May 3rd, 2013. I have received a call from SBI card Deli and told me that a special offer from SBI card we offer you a "Supersaver Plus Pack" cost Rs.6, 399/- absolutely freeof cost he also told first it will reflect your bill but at the time of bill generat the amount will not reflect in your bill the amount will be paid by SBI card so you need not pay any money I confirmed the above said number to your help center they told me yes it is SBI card delhi number so that only i make the payment but now my bill was generated the amount was not reverse, today morning i made a complaint at SBI help center also. so kindly take this complaint a serious one and give me a solution at the earliest ( Note: I have not received the tour package and gift from SUpersaver Plus Pack ) person on phone name was Mr Amit Kumar

SBI credit cards offer — cheating through SBI credit cards

Dear sir, i had order a Hundai mobile and I-mate Jaq mobile phones on 16-12-07 through SBI cards and they have give confirmation number stated[protected] and they have given web site address that is [protected]@deals4all.net is not exsisting. So please make sure the item has to be delivered from them, otherwise we need cash back. Please registered this is my complaint and my humble request. Please reply to this mail.

Dear sir, i am taking back my complaint against SBI credit card offer (deals4all.net) i got mobile phones which i ordered on 16th dec 2007 and my confirmation number is[protected]. Thank you viewers just wait for some days, you will get your things, i think there is no cheating.

SBI — Cheated

I am a privilege card member of SBI and received a watch under some privilege card scheme for which i had to pay a hefty sum(Rs 6000). SBI claims that this watch is of approximately Rs. 4000 but through certified and authorised dealers it was found that the watch is not more than Rs 300-400.

Thus i feel that i have been grossly mislead and cheated. A fraud of this nature is not expected out of a reputed organisation like SBI.

Please either return my money or send me something which is worth Rs 4000.

super cool — cheating

Sir with your sincere efforts my fridge got replaced but you have cheated me by replacing the same with lesser quantity and having 25% lesser price.

I am feeling like a cheated person. But you call me and requested me to wait for a day. On the very next day when i call you, you didn’t pick my phone, than i call Mr. Rajesh on his mobile number, but he used very bad and filthy language and misbehaved and used defamatory language. I will defiantly file consumer Complaint in this regard. but apart of this I will file criminal complaint U/S 420/406 IPC for the offence of cheating and misappropriation against MD, Mr. Rajesh, you and Mr. Suresh (delivery Man).I am giving u the intimation in this regard Pls forward this to Mr. Rajesh as I am not having his mail ID. I will wait for one day for your reply. I am in mental depression due to rude behavior of you all.

    I have not received my Card Statement for this current month. I got an SMS on Sunday, 2nd August that the Statement has been delivered on 28th, July. But nobody came to deliver it on that day or any other day following. I am challinging the false Report given by your courier company.     Please ask your courier company to send me the zerox copy of the Receiving Signature of socalled "Delivery" of the Bill.

        Respected sir/mam I have changed my WEB pin for EZ pay card and i have forgot the new one. But I don't know how do i get it back. Sir I kindly request you to reply on my email id if there is a way. Also I would like to suggest if possible you should try adding a provision or way so that a person can log into with ATM pin or else consumers should be provided with directions for reissue of new WEB pin Thanks in advance....

          I just received a message saying that "We regret, we are unable to accept your request for SBI CARD as id does not meet our internal policy requirement(s) for card issuance".

          Can you please tell me the reason why it got rejected. You haven't mention any Application No also.

          I have applied for a A T M card against my account no.[protected] at our BOLANGIR 46 Branch . But yet i have not receive any letter/card .           While on a trip to USA during April - June 2009, I carried a ICICI Debit Card. The card performance was erratic. It was rejected at many points / outlets and I had to use my other cards or cash. I do feel that there is problem related to registration of the ICICI card in the networks involved. It is better to keep a spare card of other origin or cash along with this card.

          SBI Card — SBI SERVICE

          i have a saving account with SBI rajajinagar instrl estate bank, i had to block teh card since it was stolen and i later got it back, i had blocked the card for safety purpose. its been more than a month since i given a return complaint n been to the branch several times and also called them requesting to unblock but no action taken, they r taking me for a ride. bank asks me to contact customer care n customer care asks to goto bank. please help

          SBI Cards — POOR SERVICE

          I am having a problem with the customer service of SBI cards. I contacted atleast half a dozen times on an issue and every time I got a new direction to resolve the issue with an apology for the earlier direction given by a different staff. This cycle of apology and new direction is very precise like a quartz watch. Even a lower level escaltion officer in SBI cards services replies incorrectly in a very irresponsible manner. I then reported the matter to the VP-customer services . Even after nine days, I am yet to get her final reply resolving the issues.My experience exposes a totally inadequate and unprofessional handling of cutomer issues at both Customer service and the SBI cards escalation matrix.                       Hi,

                      I have a Savings Bank account at SBI Bonhooghly I. E. branch.

                      I have submitted an application to branch, (July 10, 2013) and applied Online Customer Care (Ticket no: 1368223 ; Ticket logged on : 28/06/2013) to change the number for SMS alert to a new no. [protected] and discarding the old number. I have provided all the detail there and they accepted the application.

                      Only response from Customer Support Team on 29/06/2013 was - "We thank you for banking with us. Kindly request your branch to activate the SMS alert facility for your account i.e. any debit or any credit take place in your account. This facility cannot be availed online and your branch intervention is mandatory. We highly regret for the inconvenience caused."

                      Plus, I have send email -

                      Subject: Request for SMS Alert Phone number changed
                      Date: Fri, 28 Jun 2013 21:13:12 +0530

                      and again followed up on[protected].

                      Sadly, this simple straight forward request is not served yet and I have to write such a long mail now. I have to travel out of town and can not go to branch repeatedly. So, my father (who has this account jointly with me) had to go to branch. Could someone please help improving this process.

                          I went to open a new account in Paralakhemundi(Odisha) branch.But the manager's(Sanjay Kumar Mohanty) behaviour is so poor and rough there.I had all the documents witjh me still he kept me waiting for no reason as if he is doing a favour to me.Customers do favour to the bank but the vice-versa is not true..In fact he encouraged some of the customers like me,who went to open their new account,not to open there.Is this the way of behaving with a customer.Later when I visited ICICI bank for the same purpose,the environment there was so friendly and warm.Which one do you think I would have preferred??Do you really think that by employing these kind of people you can survive the competition from other nationalised banks.I hope you will consider this matrer seriously and take some strict action against him.

                          People who doesn't know about their products ten d to get angry if you ask them questions. They are not even fit to be beggars. I hate SBI employees, and managers 90% of them are rude to the customer. I closed my account and I'm using private bank accounts.

                            There are a lot of consumer Care numbers are given for SBI Credit Card Customer Care. If You really need to resolve a query through customer care executive, that very expensive and time consuming. After Calling Customer Care, atleast it will take 5 Minutes to reach the option to speak your customer care executive. Then says your estimated time is 15-25 minutes. But after holding these much time nobody will attend your call. Its happened many time. Yesterday I called at 1900 hrs, holds upto 2000 hrs. After that system says this facility is available only between 0800 am to 8PM. Really cheating!. Today I have started 07PM but upto this time 0740PM still holding the call. Day before yesterday also happened same thing. I dont how much money I have lost in my phone (due to post paid connection I will know only bill arrives). Please look into this matter.

                            SBI Cards — 5 Months - No Bill

                            I'd like to bring this to rest of the members here or even to the SBI staff if they care to dive in here and see what customers are saying about them- that for last 5 months or even more if my memory serves me well, I have not received any CC statements. I do get an alert that your statement has been dispatched. I guess they courier to a blackhole where the statement gets sucked in enever to be retrived again.

                            I hate to call every month and even if I do take my time to call them you get pre-recorded phrase- "sorry to hear that! Sir". As if they are already not sorry working with SBI. You feel like you are talking to an insensitive robots when you can their help numbers.

                            Gosh! At a time when the customers' awareness is at the peak, SBI can relax and let their customers scratch their head in disgust!

                              Saving a/c No.[protected] dt.05.07.2012 Applied for fresh cheque book as per new method by my son chinmay birodkar, which is free on 20.11.2012. However, deducted 100 Rs on the next day.This is first harashment. On 11.01.2013 credited Rs. 100 in the a/c ( after 50 days ) after verbal complaint and struggle by me.The br.manager has no sympathy for me being sr citizen ( 69 ). The cheque book dispatched but on the wrong address i.e.Bhayandar on unknown instead of kandivali east mumbai.This is second harashment. went several times to the br. manager for cheque book but no proper reply to me( being sr. citizen). on June 3,2013 replied that the book will be sent by post. Till this dt.19.07.2013 no cheque book received.This is third harashment. Without this type of new cheque book transaction cannot be made.

                                SBI Credit Card — getting bills for Cancelled card

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had a credit card numbered:[protected], on my name in the year of 2005, which was expired and due that expiry I had sent a letter for cancellation of card, due to my retirement from Job and also called your customer care for cancellation. Still I was sent a new card and I had not received the card and declined. In 2006 I got a annual charges bill, I had sent another letter of cancellation and called the customer care again for the cancellation. This year again I have received a bill of Rs.561.80/- as the annual fee charges, I do not have a card since 2 years and I have sent 2 letters of cancellation and 2 times I have informed your customer care to cancell my card. This is actually a pain for customers to repeatedly do the same excersise again and again. Please help me in closing this issue.

                                I am also trying to reach your customer care at[protected], but I am not able to access as the card number as on the bill is not being accepted by your IVR, so is my date of birth is being declined as right information.

                                This is Anil Panuganti from BHEL I have applied for a new credit card a very long back.
                                I gave my residence address for communication. First time I got a call saying that the executive is at my office but that time I was on a long leave and I explained the same to the executive wherein in reply he told that he would deliver the same at my residence which didn't happen. Again I forwarded a mail saying that i haven't received the card, I have been told that they would be sending me a new card. This time also the same thing repeated the executive called me and told it would be delivered at my residence which didn't happen till yet, but I got the statement and regular messages to pay the minimum due. Now, can you help me to decide what to do.

                                I've applied for sbi railway card but yet not recieved but start receiving statement to pay for it. card no. mentioned - [protected]and amount due is 551.00. Also at the time of document collection credit limit told was 50- 80k but in statement its 20K only.
                                Highly impressed with the services of SBI cards as they make it a practice of making money else cibil report of that individual will get affected as blacklisted/ defaulter of credit card payment.

                                I had not accepted SBI card which I had applied earlier as I was initally told there was no fee going to be charged but later informed that Rs 500 would be charged as annual fee. In spite of returning back the card, I have received the secret pin number as well as 2 bills charging me the fee via mail. The second bill has even added up interest on the first. Why am I being billed for a card I have not accepted? Why am I being harrassed.

                                    on 25 June 2013, i got a call from SBI Card division saying that i won as VIP customer offering new gold visa card where i can earn 20% discount on each transaction. they created OTP during my conversation & rs. 7999/- was debited to my card.i was told that this amount i need not pay now it will be adjusted towards future discounts earned. On enquiry from SBI credit card, it was informed that they have no such offer. .BS_Megha_Ttraders_TPSL called me later as i submitted dispute form same day, i informed them that the transaction made fradululently be cancelled.                                     SBI Credit Card — SBI credit card fraud with me

                                    I am used SBI credit card but in settalment time i call to call center and tell him to settele my card payment.
                                    he tells me plz contact your nearest local office, then i contact him, he tells me you pay 4000 Rs. and your account will setteled.
                                    I paid 4000 Rs. but my account not setteled after that he bothered me to settele my account again paid with 4000 Rs. I am very unhappy with SBI Credit card's transaction.

                                    On 3rd MArch 2011 i got SMS on my mobile that 3 trnastacion happened via my credit card of amount

                                    INR 1800 /-

                                    INR 80,000/0



                                    out of which first two transtaciton were successfull and thrid was decline due to insufficient funds the surprise was transaction was done to benificary BSES Delhi.

                                    It was a horror as i saty in Mumbai and never done those transactions it was a fraud, I immd called up SBI cards customer care who told me to send them the Dispute form filled with the details , i told them do i need to log the police complain for same to which they denied and said everyhting will be taken care by there team and i don't have to worry.

                                    The night mare starts i wasd following up on status with them on same to which i was told it willtake 45 working days.

                                    One day i get the call from there team who asked me some questions and said that they would get back to me but no one replied back, todat that is 6th April i called there customer care to enquire about the update and to my surprise was told that Case have been closed and i have to pay the amount to which i decline but they instited that i have to pay it and now are asking to lodge a case with police for the fraud why so late why was i stopped earlier when i was doing it.

                                    why i should be penalized for not utlizing the credit

                                    You should file a complain at the police station, and also ask the police to take care of this soon, or else your interest charges will go on increasing day by day if you do not pay the bills.

                                    As stated above, i contacted the SBI card. but now they say that it is genuine transaction and the case was closed.
                                    I received call from SBI card division only and entire transactions made including OTP informing that they are from SBI Card and firstly, they asked me to verify my card details like date of birth, address, mobile no. etc. then they told me visa gold card would be issued to me where i may get 20% each transaction and charged amount would be recovered from discount earned.

                                    However, customer care told me that it was fradulent transaction. i immediately blocked my card and requested to issue new card. i also submitted dispute form. later so called Mega_Traders_TSPL called me to confirm the transaction, i informed them that since it is fradulent transaction, not to sent card and informed them to advise the SBI card to credit my account.

                                    As i am working in a bank, i had settled the amount debited of Rs.7999/- under protest. Further, i had not received the card from so called Mega_Traders. I had searched in google. but details of the same available. SBI card is very well aware of the company since they had registered as merchants.

                                    Since i dont know whereabouts of the Mega_Traders, it is the responsibilty of SBICARD to make them to refund and settle the issue as they are on their merchant list. Therefore i am unable to approach OMBUDSMAN of RBI or Consumer court to file a suit.
                                    Now SBI says that it is genuine transaction though i had made scapegoat. SBI knows that who is Mega_traders since the firm was registered with them I could not find the Mega Traders in google search also. in fact, for verification, the details collected. i had not requested OTP also. Hence it is the responsibilty of the bank to speak to the Mega_traders as i had not received any card from them and credit the amount of Rs.7999/- i paid to SBIcard as advised by it.

                                    The SBI Card is not providing ant information with telephone no.s to enable me to approach consumer court or OMBUDSMAN of RBI.
                                    till now my complaint was not resolved
                                    despite submitting dispute for fradulent transaction, SBI card says it is a genuine transaction and therefore case closed. it may be stated that so called BS Mega_traders pretending to be SBI Card and for verification, it took details of card for OTP generation and transaction. till now i could not get credit card if it is a genuine transaction.
                                    Same experience as Padbidri2010 on 10th November reg VIP card etc. I smelt a fraud, luckily transaction not completed, though they tried to call me several times after that.

                                    SBI cards to investigate into this..
                                    I also had a similar experience yesterday. They had taken details from me stating that they are issuing me a new card without any fees. They require few details for verification for which they took the entire credit card no, cvv, expiry date. They told me that one OTP will be sent on my cell for registration of the card and I was a ill hesitant. So they mentioned that on the OTP it will be mention for registration. I agreed and provided the OTP. Next they said that Rs. 7000 will be debited on my card as a one time fee, which I need not pay and the same will be adjusted against discount every month for which they are sending the OTP.

                                    I felt suspicious and called SBI helpline and was advised to immediately block the card.

                                    The person again called today and was insisting that I should be completing the transaction, to which I told them clearly that I was being false information. To which he said that we never said we are calling from SBI card and he was calling from VISA /Masters. He said that he has the authority to unblock the card through an OTP transaction. He further threatened that if I do not complete the transaction, I will be charged Rs. 15, 000. I told them clearly that I do not want to continue and the oral approval was basis misrepresentation of facts and he got wild and insistent to complete the transaction. I disconnected the call.

                                    SBI - please take this seriously, as many others would be a prey to such pranks.

                                      No refund of money (Rs 10000/-) deducted from savings account during unsuccessful atm-withdrawal

                                      I'm Puspendu Teli having a joint SBI savings account (a/c [protected]) with Pratima Teli at Karanjali Brach (branch code: 4701) when tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 10000 (ten thousand) from an UBI ATM at Nischintapur on 06/03/2013 around 08:00 hrs could not receive any cash however surprised to get a receipt with deduction of Rs 10000 from the balance. Immediately, I tried to withdraw Rs 100 to check the problem and did not receive...
