    I am Wilson Joseph having mobile no [protected]. I am getting sms from BX-ATMSBI very often stating that I am using SBI Debit card no 459XXX4651 towards cashwithdrawal.This sbi debit card does not belongs to me at all. I am unnecessarly disturbed .Please help me out. Thanks, Wilson Joseph

      The General Manager, SBI Sir, I regret to inform you that the ‘A’ Branch of your office is not rendering satisfactory services to its customers. I have been a regular customer of this branch since long time. I have observed that the services offered have deteriorated recently. The bank staff is very careless with regard to timings. The bank does not really start functioning at 10 a.m. The loss suffered by the customers as a result of this, cannot be conceived by them. Moreover, delay in transactions, causes untold hardships to the customers. In fact, last week, I had to wait at the counter for one full hour to get my Cash receiving and they r accusing but the manager is gentleman he came and solve the issue Enquiries are not attended to properly and sometimes, necessary forms and papers are also not available. The general attitude seems to be less customer-oriented. and they r not opening new account also .. staff also very less So am thinking to cansel my all account this bank Therefore, I request you to look into the matter personally and take necessary steps to improve the working conditions of the said branch.         is this necessary saving account withdrawal slip sign by minor above 10 years, when cash withdraw by minor father account holder minor is present in bank? As per saving account bank rule that is not compalation. Main guardian can withdraw cash Why service manager compalsary this thing. Pl. answer me very immediate.

            I had account in Mumbai Church gate and I have transferred account to Kota Main branch Chhawni choraha, Rajasthan. I have submitted mobile change form but till date it was not changed after continuous follow up in bank since 2-3 months. During every visit to bank regarding this matter they say we have changed the number but I do not get OTP on the submitted mobile number. Also contacted toll free number and registered complaint but there also they didnt gave me quick response and also didnt provided complaint number via sms as they have said during my complaint registering.

              I had submitted my document Saturday, but manager of this branch had not opened it. I complained about if to the Mr. RAJUBHAI OF AC OPENIG CLERCK of this branch. Till now my a/c is not open by him and as me of more documents. I request to you to do the possible action.                     I have received 2 messages on my mobile phone regarding purchases of 1) Rs 850/- at Kolkata on 28th Sep 2014(today) at 03:45 and 2) Rs 591.60 at Kolkata on 28th Sep 2014(today) at 05:58 I have not purchased items of any such values and I was not at Kolkata at that material time and neither have I handed any of my cards to anyone. These, therefore appear to be fraudulent transactions. I had called up the helpline several times, but could not contact them.                               This is to inform you that I am a loyal customer of sbi bank for the
                              last three years. I always feel associated with bank but on 27/09/2014
                              something unexpected and unbelievable happened with me.
                              at the time a approached branch counter no 1 withdrawing through green channel system and requested to also please accept bssc chalan while i am existing customer of branch also with mother and elder brother. one day before i also went to branch withdrawing amount and submiiting chalaan but due to crowd i doesn't do same day another day 2792014 also went counter no 1 maddam kavita kumari rudely said to come in queue after this approached branch manger mr gopal bharti where thre man was sitting with him about accepting chalan he allowed them and got receipt vide naresh jee employee of branch i requested branch manager yesterday i returned without depositing chalan amount due to overcrowd now my mother is admiting on hospital she is also existing customer of branch so please allow this he rudely denied as per rule.
                              in this concern matter stc cheque has not sent to me by branch but likely sent to so many customer near about 1 year before i filed kyc form about 1 year before but my address pin code has been corrected till now several times i asked to employees but they always said next time my accidental insurance has been made one year before and as nominee is my mother but mentioned wrongly as spouse my mother applied for personnel amount but loan officer doesn't provide gum for pasting photographs in year 2013 as time of navratra festival branch provided a bundle of 10 rupess note for existing customer vide demanding but they never gave me after returning from branch with huge disaapointed some one told me if you want bundle of note then just approached mansih tea seller who supplied tea in branch i approached and he brought me a bundel in all facts branch manager failed to followed rules of banking but in my case while my mother was in hospital refused to accecpt due to rules
                              then in which postion and condition branch manger was allowing other and some employee was also collecting twenty rupees for depositing chalan all things are captured in cctv camera recording on branch.
                              so please i requesting you to please take a necessary action on above mention fact and reply me what action taken against errant clerk miss kavita kumari and branch manager mr gopal bharti

                                Today i got charged rs 1399 on my sbi credit card for cpp(credit card protection) without my consent Also tried to call the Cc but no body pick the call.you just keep hearing ivr and wasting money. My card is only a week old and with this kind of fraud and poor service, i advice NOT TO GO FOR FRAUD SBI CREDIT CARD

                                I have also received such a call from credit cards protection plan. These guys are like insurance agent. They are just selling their products. They are not having more information about. Your cards...that's why they are start with very simple question.
                                How to avoid them:
                                1- Don't talk them longer and tells them call later I am very busy.
                                2. Don't give any details of your card.
                                3. Now as per New RBI policy from last year all online transactions need an OTP to complete the transaction. So, never share otp unless your are doing your transaction, use it and delete from your phone.

                                  On 6th September I used my debit card to make an online payment on flipkart.com. The transaction failed but my account was still debited by Rs. 11999. I registered a complaint with SBI and was given a ticket number but my complaint is yet to be addressed.
