This is geetha menon using SBI credit card GOLD, my card number is [protected].

Issues:

1) There is a bill of 2000 of rupees which is unknown coming to my mobile through sms again and again. But when i try to open the PDF statement on my email ID then it asks for the password which is 16 digit card number. Still it doesnt open. Clarify about it.

2) Whenever i call SBI Helpline number i am made to wait for 10 Min for customer care rep. But they cut the phone in middle while speaking. I need a call back from them for this issue.

Please clarify these issues soon otherwise i would stop my credit card usage and cancel it and file another complaint for the same.

SBI Card — SBI Credit Card issue

I was having a SBI Card with me, which i settled on 31/03/2007 by paying 20000 Rs.
My outstanding balance was 28000Rs and under special circumstances SBI Recovery manager (Sandeep) took approval internally in SBI to settle the account by accepting the payment of 20000Rs. I was also mailed a settlement letter for the same.

After 3 years 2 weeks back on 15th Oct 2010, i got a call from one the Recovery manager from SBICard. As per him i never closed my account, and didnt paid the settlement amount at all. He told me on phone that i paid a cheque of 20000Rs which got bounced. But on the otherside i paid cash to the recovery manager.
On 24th Oct 2010 i called up SBI customer care number and got the confirmation that i did paid 20000Rs on 31/03/2007.

Now the new Recovery manager tells me, that he do know Sandeep and he left SBICard and joined standard Chartered. The problem is he didnt closed my account and i have to resettle the same account again by paying 16000 Rs.
I did mailed these Recovery people the old settlement letter and as per them, the letter is not valid anymore. Last week they sent me a new settlement letter which was exactly in the same format as i got 3 years back with almost the same wordings in it.

Please suggest, and help me to get out of this. These recovery people are bugging me again n again.

    i happen to visit the SBI bank @ velacherry bye pass(11718) road this morning(about 12 PM) to drop a cheque leaf! The cashier asked me to drop to cheque in a box meant for that. I asked him to credit the amount and he said it will be done with in the end of the day.I did accordingly and when i checked at the ATM around 4'O clockin the evening, there was nothing credited. When i went to the bank i was happy to see the manager while all others are left.He said that it can be credited only after two days.i enquired why it was not done when they had ample time From 12 to 4. He THREW THE CHEQUE AND SHOUTD ," GET IT DONE IN SOME OTHER BRANCH!!".
    I demand an explanation on this!!

    I am student of PGDM. When I went to bank in Udaipur (Maduban branch) they told me they can give me education loan as no one elder was with me during all processes they did not respond me properly and near about 15 to 20 times they called me for so many reasons and I went their all the time. When I gave them complete file for further process even then they had not done anything on that and keep calling me again and again. My file is still with them even they don't want to return my file.

    I am student of PGDM RM.I am doing this from IndianIIRM JAIPUR.SIR i applied for loan in Central bank Pusa baini since 8 month i am visiting their even i have to leave the class whenever they called i went their sometime they called me two times and near about 20 to 30 times they called me for so many reasons and I went their all the time. When I gave them complete file for further process even then they had not done anything on that and keep calling me again and again. My file is still with them even they don't say i wan't give u loan and don't want to return my file.so please sir take a action against them and give me justice

        I am student of B.Tech in NIT Bhopal. I accidentally lost my ATM card in the college campus. For this i give an application with suitable fees on 6 Dec.2010 at SBI-Palera Branch,of district Tikamgarh, but until now i haven't got any satisfactory answer. They told me that they will provide a new ATM Card 15 days after the submission of my application. And until now i haven't got it. Due to this i am facing many problems.

        As i have mentioned that i am a student, i have made many trips to Palera, on the cost of my studies. I would request you to please attend my complaint as early as possible, or else i will be forced to take appropriate action.

          Sir,
          This is to inform you that I have made a fixed deposit against your SBI Advantage Card on 29.01.2010 for 1 year. But after fixed deposit had been mature on 28.01.11 the amount which Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only)not received till now yet.
          The Kolkata branch Credit Card department they said that we had transferred the amount on the 09.04.2011, fortunately on my bank statement its shows on “HOLD”.
          Now I went & called up to so many times to complain this matter but the response of the Credit Card department was very poor & unsatisfied, they again sent me to talk to my SBI branch (TIEC).
          Same ways my SBI branch manager said same think that they are not responsible for the “HOLD” think
          Which are shows in my A/C, I should talk to the credit card department at Minto Park branch.
          This was continued at that time but none of them solve the matter & I went out of station for an years, and the problem is still not taken lying.
          So I am bond to write a letter to both the companies State Bank Of india & SBI Card department to please look after the matter immediately (within 15 days from the received of this letter) to refund my FD with full principle & interest amount for 3 years, unless I have to take legal action from the court.

          We deposited 3 lac in SBI. The manager had all honey coated words and forced us to take a credit card. We refused but he said it is advantage card and has less interest etc etc and did not give us any other choice except for taking it. We bought a house and had to withdraw that money. In such an emergency situation they refused to cancel the FD telling that it is linked to the credit card and hence can be cancelling only after the card is cancelled. It was a big shock to us as the registration was scheduled in the next 3 days. We were never informed about this. we immediately cancelled the card but they said that it will take another month to cancel the FD.

          This is just not acceptable. We are not able to take our own money. we had to beg for money from all our friends and relatives to finally complete the registration. I hope someone notices all these things.
          sir, we had two deposit on same day with same amount ,for same time....
          by fault of officer we got same a/c number on both..
          officer say that we had only one deposit..
          what is another way to distinguish between them...?
          if we had copy...then we must follow the rule to get copy receipt.
          what is rule for copy receipt of fixed deposit in sbi ?
          ..they had no record of such kind...so it was fault of the bank...they must have record..
          if they going to prove that we had copy of same receipt...

            SBI internet banking — bill payment

            I made recharge to my tata indicom ([protected]) phone on 25 sep 2011 for an amount 103 rupees. But I got a message "transaction failed".               I am Sunil kumar Dwivedi. I have bank account in state bank of india having account no. [protected].AT 3.11.12 i went to atm for money and given command for 20000 rupees.but only 17500 rupees came.
              I complained at costemur care no at 3.11.12 at state bank of india and got complain no AT[protected].after not getting any action i complain again at 8.11.12 and got complain no AT[protected]piz. i did not got any action till this date. i went state bank of india barauli branch but they are not ready to take any action. i need action please.

                      Hi Sir/Madam,
                      I am working with Wipro Technologies since 2.6 yrs. I have a Current account and Savings account. I am not able to understand why my Current account is not accessible. Can you please check the same and let me know. As there amount is being deposited but i am unable to use it.

                      When i am trying to transfer the money, it is prompting a message that i need to come to home branch and withdraw some amount. Can you please let me know is this feasible to say to a person who is some 1000 kilometers away from the home branch?If this is the case, then i will make sure that from next fiscal year i will change my salary account to another branch.

                        I Sri Khageswar Barik being an account holder of State Bank of India,Jashipur Branch(Code:12049),Mayurbhanj,Odisha having a valid saving bank account would like to bring your kind notice that, "On date 07.12.2012 I used my ATM card at Joda market SBI ATM counter. I withdraw Rs-5000/- and got my slip. After few minutes two messages came to my mobile of another withdrawal of Rs-20000/- & Rs-10000/- were made at Joda market ATM counter no-ii which were not done by me.

                        Regarding which I have lodged a complaint on date -12.12.2012 to the Jashipur SBI Branch manager and also to the Joda SBI Branch Manager under which the ATM falls. As advised by the branch Manager SBI Joda, I have also lodged a FIR before the IIC Joda on date- 16.12.2012. But still I have not got satisfactory result.

                        Since my financial condition is not so healthy and I had saved the said amount for my Mother's treatment, I seek an immediate action from your good self to get back my hard earning money.

                          Hello,
                          This is complaint is under my a/c whit State Bank of India Chembur branch code 533.
                          I have had enough unprofessional-ism faced from these guys
                          First of all I requested a replacement for my debit card in the beginning of Dec 2012 I get a text on the 17th Dec 2012 stating it has been dispatched on 10th Dc 2012. Does it take 7 days for you guys to update me for that? However when tracked the same it shows delivered as of the 14th December I never received the same nor did the speed post guy come in my building as every person regardless if a postman has make an entry in the register, If my new cheque book as per you new guidelines is delivered to me why can’t the card when it’s the same address.
                          when contacted the branch they tell me to wait till Jan so if its returned it would come to the branch n then hand over or to contact Speed post and check with them!! My question is if I have asked for a replacement card from my bank I paid the charges for the replacement card to the bank why should I contact or follow up with speed post? Isn’t it the banks duty to make sure for the same??
                          Also to go to the branch to withdraw cash is a task in itself!! 1hour 45 mins for the same and the reason being staff on the counter was away on lunch!! I mean come on guys you say its "its Indian largest bank" can’t we be professional for the same? I mean you need to learn with schedule bank they are professional in every way. None of the counter will be closed if they have gone for lunch because all of them would go together. They have separate counters for withdrawals, deposits respectively.

I bank with Citi(which is a private bank),Abhyudaya which is a schedule bank, HDFC as well Leave the private banks aside the schedule bank are far more better. I ONLY REASON I WOULD DECIDE TO MOVE AWAY FROM YOU GUYS WOULD BE YOUR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF THE PEOPLE IN THE BRANCH VERY VERY UNETHICAL

                              I make Fixed Deposit of Rs 200000/- & also i have one old Fixed deposit Rs 25000/-
                              now i was visited at branch & ask for overdraft account but branch manager is not consider my rs 25000 FD in over draft account limit because i have locker in this branch

                              i ask to him there is need of fixed deposit for locker , but he is not ready to understand, i ask can u please call ur other officer or branch & ask me but he said i have come to branch as Friday than till Friday wha can i do

                              can u please tell me FIXED DEPOSIT IS REQUIRE FOR LOCKER , THE BRANCH MANAGER IS TELL US IF I HAVE WITHDRAW MY FD THEN COMPULSORY I HAVE CLOSE MY LOCKER

                                respected sir, i Neeraj kumar a/c holder of sbi sec.4. i can open a a/c of my sister last weekfor demat purpose after 15 days i can go to the bank for open another a/c for my sister but the cro MR DURGESH KUMAR refuse to open another a/c.in your site said that you can open a a/c for your avaliablity, but your staff said that this is not possible .also i can ask for nps scheme it is avaliable for allcitizens oof india but your staff said that this avaliable only for govt staff
                                what is true i dont know. your are a bank staff you are responsible for 8 hours work not any time you are working like a municiplity office if i dont know the rule or regulations or yours staff but this is not a matter this is your problem i immediately ask the chairman or the gm that immediately reply a person can open how many a/c and no time pass is required . 3 times i can mail chairman 48 hours email add. but they did not answer general manager i have also send mail they also do not send any answer. please write immediately what is your view .please do not take a drama show please write immediately at my email address Sharma.[protected]@YAHOO.COM

                                    I have not yet received the refund order of IT refund pertaining to assessment year 05-06. I had received it earlier but with wrong account number which I returned on 11th November 2008 but still now I have not received the revised one. For this I have made several personal visits to IT office Vashi (Ward no. 22(2)4. So far I have given 5 applications in this regard but is of no use. According to income tax office of ward 22(2)4 they have processed the same and send to Bank.


                                    I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Also attaching the soft copies of the applications submitted to bank and IT office.

                                      I had used by SBM debit card no 459xxx3144 for withdrawing Rs.2000 at sbi atm from atm S10G[protected] at Tirupathi main CD with txn #5059. The machine however dispensed me Rs.1900 only consisting of foll denominations
