    Automatically they deduct Rs11.25 from my account without my permission. It always happens after 1 or 2 days when i use my online banking for Ticket Reservation. At the time of Reservation, i pay my whole amount. But continuously they deduction this amount.

      My mother and my father applied for home loan in SBI Vedayapalem branch before 45 days (approximately), but they didn't sanction home loan. I went and asked the status of the loan they said "officer is in leave". What is this? How many times they say OFFICER IS IN LEAVE/. This is not fair. They are irresponsible fellows. Can't the SBI management do anything?

            I got new debit card . And i try to register its number online in 3d secure site. To get OTP during online transaction. But every time it show card number not valid. And also in otp helpline number 39020202 show your 16 digits number it no valid.

              At the time of applying for SBI Credit Card, I submitted an FD of 20, 000 Rs. Also I was assured by the bank that I will receive Credit Card in 20 days & I have reached at the peak of my patience now, I been waiting for last 50 days & regularly contacting the bank from last several days. First they were saying, that your credit card will be coming in few days.I waited even more, then also the credit card doesn't came. Finally I have been contacting the Consumer Service Head of SBI card, they are fooling me by saying that my address was incomplete, & If my address was incomplete then why did I receive my Pin number, Credit card Application Number, & Dmat Account related papers on the same address, also After clarifying my address, the same thing is happening again & again. They give me false assurance that the credit card has been dispatched & will receive within 5 days.I also received an SMS 10 days before." Your SBI card has been dispatched viaFIRST FLIGHT; Ref NoEV[protected]and will reach within 5 working days.               I also received an SMS "Dear SBI Cardholder, outstanding of Rs 560.68, on your SBI Credit Card no XXXX3305 and Minimum Amount of Rs 261.68 is due on 29-Aug-14. Please ignore if already paid.- Manage your account online at www.sbicard.com"
              As Credit card was not received, I was unable to pay this amount & suffered financial loss due to this.

                      One Fixed Deposit in the name of Mrs.Santra Devi Jain, Wife of Shri N K Jain resident of Shree Venkateshwar Flour Mills Limited, Aish Bagh, Lucknow .Value of this FD was of Rs.11566/- on[protected].

                      This FD account details is missing by both the sides. SBI-Aish Bagh branch is showing inability to provide any details on above basis.

                      You are requested to arrange to investigate how this FD details and status can be collected.

                      I have been called up from Mr.Gupta cell number-[protected] in reply of my above request. He was asking my savings account debit card number, expiry date, and CV code of card. It was condition almost to solve my complain. I just want to know how any company can ask for these details.

                      I need your immediate reply before matter accelerate to security personals.

                      Fraud calls from [protected] from SBI, be aware, dont give account detail.
                      After submitting this complain i jut got a fake/ fraud call from this number [protected], was speaking very roughly and asked for my debit card number and pass word of ATM, so i got alert and i told if you are from SBI why you called from this personal number and the time is 10:55 in night ? how ? he was confused in replying and cut the phone. he was a fraud.

                      so please users who has already been cheated with this bad banking experience, please dont share your information with anybody until you are not satisfied that they are from SBI team. Other wise you may again be cheated.

                      Please be aware and share it on social media as well to aware the innocent people.

                        Statement generated for 6161 and made a payment of 6000rs and in next statement they have charge me of 340rs for not paying rs161...i dont think it is fair and also in statment generated it is always mentioned to make a minium payment of so and so... and i have made a payment of 6000 and in past i have always made a payment mroe than what my statment has been generated.. so i dont think its worth to have this card.                         I was given a call and a surety that the amount would be reimburse but the statement that has been generated for this month is not showing anything... i think shows the amount of disrespect they shows towards the customers.

                              m a SBI customer nd applied for debit card near about 6 months ago nd they just said that just ask cashier when i approach to cashier he just give me a form and say apply for debit card again and again i applied for debit card with some fee 100 smthng twice...after all that after a month again asked bank manager he just say again ask cashier then again cashier give me aa form i means what the hell was that i need my debit card not these lazy answers from those lazy people...my bank account is [protected], SBI branch TALWANDI SABO, BATHINDA, PUNJAB...please do somthing thx

                                  DEAR SIR I Would like to bring to the notice of RBI and others concerned that despite the guidelines issued by RBI, one of the DEBT RECOVERY AGENCIES OF SBII BANK CREDIT CARD, are still using threatening and illegal means of recovering the payments of credit cards. One man from RECOVERY AGENCY his name is Goutam Shaw & the contact no is [protected] he is from Kolkata he came to my home & shouting in the road by stating my mother that your son has taken money from SBI tell him to contact me else again I will come tomorrow even he is telling her give your phone I will call him from your phone even he is added call his wife quickly I want to talk to her --THEIR auth. agents for recovery have been regularly visiting my house and using all kinds of abusive to my old mother, filthy and threatening language for recovering the outstanding dues against my card. Even I have a word with a representative from SBI CREDIT CARD I have told him that what kind of problem that I am facing then he told me to make payment else go for a settlement even I have agreed to go ahead with the settlement with lesser amount from September onwards as dated 12 of the upcoming month but they are telling me before the billing date I have to make the payment means latest by 2nd September 2014 I need to make the first payment to there end which is quite impossible for me I can make him payment latest by 12th September 2014 but he added that he can’t help me on that & even if I will be not making the payment by the given deadline whatever he have provided me so again the agency people will go to my home & do the same think whatever he does with me previously. I have been in a financial mess for the last about Six Month, due to which my track of regular payment was spoiled.I, without fail .used to make payments with all the interest and every other charges.The bank earned a lot during the time I was earning well, but now I m not in a position to make any payments. I requested the recovery agent that it would take me a few months to settle their account but they are not listening and are continuously threatening me with dire consequences. I told them to follow the things legally but they are not listening. They are saying they would get my account settled at a very lesser sum if i pay them seperately, apart from paying to the bank. I request the concerned authorities to stop this way of collection or would be forced to drag the agency to consumer court and also take them to court for criminal charges for using illegal and threatening ways .                                     Hello Sir/Ma'am, My account number [protected]- jhonston ganj branch allahabad (Branch no. 01198) 50, 000 Rs/- was debited from my account by SBI on 2/August/2014. Branch manager told me that some anti social elements has withdrawn the money by fake cheque with fake signature. I gave written complaint to branch manager of Allahabad regarding fraud in my account with request to take action immediately, But so far no action has been taken by the branch manager yet. Please arrange to credit 50, 000 Rs/- with interest in my account immediately to avoid any legal case against the bank otherwise criminal case will be filed at Chief Judicial Magistrate for the arrest of Managing Director (CMD) - Branch Manager etc. All the cheques was in my safe custody & surrendered to the branch manager after the branch manager requested me to surrender the remaining cheques.                                     It's a very big issue, may be manager is involved in this issue.
                                    Without manager's involvement it's not possible.
                                    Yes, he is the main game planner.
                                    Money should be returned by the Manager or the SBI.
                                    Government banks are also not safe in these days..

                                      Transaction rejected: Cash Deposit Machine accepted cash but not credited to my account.

                                      Sir on 26th Aug on 12:39 PM i tried to deposit an amount of 12400 at the cash deposit machine at Karimganj Branch.But while i was on the last dialog button where it asked confirm, add more cash and cancel. I was little late in clicking the option and it displayed transaction time out. Please contact your branch and at that instant i went to the Chief Manager's Office and reported the incident. Later some of the bank official opened the cdm...

                                      Sir / Ma'am,

                                      I am Mr. Bhabani Sarma from Guwahati Assam . I am also an account holder in SBI .
                                      These days I am in Mumbai . and the thing is that, SBI tortured me a lot . No response from any
                                      employ when I asked for help . Due to technical malfunctioning I lost almost a huge amount of money
                                      almost 35000 /- .

                                      I had deposited an amount of 57000 /- rupees in guwahati branch and when I tried to withdraw an amount of 44500 /- at the date of 26 august 2014, a message is shown as DECLINED ... a message also came to my mobile phone mentioning DECLINED .. But when I tried to withdraw the amount from other ATM .. it says UNAVAILABLE FUND ... I went to nearest SBI office ... I met the CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER // I met the
                                      CASH OFFICER // but no response ... they said me to wait for 2 to 3 days as the matter solves ...where as my date of returning to Guwahati is 27 august 2014 ...My train ticket of 3125 /- is waste as because of that ...

                                      On the date of 27 august I got a message from my home branch that my matter is solved and I have almost 27000 /- rupees ... so I went to the SBI ATM again on 27th august ... I withdrawn 15000 /- of rupees and after that the same problem again ..the ATM shows UNAVAILABE FUND ... where as I have almost 12000 /- left in my account ...


                                      If this kind of issues regularly happens ...then for how many days I will stay in Mumbai ... Per day almost 5000 /- of amount is going from my pocket ... as because of the technical defaults of SBI...


                                      So I request the SBI authorities to look towards such kind of issues ... so the we common people doesn't get tortured any more ...
