Dear sir, the applicant govind kumar sbi customer having an account no. [protected] with khoda branch code 16173 had make the transection by an atm by date 13/09/2014, in three times for 10000.00 each the amount debited by account every times but the atm have not dispense the cash and not any reciept, the applicant contact the home branch but they have not any responded, the applicant faced many more difficulty and make the complaint on date 11/10/2014 and the system given the complaint no. given below 1)AT[protected] 2)AT[protected] 3)AT[protected] sir i will be great thanks full to you. thank and regards GOVIND KUMAR SBI ACC NO.           sir, I Sunil Kumar Jaiswar have an account with state bank of india.my account no. is [protected].my PAN No. is AGAPJ3414F.I had filed for income tax return.for the assessment year 2013-14.The amount has not been credited to my account till todate.Details received for refund is as follows:Reference No.[protected] dated 22/08/2014, mode of payment- Direct.Tiil now no action has been taken by home branch.I had given a written complaint to my home branch(wood house road)but no reply came. It is requested that action may be taken at an earliest.

                I am having saving account in SBI jwalapur Haridwar . My account no. is [protected] on 17 oct 2014 i had went to state bank of patialaATM to withdraw money from its ATM.there were already 2person in ATM cabin who were doing something mischieveous activity with ATM machine.than they turned back and said that you can withdraw money from ATM .as i was drawing money i withdraw 10000rs than for further withdrawal as i again swapped my atm card after entering PIN ATM machine hanged and after few seconds on ATM screen appeared Your transaction time is over take back your atm card when i left other person standing behind me hurried to atm machine which i unnoticed just in few seconds he withdraw 30000 from my account, which i got to know later through sms after that i lodged police complaint.police told that there are many such cases of that particular atm of state bank of patiala station road hardwar but thar branch manager is least bother about public cimplain he says this atm is not under his purview .police has taken footage of cctv .but since police has told that there are 10 such complains recently of that atm than why not action is being taken to replace machine and place guard on that machine.so that no illegal person can enter it.request to block my atm card immediately please Name-mrs pooja rai

                  i am a pension ac no [protected] at pupri branch code02949 till date my pension not credited i am retired from sanskrit university darbhanga from order from high court patna i got my pension since 2008 at your branch in aug frist week i credited pension in ac up to july 2014 after then aug and sep pension not credited yet after regular visit at branch i am a 68 year old sr citizen but today when i met branch head at pupri they not taken any response and said this is not his job this is job of accountant and he is i training so you go from branch. please arrange to credit my pension immediately and also provide me the norms that pension to be claimed every month at branch is this norms in sbi my mob no is [protected] and email is -- [protected]@gmail.com

[protected] hereby complaint you that, we have agricultural land in pavijetpur, Dist. chhotaudepur. I have applied for the crop loan in the other bank which is situated at. chhotaudepur. That bank required no due certificate from the state bank of india, jetpurpavi branch. so i went to s.b.i. jetpurpavi for the said purpose but the manager denied for the no due certificate. I have given the written application yet he is not replying me neither he is giving no due certificate so that the said complain is to be given.

                        I lost my credit card on 9th September 2014. So, i blocked my credit card ending with 4009 by sending msg from my registered mobile no. [protected]. Still, SBI card sent an account statement to me for paying an amount around Rs. 600. WHEN THE CARD WAS BLOCKED ON 9th Sep., THEN HOW CAN SBI SENT ACCOUNT STATEMENT FOR ANY AMOUNT? When tried to talk to SBI cards customer care, it took half an hour to connect to the number and another half an hour to get the customer care agent on line. IS THIS PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE SBI MAINTAINS !! Then, the care agent told that my card was blocked but account is still active. HOW COME MY ACCOUNT IS STILL ACTIVE AFTER BLOCKING THE CARD?? THE AGENT THEN DID NOT RESOLVED MY PROBLEM AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE. CONCERNED SBI CARD AUTHORITY, PLS REVOKE/CANCEL ACCOUNT STATEMENT FOR THE MONTH OF OCT. 2014 FOR PAYING AMOUNT RS. 560.68 AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. ENDING WITH 4009. MY CARD IS LOST. ALSO I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH SBI CARD SERVICES. SHASHIKANT YADAV [protected].

                          SMS with wrong information

                          Dear sir, I have an S/B account in SBI Munirabad. Today I received a SMS stating that "Hold for INR 1, 00, 000.00 created in your account xxxxxx282929 on 17/10/14. Dbt Bal INR 90.014.21" After seeing this SMS I have cancelled all my other appointments and meetings, and rushed to the branch.                               respected sir i did shopping worth 850 rs., shopkeeper scrapped my atm card twice as first transaction failed, bot money deducted twice. he told me money will be refunded soon, but not got my money even after 15 days. please do the needful.

After a year My online account username and password shown invalid. hence i requested to reset both my username and password. this problem remains for nearly 8 months. i have given application twice to reset it. but still my problem was not recoverd. i fed up about complaining my problem. very Worst service.
