I have taken a car loan from SBI, Jakkasandra branch in August 2021. This branch has updated my EMI details incorrectly in their system on loan sanction date which has affected my Cibil score very badly from last 3 months. ECS debited from my account every month but Cibil report says I missed the payment for 3 months. I have raised 2 disputes from Cibil and still the EMI amount is reflecting incorrectly on Cibil report. They made me to suffer a lot from day one. I was continuously receiving the irregular charges message from SBI and same has been informed to branch manager through email. I have sent so many emails to this branch from September and I personally visited the branch to correct the mistake. They ran a new repayment schedule wherein the EMI amount is getting increased and they want me to pay the extra amount for their mistake. I have the valid agreement for loan and they cannot increase or revise the amount whenever they want.
Issue 1 : My Cibil report is showing missing payment from last 3 months even though ECS auto debited from my account and there is a completely data
mismatch in Cibil report like ROI, EMI amount, EMI Date, Late payment Etc. I also raised 2 disputes from Cibil and still the EMI amount is not
corrected.
Issue 2: My monthly EMI is 19, 923 as per the loan agreement but the EMI amount got increased when they ran the new repayment schedule and i was
asked to pay the extra amount to match the total or avoid the late payment fee. As per the agreement the EMI Date is given 04th of
everymonth and 1st month it was not auto debited on 04/08/2021 and i manually transferred the EMI amount on 06/08/2021 but again the
EMI auto debited on 10/08/2021, This is because they updated wrong EMI date in their system. I also paid extra Rs 600 upon the request of
this bank manager. They have taken 2050 as stamp charges and they charged me processing fee of Rs 3, 870 and they reversed Rs 2, 691 upon
my request. This is where the problem started and i started getting message from SBI stating your account is irregular.
I have reached all the higher levels in SBI including the nodal officer to fix this. Kindly help me to get this issue resolved. I have provided my loan details below and attached is the statement and new repayment schedule. I would really appreciate if you resolve this problem. Thank you so much for your help on this matter.
