Place of Occurrence: Nepal SBI ATM at Hattisar Road, Kathmandu 44600.
Details: I hold NRO account at SBI Branch at 17th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore-55 and is a resident o[censored]S, .
The SBI Global Debit card issued at Bangalore was used for the digital transaction . The subject matter cited above, was immediately notified to the Nepal SBI, corporate office who advised to lodge with the Local Branch where the Account is held. Simultaneously, on the same day, October 1, I called up the Branch Head, State Bank of India, and apprised the matter over phone followed by email supported by a copy of the receipt of the said located ATM Nepal SBI Bank . I have been following up the matter with the Branch, closely, to get credit of the amount back to my Account. The response I get being " complaint lodged with authorities concerned and the matter will take time to resolve, even up to 6 months or more. I have raised the matter through email dated November 9, 2021 with the designated Nodal officer (agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in) at St. Marks Road, Bangalore . Delay in action In the meantime I am raising the issue before this Forum to facilitate credit back to my Account of the Amount, the ATM machine at the above said place in Kathmandu did not dispense the cash.
