I have applied sbi credit cards through your sales executive.He has taken my all documents along with (pan card,voter card,my another credit card statement's,and 1 photo).But still i not recived my new card or status.I visited your Chandigarh branch sector -8.I met with branch sales manager.He told me that your application is not process due to negative area. So i told him please hand over my all documents back .Today i again visited your Chandigarh branch but still not recived my whole documents .He says me that your documents are destroyed by our end.Executive are harassing me from 15 working days with giving any reason.Now am giving to take a step against your officer .I just wants to back my all documents ,So that nobody can misuse my documents .If documents are misused by your end than you will be responsible for that..

Credit Card — Request to get my documents back.

Dear Sir,

On the request of your DSA somewhere in Nehru Place, New Delhi-110 019 (their Telephone no[protected],I had applied for a Credit Card and for that I had subimetted the following documents:

My Salary Slip.
Copy of my PAN Card
One Photo
My Election Comm card.

Later on I got a message in my Mobile that I can not be issued a Credit card.

Can you please specify the reason thereof.

If I can not be alloted a card, please return my all the documents back to me.

    On 11.07.2011 i entered my iob atm card in sbi atm at puri . i swithced for withdrawal of rs 6000/-.Money came & suddenly retracted inside the atm.After that i complained in my iob bank branch .They assuered me for the recovery of the said amt soon.but till yat i have not got my money refund.

        I HAVE SBI SAVING BANK ACCOUNT IN MAHANAGAR BRANCH LUCKNOW WITH AN ATM CARD.
        ON 23-7-12 I NOTICED THROUGH MINI STATEMENT THAT SOME POS PURCHASING IS BEING DONE FROM ATM CARD WORTH RS 25000 TO 30000 ON 23-7-12 ITSELF FROM MY ACCOUNT NO. [protected]. WHILE I DID NOT DO ANY SUCH PURCHASING OR TRANSACTION WITH MY CARD, WHICH IS WITH ME ONLY.
        I IMMEDIATELY REQUESTED BY SBI ACCOUNT BRANCH MANAGER TO BLOCK MY ACCOUNT AND BLOCK MY ATM CARD THRU CUSTOMER CARE.

        NOW, PLEASE ADVICE WHERE SHOULD I GO FOR LEGAL COMPLAIN AND RECOVERY OF MY MONEY?

        i have a new ATM card but I have not recived pin due to short time plese send me my pin to my parmanent address.

        18 months are passed, but no progress. I gave written complaint to sbi mahanagar branch manager, sbi sent this complaint to their higher up but all in vein, I went to lodge police complaint, but police says, I have to give place of crime, actually I don't know which place this crime took place, so police also did not do any investigation. Plz help me to recover my lost money 59k..

          DEBITON AFTER NONPAYMTNT OF MONET
          1.I have an S/v account No. [protected]of SBI, Ramrajatala Branch, Howrah-4, with ATM cum DEBIT card facilities No.[protected].
          2.I try to withdraw Rs. 1000/- from AXISATM under Ichapur Canal SideRoad, Howrah- 711104, on 10th July, instead of getting the amount from the machine, Rs. 1000/- , the same amount was debited from my balance amount without receiving Rs1000/-.

          3.I made complain immediately to Ramrajatala branch. They after going
          through my account after waiting for twenty days till I do not receive my balance. 5. Would youi kindly take proper action from ur end at an early date so that I can be relieved from unnecessary tension and get the Rs. 1000/- credited in my account.

          2.I try to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from SBI ATM under Hazra Road Branch, Kolkata- 700029 , on 20th January'11, instead of getting the amount from the machine, Rs. 5000/- , the same amount was debited from my balance amount without receiving Rs. 5000/-.

          3.I made complain immediately to Hazra Road branch. They after going
          through my account made complain no. AT[protected] on 22.01.11 after waiting for two days i.e. 20th & 21st January'11 with a view that machine will rectify its mistakes on its own..
          4.Till date mistake of machine was not rectified by ur esteemed concern.
          5. Would youi kindly take proper action from ur end at an early date so that I can be relieved from unnecessary tension at this age of 65 and get the Rs. 5000/- credited in my account.

                I am omprakash and my a/c no.[protected] is in the SBI cantonment branch kanpur.i first time attempt 10,000Rs feed dated 10/08/11 but i am not get the money then second attempt 10,000 here is the same problems.not get the money dated 10/08/11.when i get the entry in my passbook 20,000Rs debited.i complained to sbi costomer care no dated 23/09/11 then 10,000 Rs credit in my account dated 23/09/11.but 10,000 Rs not credited many times i do the complaints but no results.i write a letter to the branch manager cantt branch kanpur. there is no action taken by them.same letter i given to the banking lokpal but there is no action taken yet.plz i request to cnbc awaz that solve my problems.

                my name is sunil kumar jangra,serving in army,my a/c no. of townhall,shahjahanpur,UP(E) state bank india is [protected],this is my salary a/c too.i make a withdraw of 20000/- from atm in ranchi on 2.jan.2010.and again tried to make withdraw of 20000/- the amount was debited from my account and not in my hand i call to customercare of sbi they told me that ur amount will credited in 24hrs. and gave me the complaint no.AT[protected].on date 03.01.2010.after this i wait for two days then talk to branch office shahjahanpur UP(E).the branch manager told me to send a letter and the photocopies of ATM receipts.i sent the same.
                today is 04 april.2010,i haven't received any amount from the bank.i have borrowed money for my family.

[protected] IN THE NAME OF MANOJ, HIS COMPLAINT THAT HE HAS CHANGE THE MOB. NO. [protected] INSTEAD OF [protected] IN THE ABOVE ACCOUNT. WE HAVE CHANGE IN THE ACCOUNT, PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM. WITH REGARDS HAU HISAR 01566"

                  After this on 10.05.2012 from Help Desk (MR. PUNEET CHUTTANI)Give the message &quot&Sir, As per the analysis, the customer has not received SMS for recent ATM transaction in his account [protected] on his newly updated mobile number. This is because when the mobile no. is updated in CBS, the same does not get updated in ATM switch centre database at the same time. Kindly take up the matter with ATM switch centre.

                  System_AHD_generated on 09.05.2012 conveyed &quot&Thank you for logging the request. Your request is at Corporate Center Belapur & is receiving our attention, pls keep tracking you request through this page & avoid making follow-up telephone calls.                   As the branch manager is very good person and make efforts to solve my problem. The branch manager is unable to correct it at their level due to problem in database of ATM Switch Centre. Thus it is responsibility of ATM switch center to solve the problem. They did not solve my problem till today

Inspite of conveying the message SBI submited a cheque of mine on 4th July 2012 and withdrew INR 8750 from my account.
                    I immediately called SBI and informed them about this stating that the card has been closed as of June 2012 so please refund back the amount. I placed a Service Request on 6th July but the Request became active only on 9th July 2012 as they stated it will take 2 days for the details of the withdrawal to show in the system and will take 7 working days for the refund of the amount. After calling the Call Center I also sent across an email to [protected]@sbi and Divya Dhody on 6th July 2012 and still have not received an email response from them. Its almost 9 working days and still the amount has not been refunded. When I called up the Call Center today they are saying the request has been placed only on 17th July and will take 5 working days for the refund. When I placed a request for refund on 6th July why are they now saying the request has been placed on 17th July 2012.

                    I really do not understand when the account has closed they system should show and alternatively ask the concerned to refund back the cheques. In my case I have been running from pillar to post to get back my money.

                      My complaint is have been to the bank on 18/07/212 regarding the issue with the bank as the card is been damaged on this and when i have give the written complaint on this with the complaint that refernce no [protected] the customer care officer said that we need the pan no after calling to the home and i collected the pan no and given that customer care officer says that please bring the pan card i cannot go for 30kms from banshankari to rt nagar i cannot travel and whiel opening the account from the company has given the surity on this and taken the driving licence and why is the non sence think happing with the bank on this branch code is 7982 RT NAgar branch and the manger also says that same thing my concern is why is that with out pan card why are you providing the bank accounts to the corporate region for the account with out pan card

                        I had lost my atm card and apply for reissue of it. It has been 3 months and I have not received it yet, instead I had receive an atm of my another account. I again apply for my atm but I haven't received it yet. Once I enquired in the bank, they said that it has been issued from the bank. I again tried to apply for reissue of it...they said "record already exist".

                            I was holding a SBI credit card bearing during the period
                            from year 2002 to 2004. During these transaction years I had
                            made several payments and finally decided to close the accounts.
                            Accordingly, On 30/11/2004, I was allowed to close my credit card
                            accounts vide their Settlement Tracer No. for
                            a one time full settlement
                            which was promptly paid and fully settled by me by cash
                            After a gap of 6 (six) years I had received a SBI credit card statement
                            from your bank showing false dues claims.

                            This evening one gentleman claiming himself to be a Warrant Officer
                            on behalf of SBI Bank has called me
                            and threatened me to meet him and settle the dues and that he would
                            solve the issue for me. He was quite abusive in his language and would not
                            listen to my part of relating the facts of the case.

                            This is not the first time that this has occurred to me. Some person claiming
                            to be calling me on behalf of SBI Bank using abusive language and threats
                            has happened even before on two occasions. I have lodged the same complaint
                            to you on these two occasions earlier.
                            An exorbitant amount of is shown as due / written off in my account
                            whereas, it is supposed to be NIL.

                              On May 11th - 2012, I have made a transaction of 13,990/- and it was offered to me in 6/months zero interest and processing fee. I have called and confirmed even before making a purchase but in the bill it was converted as flexi-pay 6 as offered and promised.
                              I called and spoke to an agent and he put me to his manager and manager promised to fix and he confirmed there will be no error and asked me to pay 5900+change.
                              I paid it same day after the call with the manager.
                              But bill wasn't fixed and next month bill came like double amount and money I paid for emi wasn't included and it still says like new transaction and processing fee of Rs.267+ and interest fee of Rs.970+ charged and i spoke with an agent called Rejitha for 1.5 hours as she was putting me on hold for long time most of the time - often, very poor experience.
                              she dropped the call without saying anything while she went to refund the charges.
                              It wasn't done, they promised a call back when i called again and still it wasn't fixed since rejitha did not refund but has taken a request for 267+ credit. what about Rs.970+ charges?
                              Who will do that was my question and called again... like always the agent apologized and did not do anything and disconnected my all again.. Next when I called an executive promised a fix by next bill with a proper reverse of one month emi as it was paid and refund of Rs.267+ & Rs.970+.. in case, if this is not fixed by next bill.. SBI WILL NOT RECEIVE SINGLE PAISE FROM THERE ON WARDS. I WILL NOT CALL ANYMORE.. IT IS TIME FOR ME TO SHOW BACK ATTITUDE WHICH WAS SHOWN BY SBI...

                              i never recieved a call from you and not only you but NO ONE in SBI knows bit of respect to honour the call back and I myself work for customer care.

                                    The Road in Hebbal - Kempapura Connecting to Sindh High School Hebbal - Kempapura has been Very Very Badly Damaged and also Dug Very Badly. This Road Digging BWSSB Work is being Carried out even near SBI Bank after MK Ahmed Mart connecting to Bhuvaneshwarinagar. The Road on this Stretch right from SBI Bank here till Hebbal - Kempapura has been Very Very Very Badly Dug Up and Converted into a Slushy Muddy Damaged Road. We cannot even Walk on this Stretch. Also the Road Connecting Vinayaka Layout till Hebbal - Kempapura has also been Dug Up and Very Very Badly Damaged Muddy Road. Residents Cannot Even use this Road. Thereby, Damaging All the Approach Roads to these Residential Areas here. Kindly Request the Concerned Authorities to Repair the Road and Have it Tarred Properly

                                      used the atm card in sbi atm machine, district-sitapur (u.P.),& Machine provide the cash, I saw it, but suddenly cash go back in machine. I could not receive the cash, while my account have been debited and when I went go branch manager & complain about incidence, the branch manager asked me to come after 10 days and thereafter I go many time, but manger DID not do anything in may favour.

                                      For moving this purpose, I spent many amount in traveling as total distance is from my work place and branch is near about 350km.

                                      I m Amulya i have a sbi saving account at Telesingha, Talcher branch.on 1st may when i was withdrawing cash from ATM transaction was failed but my account had debited of 3000 rupees(twice times of 1500 rupees ) but after 1 day 1500 rupees i have gotten and rest amount is not refund.How i will get that amount sir .
                                      I tried to withdraw 1500 from ATM on 01/07/2009, the machine showed "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" and i did'nt get any money from ATM. But at the same time the ATM reduce 1500 Rs from my balance.
