    I received call from +91 [protected] saying that we are SBI.They send me one sms OTP and said we are refunding that amount.After some time they told me that they can't refund.They were asking my other ATM card numbers.

    +91 [protected] saying that they are SBI bank have misused my bank information and deducted 49, 490 rupees amount illegaly and without my consent.They are intentionally doing it.

    Also, uptill now i did not receive rs101 recharge refund.

    My loss=101+49490=49591 Rupees :(

      My name is Meenaben Anilkumar Raythatha staying at Thane Maharastra .

      My purpose of letter to you came from deep dissatisfaction I am feeling from the fact that though we say we live in democratic India and we should be allowed of our judicial rights are we really getting such rights ??? No not really because people working with PSU banks like SBI feels that they are the owners of the bank and rather than they serving people instead people should serve them.

      The matter started with I visited the SBI branch for 10 lacks loan which I was in need of due to renovation of my house.Branch manager Mrs.Arundhati Mahajan (Branch manager, M.G.Road, Ghatkopar) asked me to provide all the requisite documents which I provided well in time.

      Then the branch manager told me to wait for CIBIL report to come.After few days My CIBIL score came at 811 out of 819 and my son who was guarantor to my loan the score came at 791 out of 819.The branch manager told me that everything else is fine but why I should provide you a loan you should take care of me also .( asking for bribe)

      I told her why I should provide you when all my documents are clear and I told her that don't harass me unnecessary otherwise I will complain your top authority, She got angry on this and told me to leave the branch immediately saying " go to top authorities and get your loan pass I will see to it that your loan will not get passed"

      I had one question "am I not entitled for a loan why our type of people should suffer my fault was that I didn't fulfill the things which she asked for.Every day SBI shows ad that women loan should be processed quickly then why I am being ignored.

      I can provide you the emails that I had sent to AGM, DGM, AGM, GM of the SBI bank regarding this problem.

      I urge you to take strict actions against the branch manager and I expect earliest reply from you.
      I am ready to co operate which ever you want sir.

My wife asked about three months bank statement with stamp for my personal work on 22.07.2014. But they (in Enquiry cabin) are not responding and not giving right answer properly to giving the bank statement. In this manner, how can we get the bank statement from SBI-Jangareddygudem branch.           I am Gunaseelan, i applied for sbi clerk exam last month .where sbi announced exam in 20.7.14 while it is online exam that happening in the different timeslots in saturday and sunday upto next month.during the same day i had group1 exam date that is announced two months before, while i requsted to change the exam date to next month in [protected]@ibpsorg.org and [protected]@ibps.in mails i requsted one time at first but they didnot answer any mail so i send many messages till they didnot reply .there phone number also out of order how can i contact them? why they are not caring the people, i had paid Rs 450 for exam i need feedback from them and i need to allow to write exam in different day.My contact no [protected]

            I have taken a car loan (Account No. [protected]), Your bank is not deducting my loan installments on time. This is a very disappointing situation. Please look into this and resolve so that installments are timely deducted and I do not receive threatening SMSes from your bank. If this matter is not resolved quickly I will be constrained to escalate it to the office of Chairman SBI.

                Dear Sir I was done my SBI credit card settlement 3 months back in Rs. 30000 and as per settlement letter that amount was to paid in 2 installments of Rs. 15000 each, I given 2 cheques to company for same, but after deducting both installments SBI till now not issued me zero balance statement and NOC for same. When I called they are saying we received only installment and they asked for bank statement, i submitted same and after that I called many times but there is no positive response for bank side, please help me in getting NOC and zero balance statement .                 After putting this complaint on this website I get a call from mobile no.[protected], saying I am from SBI credit card department, and asked me for login on to website " bank.securities" and putting debit card details, said to me get we will refund you Rs 15000 which we not received and you pay again then we will give you the NOC & Zero Balance statement, When I denied and asked who are you he disconnected the phone and till now his phone is going busy from this time, please help me in this regard and getting NOC and zero balance statement.

                  Till date I have done many transactions but up to now i have not awarded with any loyalty points. I gone to bank and they said that they were not aware of this service so i contacted customer care. I tried through that but the output was nill. If your organization is not providing it please convey the information to the customers or else update the service.

                        My Father, Mr. Nandkeshwar Ram is a retired person from Bihar Government Press. Now he is residing in Delhi with us. He was Taking pension from Pay and Accounts Office Tis Hari. Unfortunately, he got fractured in his leg and hand after falling from staircase. Due to this, he got transferred his pension from
                        Pay and account office to in his account [protected]. But still, he is waiting for his pension for last 08 months.
                        I contacted to SBI Chandi Chowk to Mr. Soni, etc in pension Department. Mr. Sharma is AGM, I contacted to him also. But result is Zero. No one is giving satisfactory reply to me. And pension is awaited.
                        Now I am calling for last one months on nos. [protected], 306, 310, 311, 315, 302, 306 for the status of the work. But no one pick phone on these number . These numbers are useless for customers. This type of attitude is harassing peoples. For any enquiry, I have to go and meet SBI employee.
                        Now I am sending to you for your consideration and action. It is very regretful being with SBI.

                            I deposited cash in the S/B A/C NO.[protected] (of Pinky Das) with your Dahisar East branch.Mumbai on 15.7.2014 (cash Rs.2000 deposited at your Borivali West Br, Mumbai to the credit of above S/B A/C) )and on 17.6.2014.(cash Rs.7000 deposited at your Dahisar East Br, Mumbai to the credit of the above S/B A/C). On both transactions your Branch debited this S/B A/C with charges. No Bank in Mumbai charge for cash deposit in the S/B by way of cash deposit transfer from one branch to their another branch. Both the branches are of State Bank of India and both are in Mumbai. This is not the practice of any Bank in Mumbai. Please refund the charges (debited to the S/B A/C) to the credit of S/B A/C NO.[protected] of Pinky Das.

                                Hi, I went to visit the State Bank of India branch in Nilakottai, Dindigul district, Tamilnadu to discuss about farming loan. The Branch manager(N.Ashok kumar) didn't showed his as welcome and never asked me to sit rather this guy was talking on a phone to someone about his personal issues. While I was discussing with him about the loan, he replied in a rude manner asking about unwanted questions and treated like I'm begging his money. I felt very bad and disappointed with his attitude and behaviour. As a citizen of India the government gives us an opportunity to utilize and improve the situation but these useless guys spoils everything where they come from background by bribing or mocking Group exams. I wanted to register this complaint and let him don't at least treat other citizens such a way.

                                    This Complainant had registered for a PG course at Lucknow University and made payment through SBI payment portal using PNB Master card No. [protected] on 15th july, 2014. The payment was debited from my PNB Savings Account No. [protected] available at PNB Sector 27 NOIDA Branch, its IFSC code is PUNB 0272600, but after the payment, RECEIPT was NOT GENERATED and kept on waiting for hours together only a blank screen was blinking on and hence i did not get the transaction id starting with DU. I was proceeded to a blank page after the payment was deducted from my said account. i request you to look into the matter and help me to immediately generate the e-receipt within 24 hrs. In case it is not done, I will not be able to fill my form on time as its last date is 17th July 2014. Its whole responsibility financial and otherwise shall lie upon SBI, which it will have to pay.
