Dirty Indian currency notes in

SBI ATMs have only the 500/- and 1000/- Rs notes with very dirty look and not acceptable in the market. I am very disappointed with this type of dirty notes. I withdrew 7 notes for 1000/- from SBI ATMs related to Sec 2 Noida and all of the notes was not good in look and today I have found a 1000 note with dot pen inks.
