Hello Team, I have Home loan with SBI since 2009 and for 5 years loan Interest rate was supposed to be 9.25% and after that it would be calculated based on market rate and I have confirmed with SBI customer care that current ROI is 10% but for some reason it is reflecting and getting charged me with 12.5% Account Number [protected] Description MAXGAIN SPL HAPPY MAY HL< 20 L Name Mr. HARISH NARENDRANATH PANDEY Rate of Interest (% p.a.) 12.5% I have contacted SBI for same issue but they are not taking any actions or neither replying to my query.               I am a senior citizen and an old customer of SBI at Pune, PAUD ROAD. Kothrud Area- BRANCH CODE -9061 Since the CTS system of cheque clearing has come in to existence the local cheques take almost a week to get cleared .Also Cheques above the value of two lacs are treated as out station cheques and sent to MUMBAI CLEARING HOUSE even for a next door branch of any other bank and are charged exorbitantly .They too take one full week for getting cleared and the charges are UNDER the head of "SPEED CLEARING CHARGES " Every time this happens .The customer has to go to branch and give a written application for the unfair charges and their reversal. This is too cumbersome for the customer especially senior citizens like me is there any solution to this? Sunanda Bal

                  Its been about 2 months I have applied for transfer of my sbi account ([protected]) from Odisha to maharashtra. Details of Odisha branch: Branch : konisi IFSC : 12108 Details Of Maharashtra branch Branch: Aundh IFSC : 8784 I have applied for the same on 18th of september 2014.I been regularly visiting these banks for the purpose of account transfer but they haven't done in completely and still something is left. Kindly help me in this regard.

                    I had purchased the property from SBI Karur under (Public Auction under SARFACI ACT2002) 11.12.2013. The Sales Certificate and other documents mentioned the above property was a land is 3761.75 sq.ft. But the entire Building is now 3254St. ft. Regarding this matter I conducted the Branch Manager. Branch Manager was told after sales I cannot give any service from SBI.and I also conducted the municipal Surveyor as on 25.07.2014. But he was told me me the property was purchased from SBI, karur. So you conduct the bank about this priblem So Please me regarding this problem.. - R.SUBASH Ph :[protected] Cell: [protected] Note: After Auction I had not received the Plan approval copy and Survey Plan from SBI. I had reported to SBI (complain no: [protected] dated 11.11.2013) and I had not received the any from response your end. So I reported to Banking OmBudsman. and lawyer notice to your bank Authourised Offier. After I had approached the Karur Municipality (with ex-owner letter) then I had received the the Plan approval copy from Karur Municipality and then attested by the your Authorised Officer

                      Hello Sir,

                      I, M. VENU hold a savings account No. [protected] at St Johns Road Secunderabad. Branch Code : 6645.
                      My ATM cum debit card was first issued during 2003 with some validity and I am regularly using this card except for online/shopping transactions. The reason being the card has become mutilated and I can hardly see the card no. Cvv no., etc. SBI never bothered for replacement of card all these years even after expiry of validity of the card. I am using other bank cards for online transaction. Recently SBI offered some good cash back for online transaction but I could not use the debit card.
                      I have applied for new replacement card in first week of October and I received the “STATE BANK CLASSIC DEBIT CARD” in 15 days. But till date I have not received the PIN no. I have personally visited the branch on 3/11/2014 & again on 10/11/2014. The staff will simply throw the register to check for ourselves whether the PIN No. Is received or not. But sorry to say, I am yet to receive the PIN No. At present I am out of station and status is not known. When other banks are very fast in issuing PIN No. Why the delay for SBI, the country’s greatest bank. The Banker to every INDIAN can send the PIN to the registered mobile no.

Please find the attached print screen for your reference (ONLINE statement). This transaction are unauthorized from me.So, This amount, I will not to pay.                               Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken an Education Loan for my higher studies in the Month of Aug 2011 from SBI Jaipatna ADB Branch ( Branch Code 2069 ) for an amount of INR 4 Lacs. While taking the Loan I have been told by the bank officials like the whole Interest amount for the same during my education period along with a grace period of 6 months will be waived off. As I had taken this Loan for MBA having a duration of 2years, they should start charging Interest after 2.5years after the sanction of the Loan as per commitment. But to my surprise I am getting charged with an whooping interest rate of 13.75% Compounded regularly for the same from the very beginning. I approached with the concern to the Branch officials and got an reply saying " It's a Scheme from Odisha Govt., not from SBI, So, they will raise a subsidy request to the Govt., and these all will be taken care, which seemed logical to me." But till now the issue has not been resolved. Please help me on the same with information regarding whom to approach and what will be the ideal step to be taken Further. IS AGBPS4835N. This is much more I shall be paying Income Tax for this FY-2014/15.As per my total Salary, I shall be paying Rs14600/= approximately in this FY.
