      Hi Sir/Madam,
      I am working with Wipro Technologies since 2.6 yrs. I have a Current account and Savings account. I am not able to understand why my Current account is not accessible. Can you please check the same and let me know. As there amount is being deposited but i am unable to use it.

      When i am trying to transfer the money, it is prompting a message that i need to come to home branch and withdraw some amount. Can you please let me know is this feasible to say to a person who is some 1000 kilometers away from the home branch?If this is the case, then i will make sure that from next fiscal year i will change my salary account to another branch.

        Respected Sir,
        I Sri Khageswar Barik being an account holder of State Bank of India,Jashipur Branch(Code:12049),Mayurbhanj,Odisha having a valid saving bank account would like to bring your kind notice that, "On date 07.12.2012 I used my ATM card at Joda market SBI ATM counter. I withdraw Rs-5000/- and got my slip. After few minutes two messages came to my mobile of another withdrawal of Rs-20000/- & Rs-10000/- were made at Joda market ATM counter no-ii which were not done by me.

        Regarding which I have lodged a complaint on date -12.12.2012 to the Jashipur SBI Branch manager and also to the Joda SBI Branch Manager under which the ATM falls. As advised by the branch Manager SBI Joda, I have also lodged a FIR before the IIC Joda on date- 16.12.2012. But still I have not got satisfactory result.

        Since my financial condition is not so healthy and I had saved the said amount for my Mother's treatment, I seek an immediate action from your good self to get back my hard earning money.

          Hello,
          This is complaint is under my a/c whit State Bank of India Chembur branch code 533.
          I have had enough unprofessional-ism faced from these guys
          First of all I requested a replacement for my debit card in the beginning of Dec 2012 I get a text on the 17th Dec 2012 stating it has been dispatched on 10th Dc 2012. Does it take 7 days for you guys to update me for that? However when tracked the same it shows delivered as of the 14th December I never received the same nor did the speed post guy come in my building as every person regardless if a postman has make an entry in the register, If my new cheque book as per you new guidelines is delivered to me why can’t the card when it’s the same address.
          when contacted the branch they tell me to wait till Jan so if its returned it would come to the branch n then hand over or to contact Speed post and check with them!! My question is if I have asked for a replacement card from my bank I paid the charges for the replacement card to the bank why should I contact or follow up with speed post? Isn’t it the banks duty to make sure for the same??
          Also to go to the branch to withdraw cash is a task in itself!! 1hour 45 mins for the same and the reason being staff on the counter was away on lunch!! I mean come on guys you say its "its Indian largest bank" can’t we be professional for the same? I mean you need to learn with schedule bank they are professional in every way. None of the counter will be closed if they have gone for lunch because all of them would go together. They have separate counters for withdrawals, deposits respectively.

          I MEAN SERIOUSLY! I bank with Citi(which is a private bank),Abhyudaya which is a schedule bank, HDFC as well Leave the private banks aside the schedule bank are far more better. I ONLY REASON I WOULD DECIDE TO MOVE AWAY FROM YOU GUYS WOULD BE YOUR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF THE PEOPLE IN THE BRANCH VERY VERY UNETHICAL

              I make Fixed Deposit of Rs 200000/- & also i have one old Fixed deposit Rs 25000/-
              now i was visited at branch & ask for overdraft account but branch manager is not consider my rs 25000 FD in over draft account limit because i have locker in this branch

              i ask to him there is need of fixed deposit for locker , but he is not ready to understand, i ask can u please call ur other officer or branch & ask me but he said i have come to branch as Friday than till Friday wha can i do

              can u please tell me FIXED DEPOSIT IS REQUIRE FOR LOCKER , THE BRANCH MANAGER IS TELL US IF I HAVE WITHDRAW MY FD THEN COMPULSORY I HAVE CLOSE MY LOCKER

              kindly confirm if Fixed deposit is compulsory than please forward the That Guide to me


              The Branch Manager is ask m after two or three i am defalter, how can he assume i am defaulter still in my all account well maintain transaction

                respected sir, i Neeraj kumar a/c holder of sbi sec.4. i can open a a/c of my sister last weekfor demat purpose after 15 days i can go to the bank for open another a/c for my sister but the cro MR DURGESH KUMAR refuse to open another a/c.in your site said that you can open a a/c for your avaliablity, but your staff said that this is not possible .also i can ask for nps scheme it is avaliable for allcitizens oof india but your staff said that this avaliable only for govt staff
                what is true i dont know. your are a bank staff you are responsible for 8 hours work not any time you are working like a municiplity office if i dont know the rule or regulations or yours staff but this is not a matter this is your problem i immediately ask the chairman or the gm that immediately reply a person can open how many a/c and no time pass is required . 3 times i can mail chairman 48 hours email add. but they did not answer general manager i have also send mail they also do not send any answer. please write immediately what is your view .please do not take a drama show please write immediately at my email address Sharma.[protected]@YAHOO.COM

                  My name is Varun Burli. Recently I withdrew a sum of Rs.21000 from my account from another bank ATM. After withdrawal of the amount, my balance should have been Rs. 7300 but once I checked the Balance Statement it said Available Balance is -2500. Also, I checked my online account and although the balance is Rs.0.00, There is a Lien amount of Rs. 10,017. I checked this with the bank authorities of my bank and they agreed that...

                          As i am very disappointing with the sbi bank and i wanted to open the salary account they asked for the confirmation of ration card with the filled details of bank account form i provided to them 12.45 pm on saturday on 22/12/2012 and the administrative person giving the reason now it cannot be opened already late and there was still time working hour is still 1.30 pm and if ask the still the time is there they we were giving the unwanted reason like system is not working . i am very disappointed with the sbi bank which is in bommanahalli branch that to branch manager only

                            I got my SBI Credit card on 20th Nov 2012...they state me that ur pin-code of your card has been dispatched soonly n u will get it nxt 10 working days..i didnt get my card pin code till 3rd december..i request agn to dispatched my pin n tell me soonly its urgent for me..agn they stated that u will get in nxt 7 days..but i didnt get that time of...on 19th december i got a call from sbi card they ask me for their card service n how much points i would lyk to give them..i asked them again about my pin code they again told u will absolutly have it in nxt 2 days...today is december 21st...i didnt get my card pin code and i wanna take action against sbi-card statements...plzz take this on priority base...and take action as soon as possible..

                              My credit Card Application has been declined .

                              I have asked the reason for the rejection and I got a mail with out any details. I want to know the particular reason why it is declined. So that I can rectify that and apply for the new card.

                              I had received a call from the customer care asking for my office designation and after that I dint received any mails or calls. So after some days when I contacted the customer care they said to me the card is rejected. If SBI is rejecting the card application you have to properly intimate the applicants with proper reasons.

                              From whence I raised my request for a feedback (Nov 30 2012 to be exact) on my application, innumerable calls from your customer service personnal has only been a waste of my own time, where nothing has been told to me except that "the reason for the rejection of my credit card application cannot be revealed".

                              As per "Master Circular on Credit Card Operations of Banks" and Right to Information Act published by RBI (circular DBOD. No. Leg. BC. 65/09.07.005/2006-07 dated March 6, 2007), I have every right and under legal cover to be furbished with a justification for your rejection of my credit card application.

                                  Refer to my earlier complaint which I, lodge 0n 20/09/2010 regarding non receipt of Service Pension W.E.F.- Aug 2008.

                                  I, Rajendra Singh discharged from Navy on completion of 15 years Service as Sailor ( POELR ) Vide LRDO 07/2001 ( Part-3) SL.no.069 and P.P.O no. 09/97/B/S/01656/2001 dated 21/06/2001.I was drawing my Pension through SBI, Agriculture devlopment branch Jhinjhak, Dist- Kanpur-Dehat ( U. P ) Bank code-6589, I, was getting my Service pension up to July 2008 on regular basis but from Aug. 2008 my service is not being credited in pension A/C. when I knew that my pension has been stoped, than I, written application to my pension bank brach Manager. After one month later I asked branch manager for not getting pension. he told me that your P.P.O File was dispatched to SBI Pension cell branch Allahabad. where your P.P.O File has lost/ missplaced and he has also given assurance that i will get duplicate P.P.O from CDA ( Navy ) Mumbai. there after 04 in nos. written application submitted to Bank but till to date, I have not found any solution. two in no. Letter also submitted to CDA ( Navy ) and CABS ( Staff Officer Pension )respectively but no dept has given any reply or response. now i, request with your Forum, kindly resolve my Pension issue as eirlier as possible. my Bank and Pension Particulars are appended below.

                                  sir I am retire on 31 jul 2013 from navy. My pension account in SBI Naval Base visakhapatnam. I have been submitted live certificate on 29 Aug 2013 in same branch. still I am not getting pension and 10 lakhs ruppes. I am every time approaching to my pension bank. he is not giving proper answer and telling software is not working in CPC hyderabad. I contacted to CPC Hyderabad on Mobile no.[protected]. CPC has replied that this is rubbish answer . SBI naval base has submitted live certificate on 13 Sep 2013. reason of this pension is going to delay. Every other banks already released pension. Why SBI is doing like this . I like to inform U that I and My subordinates those are waiting for pension will go to court if we will not get interest. requestt please take necessary action. now this is I will try to that other my freinds those are going to discharge from service will try they will not open pension account in SBI and I published In News paper for alert to public

                                    Apart from these two fraud transactions (Transaction of Rs.11,410.04 made on SBI Credit Card XX3522 at WAL-MART #2904 on 18 Dec 12 and Transaction of Rs.30,186.96 made on SBI Credit Card XX3522 at WAL-MART #2904 on 18 Dec 12), I got five more messages to my cell phone ([protected]) till today at 09.58PM as mentioned below and these transactions are declined due to card block.

                                    Rs. 13,204.26 at WAL-MART#2122, on 18/12/2012 (Yesterday) and the transaction time is 08.07AM.
                                    Rs. 30,852.16 at SEARS ROEBUCK 1223, on 18/12/2012 (Yesterday) and the transaction time is 08.26AM.
                                    Rs. 15,118.29 at VICTORIA'S SECRET STORES, on 19/12/2012 (Today) and the transaction time is 04.03AM.
                                    Rs. 1,485.09 at PLAZA FISH II, on 19/12/2012 (Today) and the transaction time is 06.24PM.
                                    Rs. 61.24 at BURGER KING CORPORATION, on 19/12/2012 (Today) and the transaction time is 09.58PM.
                                    I am requesting you to take action as early as possible and wipe off the fraud transactions immediately, because I am unable to concentrate on my work and not able to have food interestingly due to mental tension.

                                      Sir,
                                      Today I went to S.B.I. , Bardhaman Main branch to submit application for RIGHTS ISSUE of CITY UNION BANK LTD. under ASBA system as the said branch is one of SCSBs as notified by SEBI. But to my utter surprise not a single staff including PRINCIPAL MANAGER of the branch was aware of the system and bluntly declined to receive the application even the name and address of the branch was prominently displayed in net.Their reply was that they have not received any such orders.
                                      For their ignorance I had to suffer a lot and spend money for submitting the said application at KOLKATA.
                                      Will you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to avoid recurrence of the same .The defaulting staff may kindly be taken up.
