NOT EASY FOR ME TO GO THERE AND DEPOSIT SO I THOUGHT TO DEPOSIT FROM THERE. AND WHEN I WENT THERE I FILLED THE DEPOSITION SLIP AND WENT TO THE CASH COUNTER BUT THERE IS NOBODY. I TOLD THE OTHER PERSON TO DO THAT WORK BUT HE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS SHORTAGE OF STAFF. AND HE IS FREE AT THAT TIME. IF THERE IS SHORTAGE OF STAFF THAT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM IT'S YOUR PROBLEM. YOU HAVE TO MANAGE THAT. I FACE A LOT OF PROBLEMS THAT DAY. THAT'S IT.

          Dear Sir, I am a defence (Indian Navy) pensioner with PPO.No.09/97/B/S002588/2009, and pension account No.[protected] in State Bank of India BARHAJ(3622) Branch, Dist : Deoria(UP) 274601. I have forwarded my life certificate duly verified by SBI Manager of Majiwade Thane branch by registered post during Nov 2014. There was no action taken by my home branch, so my pension was stopped from Dec2014. I complained on SBI pension section Toll Free number in Mar 2015, They said please go to your home branch in Uttar Pradesh which was very difficult for me as I am staying in Mumbai(Thane). But I went to my home branch Barhaj on 06 Apr 2015 and submitted all the documents to Branch Manager and he assured me twice that my pension will start from this month. Today again I called SBI pension toll free number, they said my Life Certificate is not submitted thats why my pension is not being credited. In view of the above kindly guide me what to do next?             Dear sir, Am Shihabudeen (salvage buyer) Coimbatore. Last year i had got the wreck of the vehicle amaze TN48AB6246 from royal Sundaram insurance... for Rs.142000 . The insured name is k. Paranthaman who is a owner of that vehicle he got loan for that vehicle Rs.675000 . from state bank of india trichy town branch. Loan a/c no is [protected]. And then he is the SB account holder in state bank of india trichy thillai nagar branch.. I had paid amount for that vehicle as 2 dd's and cash...details as follows Sbi dd of Rs.30000 dd number 309641 dated 21.06.14 Sbi DD of Rs.90000 dd number 309769 dated 25.06.14 (These two dd's are named loan account ) And Rs.22000 as cash given to Mr.paranthaman The insurance company given Rs.482000 cheque details HDFC cheque Rs.482000 no. 926481 dated 7.7.14 named as state bank of india.. (Not mentioned as customer name). Total amount given Rs. 624000 . loan account holder already paid some due for loan account... As per this calculation that loan account has been closed .. Am waiting for that NOC nearly one year... But no response from Mr.Paranthaman.. Now mr. Paranthaman is escaped to somewhere else... So now am go to the bank and asking about noc... Am getting shocked. Mr. Paranthaman deposits that insurance cheque which is named as state bank of india to his own SB account in Trichy Thillai nagar branch...with the help of that bank manager ... he dropped amount and got escaped. Please kindly take action for this activity

                I had purchased a land under public auction SARFACI ACT 2002.This auction conducted by STATE BANK OF INDIA KARUR BRANCH. This documents mentioned 3761.75 sq ft. but the area of the land was3254 sq ft.I was complaint to STATE BANK OF INDIA So many times. but I cannot received any reply from SBI. ( SBI was not to give the proper documents- Municipal Survey map and Building Plan Approval copy) I sent the lawyer notice to bank but I cannot received any resonse from bank. and I also approach the municipality with previous owner letter and get the plan approval copy.. How can recover the property or the land value of money Rs.10.00.000

                  Dear sir, Iam a Savings A/C holder of SBI branch at Sainik School Kunjpura, Karnal, Haryana (bank code - 2400) My A/C No. is [protected]. I have net banking ac also. On 11 April 2015, I made two payments through net banking a) one of Rs/ 150 to BSNL online recharge of mobile phone ( Transaction Ref No - IG00WBVQW6) b) second of Rs/- 98 to Bharti Airtel for renewal of my internet pack (Transaction Ref no. - IG00WBWO17) Both the transactions failed . When I enquired from BSNL and Bharti Airtel They responded that money did not reach their accounts hence no transaction was made. When I asked about the same to the Manager of above mentioned branch, he told me that the money is deducted from my account and transactions are completed from Bank's side.                     This is Mr. Rajendra Mohile, I have a savings bank account in SBI, BKC branch. I have availed Education loan from SBI, BKC in the name of my daughter Ms Ashita Mohile. Loan account no [protected]. I visited the bank on 28/04/15, at around 02.30pm and asked for Loan account statement and interest certificate for the financial year. The attending person told me that i will be issued only one of the two. I was given only account statement for the financial year. I would like to make a complaint about this matter of not issuing the demanded documents which i am entitled to.

                        Dated : 25.04.2015 To, The General Manager, State Bank of India, HYDERABAD. Respected Sir, Sub:- S.B.I. Life Insurance – Payment of Premium – Non-response from S.B.I. Adilabad main branch in payment of SBI Life Premium and misbehavior of Sri. Ramesh, Field Officer with customers – proper action request – Reg. *** I Sk. Meera R/o. Adilabad please to inform you the following facts for information and further action in the matter duly considering the problems faced by me, in payment of SBI Life premium. I am the Life Insurance Policy holder with Insurance Policy No. [protected] (Subh Nivesh). I have approached the S.B.I. Adilabad main branch for payment of Life Insurance Premium which is due in the month of April 2015. The S.B.I. Adilabad has not agreed to accept the premium neither in the shape of cash nor in the shape of cheque of other banks. The S.B.I. authorities have refused to receive the premium amount in cash and demanded for the payment through demand draft where as the other insurance companies or not insisting for payment in the shape of D.D., being an account holder of Andhra Bank, Adilabad requested the banker to accept the premium through cheque payable at Andhra Bank, Adilabad issued in favour of S.B.I. life insurance company ltd., duly indicating my Life Insurance Policy Number. Even then the banker has denied for receiving cheque also. Further I would like to inform you, that besides, refusing cash and cheque towards payment of my Life Insurance premium the behavior of Mr. Ramesh, Field Officer working in S.B.I. Adilabad (main branch) with me / customer was very bad is the main cause of my upset. On 25.04.2015 at 11:10 A.M I went to S.B.I. Adilabad (main branch) to meet the Chief Manager for explaining my problem in payment of premium within the time limit. Sri. Ramesh Field Officer S.B.I. Bank Adilabad who was sitting beside the seat of Chief Manager in his chamber, while I entered in to the chambers of Chief Manager he enquired about my visit I said that I want to see the Chief Manager but he has snatched the papers from my hands and stated that S.B.I. is no way concerned of other banks cheques in payment of S.B.I. life premium. The field officer has intentionally inter feared in to my issue without permission of Chief Manager and behaved rudely with me being a responsible bank official. Immediately I have informed same to the LDM Adilabad. Even after I meet and explaining my issue to the Chief Manager regarding payment of premium and non acceptance of other banks cheque or cash, as a result the payment of timely premium is being delayed. The Chief Manager has repeated the reply what the field officer has stated and expressed his inability and advised me to approach S.B.I. life Office or pay at Hyderabad. I felt that being an Chief Manager and head of the Bank he was not uttered nay word against the misbehavior of the filed officer Mr. Ramesh, Being a customer I felt that the State Bank of India is leading bank in the banking sector in the country and implementing several schemes in addition to insurance but it is unable to take the responsibility of a S.B.I. life customer to facilitate required service to the policy holder without any inconvenience. Therefore I Request to issue necessary orders to all SBI branches to take care of S.B.I. Life customers and facilitate to accept any banks cheques in payment of the premium, and go through the content in the memorandam and take necessary action at an earliest.                           Hai this is ramesh babu from madurai. My sbi account no. [protected] and my cell no. [protected]. I was paid register fee rs.1100/- (One thousand one hundred only) to chokkikulam sub registrar office, madurai through online payment on 12.03.2015. Immediately rs.1100/- debited to my account. But not credited to chokkikulam sub registrar office, madurai account. So please consider my complaint and reverse my amount of rs.1100/- to my account.
                          I was already complaint to sbi, therkuvasal branch manager and online customer care unit. But not satisfied. So i was complaint this to you. I was attached my registration department acknowledgement receipt and my account transaction statement details.

                            The sbi branch at samakhiyali, kutch, gujarat branch code. 010188 in there is doesn't accepting money to deposit others a/c in same bank they who is the manager telling that this service has been eliminated last three month.But it's service still available in other branches as well as there is a sbi private bank working beside of sbi branch. I strongly suspect that it doing for helping that private bank also I am sure there is some conspiracy behind this illegal affair's

                              Respected, I am a minor have started a savings account at the state bank of India vasant vihar branch indore, to my surprise when I demanded a debit card cum atm card the bank officials refused to cooperate and didn't even accept my application for debit card, I am unable to understand the reason behind this level of non cooperation to the coustomers. i am expecting an urjent response to my complaint as I strongly need a debit card and that was the sole reason for me opening the account. my details are- name- palash pandey acc. no-[protected] cif no- [protected] branch- vasant vihar branch, indore

                                Respected, I am a customer of the bank of India vasant vihar branch indore, i am having a savings account, in which I have applied for the issue of debit cum atm card at the same branch and for which i was refused to without any valid reason, i think that this action of the bank authority is against the Jan dhan yojna launched by the p.m. when i tried to contact the authorities the refused to do so, which is unlawful. also not issuing a debit card to minors is against the bank's very own scheme. hoping for an early reply yours palash pandey

MANAGER TO THE OPEN A ACCOUNT BUT HE TOLD ME SOME DEMANDS OF MONEY(Rs. 1400) WHEN I SAY I CANNNOT ABE TO GIVE YOU ANY MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING A ACCOUNT THEN HE USE A LOT OF ABUSE LANGUAGE AND HIS BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD, HE DEMANDED Rs.1400/- TO OPEN A ACCOUNT. FINALLLY, SIR PLEASE HELP ME TO OPEN A ACCOUNT IN SBI BRANCH IMMEDIATELY. I WISH YOU SHOULD BE TAKE A HARD ACTION ABOUT THIS THING...

                                      Sir Though my Interest rate in home loan account no. [protected] is always been in the range of 8% to 10% as per agreement. However, I am always being charged hire at around 12%. I had already registered one complaint of wrong interest rate charge. Acting on my complaint I got some refund. But original problem of overcharging still remain. Current month I am charged 17500 for balance of 1836000 which is around 11.5% though my present interest rate in 10% only. Similar situation prevails in all months. Kindly look into the same and arrange necessary correction and refund me the extra interest charged as well as extra interest charged due to higher capital balance(due to lesser amount paid in principal repayment).                                         Dear Sir, We have complaint for SBI Branch - New Rajandra Nagar Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, Branch Code- 16156. Complaint :- I was going to SBI Branch New Rajendra Nagar Raipur Chhattsigarh for preparing a Demand Draft in working hours. But the Bank Staff told me Demand Draft is not prepare in Our Branch. Then next day my friend also go to bank for preparing Demand Draft. This day other bank staff is preparing Demand Draft. Now I also go to bank for prepare Demand Draft in working hours. But the Bank Staff told me demand draft is not generated in this bank and form is not available here and they advice to me prepare demand draft any other branch. I think that bank staff is not interesting to doing work properly and Bank staff Mr. Neeraj Kumar Verma to told me form is available in counter but we seen form is not available in counter. They given many type of excuse for not preparing demand draft. This is for your kind information and take necessary action further process please.
