    On 12 AUGUST 2013, i used my SBI ATM cum Debit card at Indigo airlines in Pune airport for the airline ticket of Rs 31955/.. After swiping the card in the card machine, the indigo employee told me that your card was not working then i had paid by cash Rs 31955/- to indigo airlines.
    On the same day i have checked my account statement I found Rs 31955/. debited from my account. I contacted the indigo airlines , but as per them they have not received the amount of Rs 31955/-. SBI can trace the transaction and credit Rs 31955/- to my account as soon as possible.

      After submitting my documents for obtaining the credit card, I came to know from my colleague about the hidden cost and immeidately I called up your representative Mr. Ashish (Cell No.[protected] and informed him about the cancellation of my card. I even written an email to them for which they have acknowledged (refer attachment). Application No.[protected]Card No. SBS[protected]SMS received on 13th July, 2013) After few days I received my credit card at home. Delivery was given in my absence. I have not even opened the seal of the envelope. Now I have received a Statement of Account for an amount of Rs. 560.68 . I tried calling the representative, but he is not answering my calls.

      Request you to kindly look into the matter and solve my problem.

        Sir I had lodged complaint in this column that in the name of one Mega_Traders_TPSL, fradulently debited Rs.7999/- fro my SBI Card informing that they are from SBI Card division. While telephonic conversation, they had created OTP and debited my card. Immediately on getting alert, i had contacted customer care where i was told that that was a fradulent transction and not by the SBI Card. I had blocked my card and and submitted dispute form. As per SBIcard advice, i paid entire amount.

        Now SBI Card had informed that it is a genuine transaction. hence they closed the case.

        I would like to state that i dont know the company as it was not found in the google serach. i had also cancelled the transaction when so called Mega_Traders_TPSL called me. since last 3 months, they had not delivered the card. Hence it is the responsibilty of SBI card to see that my money to be refunded by the so called Mega_traders as they had registered with them Further, i emailed SBI Card to send address of the merchant with telephone numbers..

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I would like to bring to your notice that on 05.03.2009, a fraudulent transaction has been carried out through which a sum of Rs.13000/- has been transferred to the account [protected] in the name of Debit Sweep from my saving account[protected] SBI Narsingarh .I want a complete redressal for the same & an assurance that no such incident is repeated in the future.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I would like to bring to your notice that there has been some series of fraudulent transaction carried out through which a sum of Rs.145000/-(approx) has been debited from my account # [protected], SBI Fatehpur (Branch Code ADB 224223). These transactions were happening for the last 3-4 months and I got to know about this when I went to the Bank for the updation of my passbook. Just to bring into your notice that I have never applied or availed service like Internet / Phone Banking. I want a complete redressal for the same & an assurance that no such incident is repeated in the future.

        I want to inform you regarding some fraudulent transactions made against my SBI credit card ([protected]) on 10-JAN-2012 and lodge a complaint for these fraudulent transactions.
        On 10-jan-2012 I was in my office, I received a message regarding a transaction made on my SBI credit card at ONE CARD INC. Within 05 Minutes I received 2nd such messages, two transactions made for ONE CARD INC.of Rs 14,548.28 two times.
        I immediately called to SBI customer care and inform them regarding these fraudulent transactions and asked them to block my card. Customer care executive advised me to wait for two days as those transactions was unbilled. But in the mean time I had sent a fax copy of disput form to chargeback.[protected]@ge.com & mail the same insident also tochargeback.[protected]@ge.com.My "caseID=[protected]' FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION.
        On 02-feb-2012 i received a mail from chargeback.[protected]@ge.com that I have to .The investigation for these transactions has been completed. We confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been performed in a Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have been validated by your Card CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet; hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder.

        Since the card is still in your possession, we urge you to clear the outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid further late fee and finance charges on your card account.
        We are therefore closing the dispute at our end.



        Kindly investigate into this issue. I am in deep trouble right now. I did notmake any transaction with this card.

        To me also Fraud marketing persons calling and asking my personal details, I think SBI card is one of the worst card I have ever had. Please Don't go for the SBI credit card, Though they know they were not taking enough action, I think someone might have hacked our details or their staffs selling our personal and card details. For past 6 years I am getting calls. I had 2 SBI cards one is normal card and IRCTC card, I have the canceled the IRCTC card when they charge the annual fee after 3 years and I have to deactivate the another card.

        till date my problem was not resolved either by SBIcard or Megha_Traders who is using SBI Card. Recently, i got one more call from them.
        I got the call from the number [protected], saying they were calling from master or visa card. Since I am privileged customer they are giving me offer, then I ask which bank is it. She told Its not bank, its either Master or Visa that is shown on the credit card, then I told without bank connection master or visa is not operating individually in india, I asked boldly from which company they are calling, she just disconnected the call. Dear all, SBI card division is giving repeated same message as don't disclose any confidential details to any one. Here after we have to just display or write these phone number in consumercomplaints.in so that some one by searching number can know these number are fraud. By this innocent people won't get trapped since banks are not taking enough steps to stop these non senses.

        On 11 April 2017 seven fraud transition happened from SBI saving account. Fraud transition were to Airtel Money, Idea money, mpesa and ICICI prepaid card, which was got to know when I updated passbook on 29th April 2017. So immediately I have blocked the ATM card and Submitted written complaint application at SBI bank branch office, Branch Code-10624. SBI ITD Branch, Dehradun

        We have called customer care team but they were unable to help and generate complain Ticket. Branch Manager send some SMS notification log from switch center and befuddle it with OTP logs and now he is also incapable to help anymore and guide further.

        ATM Card was never shared to anyone nor the ATMPIN or OTP neither I have received any fraud call . Also after transition I have not received any SMS notification (OTP/Debit transaction detail). So howcome transition happen from account. Sir, this is really unfortunate for this kind of service and security from State Bank of India.

        Looking forward for your positive response and recover debited money.

Proof of this is my education loan problem which is pending past approximate one year (1 August 2012). My aim is to be a good engg.in C.S.E. Branch. But for this I have finical problem & want help from S.b.i. Bhattu Kalan . Another side we have K.C.C. Which no. are [protected], Ac. No. are[protected] from S.B.I. Bhattu kalan. So for education loan when I went at first time to S.B.I. Branch, the branch Manager said thatwe shall help you regarding to education loan by bank policy. After admission you can come with the desired document. But after admission when I did visit of S.B.I. Bhattu kalan with the desired documents (told by the bank Manager) The Manager said today I am very busy & you can come after one week. Again when I went to the branch The Manager said today we are busy in bank work & you can come after some days. When I went again the bank Manager said you can submit your documents for verification (communicated with tight manner which is not good for a Manager level person) & can come after some days. Then I went again to the branch The Manager said that I have very short time for meet you. So in free time I shall call you.
          So, Sir this process is try to drop again to again & this manner displays the working & controlling, careless manner for customer of S.B.I. Branch’s Manager .The Manager has not suitable for good communication skill. Another side The Manager tells about only one the wanted documents at a time (not all at a time).
          Sir my college distance is approximate 120 K.M. from The S.B.I. Branch. So again to again presentation to the branch is impossible & produces distortion in my engg. Study by which I feel very high tension.
          So, Sir I request you for remove above cruption from the branch for good faith & image in public or customer. I shall be very-very thankful for this

          State Bank of India — regarding education loan

          I belongs to a village, SUKHISEMRA, post-jaitapur, dist-east champaran, bihar, India.
          I am pursuing PGDM from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur(approved by AICTE).
          My family Income is less than 1 lakh per annum.
          I got scholorship during 1st year.In the second year when I applied in SBI branch near my village at RAMGARHWA branch, they refuge to issue me the loan, saying me, don't have got 60% marks throughout. Other near branches at RAXAUL &MOTIHARI are not even accepting my education loan form. please help me...
          its urgent to deposit the fees in the college.

          Different branches of STATE BANK OF INDIA have different criteria for assessing an education loan. One of the SBI branch manager was so adamant & wanted me to offer the property against the loan & would not accept anything else.

          He was not only rude but was arrogant as well.

          i have given a cheque agst loan & bank has sign the settlement letter given by the organisation, but bank failed to deposit the same & charged interest for 18 mths, requested bank to reverse this 18 mnths interest & deposit the cheque otherwise it will get bounce, but bank has deposited the cheque & cheque got bounce. now they wants to recover the whole amt from guarantor. please advice what is to be done

          Type of loan: Education Loan

          Date of application: July 2005 (before 15th july)
          Course description: MBA (Insurance), 2005-07, Course finished in July 07, from Amity University, Noida
          Issues:
          1) While taking the loan in 2005, duration for repayment was selected 84 months which was to begin at starting of my job or 6 months later after course is finished, whichever is earlier but now i was told that i have to pay remaining money in 9 installments or my account will become Non - profit account?
          2) I have not been given any Account Sheet in last 4 years.
          3) Despite of choosing fixed interest rate, I am being told that same is changed, which has major impact on total amount paid and due.

          In last 4 years, I have attempted no. of times to resort to some better mode of communication as I am stationed in Ahmedabad and there is nobody at Lalitpur, but each time my efforts to access required information have been denied by saying that I should come there physically.

          Request for you your urgent intervention in this issue and avail the updated details of my account in leiu of above mentioned points.

            Sir,
            It is very much regrettable seeing the amount Rs. 2333.00 deducted from total MOD balance of my account mention above at SBI Notepress Branch. It was noticed when I draw Rs.1000.00 on 17/07/2013 from Note press Branch ATM.
            On 13/07/2013 at 21:11 hrs. my account statement was like that : MOD balance : Rs. 273,476.00 & AVAILABLE BALANCE: Rs. 340.13 but on 17/07/2013 after withdrawing Rs. 1000.00 the statement was like that : MOD balance Rs. 270,143.37 & AVAILABLE BALANCE Rs. 342.13 i.e. total MOD balance difference Rs. 2333.00. But I have not done any transition in between.
            Already I have complained to my local branch as well as cms.[protected]@sbi.co.in (TICKET NO.-DA[protected]) but I till I do not received any response.
            Therefore, you would highly request to initiate immediate corrective measure for resolving and sorting out the problem.

                State Bank of India — Error in Saving bank a/c

                I had SV ac in SBI at chandralok building,New Delhi.On 31 Dec 2009 my salary has been transfer to my ac, and on the same date a 5000 has been transfer from my ac, i went to my branch and they told me that i withdraw it from a ATM, but they are unable to provide any proof for that.
                I also register a on line complain at SBI website with Complaint ticket no- CC[protected].
                But still no action has been taken regarding this.
                Please help me what to do with this.
                I lost my ATM card. I have called customer care and blocked my card. suppose if i found my card, can i activate that pass word again ?

In the forwarding letter of issuing State Bank Silver International Debit Card No. /removed/ towards Saving Bank Account No. [protected] having with Muchipara Branch, Durgapur Branch Code 06888 Mobnile No. mentioned as [protected] which is not in my possession. I posess telephone no. [protected] which was mentioned in application form submitted to the concerned branch of SBI. Kindly do the needful. Regartds

                    But in RBI master circular-interest rate on advance(RBI/2010-11/72, DBOD.NO.DIR.BC.9/13.03.00/2010-11) clearly mention that up to 4 lakh not exceeding BPLR and interest to be debited quarterly/half yearly.In stating time they are not followed the BPLR rate and interest debited on monthly basis.

                    So please solve my problem and i will thankful to you.

                    I have sanctioned education loan for my son Mayank Gupta on 23/08/2006 from sbi rath,hamirpur(u.p) code no-0206.His loan account number is[protected].Initial rate of interest was about 9.5% p.a. but bank charged about 14%.this thing is not guinine. In this matter I have complaint in the respective branch in 2008 but they did not respond in this matter till now.So please rectify this error and take appropriate action on this matter as soon as possible so that I can pay my loan installment in proper manner.

                    i have a limit of over 5lac in state bank of india,in which the interest rate is being calculated wrongly means the interest rate to which they say is being applying is not the same as we calculate it manually ,i have many times stated this to the bank employers but they say it is processed by mumbai head office,they can't do anything in this problem .so please let me know what to do for this type of problem

                      Just an hour ago I withdrew 15000 Rs from the ATM machine of SBI Babra opposite police station.
                      I found that a currency note of rs 1000 was broken and fixed by a gum-tape. I had an emergency need of the above amount and one of the 1000 rs note was found broken. Being such an honored and standard bank SBI gives such unsatisfactory services, Please help me about the above query and provide me proper information regarding to the problem.

                        Hi Amith, This guy is a cheater... even i got the call from this guy when i raised a complaint regarding Axis Bank..

                        He is telling himself as some higher executive in Axis Bank and asked SBI details for verification. He called me the same way from sbi bank toll free number and asked for pwd and i refused to give it. He is just a cheater, currently he is using [protected] number. if you have given some personal details to him its better to have a complaint on him.

                        Today he called me also, just after few minutes when I made a online complaint about Fine India Company for non refund of amount, and the pattern is same as happened with you. He is using [protected], later coming on SBI number[protected] and asking all the details like bank account number, ATM Card number and PIN number etc. I provided him my account number and ATM card number when he came on SBI number but denied for PIN number then he threaten me that he is SBI official and he will block my ATM card and I will not get any refund. He is just a cheater. Now I am going to have complaint on him.

                          Sub: Non-remittance of TDS amount in the 26AS – S.Govindarajan, Savings Account no. [protected], PAN NO. AAMPG9700B

                          I wish to bring to your kind notice that an amount of Rs.25,565/- which was deducted from me by the above mentioned branch of State Bank of India, has not ensured that the same is duly posted to reflect on my 26 AS, as required by the I.T.Department. Further there has also appeared an unknow TAN entry in my 26AS form which I am not connected with.

                          I have made several personal requests to the bank and official letter to the Authorities to ensure the updation but find that the same has not been effected till date. The bank staff only maintain that they have done their part, but mistake lies with some outsourced agent, with whom they have no control.

                          Since the entry of TDS does not appear in my 26AS form, I am unable to file my tax return for the assessment year 2013-14. I have sent mails to the customer care department of SBI, who state that the matter is being looked into. But I am not sure how quickly they would bring remedy, as there are only two more days left for the deadline date ie. 31 July 2013.
                          I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE TOP MANAGEMENT OF THE SBI NOT TAKING UP THIS PROBLEM WITH IT DEPARTMENT (TAX INFORMATION NETWORK-NSDL) TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE IN FAVOUR OF THEIR CUSTOMER

                            I've been using SBI Railway card for last two years. At the time of purchasing the card, I was informed that I'll earn points while purchasing things from the card which could be used to purchase railway tickets. I'd earned more that 1700 points till date and now they say that all my points are fortified as Shubh Yatra Program has been discontinued by the Ministry of Railway. Agreed that this program has been discontinued; however as a responsible company it was their responsibility to inform their customer prior the expiration of the points rather informing that the points have been expired and you will earn new points from Sep, 2013!!?? I talked to the customer care a couple of month back regarding my points not updated on IRCTC, they said there is some technical problem with IRCTC. Now they say all the points are gone and talk to IRCTC about it. When talking to IRCTC, they said they can't do anything as its an order by Railway of Ministry. I know that on IRCTC it was being mentioned that Shubh Yatra program has been discontinued; however it was never been informed by SBI Card that your points will be fortified. The sole purpose of the using this card has been failed. They can't run away from from their responsibility to inform customer about any such incident. They sms me on Aug 1st, 2013 stating "As per Ministry of Railway Cir 22/01/2013 Shubh Yatra Prog. on IRCTC SBI Card has been discontinued and redemption of existing 'Railway Points' is not permitted." Just like that.. points gone. Couldn't they have sms at least a month prior or so that your points gonna be expired and you should redeem it or these should have been adjusted in the bill or any such act of responsibility? Its really a shame and illegal not informing customers prior canceling any service/existing points. I thought SBI is a responsible company but looks like they are also in the league of crooks..

                            Any responsible/concerned authority please take a look and resolve this issue please. I've been loyal customer of this card since more than two years.

                            I am using SBI IRCTC card and my irctc account is not working, I have called the SBI customer care they have asked me to contact [protected]@irctc.co.in, when I have called the irctc customer care they are telling that the shubh yatra is disconnected and SBI please let me know how can I redeem the reward point which are transferred to my irctc account.

                            How is responsible for the reward points either the SBI or IRCTC
                            Please find the circular for the disconnection of ***irctc Shubh Yatra Programme*** there are more than 2700 points accumulated in my account.
                            Horrible Service by SBI with IRCTC, looting nothing else,

                            no proper feedback, my 4500 points forfeited, now have around 2500 points don't know how to redeem .

                              I am Santi Rani Chakraborty. My spouse, Kiran Kumar Chakraborty, died on 10th March 2013, For family pension I have made several attempts but the pension cell of the State Bank of India, Kolkata is not paying heed in my repeated pleas. The PPO No is PEN/13881/SER/GRC and the Pension Account No is [protected] with the State Bank of India, Ramrajatala Branch. My papers are with the pension cell, but they are not intimating me anything. I go in every month to the Bank in the hope of getting the pension. The branch of the Bank cannot help me, and the officer deals with the pension casually takes the matter. I am over eighty years of age and I have several ailments and now in a great financial problem, and now almost starving. The Bank Authority should take it as an emergency and release the pension as early as possible. This is my plea.

                              I have submitted application form for family pension twice in last 10 months to SBI Dilshad garden,New Delhi . Pension has not been released so far . I hold a joint account with my late husband ,should I open another account for getting the pension ? Kindly advise.

                                Dear Sir/Madam , I am Vinod Kumar Bhardwaj s/o Lokesh Kumar Bhardwaj, residence of D/104 DDA Flat Pocket 3 Bindapur New Delhi 110058. I had a credit card of S.B.I Bank. Credit Card No. is- [protected]. This Card was against on my fixed Deposit (FD). My FD No. is-[protected], the FD is book on my S.B.I Bank A/C. My S.B.I bank A/C No. is [protected]. Total FD amount is 1, 91,000.00 and credit card limit is 1,71,000.00. Now my card is closed and I have made all due payment to the bank now my card is closed and no due amount in my card. but the SBI CARD did not release my FD and still lean on my FD.
                                FD issue date is[protected] and FD maturity date is[protected].sir I am trying to break my FD since last 1 year.

                                I Got a Mail SBI CARD Customer Service Desk And Nodal Officers Also They Said That We Are Enable to Remove Line On Your Fixed Deposit , What is the Reason why SBI card team not remove lien on my fixed Deposit. This Is MY Fixed Deposit , My Account , And My Money And SBI card officers told me that we are enable to remove line on your deposit , that's the way of work SBI CARD . SBI card team harassing to me , i am not using SBI card service last 2 years. my card all dues are clear , I need my money back , i am facing some financial problems but SBI CARD team not able to remove line on my fixed deposit . Can You Tell Me What to do now , I have sent many mails to SBI CARD team but They are not resolving my problem. i requested to you please take necessary action against SBI CARD team and resolve my problem.

                                SBI — not able to deposit money

                                i was not allowed to deposite my money in my accout. despite being a sbi ac holder i was denied of servises at the ncert sbi branch south delhi

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I am using SBI Shubyatra Railway card from past 4 years, I am getting reward points on my purchases and i am using those for my railway ticket purchases regularly. But as of sudden today I got a message that Shubhyatra Card facility is withdrawn and all the reward points will expire. I have contacted customer care people they also told that they also got instructions today it self and this is applicable for all railway card holders. If government want to withdraw this service they should do justice for the existing card holders. I have 1500 points (it's equal to Rs. 1500/-) and planned a journey in view of reward points. I request you to take immediate action and reverse the points for all card holders.

                                    I made a demand draft of Rs 500 from SBI bank , which is located in azad basti mango , Jamshedpur , Jharkhand on 30/07/2013 , and for making this the bank charged a amount of Rs 25 as an exchange rate.

                                    Now after making the dd , I found the second day that I don’t need this dd any more and I went for cancellation on 01/08/2013 . On cancellation the bank again deducted Rs 100 and returned me 400 rupee only .

                                    I told the service manager to see the cancellation charges once again , because as far as I know , no cancellation charges are there for amount upto 500 rupees . But they dint listen to me and deducted RS 100 from it.

                                    Subject: - I want information about BANK’S DRAFT CHARGES issue.
                                    LAW of RBI India.
                                    Sir,

                                    Nowadays students, educated, unemployed people have need of DRAFT for various EXAMNATION, RECRUTMENT, SCHOOL, and COLLEGE ADMISSION. They need a draft of about Rs.100/- to Rs.500/-, but when they visit bank and request for draft, banks ignore his request and avoid to give him draft. Bank give various reason like, 1) we have no staff, 2) no DD book, 3) take DD from your near bank, 4) as per law we can not give you draft against cash because you have no account in our bank and lastly they ask heavy DD commission for draft; this small consumer is not capable to give this big charges and he left bank without taking a draft, to visit other bank. But the same story repeats again. I got a Rs.10/- (Rs.ten only) draft from IDBI bank branch Parbhani, after paid heavy bank DD commission Rs.181/- (Commission Rs. one hundred eighty one, only for one DRAFT of Rs. Ten only) Bank explains that this DD charged commission is as per RBI law, circular, guidelines. So I want information in this DRAFT charges matter.
                                    I want all this following information

                                    1) What is RBI LAW for DRAFT commission? (I required law not guideline, because later you say this guideline is not mandatory on bank and RBI is not taking any action, and made penalty on bank for not implementation this DRAFT charges guideline). I required DD commission chart also.


                                    2) Is bank account is compulsory in bank (IDBI) for issue of the draft for students (above 18), educated unemployed people, Common Man? If any such rule, RBI banking law is there; send law copy of it

                                    3) Under which law; RBI gives freedom to IDBI banks for taking such heavy draft charges of Rs. 181/- DD charges for Rs.10/-DD (attaching proof with it) Please send copy of this law.

                                    4) We have no staff, 2) no DD book, 3) take DD from your near bank such reasons are given from banks to avoid draft for these citizen. And at the same time they are giving DD’s to other people in bank. Isn’t it contradictory? Is this legally under RBI banking regulating act 1949?

                                    5) As per RTI-05 law: chapter two 4. (1) Every public authority shall...
                                    (4) All materials shall be disseminated taking into consideration the
                                    cost effectiveness, local language and the most effective method of
                                    communication in that local area and the information should be
                                    easily accessible, to the extent possible in electronic format with
                                    the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information
                                    Officer, as the case may be, available free or at such cost of the
                                    medium or the print cost price as may be prescribed. Explanation.
                                    For the purposes of sub-sections (3) and (4),"disseminated" means
                                    making known or communicated the information to the public
                                    through notice boards, newspapers, public announcements, media broadcasts,
                                    the internet or any other means, including inspection of offices of any
                                    public authority. As per this RIA-05 law, every bank must be a notice
                                    boards in bank. But I am sorry to say that no such draft commission
                                    charges boards in banks. In the Interest of Common Man. IDBI makes
                                    a compulsory law (as per RTI-05) on Bank’s branch; to publish
                                    notice boards of drafts Charges rates, facility available here
                                    without any reason to Common Man.
                                    And make punishment section also in this law; if branch fail to give
                                    such facility. As per RBI LAW.

                                    Bank — extra bank commission charged on a demand draft of only Rs. 50

                                    sir,
                                    i made a demand draft (through cash) of only Rs. 550 from canara bank, udaipur[protected]. i was asked to pay Rs.90 as bank commission. i was shocked because of this much bank commission.

                                    This is a general rule of SBI, irrespective of the DD amount, they'll charge you 100 INR. Even if you make a DD of 101 Rs, or 1010 Rs, or 10101 Rs--- they'll charge you Rs 100.

                                      We were guarantor for some laonee of applying KCC loan. The bank has sanctioned the amount and withdrawn the amount with fake signatures without giving any information to the guarantor as well as loanee. But, unfortunately, the bank has been deducting some amount from our pay salary account without giving any prior informations to us which is illegal. We approached to the bank many times for complain but the bank did not care anything but no response and neglected. We are facing many family problems as we depend on our monthly salary. The bank did not provide us any sanctioned order and there is no any account for the loanee. So, how this is possible? We therefore request you to kindly see in this matter and take necessary action.
                                      The SBI, Thoubal Branch is processing the KCC loan negatively and wrongly.
