Account of smart creations. We were having a OD account in this branch. We had clean track record, except for a few check bounces issued by us, DUE TO CARELESSNESS of SBI staff. A form for fresh ATM against blocked one(tkt no[protected] was submitted on counter no2 of SBI/5362/ektanagarbareilly/up. Ref a/c no [protected]. Seeing delay in service call centre has been contacted. Call centre informed that there is no input on the site, so pl contact home banch. Even my a/c could not be viewed on line, however loan a/c could be viewed. Pl look into it....
