Hello Sir,

I, M. VENU hold a savings account No. [protected] at St Johns Road Secunderabad. Branch Code : 6645.
My ATM cum debit card was first issued during 2003 with some validity and I am regularly using this card except for online/shopping transactions. The reason being the card has become mutilated and I can hardly see the card no. Cvv no., etc. SBI never bothered for replacement of card all these years even after expiry of validity of the card. I am using other bank cards for online transaction. Recently SBI offered some good cash back for online transaction but I could not use the debit card.
I have applied for new replacement card in first week of October and I received the “STATE BANK CLASSIC DEBIT CARD” in 15 days. But till date I have not received the PIN no. I have personally visited the branch on 3/11/2014 & again on 10/11/2014. The staff will simply throw the register to check for ourselves whether the PIN No. Is received or not. But sorry to say, I am yet to receive the PIN No. At present I am out of station and status is not known. When other banks are very fast in issuing PIN No. Why the delay for SBI, the country’s greatest bank. The Banker to every INDIAN can send the PIN to the registered mobile no.
Pl do the needful.

But, I am not given the credit card details for anybody and I am not getting any OTP (One time password through mobile). Only received the SMS from VM-SBICARD. Please find the attached print screen for your reference (ONLINE statement). This transaction are unauthorized from me.So, This amount, I will not to pay.         Account no. is [protected].This Account is transferred to SBI, Rajgir, but CIF is not transferred. When contacted to previous branch replied is given to your KYC is not update. So, first update your KYC.Rajgir branch told to first send CIF.What should I do?

          Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken an Education Loan for my higher studies in the Month of Aug 2011 from SBI Jaipatna ADB Branch ( Branch Code 2069 ) for an amount of INR 4 Lacs. While taking the Loan I have been told by the bank officials like the whole Interest amount for the same during my education period along with a grace period of 6 months will be waived off. As I had taken this Loan for MBA having a duration of 2years, they should start charging Interest after 2.5years after the sanction of the Loan as per commitment. But to my surprise I am getting charged with an whooping interest rate of 13.75% Compounded regularly for the same from the very beginning. I approached with the concern to the Branch officials and got an reply saying " It's a Scheme from Odisha Govt., not from SBI, So, they will raise a subsidy request to the Govt., and these all will be taken care, which seemed logical to me." But till now the issue has not been resolved. Please help me on the same with information regarding whom to approach and what will be the ideal step to be taken Further.                   Dear Sir, TDS of Rs.33920/- has already been deducted from my Pension Salary having a/c No [protected], SBI Main Branch, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad.MY PAN NO. IS AGBPS4835N. This is much more I shall be paying Income Tax for this FY-2014/15.As per my total Salary, I shall be paying Rs14600/= approximately in this FY. I therefore request you to kindly instruct the concerned to stop deducting any further I.Tax from my salary during this FY. I have visited personally my branch on[protected] & requested to do so.                       i hold an account in SBI KAKINADA, A/C NO : [protected] on oct 15th i have applied for a Platinum international debit card, and the bank officials at kakinada branch told me it will take 12-15 days for the card to receive at my residence address, and waiting for 15 days, i still didn't receive my card, i approach the bank regarding my international Platinum debit card, at that time the bank officials have taken my request of the card(they were searching for my application and when they found it somewhere on their desk then they applied it) and again told me it will take 12-15 days . this is seriously a reckless behavior of the bank officials. and today (Nov 17th), i finally received my card but unfortunately i have received a classic debit card, another reckless behavior. so i immediately went to bank to inform about this and the bank officials now tell me they have no idea and when i asked them what shall i do now ? they said i should have min 50, 000 rs in my account to get a platinum debit card but where as before applying for the platinum debit card i have called the customer care to know the minimum requirement for the card and they said i can get this card with no min requirements. and the bank officials tell me to apply for a silver international card ? i mean what is this kind of service you give to your customers ?? So i have called the customer service and they tell me to contact my branch .. what's the point in customer service and your branch offices when they cant sort it a simple debit card issue ?

                          Respected sir, , i was trying to deposit cash in cash deposit machine on around 9.30 P.M on date 23.9.14. Due to some technical problem some notes was returned to me.During this process the time for the procedure of money deposit was over and i had not confirmed the money deposition.The security guard name sanjay was there wacthing this incidence.I had given a application on date 24.9.14 in bank.I had asked many time in bank but they had given me the answer wait for some days.After 30 days when i ask the bank.The bank official said that there is no money there in that machine.after this i had meet the branch manager.He said that there was no recording of that time because the hard disk of CCTV CAMERA is faulty.The Branch manager said I m unable to help you.Plz solve my problem.I m mentally very harrased.What should i do.

                              Dear Sir, I have SBi saving account with your Sector 30, Noida Branch. i had PPF account with Indian post office in Bareilly (U.P), since i relocated to Noida (due to my job), i gave a application to transfer my PPF account from Bareilly Post office to SBI Sector 30 Noida Branch, Post office did it task efficently and within a month i received a letter that they sent a transfer letter, along with total amount cheque SBI Sec 30 Branch. I approached to SBI Branch, they acknowledged that they received the letter and cheque. They immediately opened my PPF account in SBI branch. SBI official told me that with in 5 to 7days, total amount will be transferred in my account. Its almost 2months has been passed and i visit almost 5 to 6 times to SBI Sec 30 branch, but official always told me some story and asked me to wait for next 5-6 days. Requesting you to please look into this matter on immediate basis. I will disclose my account number and other details once i receive any response from your side. Thanks You, Ankit Kamal

                                  मेरा नाम अमरजीत सिंह है और राजकीय विधालय में प्रधानध्यापक के पद पर कार्यरत। पिछले दिनों मुझे ऋण की जरूरत थी तो मैंने एसबीआई शाखा सादुलशहर 335062, जिला श्री गंगानगर (राजस्थान) में ऋण अधिकारी दिनेश से संपर्क किया तो मेरी फाइल में जान बुझ कर लटकाया गया और आनाकानी की गयी। एसबीआई शाखा सादुलशहर 335062, जिला श्री गंगानगर (राजस्थान) में ऋण अधिकारी दिनेश बैंक में ऋण लेने आने वाले ग्राहकों के ऋण देने में आनाकानी करता है और जानबुझ देरी करवाता है और ग्राहक को परेशान करता है जबकि कई ग्राहकों की फाइल्स में कमिया होने के बाद भी उनका ऋण दिनेश द्वारा मंजूर कर लिया जाता है। बैंक में सारा काम मिली भगत और सांठगांठ से चल रहा है। अगर बैंक की ऑडिट की जावे तो हज़ारो गड़बड़िया सामने आएँगी और बहुत से अपात्र लोगो को बिन पूर्ण फाइल्स के ऋण मिला हुआ मिलेगा। मुझे भी दिनेश द्वारा कई बार परेशान किया गया, जिस से परेशान होकर मैंने अपना खाता सादुल शहर की ब्रांच से बंद करवा कर श्री गंगानगर में खुलवा लिया और मुझे वहा ऋण भी मिल गया। Mob.                                       i had booked a room on line in china for that i gave my debit card visa by mail to confirm the room, but with out my authorization they have debited my sbi savings ac no [protected] on[protected] by ref no POS[protected] by Rs 30556.97 . more over they collected the money in cny for the stay . They told that the money debited will be credited back in your ac in working days . but till now we have no received my money back to my account ..
