    Respected Sir,

    My PPO Number is[protected]. I have already filled up and signed the necessary forms in the Golibar, Santacruz East branch of SBI in last week of August 2014. The manager of the above SBI branch has informed me that she has already sent the necessary live certificate to your office.

    However I regret to inform you that till now payment of pension has not started till date.

    Therefore, I request you to do the needful and initiate the necessary payment of my pension along with the arrears of pension from July 2014 onwards.

    I AM RABIN CHATTERJEE FORWARDING YOU THIS MAIL BEING SHOCKED THAT I WAS ALLOWED FROM RAILWAY A PENSION AREA ON FROM 10/04/2003 TO 31/03/2004 @RS1275 AND ON FROM 01/04/2004 TO 31/12/2005 @RS1913 IN JUNE 2014 AND THE ORDER WAS SENT FROM RAIL TO CPPC SBI AT STRAND ROAD BRANCH IN KOLKATA BUT TILL DATE THE FUND HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED YET INSPITE OF SO MANY FOLLOW UP THROUGH MAIL AND DOING SMS AT' UNHAPPY', MY ACCOUNT IS AT SBI BIJOY NAGAR BRANCH, NAIHATI, PIN-743165, STATE-WB, THE MANAGER OF THAT BRANCH ALSO CONTACTED CPPC OFFICE BUT NOT YET ANY RESPONSE CAME FROM CHIEF MANAGER OFFICE.

        Hello sir Its request to you to please stop the SMS alert messages of the transactions which i am receiving daily. Let me clear you the matter, I have purchased one IDEA number, after purchasing i found that the number ([protected])belonged to one of your existing customer named "GIRIRAJ SHARMA" who is from GWALIOR. After knowing this I want to stop the SMS alert service which i get whenever he makes transaction. His debit card number starts from 622xx6650.Firstly i talked to customer care and according to their guidelines they said me to contact nearest SBI branch. I went their with same complaint then according to their instruction. I went to my Home branch their also i lodge complaint in written but i didn't get rid from my problem.           Sir, This is to inform you that I have taken education Loan Rs. 4 lacs a/c no.[protected] on[protected] against govt.employee scheme for less than 4.5 lacs income per years from SBI court road main branch Saharanpur-247001 but sorry to point out that I have not received 2 years interest amount of Rs.4 lacs under the govt. scheme and I have also deposited all relevent papers including income certficate etc.Please look into the matter & reply me as soon as possible.             Net Banking Locked

But I have only SBI Account.             I have not received any sms alerts of the transactions while using my new ATM card despite written request to my SBI branch. I registered a complaint with c/care, my complaint no. is OS[protected] on 23.09.14, but the Bank has yet not responded. I have visited the branch few times to resolve my grievance but the staff has been able to resolve it.

Sir I regret to state that before operating the account within 2-3 days your bank has deducted Rs. 611.00 towards the minimum account balance though I had deposited Rs. 10, 000.00 minimum account balance. But your bank has deducted the minimum balance after charging the fees for issuing cheque book which shocked me. I was thinking that only privatized Bank will cheat by doing such things but never thought of Public sector Banks. I don’t know who is doing business here us or the Bank ?                               The General Manager, SBI Sir, I regret to inform you that the ‘A’ Branch of your office is not rendering satisfactory services to its customers. I have been a regular customer of this branch since long time. I have observed that the services offered have deteriorated recently. The bank staff is very careless with regard to timings. The bank does not really start functioning at 10 a.m. The loss suffered by the customers as a result of this, cannot be conceived by them. Moreover, delay in transactions, causes untold hardships to the customers. In fact, last week, I had to wait at the counter for one full hour to get my Cash receiving and they r accusing but the manager is gentleman he came and solve the issue Enquiries are not attended to properly and sometimes, necessary forms and papers are also not available. The general attitude seems to be less customer-oriented. and they r not opening new account also .. staff also very less So am thinking to cansel my all account this bank Therefore, I request you to look into the matter personally and take necessary steps to improve the working conditions of the said branch.                                 is this necessary saving account withdrawal slip sign by minor above 10 years, when cash withdraw by minor father account holder minor is present in bank? As per saving account bank rule that is not compalation. Main guardian can withdraw cash Why service manager compalsary this thing. Pl. answer me very immediate.

                                    I had account in Mumbai Church gate and I have transferred account to Kota Main branch Chhawni choraha, Rajasthan. I have submitted mobile change form but till date it was not changed after continuous follow up in bank since 2-3 months. During every visit to bank regarding this matter they say we have changed the number but I do not get OTP on the submitted mobile number. Also contacted toll free number and registered complaint but there also they didnt gave me quick response and also didnt provided complaint number via sms as they have said during my complaint registering.
