Dear Sir or Madam: I’m holding SBI Credit Card since January, 2013. At the time of issuance of this SBI Credit Card # [protected], I was told by an executive that this is a free Credit Card for life time. Please close the following account in my name: Name on Credit Card : GAJANAN V JOG Credit Card Number : [protected] But this time again in January, 2015; my monthly Bill Statement reflected Annual Fee of Rs. 499.00. I called the Customer Care of SBI Cards and informed them to cancel the Card with immediate effect as do not want to use SBI Card, the communication ID No.[protected] Dtd. 5th January, 2015. Further, in my February bill Statement the Annual Fee has been reversed but surprisingly late fee Rs. 200 is applied. Again I called the Customer Care of SBI Cards and informed them about the communication ID No.[protected] Dtd. 5th January, 2015, the Executive replied that the amount of Rs. 200 will be reversed in 2-3 working days and will be informed to me by SMS, the communication ID No.[protected] on 3rd February, 2015. But till today I did not get any SMS, I called Customer Care of SBI Cards, the Executive started saying to pay the amount else there will be another penalty over this Rs. 200.00. Also, would like to mention that the same charges were levied Rs. 499.00 as Annual fees in last year bill Statement for the month of January, 2014. But after calling to the SBI Card Customer care executive and told him that this card was offered me for free for life time by your executive at the time of issuance, the whole amount was reversed without any late charges, was reflected in my February, 2014 bill Statement, the communication ID No.[protected] in January, 2014. I do not understand the logic here! When I do not want to use the SBI Credit Card and had informed SBI Cards in January, 2015; they continue to generate bill Statement with late charges, while I asked them to close the account. It is absolute unfair practice is going on at SBI Cards, which is nothing but to harass me for no fault. Now, before SBI Card starts compiling late fee charges over charges by continuing the Statement which is unfair, you are requested to look into the matter and kindly instruct the related Department to take a notice of cancellation. You are requested to arrange to send me written confirmation that my account has been closed. Also, please confirm that you have notified all appropriate credit card bureaus that this account was “closed by request of cardholder.” If there are any discrepancies between my records and yours, please contact me by mail at the address below or by phone at telephone number.       Sir,
      I recharge 500 hundred rupees through SBI mobile banking. The bank debited rupees from my account but recharge not done. I complain to customer care and Purulia State Bank three time But they do not any care about it. I recharge on 16/02/2015 I still did not get my money. Kindly help me.

          Dear SBI I want to surrender my SBI credit card. I am not able to connect to customer care, I have tried all numbers provided on your website. For the same reason I have signed for new SBI card but that was also unsuccessful SBICard Agent responded that he will assist only for new SBI card. I[censored]nluckily my card get stolen then this contacting customer service more or after two weeks will soon bring me on road.. So please take my card back. Regards Swapnil

            My grandfather was a pensioner, he got passed on 01 dec 2013.We had given information in bank regarding this and submitted all documents to transfer the pension to my grandmother.It has been 1 year 2 months passed away.Everytime when we try to take information regarding this bank official always say we have done your work sent your documents to treasury office.But when we went to treasury office they denied any document to receive.

              I am using SBI CC from last 3 Years and my Card no is 8361 Last month my statement amount was INR 5546 and I made a payment of INR 5000 before due date but in this month's statement I got the interest charges of INR 072, I cant understand If i made a payment before due date then why they have charge interest on Rs 546 instead of full amount. i am using CC of 5 banks but no other bank like city bank, icici bank charge interest in this way, I am very disappointed with this, As of now I already blocked my both primary and supplementary cards,

Said 'I m calling from sbi Mumbai for your atm related problem' he asked some queries and I told him because my atm was really not working from many days but after some time I did get transaction related messages and now I do not feel that my acc is safe so please do something..

                  Received a call from cell no.[protected] (vodafone Bihar-Jharkhand circle) on my husbands cell no.[protected] (my husband has passed away two years ago), caller speaks to me of my SBI debit card. As the caller could not identify the receiver being female and not male at first instance I suspected it was not the appropriate authority calling and was cautious and asked which account he was referring to and he began saying SBI account. I then said I had no debit card. He then questioned if I had no account in any Branch. He then clarified that he was speaking from RBI office Mumbai and he would close my account and the amount in my account would be deposited as Income tax. I then told him to go ahead and close the account and kept the phone. Earlier too I have received calls regarding my SBI credit card and outstanding dues of 95, 000/- when I don't use a credit card although I too have a SBI Account. In this case it was a female caller who even told me my account number when asked. There have been no monetary losses to me however, I am surprised as to how callers are getting information about your customers? Their mobile numbers, Account numbers?. Customers security is being compromised somewhere and this is not possible unless someone within the SBI staff is sneaking out information from your data base. Staff of Vodafone service provider too has informed that his security staff lost 4000/-. Staff of SBI i'm sure are awrare of several customers being victims of such cases recently where some didn't loose any money, some even 95000/- when msgs of account being emptied kept flashing on cell phone and by the time victim reached the bank, her account emptied.. Matter is serious and if the perpetrator/s from within is/are not taken to task, many more innocent people will suffer huge losses/hard earned money. Necessary preventive measures be put in place..

                    Sir, I'm ANNAYAPPA HG, My sbi sb A.NO.is [protected] in west of chord road branch (code 06497), Bangalore-560086. I have taken Re-issue of Internet banking user id & password (kit) after submission of written request in the above branch on dated 16/02/2015. I have requested the concerned manager over phone and also visited to the branch several times to request for the early activation to avoid inconvenience and they demanded another written request & again i submitted. In spite of several requests still till now they did not activate my Internet banking account.
                    Therefore it looks deliberate attitude of concerned officer in this regard.
                    Therefore am requesting the concerned higher authority to take necessary action in this regard.

Buldhana, Maharashtra I am very much regret to inform you that even after regular follow up with SBI Malkapur since last 6 months, till date SBI Malkapur could not able to rectify my name as "SANTHOSH KUMAR S/O. SHRI RAMACHANDRAN NAIR". On the assurance of branch manager of SBI Malkapur I personally met with him in his office and again submitted all the relevant documents to him and he assured me that within 2-3 days it will be rectified and the passbook for joint account will be issued immediately. Even after my regular follow up with bank I am very sorry to say that till today my account name could not rectified and again there is missing of letter"N" in the name SANTHOSH KUMAR. I think the concerned persons to whom the work given is not either taking his work seriously or otherwise he is an illiterate person. Please note that for a small work like rectification in the name of an account, SBI like a reputed bank taking more than 6 months then how such work will get done from the bank by a common man (Aam Aadmi). from below details you can very well seen that there is "N" missing from the name SANTHOSH KUMAR Earlier also I have given complaint but nothing could be done till date. You are agains requested to kindly rectify my name correctly as mentioned above and arrange to issue Passbook with corrected name at the earliest otherwise I am not having any alternate but to go for consumer protection forum, which please note.                                       Respected Sir, I have savings A/c with SBI Rabindranagar Branch, i went to withdraw cash from behala tramdipu branch ATM counter, but i have not get any cash from atm but tranjection slip was came from with no[protected] on dated 11-12-14 at 3.50pm. After that, I have raised my written complain to my bank branch manager on dated 24.12.14 to get get my cash in my account .but till now i have not get my balance in my account.                                         Dear sir, I, Akash Agarwal on behalf of my mother, Anita Agarwal, an account holder at SBI with following account details: Account holder Name : ANITA AGARWAL Account Number : [protected] ATM Card No. : [protected] BRANCH : SBI, Dhenkanal, ODISHA The bank claims that an overwithdrawal of Rs 35000 has been made through the aforesaid ATM card. Whereas this account does not carry any overdraft facility and they fail to prove any amount of overdraft after the latest passbook update as well. There was also some unauthorised transactions made through the account after the ATM card was found missing. But still the records do not show any overdraw made by the account till the ATM was blocked.Then suddenly we receive a notice regarding the overdraw. We gave a written complain regarding such baseless notice to the branch manager of the bank. A scanned copy of the complain receipt is attached with this complaint. And inspite of our repeated follow ups with the bank on this issue, they seem to ignore our pleas and do not give us any clear idea on the matter. They rather keep sending us notices about the additional interest on the amount withdrawn and threaten us against legal action. This is very much harrassing and we are tired at our efforts to solve this matter. The account holder being a widow and me staying out of town add to our existing misery.
