I got my SBI Credit card on 20th Nov 2012...they state me that ur pin-code of your card has been dispatched soonly n u will get it nxt 10 working days..i didnt get my card pin code till 3rd december..i request agn to dispatched my pin n tell me soonly its urgent for me..agn they stated that u will get in nxt 7 days..but i didnt get that time of...on 19th december i got a call from sbi card they ask me for their card service n how much points i would lyk to give them..i asked them again about my pin code they again told u will absolutly have it in nxt 2 days...today is december 21st...i didnt get my card pin code and i wanna take action against sbi-card statements...plzz take this on priority base...and take action as soon as possible..

    My credit Card Application has been declined .

    I have asked the reason for the rejection and I got a mail with out any details. I want to know the particular reason why it is declined. So that I can rectify that and apply for the new card.

    I had received a call from the customer care asking for my office designation and after that I dint received any mails or calls. So after some days when I contacted the customer care they said to me the card is rejected. If SBI is rejecting the card application you have to properly intimate the applicants with proper reasons.

    From whence I raised my request for a feedback (Nov 30 2012 to be exact) on my application, innumerable calls from your customer service personnal has only been a waste of my own time, where nothing has been told to me except that "the reason for the rejection of my credit card application cannot be revealed".

    As per "Master Circular on Credit Card Operations of Banks" and Right to Information Act published by RBI (circular DBOD. No. Leg. BC. 65/09.07.005/2006-07 dated March 6, 2007), I have every right and under legal cover to be furbished with a justification for your rejection of my credit card application.

        I have not received my pension for the last 6 months i.e from June 2012 to Oct. 2012. No reason has been intimated to me for whitholding my pension. I have contacted the branch where I have my pension account but no satisfactory response was received to me nor I have received my pension even after repeated request at the branch. I had made a complaint to SBI LHO New Delhi but no action has been taken even after a lapse of one month.

AFTER ENQUIRING IN SBI AURANGABAD STAFF OF SBI AURANGABAD REPLIED THAT PAPERS ARE PENDING IN CPC CHIDAITARH PATNA.HENCE IT IS REQUESTED THAT PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL FOR STARTING OF PENSION OF MY MOTHER SO WE MAY LIVE PEACEFULLY.

        Refer to my earlier complaint which I, lodge 0n 20/09/2010 regarding non receipt of Service Pension W.E.F.- Aug 2008.

        I, Rajendra Singh discharged from Navy on completion of 15 years Service as Sailor ( POELR ) Vide LRDO 07/2001 ( Part-3) SL.no.069 and P.P.O no. 09/97/B/S/01656/2001 dated 21/06/2001.I was drawing my Pension through SBI, Agriculture devlopment branch Jhinjhak, Dist- Kanpur-Dehat ( U. P ) Bank code-6589, I, was getting my Service pension up to July 2008 on regular basis but from Aug. 2008 my service is not being credited in pension A/C. when I knew that my pension has been stoped, than I, written application to my pension bank brach Manager. After one month later I asked branch manager for not getting pension. he told me that your P.P.O File was dispatched to SBI Pension cell branch Allahabad. where your P.P.O File has lost/ missplaced and he has also given assurance that i will get duplicate P.P.O from CDA ( Navy ) Mumbai. there after 04 in nos. written application submitted to Bank but till to date, I have not found any solution. two in no. Letter also submitted to CDA ( Navy ) and CABS ( Staff Officer Pension )respectively but no dept has given any reply or response. now i, request with your Forum, kindly resolve my Pension issue as eirlier as possible. my Bank and Pension Particulars are appended below.

        sir I am retire on 31 jul 2013 from navy. My pension account in SBI Naval Base visakhapatnam. I have been submitted live certificate on 29 Aug 2013 in same branch. still I am not getting pension and 10 lakhs ruppes. I am every time approaching to my pension bank. he is not giving proper answer and telling software is not working in CPC hyderabad. I contacted to CPC Hyderabad on Mobile no.[protected]. CPC has replied that this is rubbish answer . SBI naval base has submitted live certificate on 13 Sep 2013. reason of this pension is going to delay. Every other banks already released pension. Why SBI is doing like this . I like to inform U that I and My subordinates those are waiting for pension will go to court if we will not get interest. requestt please take necessary action. now this is I will try to that other my freinds those are going to discharge from service will try they will not open pension account in SBI and I published In News paper for alert to public

          Dear Sir,

          SBI Credit Card Number: [protected].

          Apart from these two fraud transactions (Transaction of Rs.11,410.04 made on SBI Credit Card XX3522 at WAL-MART #2904 on 18 Dec 12 and Transaction of Rs.30,186.96 made on SBI Credit Card XX3522 at WAL-MART #2904 on 18 Dec 12), I got five more messages to my cell phone ([protected]) till today at 09.58PM as mentioned below and these transactions are declined due to card block.

          Rs. 13,204.26 at WAL-MART#2122, on 18/12/2012 (Yesterday) and the transaction time is 08.07AM.
          Rs. 30,852.16 at SEARS ROEBUCK 1223, on 18/12/2012 (Yesterday) and the transaction time is 08.26AM.
          Rs. 15,118.29 at VICTORIA'S SECRET STORES, on 19/12/2012 (Today) and the transaction time is 04.03AM.
          Rs. 1,485.09 at PLAZA FISH II, on 19/12/2012 (Today) and the transaction time is 06.24PM.
          Rs. 61.24 at BURGER KING CORPORATION, on 19/12/2012 (Today) and the transaction time is 09.58PM.
          I am requesting you to take action as early as possible and wipe off the fraud transactions immediately, because I am unable to concentrate on my work and not able to have food interestingly due to mental tension.

            Sir,
            Today I went to S.B.I. , Bardhaman Main branch to submit application for RIGHTS ISSUE of CITY UNION BANK LTD. under ASBA system as the said branch is one of SCSBs as notified by SEBI. But to my utter surprise not a single staff including PRINCIPAL MANAGER of the branch was aware of the system and bluntly declined to receive the application even the name and address of the branch was prominently displayed in net.Their reply was that they have not received any such orders.
            For their ignorance I had to suffer a lot and spend money for submitting the said application at KOLKATA.
            Will you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to avoid recurrence of the same .The defaulting staff may kindly be taken up.

              Dear Concern,

              I have a PPF A/C # [protected] in SBI, Summer Hill Shimla-5. I have been operating this from last 8-9 years. I want it to be transfered to my convenient place that is SBI, Bhatoli, Kangra due to my service. I applied on 14th,September, 2012 with my pass book to transfer my A/C from Summer Hill, Shimla to Bhatoli, Kangra.

              Surprisingly, A/C transfer is not clear yet , it is almost 3 months, unable to operate it.

              I am facing the following problems:

              * As per SBI, Summer Hill, Shimla-5, my PPF A/C has been transfered with Draft & Pass Book, it is now with SBI, Bhatoli.
              * As per SBI, Bhatoli, Kangra, Pass Book & Draft has been received but unable to clear in absence of Original A/C information.
              *As per Bank rule validity of Draft is 3 months.
              * Where is my original A/C information & why not been submitted yet.
              *Who will be responsible in case of loss & mishandling.
              *How much time it will take for proper A/C transfer.

              Request you to please have some immediate action so that I can operate my A/C conveniently.

              State Bank of India — PPF A/C Transfer

              PPF A/C# [protected]

              Requested Bund Garden branch of state bank of India to transfer this PPF account to Diamond Harbour
              branch(Code: 70) in July 2008. Contacted Diamond Harbour branch recently -
              computer system shows the account is closed and transfered to Diamond Harbour,
              but the branch says they have not received any forwarding letter or cheque from
              Bund garden branch. Contacted Bund garden more than a month ago by email to
              provide the details of the forwarding letter/cheque as it is required by the
              Diamond Harbour branch. Though I have got an acknowledgement, but no action is taken towards my complaintl so far.

                  Sub:How to recover money from the broken card of "e-Z pay SBI prepaid card".

                  I am D.V.Krushna Babu i have e-Z pay card in SBI ,it was broken few days ago, the card number was "[protected]".I got this card through scholarship purpose. I didn't apply for this card, i signed in social welfare for this card,So i don't know issued branch of this card,Account Number,and they didn't give pass book also.Could you please give any information about issued branch or any way to draw money from this account.

                      I have received my Debit card in November last(1 month before).
                      but ATM pin not received til now. I Have problem because of this.

                      I have contact, and told at SBI MEERUT(Sabun godam Branch), but no any response.

                      So please as possible, do something for this.

                          I have been mentioning my saving account in SBI for around 2.5 year and doing transaction for several year. When I was checking mini statement using SBI ATM Card I found that there was a debit sweep for 42000 amount on 19th November but I have not sweeped my debit card for these amount any where on that particular so I am feared of these amount and I have called SBI customer care for raising a complaint on this issue.
                          I have also provided all detail to execute and they were asking me to give the transaction id for Debit sweep but there is no transaction id shown for debit sweep in mini statement so I have mentioned that I dont have it but these has not raised my complaint for these issue due no transaction id.

                          Please take a necessary action for this issue.

                          How come we can have transaction id for Ministatement which has been taken from ATM. So please concern this issue.

                            THERE HAS BEEN DEBIT IN MY SBI SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT NO [protected] FOR RS.1031/- ON 11.12.2012 USING MY ATM CARD NO[protected] WITH TXN NO[protected] AND JOURNAL NO[protected].THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TO PAY IRCTC BILL.MY SBI SAVINGS BANK IS MAINTAINED AT SBI GUNUPUR BRANCH IN ODISHA WITH BRANCH CODE OF 1090.THIS FRAUD TXN HAS BEEN DONE AFTER I DID A POS TXN AT THE VOGUE GARMENTS ,HYDERABAD.I AM STILL AT HYDERABAD.PLEASE HELP ME BY CANCELLING THE FRAUD IRCTC TICKETING AND REFUNG IN MY SBI SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT.

                              hai sir, i am the resident of gollavanigunta, renigunta road. i went to the bank along with my sister to create account for my sister, but the lady accountant always saying that applications was over for creating account. we went to that bank 4 weeks regularly, the same answer we are hearing from the bank staff. please make sure that the staff can work properly and do good for the customers.

                                My A/C No is [protected] is in Mettur dam sbi branch in salem district. In my account i Have balance, but ATM Withdrawal is not functioning . I enquired my branch they told no fault in your account and atm, In atm slip Inconvience is regretted contanct ur branch or toll free number. i submit all records when required in branch. what problem i dont know. kindly release my atm with as soon as possiable. in slip response code 074 ATM ID S10B[protected].                                       Myself Mr.DATTATRI JAGTAP, Residential of BHALKI DIS -BIDAR PIN - 585328 had an account in State bank of INDIA. I had been using the netbanking banking facility from SBI....
                                      The problem is when i do online netbanking money payment, It asked the high security transaction password recieved on my mobile. whereas i didnt recieved any password from bank on my mobile..........
