I am Kandhai having a S/B Ac in SBI Fatehpur UP with Ac No [protected]. On 17/07/2014 an amount of Rs 10012 has been transferred to an unknown account with ut my consent. I do not have internet banking facility and so have not transferred any amount. This transaction has been done without my approval. Hence request you to credit the amount and cancel the erroneous transaction..

    Hi, On 07-Sept-2014, I made some online purchases from Myntra.com (i.e. VECTOR E-COMMERCE PVT. LTD. Bangalore) using my SBI Debit Card. But, for the same order the money was debited twice from my Bank A/c (which should be only once actually from my part). I have contacted with Myntra.com Customer Support & they replied me that they didn't receive any payment twice from my end. My Bank A/c Details are: - Account Number ::[protected] Account Name :: Ravi Kumar Rabha Branch :: Lumding IFSC Code :: SBIN0006310 Date of Transaction :: 07-Sept-14 Txn Id/UTR No. :: POS[protected] Amount Deducted :: Rs. 906.48/- Also, PFA of my Bank Statement along with this mail and the mail conversation with the Customer Care of Myntra.com. Pls Note: - I've also mailed to [protected]@sbi.co.in regarding this matter. But, haven't received any reply yet. Kindly, look into the problem and please provide me a solution asap.       Hi Team, I am holding SBI Savings Bank Account, having Account Number [protected], Which is opened in Araria, Kali Mandir Chowk Branch (SBIN0000009) but can't go to Araria Branch and get it done, As I am relocated to Bangalore now and want to transfer this account to SBI Marathahalli(SBIN0010366), Bangalore Branch, The IFSC code for branch is SBIN0010366. I have tried to contact the araria branch number[protected] for same but no one is receiving the call. Even Marathahalli, Banglore branch tried to contact them to send the required document to Bangalore branch, but it's also could n't help. I am tired of doing many follow up mail with them but they didnt respond back. Writing my problem here with hope that perhaps it can help and my account will transfer to Marathahalli, Bangalore branch. Waiting for your response!! Thanks in advance!!! Regards, Amit Kumar

        Sir, I have maintain an savings bank account no [protected] at sbi bishnupur branch since last seven years. But unfortunately last three months I was unable to receive sms alert on my mob no [protected]. So please logged a complain against this problem for high security purpose like online transaction or atm withdraw by suspect person.

          Hold for INR 324.00 created in your AC XXXXXXX128124 on 17/09/2014. Dbt Bal. 142.52. Prior to this my account had a balance of 182.52 and there was a incorrect transaction wherein my account was debited twice for a purchase of Rs. 1500/-. Checked with the shop and found the dual entry is not listed in their settlement. Please assist on how to proceed further on this issue and what this Lien amount could be for.

            Hello, Since I am working in Kuwait I have Kuwait bank account for transferring money and saving money I opened sbi account. I got atm and I went to bank for atm pin.The bank mangers always saying that he is busy and he told to me come tomorrow Next day when I went there he is saying same word that he is busy come next day. He is acting like busy instead he is allowing others into his cabin and chit chatting with them.He is ignoring all my concerns and issues.Many times I have wrote written complaints but he is not accepting. Currently I am using ICICI bank account I have done lakhs of rupees transaction. I will show you my bank statements you will find how many lakhs of transactions I had done per month.Since I am software engineer I know about bank application hardley it will take two minutes to share my atm pin. Actually I planned to open EPF account and some fixed deposits. This is the way he is responding how could I trust this bank and especially this bank manager.I would have save atleast 3k permonth If I did Fd in this bank since I done in ICICI. I called to sbi care they suggested me I have to request for another card since current card got expired. I am traveling back to Kuwait next week I can't expect these things going to be done in two weeks. Account no: [protected] Name: Manjunatha Reddy Kindly provide me solution.               ONLINE SBI...MOBILE NUMBER CHANGE Respected sir, i am gyanesh sharma.i having a SB account number([protected] in SBI, jalalabad (branch code 01121) district shahjahanpur (uttarpradesh)., i have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number.                 State Bank of India - home loan account interest rates varies up to 13.5% WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION & No action for the Application for 'one time option to switch to current interest rate' for Home loan My HOAM LOAN ACCOUNT no is [protected] in vrde Arangaon SBI Branch, Ahmednagar, maharashtra, Earlier rate of interest was 9.5% fixed for five years later it was changed to floating type but from last few months my i realised that, the interest rate shows 14 %, I complaint it before two months to the same to the manager & applied for 'One time option to switch to current interest rate' on 23 july 2014.. I met branch Manager 3-4 times and requested to Change rate of interest & agreed to pay 0.56% of balance loan amount. But each time she says that your application is under process & it will take another two to three months. but the manager is not responding well...and not doing any action

                      I have apply net banking on 8 aug 2014. i had recieved only my user name . but i did not get any login password for this. i had visit bank three times. but they did not talk to me in good manner and replied me that we can not do any thing you can just wait.they told me that you will get your password via courier. but even after this i did not get any courier. . i am suffering many problem without this net banking. i want to know who is responsible for this.

                        Without my presence/knowledge, I have joined with my husband's saving account (as we are separated). I have applied for documents relating to saving account through RTI act and submitted the RTI form. After one month there is no response from their side. Kindly help to resolve this issue.                           On 14 July, 2014 Transaction No.31616 Rs10000 was deducted twice from my SBI account automatically when I was doing Rs2000 cash withdrawal on ICICI ATM machine SICW3834in Goregaon(w) but I have not received money & receipt of the transaction

                            I have already mailed and also try to approach through the customer care number provided by the bank. But, I have received no response and at the last month automatic machine denied to change the address by speaking try next time again. It wasa done by me multiple times.

                              I was opened saving account in feb 2014 applied atm at time of account open, still i didnot get atm card, then i went to bank checked regeisiter the card issued at march some unnone person they simply said, with out passbook verified, please take a corrective action branch manager.

                                      I have applied for a new ATM-cum-Debit card in replacement of old one as against my S.B.A/c. No.[protected] (which I am having with Dondparthi Branch, Visakhapatnam) and submitted the application form on 20th August, 2014. The old ATM-cum-Debit card being spoiled/damaged has been blocked. But till this date, I am not yet received the said ATM card even it is completing near about one month. I have sent 2 to 3 mails to the mail addressed concerned regarding non receipt of card, even then no response from the above concerned. Hence I request to take necessary steps in the issue and arrange to send the ATM-cum-debit card at the earliest.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, This is Rakesh Kumar Saini, having saving account no. [protected] in State Bank of India Green Park Extension New Delhi, withdrew Rs. 10000 from HDFC bank ATM at Chattarpur Road on 19/07/2014 at 7:19 am but it dispensed only Rs. 6800, total 20 notes( 12 notes of Rs. 500 and 8 notes of Rs.100) Transaction record no 4007 as per HDFC ATM receipt. I had counted the money then and there and was very surprised that it was only Rs.6800 and it was captured by CCTV installed in the ATM. Immediately I made a call in the customer care of SBI because ATM card was of SBI, at [protected] and informed about the same and asked the complained number but they did not give and told me that your difference will be credited to your account within 3 working days, I checked my account balance on 16th August and found that there was no balance had been credited to my account then again I registered my complaint on Aug 16, 2014 and got a TICKET NO. AT[protected]. I got a message from SBIPSG that complaint has been attended and closed after resolution as: ATM BANK HAS CONFIRMED THIS TRANSACTION AS SUCCESSFUL. I again complaint and got another Ticket No. AT[protected] again I got the same message that my transaction was successful on September 5, 2014. It is very sad that these technical and manual mistakes has left me with this loss. I request you to resolve my complaint and help me to get back my money. With Regards Rakesh Kumar Saini [protected]

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, This is Pannala Sridhar, having saving account no.[protected] in State Bank of India HARIDWAR Branch at koth ( SI0A[protected], hyderabad, withdrew Rs. 20000 from SBI bank ATM on 05/01/2014 at about 3.30 pm am but it dispensed only Rs. 11500, total 23 notes of 500, Transaction record no 1888 as per mob.
