Sir
¡ have ordered a water science water filter on 09-sep-2021.It was to be
recieved on 12-sep-2021. I returned that product But I have not recieved my
Refund.
Amazon initiated the refund on 12-sep-2021 and it was
expected to come on 16-sep-2021.
Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the
SBI dulapally bank has still not credited my money.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

    I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference numbers and[protected].When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
    As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
    When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me
    This is very desperate for me.
    Please send my credit card NOC on my registered email ID [protected]@gmail.com.

      We already paid credit card amount before due date but still we are unable to close the credit card and still it is showing as settlement broken.

      Could you please give me a justification about why my settlement is broken even though i already paid.

      credit card payment is completed but still you are deducting amount from my account. who is the responsible for that? if you are saying that you have taken another method of payment then why did you not return my paid amount?

            I have ordered a vivo V20pro mobile worth of 25, 490 on(15/09/2021) in Amazon.order id:[protected],
            The product cancelled itself so they initiated the refund on (29/09/2021) and
            Amazon gave me the reference id: ONUS20210930 but the statebank of india bank has still not credited my money.

            This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

              Amazon Refund Me 734 Rupees On 1 October, but money not credit to my account yet.when i go to branch of sbi the sbi manager told me " i don't have time to resolve your issue".no one is listening to me.

                  On[protected]yesterday), I made a payment w.r.t. monthly school fee of my daughter ( amount: Rs 2544) on SBI Collect through GooglePay. The money was deducted from my account but payment status showed FAILURE. I waited the whole day but the amount still not credited into my account.
                  In this regard, it is requested to resolve the issue and refund my money back into my account at the earliest. The detail of payment is as under:

                  Received a message from SBI that money has been refunded to my account but actually it has not been credited till now. You are requested to refund my money ( Rs. 2544) at the earliest.
                  " it is strange that India's no 1 Bank can't verify and refund a payment failure even after 2 days".

                            Sir/madam, I purchases an order from amazon through debit card transaction TW[protected]on 3Sep 2021 and cancelled that order on the same day. Amazon has refunded my cancelled purchase order amount of Rs 3295 with Refund Reference Number:486209 on 4Sep 2021. I had approached my home branch and raised complaint.. but the problem is not resolved and they closed the case without resolving it. Please rectify this problem

                                Sir, I had taken fastag from SBI for my car No.UP16AZ9214 and submitted full FULLKYC documents but they issued fastag (Limited KYC). On 11.09.2021 I had sent full kyc documents by courier to CSC e-Governance services India, Okhla, New DELHI as well as by email to [protected]@csc.gov.in and helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in for upgradation (FULL KYC)of fastag. Inspite of repeated requests by me, my fastag has not been upgraded by SBI due to their system error or wrong feeding by their staff.
                                Please look into the matter and instruct SBI accordingly to enable me to use the fastag after 24.12.2021 (deadline advised by sbi through SMS).

                                  Sir, i returned one product to amazon which i purchased from amazon due to some dislike and they refunded me amount of Rs. 658 of the product on 28th Sept. 2021 in my SBI bank.

                                  Even after 10 days the said amount is not reflected in my account. I made several complaint to seller, amazon and even sbi bank but still no solution.

                                  I will attached herewith the screenshot of mails received from seller and amazon with reference number of transaction. I can also attach the statement of my bank account from 28th sept to till date, if you need.

                                  I am a regular customer of amazon. I ordered one product but it was out of my expectations so i returned it to amazon and they issued me refund amount of Rs. 658 to my State bank of India, elamakkara branch, kerala. I received a reference number of refund by amazon and product seller. They both said menthat they initiated my amount on 28th Sept.2021. and have to wait for 3 to 5 days so that it should reflect in my said bank account. After waiting for 5 days...i raised complaint that i have not received my refund but the seller and the amazon both sent me reference number and said that they have initiated my refund on the same day. Even after 10 days same problem..my amount has not received me..i complained it to amazon and seller again and again and finally amazon told me to raise issue with state bank of India. Even after complaining to state bank of India they are not bother to do anything or solve this issue instead they said we cant do anything on this matter. So what would a customer do now...they are hanging in between amazon and bank. Sir, i[censored] need reference number of transaction i will give you...kindly solve this my issue, still no response from anyone

                                        I am complaining about sbi credit card collection team.

                                        My Remote relative has not paid the credit card payment just because of some issue.

                                        They actually taking all the Contact numbers from Telephone operator.

                                        Its violation of the customer policy. How someone can pull customer's call details.

                                        A boy from sbi credit card collection team, is continue calling me, my sister and some other relative. He is using very abusive and bad language. If we are ignoring, she call to our company director.

                                        Is this the right way to collect payments.
                                        I will prefer don't take sbi credit card. They just sale the credit card in every road, mall nd force to take credit card nd that time, they give very attractive scheme nd if any reason customer is not able to pay it for some months...

                                        Then they treated like this...
                                        Do you know - customer could be suicide?
                                        I want to please some take hard steps towards that lady.

                                        I am sharing the number of that guy.
