Respected sir /madam, I Amala jasmine bearing a/c no: [protected] am not provided the internet banking (INB) & MB(mobile banking) services since last 5 months.Further the bank has mislead me saying that these services are provided by post. When I confirmed with the other branches I knew that the home branch would provide it instantly. When requested of these services the bank has given me INB code which was showing the error as : "invalid username and password". The next day I visited the bank and inform ed them about the matter. The bank has asked me to write an application to deactivate the INB services so that it can generate the new code. But neither the new code was issued to me nor was the earlier code given to me is activated MB code is not granted at all. When I requested them to transfer my a/c to MUTHANGI SBI branch, the bank staff said that a/c can be transferred only to koti branch. In every bank INB & MB services are provided instantly but the branch manager has made me visit the bank 19 times in the period of 5 months and each time I was made to wait for 3 hours and was sent back without having these services done. The bank staff and watch man often are out of there cabins and along with group of men who are not even the bank customers misbehave with women standing in queue in the bank. The bank shutters are rolled down at 2:00pm and the back door is opened. I fear going to that bank.I earnestly request you to suggest the home branch any fixed date so that on the said date under your supervision I can get the INB and MB services done and activated in 24hrs . Once these services are provided I will not visit that bank. I am very sorry to inform such immoral and indecent behaviour of the SBI staff. The bank staff does not work and the time it works also it will not provide the services to all customers who are made to wait in the bank My sincere plea is to kindly take the strict action against the SBI staff working in Langerhouse SBI bank. Thank you

    I am an NRI and I had applied NRI home loan from SBI in the year 2013.My loan was approved and later I had given POA to my father. With out knowing to me, my father was forced by SBI staff to opt for home loan insurance which is 60K INR through third party insurance company.My father was innocent and signed on those papers. I was not aware of this thing and later realized about the same while paying home loan back. How ever, we were told that 45K INR would be refunded after finishing the loan payments. I had cleared my home loan in the month of September 2014 and I got my loan completion certificate from SBI. How ever, we have still not got our refund money(close to 45K INR) that was paid for home loan insurance. Insurance agent is troubling me and my father and giving excuses every time we ask for refund money.He is saying cock and bull stories to us and wasting our time. According to IRDA, home loan insurance was not mandatory but my father was forced to buy it. I had already lodged a complaint but still there is no response from them.

      Dear Sir, I have purchased some items on dt 16.12.2014 at time of (around 7.30Pm Evening) from Cantabill show room sonipat and I wanted gave payment through my debit card but when I made that payment has not been made but a sum of Rs. 3398/- has been deducted from my account. I confirmed from Cantabill showroom they said if bill generate then your payment will be made. Then I have to pay through cash to Cantabill. Please resolve my problem and revert back my money which has not been paid to cantabill and if paid to cantabill please send me confirmation copy of this.         Even at no customer load...the staff regret me to take cash manually for depoSition He asked me to deposite caah at e corner...e corner was flooded wiTh many customers...i get back To deposit corner but still he had No time for us...and said to me that manually deposition Is now not happened...

          Why extra money has deducted from account of sum Rs11.25 whenever I made a transaction with IRCTC even after service charge had paid. DEBIT ICH[protected]IG00IAIVK0Commission of IG00I Hope this issue is going to be resolved otherwise I would have no choice to put a PIL against this.

But Chq was passed in clearing House (CTS) of Rs 278123/-. Chq was Deposit in Union Bank of India, Now union bank has return the Excess CR. of Rs 250000=00 on Dt[protected], but up till now the amount has not been deposit in my account.                   i m sanjay kumar singh from delhi.i m using state bank signature credit card for last six months.it was term to avail card with five thousand rupees gift voucher.i m pais five thousand rupees per year for using this card which is already paid.but till today i have not received my gift voucher in this regards first i started asking to help agent who help me to get card. mr.chandan[protected].but he did not helped me.every time he made new excuse.finally after three months over he given me one cell no. of agm sbi card.mr.sani narang.[protected].i spoke to him and asked for help.he said send me ur email id.the i sms him my ad and adress.almost two months over.i did not get any answer.bcz he did not answer my on fone neither he replied my sms..i think it is just a cheating with customer.any help possible from ur organisation?pls help. my fone no.[protected] sanjay kumar singh invoice no.JSPL/14-15/02149 issued date12may2014

I have made a withdrawal from ATM (no.S10G[protected] of state bank of india adb branch thakurdwara moradabad uttar pradesh on 23/08/14.But i could not get money.I have obtained complaintn no. 8119120 from customer care o[censored]bi but i received a mail sent by union bank of india amroha, notifying me that my claim is rejected by state bank of india. I request you to ressolve my problem.

                        I received my online sbi banking kit on Saturday 13/12/2014. They told that open after 6 pm on the day itself but I forgot to open on the day . So I opened today(15/12/2014). It showing invalid user name/ invalid password. What shall I do. WE HAVE DEPOSITED A CHEQUE OF RS 22725/- OF ALLAHBAD BANK RECD FROM OUR BUYER M/S SBBS MKTG - ON 04.12.2013. THE SAME CHQ WAS CREDITED BY BANK OFN 07.01.2014 & THE SAME WAS RETURNED ON 08.01.2014. BANK HAD RE-PRESENT THE CHEQUE ON 09.01.2014, BUT TO OUR ATMOST SURPRISE AMOUNT OF RS 22725/- IS STILL NIOT CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNT WHERAS THIS AMOUNT HAD BEEN DEBITED FROM OUR BUYER'S ACCOUNT (ALLAHBAD BANK) ON 09.12.2013. IF THE SAME HAD BEEN DEBITED FROM OUR BUYER'S ACCOUNT, THAN WHERE THE AMOUNT HAS GONE? BECAUSE WE HAVE STILL NOT RECD THE CREDIT OF THE SAME AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF ATLEAST ONE YEAR.
