    I have an housing loan account number [protected]. I have given the application and paid the fees for changing it into max gain housing loan ( savings max) . My account is in Kandivali branch, Mumbai! It has been more than six months now, but they refuse to tell me the status of the same, or even work on it! I have spoken to the concerned people in RACPC too, but all in vain! The housing loan is of a huge amount! Plz help, I'm paying a lot of Intrest every month!

      i was trying to withdraw Rs 300 at non HDFC ATM with following details NWD [protected] - IMPHAL and checque no 4576 on 12/10/2013 by using my HDFC debit card .unfortunately there was an error message flash on screen but an amount Rs 300 has already been deducted from my account .please investigate and revert back into my account.

          Respected sir Name:sreegandh Email:sreegandh.[protected]@gmail.com I am sbi customer and I am using sbi yuva atm cum debit card I have been facing tje similar problem as its menioned by othere here the registration process on the sbi website after more than 50 atempts and calling the customer care over 10 times they dont even understand your problem pure idiotic incompetent people the sbi customer service is all these started when the verified by visa I.e. that 3d secure system stopped giving forgot password option on the verfied by visa website when making online payment everytime I make online transactions I compulsorily change my password and this time I have forgot my password and I unable to chane it because the forgot password option isnt there I called up the customer care 5 times about this issue finally one person says u have to register your card on the VBV(verfied by visa) then it will give you option of password change!!! All this while online transaction was happening normally I asked him why is this been done he said its rbi regulation!!! Then more of misery started after nearly 50 atempts to register on SBI VBV website I am complain now sir. again 5 times I have called the sbi customer care service and they told nonsense procedures which dont exist on thier website. then they told to register complaint on the website which doesnt work as mentioned by many people above. finally they changed the tone to server is down!!! 3 days sbi server is down??? India'S largest bank server going down is ridiculous that to for 3 days and height of ridiculousness is that they havent fixed it yet passed 15 days I am not able to make any online transaction of the pure incompetentness of these sbi. sincere request please take action asap!!!

          It has been 9 days since I complained here and the problem is still not been solved!!!
          Yes i am facing this problem too please fix this. now the verified by visa site is opening but it is asking for OTP during registration process. there is no information provided to get the OTP to mobile.

                  "Response code 070."

                  And when I call customer care, the response I get is I have to visit the home branch. What stupidity? I needed cash urgently. The branches are closed! And Today as it is Saturday. I have no other option other than waiting till Monday. So, atleast I thought I will transfer the amount to my son's A/C via online transfer, and guess what after I add and approve a beneficiary I have to submit a form at the home branch. So my overall conclusion

                  Question: What is the Point of having online service or customer care???
                  Answer: Just for show. Both these services are made available to fool the customers. Its just a gimmick. For anything and everything the customer has to and must visit the branch at the STATE BANK OF INDIA 's convenience.

                    Complaint Details: Sir, On 6 June 2013 around 5 pm, I went to ATM of state bank of India, at Bangalore bus stand Karnataka India for withdrawing Rs. 20000/- by using my SBI ATM Card of my account no [protected], SBI Bank, sandur branch code-13352 (Karnataka). I draw an amount of 20000/-from my ATM cord, but I receive only 17500/-, in mini statement it shows 20000/- After that I met with my home branch sandur branch manager, he told that you logged the complaint throw toll free no, than I complained this matter to your toll free no [protected] and [protected] on 01/07/13. my complaint no is AT[protected]. After ten days I contact your GM office Bangalore throw your land line no-[protected]/[protected], after that your officers give my home branch manager mobile no [protected], then I telephone to my branch manager, he told that my transaction was completed. but that amount not credit to my account, then again I telephone to your GM office, then your officers told that give the complaint in return.                       I deposited Cheque No. 111642 (drawn on Bank of Baroda, Mehsana) at the Statebank of India, Meghaninagar Branch, The Bank sent the cheque for Clearing at the BOB, Ahmedabad and the Due to mistake by Bank the cheque reurtned and CHeque return charge Rs. 102/- debited from my Saving A/C No.[protected]. I applied for the refund of the same amount on 11/04/2013 but still today no reply from the Bank. The Branch Manager did respond for the same and not giving the proper answer. Said that " aapko jahan Jano ho Vahan Jao" refund nahi Milega"

                        My sav A/C [protected];Cust ID-[protected], When I last updated my passbook, I was shocked to see 7 transctions on 29/6/2013 for Rs 9998 and 6 transctions on dated 13/7/2013 for Rs6000, all of them from online transctions from Gurgaon(Fraud).My only claim to SBI that they have not sent single SMS for above 13 transctions and lastly SBI sent SMS for bal Rs57 on 27/9/2013.So that means my mobile No-[protected] is enrolled with them and inspite of all my E-mail ID is enrolled and I've never applied for Netbanking.My request you to claim on SBI for Non-responsibility for not sending SMS for any 13 times fraud transctions.Otherwise on the first instance, I should stop payments through Debit Card.My debt card is me and even not used except 01/10/2013 in SBI branch at the time of complaining.

                          I have taken the SBI internet banking Kit on 28.09.2013. Whenever I tried to login into my account with the kit's username and password it says invalid. My Bank's account number is [protected]. Branch is Delhi, C.R. Park IFSC code :SBIN0015281. The bank's assistant manager is very inefficient. I have called him several times. He is just following the old methods not accustomed with the updated internet options. These are very much humiliating I want to open a ppf account and previously they told me to shift my account from West Bengal IIT KGP's SBI to this branch but now they are reluctant to do it. I have submitted all necessary documents like Pan card, Local address proof, Adhar copy etc. The Branch assistant manager Mr. Balraj is really inefficient. I have asked him to verify from my Office my address and all but he is delaying. I really need a PPF account. Do take necessary actions ASAP. Thanks Ananya

                            i tried to book one air ticket for hyd cochin flight for[protected] of spice jet flight...booking was not success due to nonpayment through debit card that is sbi debit card...then i cancelled the attempt...evening when i went to atm for cash with drawl the mini statement shows a deduction of 7426 that is the rate of air ticket...please look in to the matter...an early action in this regard will highly solicited atm details...sbi bherampur orissa branch...ac no [protected]...name of card holder santhosh patra -- jayshree

EXAM.she is studying in B.E. first year (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING) in L N C T-BHOPAL. sir, we want education loan according to the education loan yojna of m.p.. we have filled the form for loan.                                   Respected Sir/Madam, i am pay my shopping bill 900 Rs. on 5th aug 2013. i used my SBI debit card(domestic type) but fund is not deleverd and because of server problem recept is not print so the saller says it cant be happen so i give him 900 rs bill. but when i see my balance is debited from account. and when i say to shopper he says it not deleverd on his accout. so please refund me the desired amount...i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name POS PRCH POS[protected] G K COLLECTION INDORE deducted from my SBI account...([protected]) so kindly look into my problem and refund me the desired amount Thanking you, Regards Dinesh patidar

                                    SBI, sector 7, Noida branch is not receiving cash without ATM and pin entry. Also, guard on the gate denies entry into the branch without ATM card even though I am an account holder with SBI.

                                    Why is ATM card and pin mandatory for depositing even small amount? And showing my debit card to a guard is very "shocking" to me from security perspective.

                                    On writing to customer care of SBI (at [protected]@sbi.co.in), the response after a few mail exchanges that i get is that they "do not undertake the activity of green channel counter". And they are asking me to contact my Home branch.
                                    Are branches designated "green channel branches"? Even if they are green channel branch do they hold authority to restrict my entry into the branch to access "MY ACCOUNT".

                                    Being a senior, a pensioned citizen the hassles in accessing "my account" and "my money" is putting me into financial problems.

                                    Even I worked as a government employee all my life, but the un-cooperative behavior, mistreatment at the branch gates and not even letting me into the branch to speak to the manager without a debit card has put me through a lot of mental agony.

                                    I am tired of running around and complaining. Please help resolve this as I am not in a physical state to run around desks to get this resolved.

                                    We all have faced this with Sector 7 Noida branch. Guard denies entry. even when I visited the branch for getting a bank account opening form I was not allowed to enter.
                                    The branch operates privately at rules never seen in any of the SBI branches.
                                    extremely poor service all account holders are fed up with this SBI branch. whenever I go to deposit cheques in my account I am told by cashier to go to any other branch and deposit cheques there, as their machine in which cheques are scanned is not working. This standard reply is given for the last 1 year.
                                    This way this SBI branch manages to reduce its work load as majority of customers have opened current accounts in other banks and don't use this bank, Imagine if there is no balance in my accounts then I will not go to branch to withdraw cash. So work load is less and you get spare time to gossip and enjoy your tea at expenses of their inefficiency.

                                      Dear Sir, KIndly note that Prabhakar and team ([protected],[protected] and[protected] called every day in the month of apr and may'13 for free gifts, which I usually delay it or otherwise say NO for one montth I never used the card since 2009 which i used for flight travel and not at all used since then. I was called they called me and informed they are calling from SBI stating its free reward points for me. Though I questioned that I never used the card then how can they be giving me the free reward point. They (Prabhakar and team) insisted that its free gift only and said all the discussion is recorded for future use too. Based on that committment of free reward point and I m not needed to pay anything, I said OK. They said that I shall be getting a code which I should repeat in an IVR and also say "YES" only as recommended by them. They would have called me personally an hundred times and said they can be reached at any point in time. When I asked what gift will I be getting, they mentioned shoe will be the gift, which i rejected stating I m a PSU employee and have shoes from the department. Also since I m a heart patient, I dont need the shoe. Later, they asked for the allternate, for which I preferred mobile cell. But I was shocked to see the huge bill in May'13 which had 6399 transactions coupled with others totally 11000+. Later after regular followups they cancelled other except this 6399, which I raised in earlier dispute forum. My submission is that I never used any of the options or rquirements, its only they called me and said free gift. Now a days i m getting interest on the amount pending as per my below statement. 7917.58 - Jul'13 Statement 8873.52 - Aug'13 Statement Pl reverse the transaction as I dont want your shoe and also cancel all transactions as well as card itself. I m 58 years old and disturbing me at this age is not wise. Also I m a heart patient and has been undergoing huge trauma becasue of this . Pl consider this and resolve asap. Pl reach me at my mobile [protected]., as i will not see the mails often and not a regular user too. Recently Naveen[protected] called and promised for reversal but nothing happend. All the people of SBI call me and give confirmation that the same will be reversed but nothing has been done till last three months and the pendalty is geting increased. THanks Thiruvengadam P
