Respected sir I am Balakumbahan, a customer of SBI, Thevaram Branch (A/c No [protected]). Sir, I had availed gold loan for agriculture purpose during June 2013 (Loan A/c No. [protected]) @ 7% interest and closed the same on 12 June, 2014 (Before completion of one year). Off late, on the same day, I came to know that if we close the agri jwell loan with in due date, government is giving some percent interest subsidy and it is being implemented by all the nationalized banks. I inquired about this to the branch Manager, he used a lot of banking terminologies and made me confused and finally refused to do the same for me. One of my neighbor got the money back for the same type of loan from SBI Palani Chetti Patti, Theni. If so, why the same had become impossible for me for the same type of loan. Besides the same had happened to my mother's agri jwell loan also on the same day at the same branch. In this regard I am submitting my request to clarify the details why the interest subsidy was not applicable for my and my mother's account in one branch of SBI, when it had been given to some other customer of another SBI Branch Kindle consider my request do the needful Thanking you

I discussed about the procedure and required document for this. After that I don't know what happened He is tying to avoid me.he disconnect the phone now . I am not fond to become customer of SBI. But as your esteem bank, It my responsibility to inform you that your staff sends bad image in the society.             Dear sir the Recovery agent calling my friends and family with a aggressive tone and abuse them to pay my bills I informed them that I will pay the bill in full but they are not listening to me and calling me and relatives again and again. They called one of my friend in Pune and said they will go to his home and recover the money from his parents.This is the worst phase of my life which I cannot cope up with.               Dear Sir, It is to bring to your kind notice that I have a car loan operational with your bank Vide loan account no[protected] through SBI, Ring Road, Lajpat Nagar. Since last two months I Have been following with the bank to transfer my EMI of Rs.10353/- from SBI to Indian Overseas Bank, G.K.-II. I have submitted all necessary documents including: 5 Cheques of said EMI ECS form Duly Filled and signed of IOB Blank cheque Application of transfer. It is been noticed that the bank is not interested in transfer of said EMI as since last two months I have been requesting the same and have visited the branch thrice for the said job. In fact I am receiving messages of my account being irregular from the bank and to contact the branch. Kindly let me know how many times I need to go to the branch and resolve the same. I also hereby warn you that because of your negligence my CRISIL report should not get affected else I will have no other option then to file a legal suit against the bank.                 I got this Gift Card as a gift -[protected] valid thru 09/14 as a gift and have used it only once in a POS terminal, even though balance is there i am able to use it further for other transactions to use the available balance. It simply says Transaction declined.

Recently I went to Narasaraopet branch update my home address. But there employees told to me your CIF account not Transfer to this branch, so we can't edit your address.                           I am Kandhai having a S/B Ac in SBI Fatehpur UP with Ac No [protected]. On 17/07/2014 an amount of Rs 10012 has been transferred to an unknown account with ut my consent. I do not have internet banking facility and so have not transferred any amount. This transaction has been done without my approval. Hence request you to credit the amount and cancel the erroneous transaction..

                            Hi, On 07-Sept-2014, I made some online purchases from Myntra.com (i.e. VECTOR E-COMMERCE PVT. LTD. Bangalore) using my SBI Debit Card. But, for the same order the money was debited twice from my Bank A/c (which should be only once actually from my part). I have contacted with Myntra.com Customer Support & they replied me that they didn't receive any payment twice from my end.                               Hi Team, I am holding SBI Savings Bank Account, having Account Number [protected], Which is opened in Araria, Kali Mandir Chowk Branch (SBIN0000009) but can't go to Araria Branch and get it done, As I am relocated to Bangalore now and want to transfer this account to SBI Marathahalli(SBIN0010366), Bangalore Branch, The IFSC code for branch is SBIN0010366. I have tried to contact the araria branch number[protected] for same but no one is receiving the call. Even Marathahalli, Banglore branch tried to contact them to send the required document to Bangalore branch, but it's also could n't help. I am tired of doing many follow up mail with them but they didnt respond back.                                   Hold for INR 324.00 created in your AC XXXXXXX128124 on 17/09/2014. Dbt Bal. 142.52. Prior to this my account had a balance of 182.52 and there was a incorrect transaction wherein my account was debited twice for a purchase of Rs. 1500/-. Checked with the shop and found the dual entry is not listed in their settlement. Please assist on how to proceed further on this issue and what this Lien amount could be for.

                                    Hello, Since I am working in Kuwait I have Kuwait bank account for transferring money and saving money I opened sbi account. I got atm and I went to bank for atm pin.The bank mangers always saying that he is busy and he told to me come tomorrow Next day when I went there he is saying same word that he is busy come next day. He is acting like busy instead he is allowing others into his cabin and chit chatting with them.He is ignoring all my concerns and issues.Many times I have wrote written complaints but he is not accepting. Currently I am using ICICI bank account I have done lakhs of rupees transaction. I will show you my bank statements you will find how many lakhs of transactions I had done per month.Since I am software engineer I know about bank application hardley it will take two minutes to share my atm pin. Actually I planned to open EPF account and some fixed deposits. This is the way he is responding how could I trust this bank and especially this bank manager.I would have save atleast 3k permonth If I did Fd in this bank since I done in ICICI. I called to sbi care they suggested me I have to request for another card since current card got expired.                                       ONLINE SBI...MOBILE NUMBER CHANGE Respected sir, i am gyanesh sharma.i having a SB account number([protected] in SBI, jalalabad (branch code 01121) district shahjahanpur (uttarpradesh)., i have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mobile number previous [protected] to [protected] current number.. pls... thanking you

                                        State Bank of India - home loan account interest rates varies up to 13.5% WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION & No action for the Application for 'one time option to switch to current interest rate' for Home loan My HOAM LOAN ACCOUNT no is [protected] in vrde Arangaon SBI Branch, Ahmednagar, maharashtra, Earlier rate of interest was 9.5% fixed for five years later it was changed to floating type but from last few months my i realised that, the interest rate shows 14 %, I complaint it before two months to the same to the manager & applied for 'One time option to switch to current interest rate' on 23 july 2014.. I met branch Manager 3-4 times and requested to Change rate of interest & agreed to pay 0.56% of balance loan amount. But each time she says that your application is under process & it will take another two to three months. but the manager is not responding well...and not doing any action
