I have ordered a Buildskill BPS2100 Pro order id Order#[protected] on 18 October 2021. It was to be recieved on 21 October 2021 .But I have returned my product and amazon delivery boy pick up the product on date 21 October 2021 .
Amazon initiated the refund on 22 October 2021 and it was expected to come on 27 October 2021 .
Amazon gave me the refund reference id[protected] but the state bank of india bank...

I tried to make transaction of rupees 1000/- through SBI UPI on 25th of October 2021 by amazon pay. Amazon pay showed transaction processing and amount has been deducted from my account. Still I did not get refund.

I ordered shoes in Amazon. I received the shoes and paid Rs.400 through G.pay ( which is linked with my SBI account ) on 3rd Oct. I returned the shoes on October 8. Amazon says that they have initiated my refund on Oct-9 and also informed that within 3 – 5 business days the amount will be credited in my account. Last three months ian paying amount as per time. ECS return chages was cuting amount highly from last 3 months stop debiting amount from my account return chages ....

According to speed post online track it is showing my item delivery is confirmed but I did not receive it yet. I have placed order for two SBI debit card on 17 October 2021 and on speed post track it is showing first one was delivered on 21 October 2021 16:40:03 and second one was delivered on 25 October 2021 16:15:34 but I have not receive any of them. Its request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
