I am complaining about sbi credit card collection team.
My Remote relative has not paid the credit card payment just because of some issue.
They actually taking all the Contact numbers from Telephone operator.
Its violation of the customer policy. How someone can pull customer's call details.
A boy from sbi credit card collection team, is continue calling me, my sister and some other relative. He is using very abusive and bad language. If we are ignoring, she call to our company director.
Is this the right way to collect payments.
I will prefer don't take sbi credit card. They just sale the credit card in every road, mall nd force to take credit card nd that time, they give very attractive scheme nd if any reason customer is not able to pay it for some months...
Then they treated like this...
Do you know - customer could be suicide?
I want to please some take hard steps towards that lady.
I am sharing the number of that guy.
