A fraud transaction was made from my SBI credit card No [protected] of Rs 5000 on May 7, 2013 at airtel bill desk Mumbai. I received the transaction message and blocked my card immediately. I am going to file an FIR and enquirer who has done this. I never disclosed any of my information of the card with anybody. A fraud second transaction was tried on same day for rs 800 at Oxycash_BD, but is has been declined as I blocked my credit card. I am very anguished and frustrated; even i didn't receive the high security password on my mobile which is required for any transaction. I am sure that somebody had hacked the information and fraudulently used my credit card, it comes under cyber crime. You are responsible for not providing the safety in this transaction as measures that are required for any online transaction as security code.     One invalid online transaction of Rs 7999.00 was made on my credit card on 07.03.2014 for which I didn't get transaction SMS to my mobile and the same was known to me only after the next bill is generated. The same was asked to SBI card through the [protected]@sbicard.com mail ID and I am getting a standard system generated reply for all my queries. Now SBI cards is asking me to pay the outstanding amount with interest immediately through SMS and phone. What should be done?

        I had raised a request for transfer of PPF account from SBI KHopoli, Raigrah Branch to SBI Rabale TTC branch, Navi Mumbai. The request had been raised in February-14, which was later processed on 4th April 14. I tried checking the account status details. It showing that account has been closed on 4th April 2014, and related documents are dispatched to Rabale TTC branch. It has been more than one month, but Rabale TTC branch is saying that they have not received any documents for the same. I tried contacting back to Khopoli Branch on 20thApril 2014, for finding out the details of the courier and receipt number. They said that they cannot provide all these details. After that tried calling almost everyday, no one is even picking up the call. SBI Khopoli[protected]/ 268236/ 263777 It is a big irresponsibility of the Khopoli Branch, that they are not even concerned about the courier that they had sent been received by the intended branch or the recipient. They are not concerned if the customer is facing issues due to delay in services. This delay is leading me loss of interest as well which I was entitled to receive by PPF account. I have been fed up with all such delayed process, that’s why I prefer using ICICI Bank, anytime immediate service, no delays at all. Customer is always delighted at ICICI bank I request any one you to please look in the matter ASAP. Otherwise I will bound to send a Legal Notice against the Khopoli Branch.

          Dear Sir, I am a existing account holder of SBI, shivalik nagar, hardwar. I have applied for car loan through my branch's manager Mr. Das and handed over all the documents to the loan officer on 25th April'14. Its already been 13 days they completed my office verification from my dehradun office, so as a whole for a loan amount of 3.0 lac for an existing customer who is already having good balance in his account SBI has already took 21 days and still not clear. on 22nd morning when I have called loan manager Mr. Bisht( Sector-5 branch, BHEL, Hardwar) and asked him about the status of loan and told him if bank have any doubts or confusion they can cancell my request, So that i will apply in some other bank, he shouted on me like anything. I dont know what etiquettes he is having. I request SBI to take necessary action against these kind of people who instead of respecting customers shouting and misbehaving with them.             Dear Sir, I am regular user of SBI card for a long time. SBI offers reward points on purchase on bill pay but points expires very soon, points have validity of very less time. If I use my whole credit limit and pay it every month then too It will not reach the limit where I can redeem anything, because reward point expires very soon. But in other banks, reward points does not expire and credit card user can redeem it anytime. Therefore I request you to kindly instruct SBI to give me back my all the rewards points which I didnt use and which expired... IActually I didnt redeem a single point till now because rewards points expires very soon. SBI should give me all the rewards points back from day one to today. Kindly do the needful.               On 05/05/2014, i have received tata card and activated thru IVR but every transaction is dis-lined .Below i have mentioned the details of my card no and mobile no. and Already i have made 7 more calls to customer care each representative having different replay like 2hours, 28 hours, 48 hours all goes to vain. and On may 6th 2014 one mail to customer.[protected]@tatacard.com(waste of time) and On May 7th 2014another mail to [protected]@tatacard.com(another waste of time)Already i have given my maximum effort to activate this card but everything waste of my time and i don't want to go with this card any more then why should i pay annual fee without activating card? i will return the card tell me the procedure.???

                Dear sir, I had taken a loan from SBI bank for higher education in Dec 2005 .I had started my repayment towards my education loan. but in recent budget announcements government of India announced interest subsidy on education loans which were taken before 2009 also. my father also economically backword. but bankers saying we have not received any circulars regarding interest subsidy scheme, since u are not eligible person for this benefit. kindly give me suggestion whether i am a eligible person or not.

                  I am trying to apply SBI home loan through SBI-Home loan branch at Howrah. I have all legal documents of the house that I am planning to buy. I approached SBI Home loan division many times but the officer dealing with the home loan offend me all the times by saying the fact that I need to have a mutation certificate of the house. As the house is of 24 years old, the seller lost the certificate and issued a demand registrar against that from Howarh Municipality, and as per the mutation officer, the demand registrar can be considered as a mutation certificate. I have detailed this fact to the home loan officer but he is harassing me by saying that it is not their business and they cannot do anything without that. He is not helping me at all but rather behaving rudely. This is showing very bad scenario on the home loan service being offered by SBI and an action should be taken immediately against that.                     A lady calling from the number [protected] on 13th may 2014 12.38 P.M.me and telling me that you are guarantor of Rs. 2 Lacs loan amount and you have to pay or else we will make you pay by doing some heavy damage to me etc. When I called back to same number she replied but not confidently and said that she is calling from SBI Mumbai and not given me the exact address and she cut the call and told me that she will call back me within 30 minutes, but she doesn't call back me yet.

                        Sir,
                        I went to sbi pandu nagar kanpur branch to collect my ppf deposit slip & then requested mr sudhir kumar dealing person to complete my pass book.
                        He replied to my wife, i cannot complete it because your a/c is with swaroop nagar branch. He said i am not able to complete my work and people of other branches also come here to bother me.
                        He kept on waiting my wife there for an hour, and gave her a warning that this time i am doing it for the next time go to swaroop nagar branch.
                        In mean time a leading eye surgeon also came, he again misbehaved with him.

                        I want to know that this type of dealing with a women is correct.

One of SBI employee Mr. Chandru Mob. : [protected] (saying from Banaswadi branch, loan section) have shown interest to provide me loan your SBI bank for my new house construction in Bangalore and sent his representative Mr. Chethan (Mobile # [protected]) taken all the xerox copy of the documents and signed application forms. I have all the original documents except land sale dead copy.For which I have given copy of certified sale dead copy. For this reason your branch was not ready to accept the document and did not approve.Meantime, during collection of document, they have collected a cheque of amount Rs. 7, 750/- (Seven thousand and seven hundred fifty) from me and credited your bank.At that time Mr. Chandru informed me that he will reverse the payment. This was happen almost 2 months back, but till now they have not taken any action.I have called several times and stopped attending my calls.                             Sub.: Settlement of family pension claim. Ref.: BRC-E[protected] dated 13.09.2012 SBI - Mandavi Vadodara A/C No. [protected]. Sir, My father was died on[protected]. He was Railway Employee & getting pension from SBI Mandavi Branch, Vadodara. His A/c No. is [protected]. I have sent relevant documents for family pension through SBI – Mandavi, Vadodara branch to SBI, CPPC Gandhinagar twice on 25.3.2014 & on 24.4.2014. I have received the endorsement from SBI, Mandvi Branch, Baroda twice. They have also shown the despatch register and shown the proof of sending the same through your registered courier M/s. Anjali Courier vide Packet No. 57 dated 25.03.2014 and Packet No. 24 dated 24.04.2014. Till today my mother couldn't get family pension. So I personally went to SBI, CPPC Gandhinagar. On verification, they shown file and informed that the require documents for family pension are not received at their end. Contrary to this SBI - Mandavi Vadodara is showing proof of record of dispatch of documents to CPPC, Gandhinagar. This is very cumbersome situation for my mother. She is not getting pension even after 2 months even though all formalities are completed. In view of above, I request you to take necessary action in this case for settlement of family pension as early as possible and oblige.

                                I hold a SBI account at HAL branch, This was my salary account in my previous employer. Since my native is Pondicherry, I wish to transfer this account from HAL branch to Pondicherry Main branch.


                                Please advice whether if I approach Pondicherry main branch, will they will be able to help me or i have to visit HAL branch @ Bangalore.

                                  Dear Sir, I am Vicky Burman s/o Dilip Kumar Burman and I have availed an Education Loan having ac no.[protected] from Mihijam SBI Branch in 2008 for my higher studies in 2008. In 2011, My father applied for interest subsidy against my education loan as per government of India circular. The then loan officer of the branch received the application and assured that my account will be credited with applicable interest subsidy. After that application my father and myself have visited the branch so many time but they are not even listening to our complain and didn't take any steps to resolve my problem. Since my father doesn't have high income so it would have been a great help to us. But the in cooperation of branch officials we could get the benefit for which we are entitled for as per the Government of India circular. Now they are saying that they cant do any thing as their loan officer and branch manager has got changed.I have requested them to look into the matter but they are not even talked to me. Currently I am working in a bank myself and servicing the regular payment to my loan. You are requested to look into the matter and help me to get the interest subvention to my loan account.                                     I am Sri Probin Kumar Hazarika, House No 89, Ajanta Path, Beltola Survey, Guwahati, Assam-781028I had a credit card of S.B.I Bank. Credit Card No. is- [protected]. This Card was against on my fixed Deposit (FD). My FD No. is-[protected] (CIF No-[protected]-0), the FD is book on my S.B.I Bank A/C N0-[protected](SBIN0004134). My S.B.I bank A/C No. is [protected]. Total FD amount was Rs.50, 000/-.At present my card is closed and I have made all due payment to the bank and now my card was closed and blocked and no due amount in my card towards the bank.. But the SBI CARD did not release my FD and still lien on my FD.FD issue date was[protected] and FD maturity date was[protected]. Sir I am trying to break my FD since last 1 year. I am not using SBI card service last 2 years. my card all dues are clear, I need my money back, I am facing some financial problems but SBI CARD team not able to remove line on my fixed deposit . Can You Tell Me what to do now, I have sent many mails to SBI CARD team but they are not resolving my problem. I requested to you please take necessary action against SBI CARD team and resolve my problem.

                                      beware before signing the application there are 30 to 40 signs and executives never explains the correct information to customers.now they have started giving free accounts for sbi account holders, we take it as it comes for free but after that every month ur account starts debiting and customers starts calling to executives or teamleaders no response from them.at last customer is fooled by them so be careful... i have faced this problem...

                                      in hyderabad all stupid fellows are given as teamleaders.hands off to the selection team they even dont know what trading is?they even dont know how to speak with customers.

                                        I Jhandu Ram (age 62 years) has saving account in State Bank of India with account no. [protected]-3 and this is also my penssion account. I applied for an ATM and received the same on Feb 21, 2014. But it is not functioning for a single time and for every transection the receipt show "sorry unable to process". I have made complaint for the same two time to Branch manager in written, but he took no action. I am old person and unable to go bank to every time, and if I do so then what the use of ATM.
