I had ordered a lotus professional phytorx whitening and brightening night creame of rs 499/- from flipkart with my debit card on 02/10/2021 but later I cancelled the order and flipkart had initiated the refund on 02/10/2021 and informed me that it should be credited by 06/10/2021.but I hadn't received it in my bank account.so again I had contacted flipkart and they had confirmed that the refund was completed and given me a refund reference number 6331970419256122906098 to contact with the bank.i have contacted the bank with my complaint but still I haven't received my refund amount yet.

      I have opened a new account in SBI ( account number is [protected]) and
      I am not able to transfer funds from my account to any other account, it gives error CIF not scrutinized by LCPC.

      From last 5 months I have made at least 10 requests to the branch but they are not solving the issue.

      I have even registered the complaint online and they resolved the issue without checking with me.

        Sir i have ordered a camera canon 1500d on sep 18 2021 but I recieved a wrong iteam .then I cancelled that product on sept 25 2021 .amazon initiated the refund on 1 October 2021 but still it not credit in my account amazon gave me a reference id[protected]

        PLZZ sir I request you to solve my problem and take action against sbi

          I've deposited an amount of 6000 rupees (500×12) using cdm (Atm.id: S5NL[protected]at state bank of india main branch, backside govinda raja swami temple. Suddenly my money get RETRACTED by the cdm machine with out crediting the money in my account so that the cdm machine generated an receipt that showing money get retracted so plzz solve the problem.

            Have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

            I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved.

              I have applied for education loan under scholar scheme for iim jammu on 7th september 2021 at SBI nandanwan branch Nagpur(11144). till date the bank has ben unable to disburse my loan because of which my father had to borrow money from relatives . its been more than a moth since i have submitted all the required documents but there is still no response .I request you to instruct SBI Nandanwan branch Nagpur 11144 for disbursement of loan as soon as possible

                  I ordered Apple iPhone 12 from Flipkart on the 3rd of October. But due to some reason I had to cancel it. I cancelled it on the same day i.e. 3rd October. After that, I was told that I'll get my money by the 8th, and yet still I did not get my money back. I contacted Flipkart customer support they told me that refund has been completed from our end and they provided me with ARN number to check with SBI. But the SBI customer support doesn't even know what ARN number is. Even after going to the home branch, they are saying ask Flipkart to refund the money.

                  Please help me out. My 1 month salary worth of money Rs 46549 is stuck and no one knows where.

                    Hi Team,

                    I had used sbi credit card and bill is 100000 as due to some reasons i was unable to pay my amount and i had got call debt collector name Rahul.i asked him about his detail and from which branch he is but he refuse to give me detail i was asking time to repay my credit card or i asked to settlement in to emi process, but he was not listening to me and using very abbusing language and threatnig my life i was very panic on this situation and i was unable to continue my life in proper way and if not i was ready to suscide if action not taken i was ready to die.I told him about my financial condition is not good because I lost my job in lockdown and I am a single mother.I request you to pls ask your agent for not harresing me.

                    kindly please requesting bank to give me some time to pay my credit card so that without fail i will close my card

                              I have ordered boAt Bassheads 900 on Ear wired Headphones (carbon black) B074ZF7PVZ on August 1 2021. The cost is ₹799 rupees, Which paid through online transaction. Later I cancelled the order, once a package received by the amazon. Amazon initiated refund to my account by giving Refund Reference Number. (RRN is 382959). Even though initiated by the amazon not received a refund from State bank of india (sbi). Kindly take further steps to receive my refund from State bank of india.

                              Before I get to know about refund reference number, I chatted with amazon customer care about not receiving a refund. They told me that, they have initiated refund already, then I told them about not receiving refund. Then they told about RRN (refund reference number). There only I realized that amazon has initiated my refund by RRNumber (RRN is 382959) & not yet received from State bank of india.

                                I ordered a trolly bag from amazon on 2october 2021around 12.15 am for rs 4399 then i cancelled the bag coz of some reason Amazon refundud rs. 3999 (after deducting 500 cashback) on 2october 2021 @8.28am but not recieved in my bank amount. My savings bank account is in sbi branch -chowk, shahjahanpurAfter contacting to costumer care they provide me RRN[protected] and asked me to contact sbi customer care, sbi customer care asked me to go to home branch, i went to home branch and they asked me give application for same so i give application for same on 13 September 2021.still i have not got my amount refunded.                                     I received a call from the SBI credit card department on[protected]. I was eligible for a credit card with a credit life insurance program. If I purchased the insurance, they would provide the credit card against it. On[protected], I paid the insurance sum of 41800 (including tax). Today[protected], I still have not received the credit card and the staff was not responding properly.

                                    Note-
                                    1. As part of the deal they said that if I take it immediately I would receive 12000- in cashback, but that did not happen.
                                    2. They told me that the insurance policy could be cancelled after the card was dispatched and I would receive a refund. However, they are refusing to cancel the insurance while returning the money to me.
                                    3. this is a scam. using their brand name to cheat their customers.

                                      I have ordered a product worth 439 on 10/10/2021 from Amazon due to issue in that I had returned the product and Amazon had initiated the refund on 14/10/2021 .but it is still not credited in my SBI bank account I had done payment through my sbi debit card. Refund Reference no # 242786 is given here . I am attaching the email by Amazon as a proof of return payment .kindly take action and credit the money in my account
