I am a 1st Year MBA student of IIM Indore. I have taken educational loan of 14.5 Lacs from IIM Indore SBI Branch. Prior to joining IIM Indore, I was working with Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. I resigned from my Job on 21st June, 2014 and after that my loan was sanctioned. It was mentioned that to avail interest subsidy the overall family income has to be below 4.5 lacs. In my family other than me my father is working. My personal income from my job was above 4.5 lacs but my father's income is only Rs. 72, 000 per annum. For the current financial year that is Jul, 14 to Mar'15 there is only my father in the family who is earning and his earning is Rs.72, 000/year only. Right now I am not employed and in the coming year also I will remain unemployed as I will be studying. When I contacted Mr. Pankaj Goyal, the former Branch Manager of SBI IIM Indore, that whether I was eligible to get Interest Subsidy, he told me that yes I was eligible and I submitted the required income details of my father in the month of June, 14 itself. In the mean time when I contacted him he told that it was under process and as Canara bank was looking after this so it would be declared after Nov, 14. Recently as there was no news from bank, I went to meet the Branch Manager(New) and he told that I am not eligible and also told that as the loan is already sanctioned nothing can be done at this moment. Whereas I submitted all the documents at the beginning itself in Jun, 14 and the documents are also there in the file which is with the Bank. They are not providing me any justification that why my documents were not processed or even if I was not eligible why I was not informed at that moment. I am facing lot of difficulties because of this. I will be highly obliged if you can kindly look into the matter so that it can be resolved.

    this is not a complaint. this is my experience. my sb account no [protected]/Padmmasini desikan and desikan srinivasan. some ten/tthirteen days back I made mistake on login PW and was blocked. I asked for PW by post as I did not get it I went to the branch and got the PW and tried after a day as suggested. the printing in the PW is not clear. you can view it as P/R/A or anything as a result the login is blocked for the day and I to go in for the same process. I do not mind going but the time is lost unnecessarily. I request you to make sure the printing is clearly visible. futhur you can make the process easier without making us to run to the branch. after all the entire thing is to avoid going to branch and crowding the branch. Futhur the PW can be received only from CM(PBD). he is already busy with the business growth specially in March. You may think of an alternative

      sbi rathtala branch code 6042 which recently sifted to a new destination has been converted into a nightmare for its customers. Arrogant clerk hardly help you out of any problem. neither they listen nor even behave friendly. long of que add salt with this. in one word it can be said that banking with sbi has become pathetic for me which forced me to close my account and choose a better service provider like axis bank. please do needful to fecilitate customers as you owe to consumers and not consumers to you. thanking you

          Dear Sir, Today I went to SBI in Mancherial Mian Branch to Deposit Cheque, I was in Que the teller was watcing me and there about to 20 Min after My turn came i gave the Cheque and he told me go to another counter, I asked him why didn't you Informed me early and all of the Sudden he stated Shouting at me telling do you have a brain or not, his name is Suresh and i also shouted at him, then he told me i will kick on your , is this kind of Customer Service and Treating in SBI and I Really got very much angry and i went back, you can watch in the CC footage how was he shouting at customers, please i beg every one please take an action agnist him, i went to branch manager Cabin also but he was not available there, he went to meeting, being a Reputed bank, i was ashamed my self that why i came to this bank, thanks for giving time to read this Mail. There was no Sticker or sign Boards in the Bank.

                  HI, My name is Sudhakar, i have requested for Life Style voucher against my rewards points. i have requested it on December 2014 and i got a message that my voucher will be delivered by January 13 2015 from first flight courier, but till now i have not received the voucher. i went to first flight courier office but they have not responded.so i called SBI customer care and requested for cancellation of that voucher, they have taken request on[protected] and provide me the Ref No :[protected] for the same. From that day i am receiving the calls from first flight & SBI customer care asking whether i have received the voucher or Not ? I say no then they are disconnecting the call. this call was repeated 11 times from both the customer care till now but they are unable to resolve my request. They unable to deliver the voucher OR cancel the reward request. I am getting irritated so before i s** them i want to go with consumer court. Please help to resolve this issue.

                    Hi, My name is V.Ravindranath a resident of Hyderabad, Telangana. My card no. [protected] As checked my mobile today(5th Mar'15) morning I have received 4 messages from Sbicard which of the 3 messages were of validating my card by APL*APPLE ONLINE STORE, AT& T QD GLF, AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR and said my card was successfully validated. The fourth message was of Transaction o[censored]SD108.90 made on my SBI card by AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR. When I went and checked in my Sbi card online account, there was a transaction made on 05/03/2015 by AT&T K004 9966 ESTOR BETHLEHEM US and Rs.7014.46 were debited from my SBI credit card account. Please let me know how can Sbi validate my Sbi credit card without my permission and allow to make transaction online without any OTP. Even when i want to recharge for a small amount it send me a OTP to my Mobile and allows to recharge, but here without my permission or OTP or Card how can SBI validate and allow such a huge transaction.                     is it true? OMG just I was thinking to have one CREDITCARD SBI, and even I am very rarely monitor my accounts statement so it wont suit me for such unsecured transactions happens.

                            I called SBI Card to stop card on 16 JAN in order to avoid annual fee which was about charge on next month. Got assurance that they are going to give me 2200 points which I can redeem and get my money back. After that I got the bill and saw annual fee and paid the same on time. In-order to get those points which was committed to me, I called several times, write more than 10 mails no resolution. Each time they are telling today eod, next 3days, next 5 days, after 3hrs it will get resolved. Always holding time is more than 20mnts while calling to customer care. I think I spend more than the amount of mobile bill while trying to contact to SBI Card.                               Dear Sir or Madam: I’m holding SBI Credit Card since January, 2013. At the time of issuance of this SBI Credit Card # [protected], I was told by an executive that this is a free Credit Card for life time. Please close the following account in my name: Name on Credit Card : GAJANAN V JOG Credit Card Number : [protected] But this time again in January, 2015; my monthly Bill Statement reflected Annual Fee of Rs. 499.00. I called the Customer Care of SBI Cards and informed them to cancel the Card with immediate effect as do not want to use SBI Card, the communication ID No.[protected] Dtd. 5th January, 2015. Further, in my February bill Statement the Annual Fee has been reversed but surprisingly late fee Rs. 200 is applied. Again I called the Customer Care of SBI Cards and informed them about the communication ID No.[protected] Dtd. 5th January, 2015, the Executive replied that the amount of Rs. 200 will be reversed in 2-3 working days and will be informed to me by SMS, the communication ID No.[protected] on 3rd February, 2015. But till today I did not get any SMS, I called Customer Care of SBI Cards, the Executive started saying to pay the amount else there will be another penalty over this Rs. 200.00. Also, would like to mention that the same charges were levied Rs. 499.00 as Annual fees in last year bill Statement for the month of January, 2014. But after calling to the SBI Card Customer care executive and told him that this card was offered me for free for life time by your executive at the time of issuance, the whole amount was reversed without any late charges, was reflected in my February, 2014 bill Statement, the communication ID No.[protected] in January, 2014. I do not understand the logic here! When I do not want to use the SBI Credit Card and had informed SBI Cards in January, 2015; they continue to generate bill Statement with late charges, while I asked them to close the account. It is absolute unfair practice is going on at SBI Cards, which is nothing but to harass me for no fault. Now, before SBI Card starts compiling late fee charges over charges by continuing the Statement which is unfair, you are requested to look into the matter and kindly instruct the related Department to take a notice of cancellation. You are requested to arrange to send me written confirmation that my account has been closed. Also, please confirm that you have notified all appropriate credit card bureaus that this account was “closed by request of cardholder.” If there are any discrepancies between my records and yours, please contact me by mail at the address below or by phone at telephone number.                                   I recharge 500 hundred rupees through SBI mobile banking. The bank debited rupees from my account but recharge not done. I complain to customer care and Purulia State Bank three time But they do not any care about it. I recharge on 16/02/2015 I still did not get my money. Kindly help me.

For the same reason I have signed for new SBI card but that was also unsuccessful SBICard Agent responded that he will assist only for new SBI card.                                         My grandfather was a pensioner, he got passed on 01 dec 2013.We had given information in bank regarding this and submitted all documents to transfer the pension to my grandmother.It has been 1 year 2 months passed away.Everytime when we try to take information regarding this bank official always say we have done your work sent your documents to treasury office.But when we went to treasury office they denied any document to receive.
                                        My grandfather was in forest department, pension used to be given by sbi, munger
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
