Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I am a loyal customer of sbi bank for the last seven years. I always feel associated with bank but on 23/09/2014 something unexpected and unbelievable happened with me.

Sir, I was goes there to deposit Rs.17000 in my saving A/c no – [protected]. Branch (10269) Madhuban A61 Madhuban Delhi . Since there is only one counter was open at that time, I waited patiently for my turn to come from near about 1 hour (between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm) as there was rush at that time.

At a time when I approach the lady sitting on the counter named Mrs. Sandeepa Saxena,
I was astonished to see that instead of taking my cash she took cash from other two person standing behind me. On my objection to that she was shouted over me and said she will work on her “will” and take cash whenever she wants.

I had word with her on the same but she said “You can complaint to anyone, I don`t have fear of anyone but she will not take my cash” and I can report to anyone feeling humiliated I approached the branch Head but on my surprise he said take email id of the senior person and mail them.

Sir, I want that you should take action against errant officer, so that customer of bank does not feel humiliated .These all things you can check on bamk CCTV footage on 23/09/2014
between 11:00am to 12:00pm.

I kindly requested you to reply me what the action has been taken against that errant officer (Mrs.
Sandeepa Saxena) .

Name- Roshan Kumar Jha Registration no.[protected] Advertisement no.06060114, BSSC complain token no.17654, But after completion all the entries in the website of BSSC under proper place, a reply is reflecting like "your amt.not received from bank please try after one day" so I request to you please solve this problem so that I can proceed the next steps.my 350.00 rs already taken by bank but cashier & Clearance department said i have paid to BSSC our work has done, you find yourself your challan status, form submission date is going end shortly.sir what i do.           Hello sir, this is my last massage, I have a SBI credit card and due to some reason I am unable to pay my credit card bill from past few months and by now the interest got added month by months and reached above 1 lac, the recovery agent started calling every day and demanding me to pay the bill in full which is impossible for me, they started pressuring me and when I told them I can pay the bills in part and they are not agreeing. I started ignoring them, they called my friend and saying him that they will recover the money from his parents, they started calling my relative and saying the same. It is torturing me mentally day and night. My respect in front of my family, friends and relatives has gone. Now I have decided to end my life and this is to make every one aware of the SBI recovery agents cruelty. And which rule of bank says that recovery agent can disclose the debt of my credit card to my relative, family or friends. SBI has made my life hell they called my family and friends each day and drained my respect in front of them I cannot take it any more. They are calling me from this no.[protected]/[protected] she is one of the lady and I Dont know her name and her supervisor name is Vinod.

            My self Mithun Das. This is complain is regarding SBI card ending with 2975. I am living abroad for last three years and did not use my SBI Credit Card since then. It was a life time free card and there was no outstanding after I made prepayment of a personal loan ( around 1.5 lakh) in 2012. All of a sudden I checked my card online and noticed around INR 2200 outstanding. When I checked all previous months statement, I found annual fees of INR 250 was charged in November 2013 ! Late fees & interest accumulated to INR 2200. I contacted SBI customer care and requested to waive of the late fees/interest ( Interaction Id:[protected]. Even I was interested to make full payment and close the account to avoid any charges in future. After several weeks struggle, I contacted SBI customer care over telephone. They nullified the outstanding and informed I don't need to pay anything. Also informed account is closed as per request. Last week I applied for a housing loan in India and they checked CIBIL report and found SBI marked my account 'WritenOff' ! I never asked them to settle my account. Even I was ready to make the payment. This is was humiliating. I again emailed to SBI customer care two days back but have not heard anything back from them yet.

                    Sir, I am a customer of SBI Singur, Hooghly, West Bengal branch. Bank code 10096. My account number [protected]. I request for issuing check book on 17th July 2014 but I can not get any check book until 9th September 2014. So again I use to knock them for my check book on 9th September but bank advise me to wait for one week. Now today I again went to the Bank but they did not get any positive feedback about my checkbook. So today, 21th September 2014, I want to look after about my check book issue problem and please solve my problem as soon as possible. I faced a serious problem due to checkbook now a days.                       Dear sir, i fill the form in dsssb before febuary month . After that i submitted challan fee against form of dsssb. The post code are 68/14, 154/14 & 155/14. But now i check my admit card but not available on site due my challan fee not accepted by SBI. And my exam date of the post 68/14 is 28/9/2014. i have all challan copy .                         Respected sir I am Balakumbahan, a customer of SBI, Thevaram Branch (A/c No [protected]). Sir, I had availed gold loan for agriculture purpose during June 2013 (Loan A/c No. [protected]) @ 7% interest and closed the same on 12 June, 2014 (Before completion of one year). Off late, on the same day, I came to know that if we close the agri jwell loan with in due date, government is giving some percent interest subsidy and it is being implemented by all the nationalized banks. I inquired about this to the branch Manager, he used a lot of banking terminologies and made me confused and finally refused to do the same for me. One of my neighbor got the money back for the same type of loan from SBI Palani Chetti Patti, Theni. If so, why the same had become impossible for me for the same type of loan. Besides the same had happened to my mother's agri jwell loan also on the same day at the same branch. In this regard I am submitting my request to clarify the details why the interest subsidy was not applicable for my and my mother's account in one branch of SBI, when it had been given to some other customer of another SBI Branch Kindle consider my request do the needful Thanking you

I discussed about the procedure and required document for this. After that I don't know what happened He is tying to avoid me.he disconnect the phone now . I am not fond to become customer of SBI.                                   Dear sir the Recovery agent calling my friends and family with a aggressive tone and abuse them to pay my bills I informed them that I will pay the bill in full but they are not listening to me and calling me and relatives again and again. They called one of my friend in Pune and said they will go to his home and recover the money from his parents.This is the worst phase of my life which I cannot cope up with.                                     Dear Sir, It is to bring to your kind notice that I have a car loan operational with your bank Vide loan account no[protected] through SBI, Ring Road, Lajpat Nagar. Since last two months I Have been following with the bank to transfer my EMI of Rs.10353/- from SBI to Indian Overseas Bank, G.K.-II. I have submitted all necessary documents including: 5 Cheques of said EMI ECS form Duly Filled and signed of IOB Blank cheque Application of transfer. It is been noticed that the bank is not interested in transfer of said EMI as since last two months I have been requesting the same and have visited the branch thrice for the said job. In fact I am receiving messages of my account being irregular from the bank and to contact the branch. Kindly let me know how many times I need to go to the branch and resolve the same. I also hereby warn you that because of your negligence my CRISIL report should not get affected else I will have no other option then to file a legal suit against the bank.                                       I got this Gift Card as a gift -[protected] valid thru 09/14 as a gift and have used it only once in a POS terminal, even though balance is there i am able to use it further for other transactions to use the available balance. It simply says Transaction declined.
