I am sasianand from chennai using a SBI GOLD AND MORE CREDIT CARD NO.[protected].On December 17th 2012 my credit card was debited RS.12, 000 without my authorization through ICIC PRUDENTIAL LIFE MUMBAI.On the same day I have made a telephonic complaint no action was taken by the sbi card.so I made a complaint through email on the following dates with ref no namely 1.march 5 2013-Ref no-caseID=[protected]KARTHIK ROVER VP CUSTOMER SERVICES), 2.march 8 2013-ref no-caseID=[protected].march 12 2013-ref no-caseID=[protected]NAGALAKSHMI NODALDESK, SHOBHN SHARMA CUSTOMER SERVICES) 4.april 23 2013-Ref no-caseID=[protected].OCTOBER 18 2013-Ref no-caseID=[protected]NZAM MANAGER NODAL OFFICER) 6.OCTOBER 18 2013-Ref no-caseID=[protected]VEENA JENIFER NODAL DESK).After all this numerous complaints I have made a complaint to national consumer helpline on 11/06/13 docket no.[protected].after all this numerous complaints only Rs.12, 000 is credited(Reverted) on 08/01/2014 but the charges charged due to this Rs.12, 000 is also not reverted.Till then they are putting the fine for that unpaid amount and they are sending the bill monthly and their collection persons calling me to my mobile and torturing me regularly.They also not taken any action against my dispute complaint.Sir please kindly take action on this problem by clear all the charges charged because of the unauthorized transaction.on JAN-13 BILL I have purchased for Rs.545 and unauthorises transaction of Rs.12, 000(17/12/12) of this I have paid Rs.630(31/01/13)(EXTRA RS.85).ON FEB-13 BILL I have purchased for Rs.681 and I have paid Rs.862(05/03/13)(EXTRA RS.181).ON MARCH-13 BILL I have made a balance transfer of Rs.38179(21/02/2013)(debit), balance transfer processing fee Rs.763(2% 0f balance transfer)and).ON APRIL BILL I have not made any purchases.ON MAY BILL I have made a payment of Rs.35992(26/04/13)(total balance transfer amount to be paid Rs.38179)Already I have made extra payment of Rs.85(31/01/13), Rs.181(05/03/13), Rs.1924(05/04/13).Total extra payment Rs.2190.PAYMENT RS.35992+RS.2190=RS.38182.ALL THE PAYMENTS MADE ARE REFLECTED IN THE NEXT BILL.SO AS OF NOW I HAVE PAIDALREADY ALL THE AMOUNTS I WANT TO PAY THERE IS NO CASH AMOUNT I WANT TO PAY TO SBI CARD.I HAVE ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT TO U ON 06/11/13 REGARDING THIS BUT AFTER COMPLAINT SBICARD ONLY REVERTED DISPUTED RS.12000 AMOUNT AND CHARGES OCCURED DUE TO THIS DISPUTE ARE NOT CLEARED.I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO CLEAR ALL THE CHARGES AND ZERO MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE AND CLEAR ME FROM THIS MATTER.SBICARD IS FOOLING THE CONSUMER AND EVERY BODY ELSE LIKE CONSUMER COURT, RBI, ETC.

        Sir, I have opened the PPF A/c at Dharamshala, HP in the year 2010 since I was posted there. After my transfer from that place to Delhi, I have requested for transfer of my A/c to Delhi on October 2013. Before that, I have consulted to the Branch staff and made sure that I would get all the benefits even after transfer of A/c though, the amount had been transferred in a fresh A/c opened at Delhi. In fact, I have again crosschecked that whether this fresh A/c is reflecting or not that this A/c was running from Sep/Oct 2010. I have been made sure that I would get all the benefit of PPF A/c since its opening. However, when the interest for the year of 2014 had been credited in the A/c, I became surprised that the iterest was calculated/credited for only those amount which has been deposited at Delhi only and there was no any interest for the amount (about 96, 000/-) which was transferred from Dharamshala. If it would remain like that, why should I not withdraw the amount and invest it in other way? I had sent an email regarding the matter to Patel Dham, Delhi SBI Branch, where I have this PPF A/c, but, I could not get any response from the branch. I need a clarification on the matter..

          Non receipt of pension amount for last two months

          Even after submitting my life certificate on 18 NOV 2013.
          therefore Irequest you to look into the matter and do the needfull.

          sir, I availed edu. loan for b.v.sc & a.h. from sbi of 4 lakh in 2006-07. instalments were disbursed in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 of 1 lakh each. I repayed whole loan in last quarter of 2012. the bank had not considered my loan under interest subsidy till now(neither in after 2009 scheme nor in before 2009 scheme). my parents income is less than 4.5 lakhs. please guide me sir that m I eligible for any subsidy or not.
          I have taken education loan in 2010 . As govt rule, all student get full subsidy of interest during education period plus upto 1 more year. Many student already got their subsidy, But i did not got from sbi.

          If talked to manager, agm, dgm so many times but they are not listening.

          So please look this matter asap.

                I have an account in SBI I had transfered money from axis to my SBI and Account. It was reflected on 1st APril 2014 but on 2nd April 2014 I was not able to see this money in my A/c. I was not able to widraw by ATM. I required this amount urgently for Hospital. I dont have given any cheque for clearence as well. Can you please help me as soon as possible Mob No. [protected]

                  I was using the above SBI credit card [protected] till somewhere in April 2010. Although I stopped using the card but I continuously paid till April 2013. In the mean time my previous email id password I forget and using this email id. I want a settlement for the card and SBI from Mumbai with the telephone number [protected] called me after a year i.e on March 2014. I told them first to send the statement in my new mail id which they have not send till date. They told me a settlement amount of 24000 payable in 4 monthly install ments. I insisted for 18000 in 3 monthly installments. Then the day before I was travelling in Baku they told me they are ready with 18000 in one installments. I reached Baku and I call them from my Baku mobile number andgiven them my number also, but again they are claiming 24000. I do not understand whether they want to settle the account or not. Needs help in settling the account since I am outside India now.

                    I made a wire transfer of sum amounting to 17 lakhs (approx.) on 4th march 2014 which was rejected by destination bank due to incomplete information. Later my domestic branch SBI dharamshala provided all the information to the head office on 6th march but money was not delivered until 20th march even after regular follow up. resulting my training is stopped and due to bank delays they resent whole amount to my account charging transaction fees and then new conversion rates into euro. which gave me monetarily losses in addition to mental and physical losses.

                      For almost an year now have been receiving messages on cellphone along with letters at home saying there is default in paying the monthly EMI. Interestingly every month the EMI is deducted from my account without fail, had visited the parliament street SBI office to check why there is an error. SBI computer system is picking up wrong information and giving false errors, the gentleman says the issue will be corrected and till date it is the same. Today i have received a letter at home saying deposit Rs 50 for penalty for non payment of EMI on time, ARE YOU GUYS CRAZY OR WHAT????? CAN YOU CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS FIRST BEFORE SENDING STUPID SMS AND LETTERS???

                        Loan amount: INR 21, 28000
                        Interest rate: 10.3%
                        Tenure: 10 years
                        Branch: S.P.Koil branch, Kanchipuram Dist. Tamilnadu.
                        EMI as per SBI home loan calculator: INR 28, 476.38
                        EMI agreed in sanction letter: INR 28, 614 for 119installments (instead of 120). It was agreed with branch manager.
                        EMI for first month: INR 28, 694 (Alert message received) It was discussed with branch manager and agreed to pay without proper reason. They were saying it was SBI system calculation like that…. But I am not convinced.
                        EMI for March 2014: INR 28, 748 (Alert message received). I really do not know the reason for hike. No feedback received from branch till now

                          No response on compliant no: HL[protected]. NO response over mail to RACPC maintracpc2 .[protected]@sbi.co.in. No response on reminder. Phone call responses are harsh. So raising new compliant again on the same issue. For the loan account No: [protected], the interest rate is fixed and charged 7.5/8.25 ( revised in 2008) and now retrospectively from 2008 charged at 12 & 12.5 and asked to pay difference in amount 2, 16, 000. This gave me trouble financially in the following ways 1. I had no option left now apart from paying the amount now because RACPC believes it is right from their end. If the revision of interest is done and communicated to me in time, I would have close the loan account or switched over to lower floating interest rate ( by moving to different bank ). 2. I am paying interest and I can not claim income tax benefit for 2.7lac ( 2.16 + 60, 000 < for which I have taken benefit>) on this year interest, which is a loss of 40000 ( 1.2lac < 2.7 - 1.5 eligible one>). I need response on this from you in what way SBI is going to justify your realization of interest problems at your end can end up in SBI gaining and me paying a lot.

                                  I requested for account change on 4th of march 2014 with online statement proof which clearly mention that no attestation is required but they rejected my request by saying no attestation its being 24 days i hAve mAde numerous calls but no action taken Yet.i am depressed even they are not giving concern person contact no. who can resolve the issue.

                                    1) I have taken home loan of 10 Lac Rs from SBI Chinchwad branch at fixed interest rate of 7.25 % in 2006 for duration of 10 years. My loan account number is ([protected]) 2) It is incorrectly set up in SBI system as floating rate. It seems every loan account has a product code applied to it and in my case wrong product code got applied. After multiple follow up, SBI could not fix the issue in the system for last 7 years. 3) SBI acknowledged the issue and did settlement against extra deductions twice (once in 2010 and second in May 2013). 4) In Jan 2014, I got letter from SBI saying my loan tenure is increased from 10 years to 15 years. 5) I wrote email to SBI email including sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.co.in, [protected]@sbi.co.in. My main points are - a) SBI should fix the issue. b) They should bring transparency and adjust over paid amounts accordingly. c) They should tell me correct closing balance so I can close my account instead of having such headache every month.                                       respected sir,
                                      i, pravakar panda m a having a SBI account number in SBI, Airforce stn pathankot, Dist-Gurudash pur, Punjab, have change my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] please.
