Hi there, My Self Nirmit from Ahmedabad, I lost my job because of SBI collection agent Mr. Vimal Maheta. He is threatening me, even blackmailing me, I think SBI and their collection agents deliberately do all this criminal activities. I feel SBI has given them license to kill, then I think living in democratic nation, such criminal activities shoud not be tolerated. 1. I will file law suite against SBI & Mr. Vimal Maheta from Ahmedabad (Collection agent) under clause 499 & 500 defamation act. 2. I will lodge register FIR with local police officer 3. I will lodge criminal complaint against extorting and blackmailing by SBI & their collection agencies (as the person ask me to show him, property document, my personal bank statements, Who the hell SBI or collection guys, are you to ask me about my personal information, u have no right to ask me this). If you are bank, please be in your limits, being civilian I have my right to protect myself and my family from goons & criminals. 4. I will go to media and raise this matter, now whatever happened, even i[censored] make any DON / DADAS / CRIMINALS / GUNDAS called me I will not care. I truly understand my responsibility to pay my dues, but if you think you can grab my Collars and ask for money, I will not pay even single penny. So better be professional and I want you guys to talk to me within 24 hours, as on Monday I will take all the necessary action. Please be professional, I hope you guys are not uneducated and understand what I have mentioned above. No matter how much money SBI have to protect their employees, but I have truth and honesty to protect myself, and I will fight till my last breath.. Even problems or issues be resolved by co-operation, not by assault or threat.. Please dont worry, I am not coward -- I want bank to send me apology letter and take immediate action against above mentioned person, and let him never call me back or see me again... I want person to deal with me, who can be respectful and understand the situation.. Thanks

I m Chandana SINGHA roy, my case no. 277/14. I have an account in state bank of India in champasari Branch, NY account no. [protected] .on 30th may 2014 my account debited rupees 85, 000 by cheque which unregistered cheque. Someone used wrong cheque in my account and that cheque issued my banker staff without giving any mobile alert and main part is my signature was not matching in such cheque. One thing I hear that bank sent my 2 cheque book in post office to my home address. In my absences, postman given my cheque to unknown person without my signature. It mean that is SBI security system! I dawn sure for banker staff negligence and postman negligence, i suffered in this situations. Rupees 85, 000 is not a little amount for me.I want strong take action for stare bank of india . I just want my money back in my account. An amount of Rs 38, 300.00 (Rupees Thirty eight thousand three hundred) only has been with drawn by some one on 18/03/2013 from SBI, Khichhing Branch (Odisha). I want an enquiry to the matter and credit the same amount to my SBI, Tiny account.

I have applied for Home loan on 8th May 2014 at SBI Branch Sector 36 Noida (Application Number[protected] and provided them all the documents including 3 cheques (of Rs 6500, Rs 2700, Rs 1500) for Loan processing, Advocate and Assesses fee. All these documents were couriered to RACPC Noida by SBI sector 36 on 9th May. For 1 week when I didn't heard anything from SBI Branch, I went to RACPC Noida on 17th May to inquire about my application status As per RACPC Noida they didn’t received application from SBI branch. I went to branch and checked with Manger and the courier company guy . After investigating for 2-3 hours we got to know that bank has made the proposal for Car loan and sent to RACPC Noida, RASCPC Noida didn’t inform the bank about this error and was sitting over it for 1 week, had I didn’t intervene it won’t have gone forward. RACPC asked me to correct the proposal to home loan so I went back and fro between RACPC and SBI branch 5 times and Finally I submitted the proposal at 1:15 PM on 17th to Miss Monica. I requested her to enter the details but as per her she won’t enter it today as Senior Manager has asked her not to enter after 1:30 PM (and her personal rule is no entry after 1:15 PM) I see that state bank Noida is run by lazy people who has no concern with people issues. These guys just sits and gossips in office. “Seems like Modi’s jargon better days are coming suites well with RACPC Noida employees J Again on 19th May I went to RACPC Noida and met Miss Sashi as per her my application is allocated to My Alok I met Mr Alok and informed him about the problem and requested him to expedite the loan process. Things seemed to be working well and on 27th May a representative Yakub Raza from Advocate (Rajendra Gupta Associate) asked to show him the original Allotment letter and receipt. I met him at the metro station and showed him the originals, During that process he asked me to pay the certificate fee by cash or cheque, I told him that I have already paid it to bank, and in case he has any concerns he need to talk to bank. Now on 2nd June I again went to RACPC Noida to enquire about the loan. I met Mr Alok and as per him Advocate (Rajendra Gupta Associate) has sent an objection, I asked him to me show me the objection. As per the Objection Addressed to RACPC the Advocate wanted to know who will bear the Advocate fee, and how will it be transferred to him then only then he will process the document. This letter was received by RACPC 2 to 3 days back again they were sitting over it. Now this is between RACPC Noida and their Advocate issue that need to be resolved between them and without my persuasion and interferences. But again I had to step in and chase the advocate and bank on each day to resolve it. Today 2nd June Advocate said that he will be applying for Certificate and it will take 3 day to get a certificate but god know how much time RACPC Noida will take to process further. Just now 3rd June at 12:42 AM I got a call Mr Alok ([protected]) that they are stopping the processing as collateral is need and I have provided them Guarantor. This is happening after I filed my second complaint (number -- AR46521) on 2nd June. Is this retribution against my complaint. Now my Builder is demanding money in 8 days as 50 days’ time period will be over on 11th May . Kindly let me know who will bear the Penalty? Why the application was entertained when you guys can’t provide the loan I am literally disgusted with unprofessional behavior of SBI and RACPC Noida. SBI should name their home loan as “Shame and torture loan”. At times I feel that this delay and rejection is done deliberately to exhort money from gullible middle class. Who’s only dream is to have a Home of its own."

Hello, I am one of the customer for SBI bank. Today my friend, cash RS 2500 deposit to my account from another city. It means Same bank network but different branch. The bank network deducted RS 50 from my account because of INTER BANK CHARGES. Can i know the reason to deduct this amount ?. Today all technologies improved. I feel this is worst in sbi service. Suppose you deduct amount for this, they why SBI say "We are MNC" and provide best service to PEOPLE. Why cheat People. *****
