My ( PAN- AAQPI2283R MOHAMMAD TAJIJUL ISLAM)
refund order of assessment year 12-13 was send by speed post (ref-EW[protected]IN) on 10th April 2013. Till date I am not received the cheque . I am also confirm my local post office . I contact CPC they told to contact to SBI Mumbai, I contact them also, From there they give me a email id [protected]@sbi.co.in to complain, I complain there but no response from them. Please help me about this matter. How can I shall get my refund order .

    Hi,

    My Name is S Anwar Basha,

    My Credit Card number is [protected].

    Branch: SBI,Pedakakani, Guntur District.

    I have done a FD of some amount in SBI, Pedakakani Branch. After some time somebody from bank called me and said that they are offering me SBI Credit Card. I wondered about that call and taken the card. Later when I go to bank to with draw my FD amount they returned me all the amount except Rs.20,000/-. I asked them why they are not releasing me the whole amount. Then they said that they issued the Credit Card on my FD.

    But they haven't informed me regarding this at the time of issuing the credit card.

    They asked me to cancel the card and then only I can get the remaining amount. Then I called the SBI Customer care card cancelled (Ref:[protected] on[protected]. The Customer Care people said that "lien has been removed" on the FD account. But when I went to Branch they are saying that the Lien is not removed.
    Please remove Lien on my FD account.

        Hello Sir,

        I am Nitish Kumar Bandari who holds an SBI SB Account with Account number [protected]. On 5th of April i went to an HDFC ATM where i made 3 transactions out of which the first transaction of Rs.5000 was a failure i.e the cash didnot get dispensed from ATM but Rs.5000 got debited from my account. I have lodged a complaint by calling SBI Customer Care holding toll free number [protected]. after calling 2 or 3 times in 2 days they told me to wait for one week, the money gets credited back to your account. The money didnot get credited back to my account and also the call is not being connected. Kindly help me.

        State Bank of India — money dispensed at ATM but debited from account

        i have tried to withdraw Rs 8000/- at icici atm at distt - ballia state UP, money was not given at atm but account was debited by Rs 8000/-. the atm card i used is issued against account no.[protected] from sbi naliya, gujrat. please take necessary action to credit money back in to my account. the transaction date was 08/04/2009. i tried to make complaint on tele.no. [protected] and sent fax on no. [protected]. but none attended the phone.I lodged complaint on sbi internet siteby complaint no. cc[protected]. till the day ther is no response from the bank.

BUT ABOVE MENTION AMOUNT IS DEBITED IN MY ACCOUNT.I ALREADY COMPLAINT TO MY BRANCH BUT TILL DATE TODAY MY AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT. PLZZZZ. TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND CREDIT THE AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT EARLIEST.

Mein hai jiska Acconut No. [protected] Aur ATM Card No.[protected] hai. Maine dated 12/04/09 ko ATM card se ICICI Bank Branch Sec 18 Noida (whose is in Sec 2 Near GAIL Noida U.P.) par 6.09 A.M. Rs. 1200/- nikalane ke liye sabhi process complete kiye lekin mere Rs.1200/- nahi aaye aur mere Account se wo Rs. 1200/- Debit ho gaye. Maine ICICI Aur SBI dono Bank se Sampark Kiya. Maine SBI ko OnLine Complaint Bhi Kiya jiska Complaint Ticket Number : CC[protected] hai Aur maine apne Branch apr bhi by letter complain kiya. Abhi tak koi responce nahi mila Aur na hi mere wo Rs. 1200/- wapas mere Account me aaye. Ye Sabhi Process maine under one week kiya tha.
        Aapse nivedan hai ki aap jald se jald is par koi na koi Action le jisse mere Rs. 1200/- mere Account me wapas aa jaye.

        In your case you will have to contact the bank whose ATM you were operating, giving them the account details of the Debit card you were using. Once they find the discrepency in the cash disbursement from the ATM machine, they will refund it back to the same account.

        The bank should be able to trace this at the EOD settlement and the money should be back in his account. It would take sometime as Bank would need to dig out the cash totals from the ATMs and not all of the ATMs are maintained by banks.

        Please be also advised to keep the slips containing the error messages handy though, in case they were required.

        Trust this would suffice.

        State Bank of India — Account got debited without dispensing the money in ATM

        On 01.08.09, I tried to withdraw Rupees 6000/- from Union Bank of India ATM near my house with atm id DCHN[protected] at 19.44 hrs (Transaction No : 5318). My account is with SBI , Madurantakkam branch. The ATM screen issued me a message " TRANSACTION DECLINCED 072 UNABLE TO PROCESS".

        Later when I took a mini statement in the SBI ATM S1AN00087001 on 09.08.09 06.34 HRS (TRANSACTION NO 6823), i could notice that my account was debited with an amount of RS 6000/- on 01.08.09 through Union Bank of India ATM.

        On 14.08.09, I made a complaint with my SBI branch where I operate the account ( Salary Account). Even after repeated follow up with the bank, I am not getting any positive reply and till now the amount is not credited back to my account.

        Request to do the needful immediately.

        SBI ATM — Money debited but cash did not come out

        On 9th February 2010, I tried to withdraw Rs. 6000/- from SBI ATM at Connaught Circus, New Delhi. The machine declined the transaction but subsequently debited my account with Rs. 6000/-. I lodged a complaint with SBI helpline on 10th February 2010 but till date the amount has not yet been credited to my account despite several reminders at the helpline number.

        What should i do next??

        on 5/04/2010 i try to withdraw Rs.2000(2 times) from HDFC Bank ATM at Gurgoan but transaction was not successful and also slip was come but on the next when i do a transation i found that a total of Rs. 4000 has beed debited from my account. As I dont have any slip of that transaction my home branch are not willing to help me.

        This is Meenakshi Singh & i have an
        account(No. [protected]) in SBI,Virbhadra Rishikesh, Uttarakhand and i
        tried to withdraw Rs 8000 from my account through ATM of SBI, Sec-V,
        BHEL Hardwar,Uttrakhand on 16/3/10 but due to some machine error i was
        not able to get the amount but it was debited from my account.i had
        made only 2 transactions one for withdrawing amount & later on
        ministatement to check my balance. The reciept i got is with me. Next day i submitted my application with 1 copy of
        reciept to my concerned branch and till now i get no response
        from any of the branch.

        Regarding this i made online complain and complain to helpline also. i sent mails to dgm & chairman , customer service, Mumbai.they inform local office delhi as well as zonal office in dehradun through mail but still i did not get my amount(Rs 8000) back.

        I complaint abou the same to SBI, 3 Months back only but no response till now.
        It’s the fault from their side, that they are not able to trace where my 10, 000 has gone if that does not came to me….they have all the details and track of all the transaction happening day-to-day... then why they are unable to trace the same.
        It’s really very disappointing, that such a huge public Organization is not able to do anything in this reg. We believe in Public Organization, and get the answer that they can’t do anything. It’s really very Disappointing.

        Advice me, if I need to lodge my complain anywhere else.

        State Bank of India — ATM Money not dispensed

        I have sbi account.with Pilibhit Branch on 01.08.2009 i went to Bank of Baroda atm, Rajendra Nagar Bareilly and request for withdrwal for 7000 but money is not dsipensed at transaction no 3621 .the Matter was immediately reported to Branch Manager SBI Pilibhit with Ticket no AT[protected], . My account no is [protected] and the ATm where this happened is 1FDBLY02:3653 AND THE CARD NO IS[protected], THE MATTER HAS NOT ATTENDED TILL YET . NOW WE HAVE GOT TRANSFERRED OUR ACCOUNT WITH SBI EKTA NAGAR BAREILLY, AND MAKING FOLLOWUP FROM THIS BRANCH BUT WITH NO RESULT.

        Sir,
        I am a customer of SBI asansol main branch, burdwan district(W.B). My savings bank account no :[protected].
        while, I was withdrawing a amount of Rs 10,000 /- on 17/06/2010 at 1229 hrs at pune railway station ATM, the transaction was shown incomplete at that time, thereafter i tried on a different machine but the result was same. on the very next day, while i was checking my statement at dighi branch on 18/06/2010, pune it showed that a amount of Rs 25,000 /- had been debited on 17/06/2010, whereas i didn't receievd any amount from the machine.

        sir, I have already lodge a complaint to the CSM, with ticket no : 3640-AT11272379 on 22/06/2010, again I have also lodge a complaint to the customer care of kolkata (AGM) with ticket no : CC[protected] on 26/06/2010 again on 1/07/2010 with ticket no : CC[protected]. A written complaint has also been submitted on 23/06/2010 at asansol main branch.

        Matter has been informed to the Dighi branch, Main Branch At pune on 18/06/2010. But I am sorry to say no action has been taken till now.

        Sir, I want to state that this amount has been credited on 12/06/2010 on my account (Salary Payment)
        I am in very need to this amount for admission of my son at Pune.
        I have been telling the authorites of SBI about this matter, but no response is coming from that side..

        Sir, I would request you to kindly adjust this amount and look into this matter sincerely because already 5 months has been passed and I am totally helpless.

        I would expect to get a best result from you.

        Sir,
        I have tried to withdraw money from ATM of Punjab National Bank, Amba branch, District Aurangabad Bihar on 07.12.2010 for Rs.7500.00 but no money was dispensed by this ATM and my account is debited with Rs.7500.00. Kindly look into the matter credit the amount in my account.

          I got a Rs. 500 note in torn condition on from State Bank Of India ATM on 14 april 2013.When I said bank employees about may case they neglected everything and misbehaved to me.They said that they are not responsible for the torn currency and its not their duty to change the currency.Every employee including the Bank Manager didn’t do anything.their behavior is very rude.The Bank's Branch Manager is not giving the complain book of the bank to complain.

              3. I have served in the rank of havaldar for 18 years in the indian army.
              4. As per the government move to bridge the gap between pre & post 2006 retirees and PCDA Allahabad Circular No 501 (pension) my existing basic pension is to be revised from Rs 5251 to Rs 5992 as per Table No 3 ( appx to the said circular).

                Sir,
                This is to inform you that the banking facility available in our SBI, Vinoba Nagar branch is very poor.
                The bracnh has excessive work load. The available is insufficient to control the public. The computers tha are there in the bracnh are old and outdated. They are too slow and most of the time are out of order. Several complains have been made to our branch manager but no action is taken by them. They only give excuses and nothing else then that.
                Sir its a humble request to you to take a serious action over the above. SBI is the one of the best bank in our banking sector but due to poor service avalible customer are switchng over to other banks. I would be highly obliged for the above.

                i have an account [protected] dated 30/06/09.Till date i have not recieved atm card having applied for it on 30/06/09. Also services provided by sbi sujanpur tira, hamirpur, (hp). i called to their greiviance cell but they are not answering. So please take prompt action so that others don't have to suffer.

                  i had purchase Rs518 shirt on[protected] billing by SBI debit card , your employee swiped my card first time,at the time i received SMS through SBI,but the machine receipt is transaction was failed so i paid cash and got my things.your employee said to me "your money refund to your account(518 rupees)within one day" but still i did't get the refund amount 518.when this problem resolved?

                    I don't hold any A/C in SBI bank.am frequently getting msg from BX-ATMSBI,like THANKS for using ur debit card 622XX4822 for a purchase worth Rs 930 or some time thanks for withdrawing in so-en-so ATM center.i think some A/c holder of sbi bank gave my number,i kindly request you to take further action and unsubscribe my phone number for that A/C..my phone number ([protected]).

                      We have paid the minimum amount on time but SBI credit card demands for late charges in the very next month. It feels funny that when the due date for example is 10th of a month and you payed on 5th of the same month then that means we have paid beyond due date. Even on giving them the full calculation they keep calling just like snooze every 1 hour. There are proofs that we paid on time but these people demand extra charges saying it is late fee. Severe action must be taken in order to eradicate such kind of illegal activities. These are just a mode of earning extra money. It is better that they shut down their services. Ridiculous service.

                        I think you have to show your address as in your PAN Card, passport, or Aadhaar card. Or as per your gas connection booklet. I think voter id is not sufficient.

                        Once you have these address proofs, the manager is obliged to make the change. You may have to fill out a form and present it along with your address proof, but he cannot deny you the right to change your address if you have the correct ids.

                          Dear sir
                          I have been using the Mobile banking regularly. But suddenly from yesterday I can’t use it. The application is logging in and asks for the options, but no options like balance enquiry, mobile topup, fund transfer etc works it simply replies to synchronize the application stating the code 904. I tried synchronize also by going to settings > synchronize > get key and entering it but it does not work. Kindly clarify what to do please.

[protected] in SBI main branch damoh, furtheer I would like to state theat on date 8the April 2013 at 12:30 pm, I received a Internet banking Kit no.H[protected] from state bank of India main branch Damoh, during issuing thee Internet banking kit thee concern person of SBI told theat after 48 hours you can access Internet banking by login thee https://www.onlinesbi.com. today after 3days when I login https://www.onlinesbi.com by entering thee user name and password as mentioned in thee Internet banking kit no.H[protected] theen I could succeeded and a message displayed on thee screen theat " invalid user name or password" after theat I tried many time to login thee thee account withe mentioned user name and password but couldn't succeeded and still thee message displayed on thee screen theat " invalid user name or password". theen I tried to contact thee branch by dialing thee SBI branch contact no.[protected] but nobody responded. theen I called many time on contact no.[protected] theen called received but nobody talked and after few minute call disconnect by thee branch , theis incident happened 6 times.

                              Kindly look into thee matter and instruct concern person to activate my Internet banking kit at thee earliest as possible.

                              State Bank of India — non receipt of internet banking password kit

                              i am a customer of STATE BANK OF INDIA , PANIHATI - SODEPUR BRANCH , my account no is [protected] , for last 6 month i tried to get internet passward kit for online banking , the bank provide me twice , but all are faulty one , the concerning officer Mr biswas is so busy that he can not give me time for last 4 month , and said he can not tell me when he can give me the time to solve the matter , i dont know who to complain , i made complain to bank's web site , RBI 's web site , please help

                              State bank of India Net banking — Non receipt of Net Banking Kit

                              I have applied for netbanking of State Bank of India (Onlinesbi.com). I received my customer ID on 16/08/2011 on my cellphone but I did not receive my password kit yet.

                              I request the concerned SBI branch manger to kindly send me my the internet banking kit or look into the matter and let me know what can be done as soon as possible.

But the transaction failed for 3-4 times after redirecting from SBI Bill desk saying that the bank has rejected the payment. But after about 2 hours the same amount got deducted from my SBI account without any reason. An SMS of The transaction came suc-

                                  sir, i santosh prasad resident of BOKAJAN, CUSTOMER OF SBI BR. CODE SBIN0002028 SINCE 3 YEARS, ON 4TH OF APRIL 2013 AT ABOUT 08:30 AM. I MADE A PAYMENT OF Rs.28000/- THROUGH SBI MOBILE BANKING IMPS, BUT SEEN THAT MY ACCOUNT DEBITED WITH A SBI MESSAGE OF TIMEOUT. THE BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT DID NOT CREDIT.
                                  I INQUIRY CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS, AFTER 24 HOURS AGAIN CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ADVICE ME TO VISIT MY BRANCH. I VISITED MY BRANCH THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL CREDIT BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS. BUT 48 HOURS GONE, ACCOUNT NOT CREDITED, AGAIN I VISIT MY BRANCH, THEY TOLD ME TO GIVE IN WRITTEN. I GAVE THEM IN WRITTEN. THEY TOLD ME TODAY[protected] IN EVENING IT WILL CREDITED BACK MY ACCOUNT.NOT HAPPEN TILL TODAY.

                                      My father has an SBI credit card and card no. is [protected] my father is sufferiung from heart dieasese since 3 months thats why there is some non-availability of payment and in there card there is some due on. For this ur agent(gunda) come to my shop and demand for payment when i tell them that my father is ill and we will given payment after a week and for this they give me some abusing language in short galli of maa bahen which is not suits to the reputation o[censored]r Bank which is maintain a godd reputation in Indian Market and Hon'ble Supreme Court also said that there is any recovery from Bank and any Financial insitution there will be a legal way to proceed it not in illegal manner like sending agents(Gundas) and using abusing langauage on phone by ur Indore Agent RAH INdia Prakash Tower and they said that on telephone tereko dekh lenge i m complaining this in RBI and Finnace Ministery. So plz take care of this leagel action we are a responsible citizen and i know how to repay the debts.

                                        My father was a senior assistant in state bank of india khapra mohal branch kanpur. he died in august 2007. he had sold his some pension which amount to Rs.305082 and it should be given to me but till date it is not given because of which my monthly pension had to be deducted by Rs 2991.
                                        the point is that i had not got the sum and the deduction is done monthly and i get only Rs 2777 as my family pension. In this amount i cannot survive so please see to it i will be highly obliged
