I purchased a product named Judge by TTK Prestige Deluxe Kadhai 30 cm diameter with Lid 6 L capacity {OD[protected]} from Flipkart app on 17/09/2021. Due to send wrong product I have returned it on 26/09/2021(Refund ID:[protected]). Next I have had a E-mail from Flipkart mentioned that ‘’ Your refund amount Rs-933 has been transferred successfully by seller on 02/10/2021 and it will be credited by on 11/10/2021(, account holder name- Labani Sarkar Debnath, IFSC- SBIN0003199), NEFT reference number NFT[protected]GN00232, If the amount will not be credited by that day, you will must visit your home branch of your bank and claim the money” . Till now the amount is not credited, then I visited my home branch of SBI and they said there is no option to solve this. They said to reconnect with Flipkart. After that the Flipkart executive told me they sent the money successfully to my bank account mentioning my account number and reference number. Then I was trying to register a complain through online SBI (SBI complaint no[protected]. But after 2 days showing “case closed” without solution in complaint status.
Sir/Madam it is time lost, harassing and loosing value of money . So it is my humble request to you that- Please help me to get the amount as soon as possible.

    I have deposited 500 rs. 2 times
    Means 1000 rs. Was deducted from my account through net banking on 27th October
    But 1000rs. Was not credited to vendor
    Now 3 days have been passed, amount is not refunded to me

        I returned two products to Myntra on 17th October and that same day Myntra initiated the refund to my source account which is SBI. But even after 12days, the amount of Rs393 and Rs424 is not showing in my bank account. When i contacted Myntra they provided me two reference numbers (ARN No. :[protected] & ARN No. :[protected]. They said that they have successfully completed the refund from their end and asked me to contact my home branch bank which is SBI Panbazaar, Guwahati. I did visit the bank but i didn't receive any help. I am worried why it is taking so much time for the money to reflect in my account.

            My name is Jaidev Chattre and I am holding an account with the SBI Kondhwa PUNE branch. Following is a description of my complaint.
            I have all my accounts with SBI.

            I requested online for a small size locker to SBI Kondhwa(14888) Branch, PUNE 411048, Maharashtra. While raising the request I could see the availability of locker to 4 and hence my request was accepted and was asked to visit the branch. SDL Reference number [protected]. But on visiting the branch I was told that lockers are not available and mostly NRI's get them on having some investment in SBI funds or other products.

            The manager was cool, she explained everything nicely, noted my number, and said would give me a call when the locker is available and when of course I have a fund to invest in for a small locker.
            The fund here I am speaking about is above the locker rent fees of 1000 +@18GST.

            The problem is with their approach, If you want to provide lockers to only customers who can invest in your mutual funds or insurance policy then please specify such hard rules while the customer is requesting for locker.

              Sir,
              I have returned an amazon product carbamide forte tablets on October 20th 2021. A refund was initiated on October 21st and the seller received the return by 23rd october 2021 as per Amazon customer care service. I contacted them because the money was still not reflected in my account even after 6 days of return of product.They gave me the RRN (Refund Reference Number[protected] for my product .I contacted bank customer care and no response. Kindly do the needful and issue the money refunded into my bank account as soon as possible.

                I have ordered a Buildskill BPS2100 Pro order id Order#[protected] on 18 October 2021. It was to be recieved on 21 October 2021 .But I have returned my product and amazon delivery boy pick up the product on date 21 October 2021 .
                Amazon initiated the refund on 22 October 2021 and it was expected to come on 27 October 2021 .
                Amazon gave me the refund reference id[protected] but the state bank of india bank has still not credited my money.

                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                  I tried to make transaction of rupees 1000/- through SBI UPI on 25th of October 2021 by amazon pay. Amazon pay showed transaction processing and amount has been deducted from my account. Still I did not get refund.

                    I ordered shoes in Amazon. I received the shoes and paid Rs.400 through G.pay ( which is linked with my SBI account ) on 3rd Oct. I returned the shoes on October 8. Amazon says that they have initiated my refund on Oct-9 and also informed that within 3 – 5 business days the amount will be credited in my account. They also informed me that I may contact the bank if I have not received my refund after October 14. On enquiry they provided me the information that my refund amount for Rs.400 has been processed successfully on Oct-9 and the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But so far Rs. 400 is not credited in my account. When I visited the SBI, Gandigramam branch, Karur DT, Tamilnadu-639004 on 28th oct, they said that they can’t do anything with the transaction reference number. Please take necessary action and make arrangements to get Rs.400 credited in my account.

                                      I had placed a prepaid order of APPLE MHJD3HN/A 20 W 3 A Mobile Charger on Flipkart on 22/10/2021 which I had cancelled on the 25/10/2021. The order id is OD[protected].
                                      Refund is shown as completed and I was told it would be reflected in my bank account by 26/10/2021 and as of today (27/20/2021) it has still not been credited to my account.
                                      Flipkart has provided me the reference id for the refund which is 484900, please find the attachment below.
                                      If the issue is from the bank's end, I would like the bank to credit it to my account as early as possible .
