I received a call from the SBI credit card department on[protected]. I was eligible for a credit card with a credit life insurance program. If I purchased the insurance, they would provide the credit card against it. On[protected], I paid the insurance sum of 41800 (including tax). Today[protected], I still have not received the credit card and the staff was not responding properly.

Note-
1. As part of the deal they said that if I take it immediately I would receive 12000- in cashback, but that did not happen.
2. They told me that the insurance policy could be cancelled after the card was dispatched and I would receive a refund. However, they are refusing to cancel the insurance while returning the money to me.
3. this is a scam. using their brand name to cheat their customers.

    I have ordered a product worth 439 on 10/10/2021 from Amazon due to issue in that I had returned the product and Amazon had initiated the refund on 14/10/2021 .but it is still not credited in my SBI bank account I had done payment through my sbi debit card. Refund Reference no # 242786 is given here . I am attaching the email by Amazon as a proof of return payment .kindly take action and credit the money in my account

        Cash retracted by cash deposit machine

        Address: SIRSA

        While depositing rupees : 25000/- (50*500 i.e 50 notes of 500 each) cash to someone else account using cdm cardless transaction. It displayed cash message remove cash and machine opens its deposit slot and cash was locked in slot, no way to remove cash. After while slot closed and says error "transaction timeout".
        Cdm details are giving below and attaching proof.

            I had order a product from amazon on 11.10.2021 through sbi debit card but I cancel the product on 13.10.2021. Then Amazon initiated the refund on 14.10.2021. But the amount not received. They give me the Refund Reference Number - 811715. But still now the amount Rs 1574 not receive in my bank account.
            My Refund Reference Number is - 811715. Debit Amount is 1574. (Paid through debit card).
            My Bank Account no- [protected] (Branch code 1557, Sonamukhi, West Bengal).
            Amazon order ID[protected]. Please urgent help me to get my refund.

              I send same day below mail to sbi raj nagar ghaziabad. They collect me all paper with me. I given all document to bank with police fir report. But after three month they send me a mail we can not any help to u.

              Pl note today dated on 01/07/2012 three unauthorised transaction from my account no.[protected].transaction amount is Rs. 25000, 20000& 20000.
              Unauthorised transaction details given below :

                    F-55 Database Defaulter

                    Hello,

                    I have applied for SBI credit card and it is showing error like F-55 DATABASE Defaulter. I don't have any SBI account or no connection with SBI. My CIBIL is 782.

                    So, Can you please help me how to resolve this as I need SBI credit Card Urgently.

                    In continuation of the previous comment, this is to inform you that I have received a message of refund by sbi . Sb collect portal also shows me the status of refund but the Amount has been credited in my account as I checked multiple times.
                    Kindly respond me about the same.

                      I have a refund from amazon. They have processed my refund to my bank account. Amazon already send a mail regarding on this. the refund for the order[protected] of 199INR has been processed on[protected] and the refund reference transaction is[protected]. now it has been 10 days. but my refund is not credited on my account. the bank has says that the refund will be credited with in 5 working days. but still the amount is not credited on my account.

                                Dear Team,
                                I would like to express my frustration after multiple email and telephone follow up on the home loan dispute. I have registered a complaint on 22nd September to the SBI home branch email id and 24th to customer care. The nature of the complaint is that my latest personal loan has been rejected by two banks, due to my cibil score and overdue payment in my home loan insurance payment. After I checked my cibil account, I was surprised that three month home loan insurance EMI showed as overdue, however the amount was paid already. All the related proofs already shared with the customer care and branch email ids. I have not received any solution even after 26 days. This is totally unacceptable and I lost hope on SBI.
                                Do you really have a tracking mechanism on serious complaints ? Please suggest who will solve the issue and when ?. I have received a WARNING ALERT from SBI mentioning that my loan is irregular. Please check the attachment.
                                I am actually paying extra EMI every month but this is completely unprofessional to see my personnel rejected and my cibil score keep on reducing because of SBI bank. if possible solve the issue, else allow me to transfer home loan to other banks.
