I have SBI card card. In the month of February, they blocked my card due to non payment of bill. I cleared the pending amount by April . Since that time I have been requesting to activate my card. I contacted to customer care thrice and reported the same issue. They responded like card would be activated with in a week of time. Still my card is in declined state.
