    Dear Sir,
    I was holding a SBI credit card bearing during the period
    from year 2002 to 2004. During these transaction years I had
    made several payments and finally decided to close the accounts.
    Accordingly, On 30/11/2004, I was allowed to close my credit card
    accounts vide their Settlement Tracer No. for
    a one time full settlement
    which was promptly paid and fully settled by me by cash
    After a gap of 6 (six) years I had received a SBI credit card statement
    from your bank showing false dues claims.

    This evening one gentleman claiming himself to be a Warrant Officer
    on behalf of SBI Bank has called me
    and threatened me to meet him and settle the dues and that he would
    solve the issue for me. He was quite abusive in his language and would not
    listen to my part of relating the facts of the case.

    This is not the first time that this has occurred to me. Some person claiming
    to be calling me on behalf of SBI Bank using abusive language and threats
    has happened even before on two occasions. I have lodged the same complaint
    to you on these two occasions earlier.
    An exorbitant amount of is shown as due / written off in my account
    whereas, it is supposed to be NIL.

      Name - S.Prasanna Kumar.

      On May 11th - 2012, I have made a transaction of 13,990/- and it was offered to me in 6/months zero interest and processing fee. I have called and confirmed even before making a purchase but in the bill it was converted as flexi-pay 6 as offered and promised.
      I called and spoke to an agent and he put me to his manager and manager promised to fix and he confirmed there will be no error and asked me to pay 5900+change.
      I paid it same day after the call with the manager.
      But bill wasn't fixed and next month bill came like double amount and money I paid for emi wasn't included and it still says like new transaction and processing fee of Rs.267+ and interest fee of Rs.970+ charged and i spoke with an agent called Rejitha for 1.5 hours as she was putting me on hold for long time most of the time - often, very poor experience.
      she dropped the call without saying anything while she went to refund the charges.
      It wasn't done, they promised a call back when i called again and still it wasn't fixed since rejitha did not refund but has taken a request for 267+ credit. what about Rs.970+ charges?
      Who will do that was my question and called again... like always the agent apologized and did not do anything and disconnected my all again.. Next when I called an executive promised a fix by next bill with a proper reverse of one month emi as it was paid and refund of Rs.267+ & Rs.970+.. in case, if this is not fixed by next bill.. SBI WILL NOT RECEIVE SINGLE PAISE FROM THERE ON WARDS. I WILL NOT CALL ANYMORE.. IT IS TIME FOR ME TO SHOW BACK ATTITUDE WHICH WAS SHOWN BY SBI...

      Yesterday I've called and no proper update from your customer care and I am still waiting to know what was done, how it was resolved?
      what kind of resolution provided.
      i never recieved a call from you and not only you but NO ONE in SBI knows bit of respect to honour the call back and I myself work for customer care.
      i am not sure how sbi customer care is managing with these kind of poor follow up system.
      Please call my by 5.30-6.30 pm today.

        I have my SBI Saving account with SBI Uklana Mandi a/c number [protected] and also the internet banking. I have registered mobile number 3 years back which is [protected] and not this number is not in service, and i want to change my mobile number to [protected] for online fund transfer for which i have applied online and sent the approval form to branch twice and now its being more than a year branch has not yet changed my mobile number please help urgently to get my mobile number changed so i can make online transfers.

            To the BBMP Bangalore

            The Road in Hebbal - Kempapura Connecting to Sindh High School Hebbal - Kempapura has been Very Very Badly Damaged and also Dug Very Badly. This Road Digging BWSSB Work is being Carried out even near SBI Bank after MK Ahmed Mart connecting to Bhuvaneshwarinagar. The Road on this Stretch right from SBI Bank here till Hebbal - Kempapura has been Very Very Very Badly Dug Up and Converted into a Slushy Muddy Damaged Road. We cannot even Walk on this Stretch. Also the Road Connecting Vinayaka Layout till Hebbal - Kempapura has also been Dug Up and Very Very Badly Damaged Muddy Road. Residents Cannot Even use this Road. Thereby, Damaging All the Approach Roads to these Residential Areas here. Kindly Request the Concerned Authorities to Repair the Road and Have it Tarred Properly

              used the atm card in sbi atm machine, district-sitapur (u.P.),& Machine provide the cash, I saw it, but suddenly cash go back in machine. I could not receive the cash, while my account have been debited and when I went go branch manager & complain about incidence, the branch manager asked me to come after 10 days and thereafter I go many time, but manger DID not do anything in may favour.

              For moving this purpose, I spent many amount in traveling as total distance is from my work place and branch is near about 350km.

              For this purpose I have taken leave also from my office, wherein I have also taken loss of salary and reputation in our organisation.

              As I am salaried person, due to not receiving of my cash back timely, I have got many losses, borrowed amount for fulfilling the our requirement, which also decreased my reputation in our society.

              SBI ATM — Debited cash from my account

              hello sir,
              I m Amulya i have a sbi saving account at Telesingha, Talcher branch.on 1st may when i was withdrawing cash from ATM transaction was failed but my account had debited of 3000 rupees(twice times of 1500 rupees ) but after 1 day 1500 rupees i have gotten and rest amount is not refund.How i will get that amount sir .
              I tried to withdraw 1500 from ATM on 01/07/2009, the machine showed "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" and i did'nt get any money from ATM. But at the same time the ATM reduce 1500 Rs from my balance.
              I informed the difficulties to both ATM center and SBI branch at Hubbli, My SBI a/c number is [protected]

After several application and request I haven’t got my remaining money .it is taking too long and I am getting worried .

                  SBI / Credit Card — Did Not received card but still bill has got generated.

                  My Self Shripad B. Jadhav working in Kale Consultants Ltd.

                  Few days back I got call from SBI Credit Card selling agent. He told me about the card that its a life time free card without any annual charges and initial charges so i went
                  ahead with that. But after filling all forms then again i got call from the agent saying that you have to pay annual charges Rs.598/-.

                  The card No which is mentioned in the subject line that i got that from the SBI credit card call center after verifying all my details.

                  I still have not received my Credit Card but the bill has got generated and dispatched. I don't understand without having my card in hand how can bill has got generated.

                  Secondly Agent are misguiding the people saying that its a free credit card.

                  Can you please help me in this regard. One more favour if you can guide me how to apply for the cancellation of this card it would be great.

                    I have Trading account with you and my Login ID[protected].My problem is that i'm not getting live quotes or live share prices in market watch. I am not able to connect to markit watch.
                    I have following config in my laptop
                    Operating system - Windows7home premium
                    Browser - Internet Explorer 64 bit
                    Java Version 6 Installed
                    Java Plug in enabled
                    Show Java Console - Enabled
                    Use SSL2 compatible client hello format - Checked
                    Use SSL3 - Checked
                    Use TLS1.0 - Unchecked
                    I have turned off popup blocker
                    I have disabled firewall both from Antivirus and also windows firewall
                    And in Windows Internet Explorer ,->Tools ->Manage Add on -> all Java Addons enabled status.
                    I have all these settings in my laptop still i'm not getting in live shares prices on my browser
                    I can login in to trading platform,java console starts,new windows comes up and connects to trading platform and also grid also displays with pre-added scrips but without any stock prices and other data.I can add market watch also but price are not displaying.
                    I talked to Sameer on customer care but he was not able to solve my problem even after handling my computer BIA teem viewer. Request No 542678 dated 9.7.2012.
                    Now customer care people are not responding and saying that they will call theirself but do not call.
                    What should I do now

                    I have been calling the Customer Care for SBI on the Number [protected]. Even when someone picks up they dont give the details properly. Please look into the same.

                      1. It is submitted that I have opened a DSP account with your Bank vide Account No [protected].

                      2. At the time of opening of the DSP Account, I have received a Cheque Book with a ATM Card bearing machine No[protected].

                      3. Thereafter, I have transferred from 554 ASC Bn (Secunderabad) to 508 SS & TC (GREF) Srinagar (J&K), as well as the Account No has been transferred to SBI, Old Air Field, Srinagar (Code No 5942) from your Bank.

                      4. I have applied second ATM through SBI, Old Air Field Branch, Srinagar as well as the Second ATM Card No[protected] also received from them.

                      5. On 06 Apr 2012, a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) withdrawn by somebady from Canara Bank ATM at Shoranur No 1990. The Ibid amount does not withdrawn by me.

                      6. Thereafter, I enquired at SBI, Old Air Field Srinagar and Customer Care, It is came to know that the THIRD ATM card bearing machine No[protected] is also issued against SBI Defence Colony, Secunderabad on 09 Sep 2009. I have not received the THIRD ATM Card.

                      7. It is also submitted that my self leaving from Secunderabad to Srinagar on 21 Aug 2009 (AN) vide 554 ASC Bn Movement Order No 0004/HQ/ST-12 dated 21 Aug 2009.

                      8. In view of the above, you are requested to verify your records and the amount for Rs.10,000/- be credited to my Account No [protected] at the earliest.

                      SRINAGAR, who informed me of having delvired the registered post on[protected].after knowing this icalled back canara bank srinagar who told me of having recieved only ONE DRAFT OF 25000 instead of TWO (QUITE ASTONISHING) .ON APRIL15TH IGOT COPELLED TO STOP THE DRAFT &STILL WAITING FOR JUSTICE.
                      IWANT THE MATTER TO BE INVESTIGATED AT HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL SO THAT NO BODY SUFFRERS IN FUTURE DUE TO IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR OF ANY OF THE BANK MANAGERS.

                      SBI — Debited amount erroneously

                      Sir.
                      I have an SBI Account with ATM facility bearing Account No. [protected]. On 3rd July 2011, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.2000/- from an ATM counter at Visakhapatnam. I pushed the card and made all formalities but one slip came out stating that unable to process. Again I tried at the side ATM and withdrawn Rs. 2000/-. When I checked the mini statement on 5th July I surprised to note that Rs. 2000/- debited twice from my account.
                      Hence I request please credit the excess debied Rs.2000/- to my account.

                        i transferred my bank account from bokajan (assam) to salt lake ,AE market Branch kolkata during july'2007 .The account has closed at Bokajan and amount lying in the account has transferred to AE market, Kolkata. But sorry to say more than 5 years has passed but my account has not transfer till today. Now if the bank is unable to transfer the account I would like to get back the amount which was lying in my said bank account. Inspite of repeated visit to the AE branch,Kolkata nothing has come so far.

                          1. I am facing difficulty in receiving my pensioner benefits from S.B.I Naval Base branch (1610), Pension account No.[protected] at INCS, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

                          2. The Bank manager intimated me that they hand sent those P.P.O’s {(Corrigendum P.P.O No’s: 09/97/B/D/0039/2010 and 09/97/B/D/1012/2010 dated 05 Apr 2010, (copy enclosed)} received from S.B.I, Maharanipeta Branch / CABS, Mumbai for further documentation with out taking my life certificate to Hyderabad for taking approval from higher authority because CABS/CDA (Navy) had sent corrigendum P.P.O’s instead of Original P.P.O’s. Now they are saying that they will not pay my benefits. Please tell me sir is it my fault why I had been making run from pillar to pole. Who is the actual problem creator? Is it SBI or CDA Navy? It is requested that necessary action may be taken at the earliest please.

                          3. It is further requested this case may be dealt with kind hearten and I may be given justification at the earliest please.

                          I applied for transfer of my pension account from delhi to bangalore.Accordingly my application was forwarded by Model Town,Delhi branch to CPPC Chandni chowk ,Delhi in March 2011 and my account was also transferred to PBB Branch at 100 ft road indiranagar,Bangalore-38.However the pension of April 2011 has not been credited to my savings acct no [protected] till date,and reason for delay is not understood.Kindly expedite matters so that I can receive my pension regularly,and in time.

                              My wallet wast stolen on 30 dec 2011 and was misused by some unknown person .Although the cards are safe now as the merchant had doubt on the person and collected all the cards from him but he swiped my card no clue why.

                              The name of merchant who is the witness of all the incidence is mr. Shailender and his contact number is [protected].


                              I also logged fir against that person at indrapuram police station other than this I already informed sbi call center as soon as I got information about the above mentioned fraud.

                              They took around 3 months and without investigating anything they imposed all the payments liability to me.


                              On the other side to the merchant (allen solly) was claiming that sbi reverted back all the amount from his account but sbi fraud department is not aware of that which means fraud department haven't contacted the merchant and haven't inquired anything.


                              SBI asked me to provided the declaration of the merchant in which he mentioned that he collected all the cards from thief , I provided the same to the SBi but again they started harassing me.Finally after almost 5 months I was able to get the money from Allen Solly Merchant (who collected the card from thief and wrongly swiped my card) I called SBI representative Mr. Puneet and handed over the amount in front of few witnesses which is now reflecting in my statement.

                              After chasing a lot to the merchant and SBI I finally able to get cheque of amount which was wrongly swiped by Allen Solly merchant with wrong intention and handed over to the SBI representative Mr. Punit in front of witnesses.I have copy of receiving in which Allen SOlly Merchant admited that he wrongly swiped the card.

                              Now there are few more things :


                              Bank is saying the other merchants handed over all the good to that thief hence the liability of payment is mine:

                              My concern is

                              1)When Allen Solly Merchant caught the thief and collected my all the cards from him and also collected all the goods which thief purchased from the Allen Solly also according to the store Manger of Allen Solly he slapped the thief and they clicked several photograph of him then how did they allow him to run with the goods which thief purchased from other shops ?


                              2)When Allen Solly caught the thief Why he swiped my card he could have cancel the generated bill?


                              3)My card was unsigned although It was Risk for me the chances for risk was that the thief could have sign my card and same signature he could do on the charge slip then the liability would be mine or Merchant could ask the thief to sign the card in front of him and same signature he asked him to do on the charge slip and match the name with my Id proof or the card and allow him to shop as much as he want to.But my fortune that any of these case did not happened and eventually I got my card back from Allen Solly Merchant.

                              Now As per Visa/Master guidelines If the cardholder refuses to sign the card, and the merchant accept it, Merchant may end up with financial liability for the transaction should the cardholder later dispute the charge.

                              Could not a thief have signed a previously unsigned card before using it? In fact I would expect precisely that behavior from a thief. Wouldn't a thief take more care to sign than would a lazy, careless card holder? Upon seeing the unsigned credit card, their estimate of my honesty should go up not down (well, that's not quite a stable equilibrium...).

                              I've often complained about the same thing, though in my experience merchants do accept you signing the cards in front of them—though the clerk tends to look annoyed. However, let's consider for a moment the possibility that this isn't totally pointless and ask what the reason might be. First, we have to assume that the signature is of any use at all, that is that merchants do check signatures against the card and that the attackers aren't good at forging signatures. I'm not sure that either of these is true, but let's assume that they are. If so, Visa has an incentive to force you to sign your card immediately to avoid situations in which your unsigned card falls into the hands of criminals, who then sign it. Since they can't send a CSR out with your card to make you sign, having your card denied if it's not signed is probably the best they can do.

                              This sort of matches up with Visa's card acceptance policy, which actually requires the customer to sign the card in the merchant's presence (thanks to Tangurena on MR for pointing to this):

                              While checking card security features, you should also make sure that the card is signed. An unsigned card is considered invalid and should not be accepted. If a customer gives you an unsigned card, the following steps must be taken:

                              Check the cardholder's ID. Ask the cardholder for some form of official government identification, such as a driver's license or passport. Where permissible by law, the ID serial number and expiration date should be written on the sales receipt before you complete the transaction.
                              Ask the customer to sign the card. The card should be signed within your full view, and the signature checked against the customer's signature on the ID. A refusal to sign means the card is still invalid and cannot be accepted. Ask the customer for another signed Visa card.
                              Compare the signature on the card to the signature on the ID.

                              If the cardholder refuses to sign the card, and you accept it, you may end up with financial liability for the transaction should the cardholder later dispute the charge.

                                  After due discussion and as per advice of SBI Credit Card customer care executive on 3rd July’2012, I had deposited the due payment through Cheque No. 828651 Rs. 37884/- to SBI Card and on same day i.e. on 3rd July’12 the amount also deducted from my SB A/c [protected] and also conformed form your office by SMS regarding receiving of payment. But on 6th July’2012once again Rs. 37883.66 deducted from my SB A/c [protected]


                                  Several times I had discussed with Mr. Nijam, Sr. Manager Customer Care, SBI Card and asked for higher authorities contact number or SBI Card head office contact number for discussion on the above matter, he bluntly denied for giving the same and also I have told to your Sr. Manager, customer care to give an writing on the above matter to my email he told that “sorry we can’t give any writing to you by email” and they cann't also refund money Rs. 37883.66

                                  After serching internet, I have given several email but no higher authorities responding yet on this matter.

                                    Extra money deducted from my SBI account(A/c no.[protected] on 11-Feb-2012.

                                    I have purchased some items of cost Rs. 4,144.00 from Pantaloons on Saturday - 11-Feb-2012 by using my SBI Gold card. They swapped my card thrice and my money got deducted from the account thrice.I waited for 3-4 working days and though it will automatically credited to my account. Then, I called to customer care and they asked me to
                                    write an email to : [protected]@sbi.co.in ;dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in.

                                    They checked all the information and replied to my mail with the below suggestion:


                                    "There is a mandatory lock in period of 45 days. If no re presentment is received from the Acquiring Bank,the amount will be credited to the customer's A/c after 47 days of the date of charge back. We have escalated your complain and VISA has taken up the issue with the bank,
                                    which is acquirer of the POS machine. If they don't get reply from acquiring bank with 45 days from 18.02.2012, they will credit the amount in your
                                    account." I awaited till 45 days from 18.02.2012, still my money didn't
                                    credited to my account.

                                    Meanwhile, I registered a complaint with Ticket/no AT[protected]. They closed my ticket after few days with resolution: Recommended for closure by Branch. Then I went to my base branch but they suggested me to call to the customer care and re-open the ticket as they didn't get any complaint regarding this issue. Today also I called up to the customer care and they registered a new ticket AT[protected] for the same and asked me to contact to the local customer care number.

                                    May I have a proper resolution to resolve my issue.

                                      MY SBI CREDIT CARD No.is [protected] and my account no. is [protected].

                                      sbi credit card is resorting to false artificial bills despite my not making any transactions on the card for more than 2 months now and despite my CLEAR CUT instructions to BLOCK my card and STOPPING ALL TRANSACTIONS on my card.

                                      deductions are being made from my savings bank account through AUTO DEBIT and the company says they have no powers to stop auto debit.
                                      a cycle of false bills and auto debit is being perpetrated despite my paying up the amount on time.

                                      on 2nd jun a wrong amt of rs.191.27 was billed to me with last date for payment on 3rd jun 12.to get rid of the company, i paid the amt on same day i.e. 2nd jun itself (transaction no.IB[protected],yet sbicard has again deducted rs.191.27 through auto debit from my savings bank a/c.on 3rd jun 12.
                                      thus the company is announcing a credit balance and then deducting the amt by auto debit.

                                      this amounts to CHEATING AND FRAUD.
                                      the company IMMEDIATELY STOP ALL DEDUCTIONS ON MY CARD and SHOULD BLOCK it permanently. .
