    do not have transaction right

    I kindly imform you that i have sbi account no.[protected] and cif no is 21561337 open this a/c only purpose is netbanking . But last from 4 days i am facing problem of transaction right. So i had conctact home brance manager but he said i had do every thing but i cant solve this one.
    So my request is solve my transaction right problem and i will use net banking.

        Sir,
        I am having an Account with SBI NRI Branch, Kolkata since 1998. In my opinion they used to provide best service before. But I am am facing some difficulties with this Branch.

        I have made a visit to SBI NRI Branch, Kolkata on 04-Oct-2012 and requested for new ATM card which I have already received but standing instruction was provided to the branch to deliver password for ATM to my overseas address as per following:

        As I am now in Kuwait I can’t go to to India particularly for this work, I request you to please look into this issue ASAP so that I can get the ATM password to my overseas address as mentioned above.

          In this regard it is requested to kindly waive off the annual & extra card fee, which is already paid by me on 29.12.2012.
          I had never paid the annual fee for the credit card in last nine years.
          In case my request for waiving of the renewal fee is not agreed you may discontinue the services of the card.

              Hi,

              I have used SBI Credit Card in year 2010 and cleared most of the due amount but Rs 3,713 was left unpaid because these were the late payment charges and Finance Charges levied on total outstanding due to the non payment of minimum amount for consecutive 2 months.
              When I requested them to remove these extra charges from my card, they declined even though I paid the rest of the amount due.
              In 2012, when I had applied for an automobile loan, I got the rejection of the loan due to SBI Card non payment in CIBIL report.

              As per CIBIL Report, the Account Status is:

              Current Balance: 9,201
              Amount Overdue: 2,277
              Written Off Status: Written Off
              Written Off Amount (Total): 8,426
              Written Off Amount(Principal): 3,713

              I need to know which amount I should pay to SBI to get rid off this issue from CIBIL Report.
              Please guide me through.

              Now I am applied a car loan that time they told me some dues in your CIBIL account

                On 31st december 2012 sbi charged me rs 1470 the description saying fee excess drs. I M 100 % sure I havent withdrawn any excess amount other than my balance anytime in the past. Previouslly also I was charged with rs 220 saying lien amount. I just dont understand why they deduct so much balance without giving any explanation.Plz give me an explanation asap or get my balance back as soon as possible.

                  defence — Money deducted from Account, but not dispensed from ATM

                  Hi,

                  I tried for Rs 5000 to withdraw from SBI ATM on 12/12/2008 from Muthurevala(Vil) SBI ATM, Chittoor (Dist), Andhra Pradesh (State). My Account Details are [protected]. I got the transaction failed and could not recieve money, but when i check my balanace details, shockingly it shown as Rs 5000 was deducted from my Account.

                  So please look into the issue and resolve it by transferring back my money of amount Rs 5000 to my Account as soon as possible. I had given a written request/complaint at that time itself.

                  I hope a positive reply and credit the amount as soon as possible

                  On date 27/12/2009 :: 18.02 Hrs. I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs. 700/- from SBP- ATM, Govt Hospital Sec 16 Chandigarh(ATM ID No.S1cw[protected] But the cash could not dispensed from SBP ATM, . but the amount was debited (deducted) from my account vide transuction No 3954 dated 27.12.2009.
                  At same time, I wrote the complaint at Cust care Complaint TicketNo:-AT[protected]n on date[protected] ,) . becose ATM has no complaint book. I had also given a e-mail request letter on 30..12.2009 to again Sbi cust care or also in 06/01/2010 to charnainsbi mumbai.for same , but no step take against mt compliant , the time given to me is 02/01/2010, but its still 07/01/2010 . no action take by bank .                   1. I have my Saving Bank Account No [protected] at SBI, RK Puram, New Delhi with an ATM Card No[protected].
                  2. On 31 Mar 2010, I used my ATM to withdraw an amount of Rs 4,000/- and the transaction was successful. Thereafter my account has again been debited for Rs 20,000/- on the same day and almost same time for which the amount I did not withdraw.
                  3. On contacting at SBI, RK Puram, New Delhi, they were unable to show me CCTV footage due to malfunctioning of Bank’s computer, however they provided the following details:-
                  (a) Rs 4,000/- debited against transaction id No 4911 at 10.48.03 hours (amount actually drawn by me).
                  (b) Rs 20,000/- debited against transaction id No 4913 at 10.49.09 hours (amount did not drawn by me).
                  4. May I request your kind honour to verify the possible reasons or any other alternates i.e. :-
                  (a) Amount may have been wrongly debited from my account.
                  (b) Amount may have been stolen by other person or debited against my account instead of other person used same ATM after me.
                  (c) Likelihood of cyber stealing cannot be denied.

                      This is with reference to the fraudulent misuse of my SBI (VISA) Credit Card of Rs. 59,043.52. The moment i got the message on my registered mobile No. +91- [protected]. Immediately, I tried to launch complain with the customer care officer. But most regret i wish to submit that the response to my grievance is most hopeless.

                      After repeated calls and much delay i happened to speak to one of the phone banking officer, Mr. Vineet Singhal at around 7:15 pm (IST). I made him aware of all the facts. In response he said that my card has been blocked and also that the merchant has not claimed the transaction and he will put the matter in dispute and therefore the merchant cannot claim the payment until the dispute is resolved.

                      I again called up the customer care at 7:40pm (IST) for getting a complain no. for my registered grievance Mr. Anupam the customer care officer who attended the call now, in reply, said that whatever information has been given to me by the customer care officer, Mr. Vineet Singhal is wrong and SBI is unable to stop the credit of the transaction if the merchant claims it. He said, nothing can be done. I asked him that if I can be connected to a senior officer, which he was reluctant to but after much force, repeated request and holding the line of 20 mints i was able to get through Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Senior Manager. His reply was also negative and hopeless.

                      I have launched a police complain against fraud with Mandavli police station, Delhi (my resident area). The complain No. is 65B.

                      I request you to please intervene in the matter and stop the merchant from receiving the credit of the amount as it is case of pure fraud.
                      Please save me from being harassed and mentally torturer.

                      SBI Credit Card — MISUSE OF MY CREDIT CARD

                      Dear Sir/Madam:

                      My credit card has been misused by somebody and made some online transactions. on 5th Feb and 6th Feb, and the total amount spend is Rs.47, 112/-.I have registered the complaint to the help line of Sbi Card, but every time they are telling that the matter is under investigation.But as per the statement generated by them, when i contacted to the party where payment is made, they confirmed me that flight tickets were purchased using my card.But thry refused to tell me the details of the transactions and told me that they will only disclose it to the bank upon getting intimation from bank.But when contacted by me, bank is telling that they have given the request to the party and no communication is received from them.so i am completely in the dark as to what to do.

                      KIndly let me know know what should i do?

                      SBI Credit Card — Transactions on Ezeego one travels & T MUM IN site

                      I got a call from SBI Credit Card customer service department, asking about the transactions being made on my credit card on Ezeego one travels & T MUM IN website. I was shocked that transactions of 45000 Rs have been made on my card by some body.

                      This is too much... I have blocked my Credit card and raised dispute form to the SBI credit card. Dont know how much time it will take for the dispute settlement.

                      Can anybody share his experience in this regard...
                      Yes man i agree with you, I thing there is someone in SBI card department who is leaking the informaion, as today jus 5 minute before i recive a SMS saying that a transaction happend on behalf of m credit card on ezeego, wheras this is not done by me. the card is with me safe in my pcket. i calles SBI they are useless people, and the ezeego they are the worst in this world.

                      I am sudhakar from hyderabad my SBI credit was miss used by someone and i was just schoked my bill shot upto 45,000 even with out me using or receiving my credit card. I am totally unhappy with the serviece and behaviour of these people.

                      I am K Bhanu Prakash creadit card holder of SBI
                      I lost my valet in my way to home; In that I have lost SBI credit card also.
                      When I contacted customer care to block my card they said few transaction are there which are now cancelled and one transaction worth 2000 has been allready credited to the vendor. I requested to treat this transaction also as the simillar one and cancel the request. But the same has not been happened.

                      I raised dispute form and they are calling me to pay the amount. I am getting calls from various departments saying they will look into this matter. But nothing has happened till now.

                      I have also sent the complaint copy from Madiwala Police Station to the dispute team.

                        This is geetha menon using SBI credit card GOLD, my card number is [protected].

                        Issues:

                        1) There is a bill of 2000 of rupees which is unknown coming to my mobile through sms again and again. But when i try to open the PDF statement on my email ID then it asks for the password which is 16 digit card number. Still it doesnt open. Clarify about it.

                        2) Whenever i call SBI Helpline number i am made to wait for 10 Min for customer care rep. But they cut the phone in middle while speaking. I need a call back from them for this issue.

                        Please clarify these issues soon otherwise i would stop my credit card usage and cancel it and file another complaint for the same.

                        SBI Card — SBI Credit Card issue

                        I was having a SBI Card with me, which i settled on 31/03/2007 by paying 20000 Rs.
                        My outstanding balance was 28000Rs and under special circumstances SBI Recovery manager (Sandeep) took approval internally in SBI to settle the account by accepting the payment of 20000Rs. I was also mailed a settlement letter for the same.

                        After 3 years 2 weeks back on 15th Oct 2010, i got a call from one the Recovery manager from SBICard. As per him i never closed my account, and didnt paid the settlement amount at all. He told me on phone that i paid a cheque of 20000Rs which got bounced. But on the otherside i paid cash to the recovery manager.
                        On 24th Oct 2010 i called up SBI customer care number and got the confirmation that i did paid 20000Rs on 31/03/2007.

                        Now the new Recovery manager tells me, that he do know Sandeep and he left SBICard and joined standard Chartered. The problem is he didnt closed my account and i have to resettle the same account again by paying 16000 Rs.
                        I did mailed these Recovery people the old settlement letter and as per them, the letter is not valid anymore. Last week they sent me a new settlement letter which was exactly in the same format as i got 3 years back with almost the same wordings in it.

                        Please suggest, and help me to get out of this. These recovery people are bugging me again n again.

                          i happen to visit the SBI bank @ velacherry bye pass(11718) road this morning(about 12 PM) to drop a cheque leaf! The cashier asked me to drop to cheque in a box meant for that. I asked him to credit the amount and he said it will be done with in the end of the day.I did accordingly and when i checked at the ATM around 4'O clockin the evening, there was nothing credited. When i went to the bank i was happy to see the manager while all others are left.He said that it can be credited only after two days.i enquired why it was not done when they had ample time From 12 to 4. He THREW THE CHEQUE AND SHOUTD ," GET IT DONE IN SOME OTHER BRANCH!!".
                          I demand an explanation on this!!

                          I am student of PGDM. When I went to bank in Udaipur (Maduban branch) they told me they can give me education loan as no one elder was with me during all processes they did not respond me properly and near about 15 to 20 times they called me for so many reasons and I went their all the time. When I gave them complete file for further process even then they had not done anything on that and keep calling me again and again. My file is still with them even they don't want to return my file.

                          I am student of PGDM RM.I am doing this from IndianIIRM JAIPUR.SIR i applied for loan in Central bank Pusa baini since 8 month i am visiting their even i have to leave the class whenever they called i went their sometime they called me two times and near about 20 to 30 times they called me for so many reasons and I went their all the time. When I gave them complete file for further process even then they had not done anything on that and keep calling me again and again. My file is still with them even they don't say i wan't give u loan and don't want to return my file.so please sir take a action against them and give me justice

                            i have a complaint against sbi ghazipur branch name-mishrabazar main bazar.sir i made a chalan from sbi
                            for UPSHIKSHAPARISHADBORD FOR teacher jobs in UP . I made a chalan on 27/12/2012..this is chalan no jornal no or transcation no[protected].but afterthat when i follow the next step where i had to enter the chalan no or jornal no or transaction no. and date of birth and candidate registration no -[protected] for itawah

                            but there is no +ve response..no data found..solve my problem as soon as possible..

                              I am student of B.Tech in NIT Bhopal. I accidentally lost my ATM card in the college campus. For this i give an application with suitable fees on 6 Dec.2010 at SBI-Palera Branch,of district Tikamgarh, but until now i haven't got any satisfactory answer. They told me that they will provide a new ATM Card 15 days after the submission of my application. And until now i haven't got it. Due to this i am facing many problems.

                              As i have mentioned that i am a student, i have made many trips to Palera, on the cost of my studies. I would request you to please attend my complaint as early as possible, or else i will be forced to take appropriate action.

                                Sir,
                                This is to inform you that I have made a fixed deposit against your SBI Advantage Card on 29.01.2010 for 1 year. But after fixed deposit had been mature on 28.01.11 the amount which Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only)not received till now yet.
                                The Kolkata branch Credit Card department they said that we had transferred the amount on the 09.04.2011, fortunately on my bank statement its shows on “HOLD”.
                                Now I went & called up to so many times to complain this matter but the response of the Credit Card department was very poor & unsatisfied, they again sent me to talk to my SBI branch (TIEC).
                                Same ways my SBI branch manager said same think that they are not responsible for the “HOLD” think
                                Which are shows in my A/C, I should talk to the credit card department at Minto Park branch.
                                This was continued at that time but none of them solve the matter & I went out of station for an years, and the problem is still not taken lying.
                                So I am bond to write a letter to both the companies State Bank Of india & SBI Card department to please look after the matter immediately (within 15 days from the received of this letter) to refund my FD with full principle & interest amount for 3 years, unless I have to take legal action from the court.

                                We deposited 3 lac in SBI. The manager had all honey coated words and forced us to take a credit card. We refused but he said it is advantage card and has less interest etc etc and did not give us any other choice except for taking it. We bought a house and had to withdraw that money. In such an emergency situation they refused to cancel the FD telling that it is linked to the credit card and hence can be cancelling only after the card is cancelled. It was a big shock to us as the registration was scheduled in the next 3 days. We were never informed about this. we immediately cancelled the card but they said that it will take another month to cancel the FD.

                                This is just not acceptable. We are not able to take our own money. we had to beg for money from all our friends and relatives to finally complete the registration. I hope someone notices all these things.
                                sir, we had two deposit on same day with same amount ,for same time....
                                by fault of officer we got same a/c number on both..
                                officer say that we had only one deposit..
                                what is another way to distinguish between them...?
                                if we had copy...then we must follow the rule to get copy receipt.
                                what is rule for copy receipt of fixed deposit in sbi ?
                                ..they had no record of such kind...so it was fault of the bank...they must have record..
                                if they going to prove that we had copy of same receipt...

                                  SBI internet banking — bill payment

                                  I made recharge to my tata indicom ([protected]) phone on 25 sep 2011 for an amount 103 rupees. But I got a message "transaction failed".                                     I am Sunil kumar Dwivedi. I have bank account in state bank of india having account no. [protected].AT 3.11.12 i went to atm for money and given command for 20000 rupees.but only 17500 rupees came.
                                    I complained at costemur care no at 3.11.12 at state bank of india and got complain no AT[protected].after not getting any action i complain again at 8.11.12 and got complain no AT[protected]piz. i did not got any action till this date. i went state bank of india barauli branch but they are not ready to take any action. i need action please.
