I have sent a mail to many of the higher officials in SBI related to the abusive behavior of SBI officials towards my Dad when he approached the bank for mutual settlement of our housing loan. However the mail was not at all responded and when I sent the mail again asking for any update, they are not responding. i have done transaction with my icici bank debit card with sbi atm situated at sbi kiit square branch in bhubaneswar...transaction was of 1500 rs/- on 20th of april around 11 a.m

but at that point of time the atm was unable to dispatch cash..and i didnt recieve any amount instead many reciepts...

I was trying to talk to the Customer Servicer persion for last couple of day but in wine. I was holding the line for 30 odd mins but no one responded, only the recordings were played. I was very annoyed the my queries was not responded and my payment due date is was approching. SBI has be reputed Indian bank, but these says they are not par with other international banks. Very sorry to see this....

i have already complaint that i m not getting messages for transactions and not receiving my bill statemnt too .
Now i request u to make me know my amount from 24.4.2013 - 23.5.2013 seperately and the other from 24.5.2013 - up to date (6.6.2013)
kindly call me to the number i have given and make me know about it in my language(tamil)....

SBI Railway Card - Not letting me redeem points and have stopped access to my points


i hold a sbi railway card and have been extensively using it since 2010. last year i.e. October 2012 suddenly they blocked my irctc id and i contacted them number of times to know as to how i could reactivate it but no proper response. recently i sent them emails several times at highest level asking them to solve my problem but...

I Undersigned Gururaj Kulkarni having S.B. A/C # [protected] in SBI Mantralayam Branch. On 20.05.2013 I have tried to withdraw Rs.500/- at SBH ATM, Railway station branch Raichur, but failed. Time out and cash not drawn later I have taken mini statement at above said ATM. But In My A/c is Rs 500/- wrongly debited . Pls Rectify the error and credit Rs.500/- to my a/c.

last 9 month we have requested through application for ECS payment to HDFC for loan payment but still they say its not possible in Haridwar but when we not fulfill the ECS condition they cut amount Rs. 100 /-of my account without my information.
Question that ECS not apply in haridwar region then why penalty Rs 100/-for my account.
Many times communicate to branch manager SI shivalik nagar Haridwar but no positive...

My name is Basava, I have a bank account with HDFC. I was trying to withdraw the amount of INR 500 through RAYAVARAM SBI ATM in Rayavaram of East godavari district of Andhra pradesh on[protected]. Dear Sir,

I am regular user of SBI Credit card , I always pay partial or full payment towards my outstandings.

From last 2 - 3 months , SBI charging me unnecessary fees named as late payment fees and over limit

fees. SBI charged me late payment fees of INR 750 and THEY ALSO CHARGED OVER LIMIT FEES OF

INR 500 IN SAME STATEMENT.

I have tried to recharge a mobile with Rs. 100 using the website www.gorecharge.com on 27th Feb 2013. But due to some technical error the recharge was unsuccessful. The amount has been debited from my SBI card. I have contacted the merchant i.e. gorecharge.com and they have provided me the reference ID MM[protected] which has generated during the recharge.
