Dear Sir ,

I am SBI credit card holder.

I regularly pay minimum amount but due to some function in family and financial crisis I got late in paying last month.

So the SBI charges late fees which resulted in over limit and then they charged over limit fees too.

As I am agree to pay actual amount and I always pay it BUT I cant afford late fees and over limit fees.

Therefore I request you to instruct SBI to reverse over limit and late payment fees charged in statement which generated on 17 april 2012.

I shall be thankful to you for this.

    Hello

    This is to lodge a complaint against the SBI staff members of Johannesburg, Rosebank branch.
    The guys from the aforementioned branch don't respond to the emails and to make matters worse, they don't respond to the phone calls either!
    The girl at the reception will not bother to answer the call and eventually when she does, she'll simply route the call to the concerned department without bothering to hold on to the line and re-route the call to another available person if the concerned person is unavailable/dozing off/chit-chatting with his fellow colleagues. Sometimes it feels like everybody is sleeping in SBI, Johannesburg!

    These guys are having the easiest of jobs and yet they fail to take or respond to calls/emails. What is the girl at the reception meant for- to read newspapers?? I am sorry but that's the only thing I have seen her doing and that's probably why she doesn't respond! You make 20 calls and if you are lucky you might get answered once.

    On a second thought, I feel it's not entirely the receptionist's fault. There is an old saying- Birds of a feather flock together. Maybe she is so used to seeing the callousness and laidback attitude of the SBI staff that she herself is set out to make a point!

    Request you to please address this issue. Believe me, there are plenty of people (you search for one and you'll find one hundred) who are fuming at the SBI staff's behavior as i write this complaint.

      ERRONEOUS DEBIT OF EMI FOR
      (SBI HOME LOAN ACC. NO. [protected])


      1. I have the honour to state the following:-

      (a) Background I have Home loan account (SBI Home Acc. No. [protected]) RACPC Bandra kurla complex Branch to purchase a house (01 BHK - 485 Sq Ft) in Mira Road for a take over case property. I have applied to an amount of loan for Rupees 19, 20, 000.00 (Nineteen lakh Twenty Thousand only). However, during the documentation at BKC I have shown the proof of payment to seller for amount of Rupees 70, 000 (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) to Mrs Mamta (cubicle no 7) She told me that the your payment is accounted by me and for the next disbursement of cheque and EMI will be deducted on the recent payment. Therefore, ideally my loan amounts to 18, 50, 000 (19, 20, 000-70, 000) which I understand is also present sanction limit.

      (b) Disbursement . My first disbursement for the loan amount was a cheque of amount Rs 14, 16, 056.00 (Fourteen Lakh Sixteen Thousand Fifty Six only) on 25 April 2012. And the remaining amount of Rs 4, 33, 944.00 (18, 50, 000-14, 16, 056) was to be disbursed to the seller after the receipt of the chain of documents from the seller which was mortgaged by his home finance (Home Blue Finance ltd).

      (c) EMI through ECS. I have applied for the ECS cycle of 03rd of every month for the loan amount admissible to me. Therefore, my first EMI was deducted on 03 May 12 for a loan amount of Rs 19, 20, 000.00 that amounts to 18, 129.00.








      2. In view of the above I would like to submit the following:-

      (a) My amount of loan requested from SBI reduces to 18, 50, 000.00 (Eighteen lakh fifty thousand and does not remain 19, 20, 000.00. Hence, the amount of EMI
      should have been reduced and should not have remained same amounting to 18, 129 which is an EMI for 19, 20, 000.

      (b) I have been disbursed with a cheque on 25 Apr 12 which is 5 days before the month ends. However, I was charged for full month EMI. Ideally the EMI for only five days should have been charged.

      3. In view of the aforesaid, I request the SBI to recalculate EMI for my home loan amount considering my payment of 18, 129 which is an advance EMI. So I understand the calculation on EMI is to be on the amount of 18, 31, 871.00 [19, 20, 000-(70, 000+18, 129)]. Also, I am willing to pay for the pre – EMI charges for the five days (from 25-30 Apr 12) which I had not been included icalculateon of EMI.

      4. I would also like to further bring out that for the take over case where the bank in not able to disburse the full amount as per santion amount and has to depend upon the release of chain of documents the EMI should be charged on disbursed amount and not the sanction amount. It is my request that please consider my case for deduction in EMI for the payment made/charged to me and not for reduction in the period for loan amount.
      I Ahivaran lal serving in Indian Navy and taken loan from your Fort branch, an amount 1306010.00 as defence salary account decided discount not given to me for that I approached in Fort branch but they are not agree to submit my request for solution.

              I am customer in SBI Aligarh since 2003 and was out of station for a long time. When i was here in India i made a transaction of Rs. 4800/- with my debit card for a/c [protected] with Txn 3194 dated[protected] and the transaction was not successful and got a message "unable to process" but my account debited with 4800/- i file a complain next day at AMU Aligarh branch they were saying you money will be credited into your account within 15 days but till date i am waiting for my money.

                Myself Bhanu lal Pal having a S.B.I. Debit -cum-Atm card[protected]) since Nov2005 against my penssion A/C-[protected]....which i never used before and i have lost my pin number accordingly.My branch at Barasat(code-00024),in 24 parganas(N),W.B. Now i want to use this card as usual.

                So. i[censored] r provide a new pin number against this card number or reissue a new card that will b very usefull to me.

                  I want to close my SBICAPSEC demat due to below reasons.

                  A)SBICAPSEC we site is very difficult to handel to learn the site needs more than 15 days also the persons who is opening the account they dont know anything about their web site and customers not getting any training.

                  B) lots of time the sites is down in trading hours . if we call they are telling their is a technical problem . if they are not maintaining their site for 6 Hrs during trading hours what is use to go with them as googel-yahoo and lots of small firms sites are working for years without any downtime.

                  C) SBICAPSEC call centre dont know the real time process and value of customers money . we needs to wait more than 5 minutes to contact customers support rep. also to put a Trade in 5 min. their is lot of veriation in trade price.

                  D) for intraday trading they are charging more brokarage compair to others . never trade intraday with SBI.

                  E) They are charging lots of Hidden charges.

                  F) and lots of poor service issue.

                    I Amit Kumar Das bearing ATM Card no. [protected] found that my atm card is already blocked before first use. As PIN is working but unable to any transaction. Regrading this I already contacted account holding brach SBI Siwan (Main Branch), Bihar along with written information and they convey me that the mail is sent to Head Office regarding this issue. Almost 5 days crossed for giving application for unblocking ATM and there is still no solution also I want to mention that I had also contacted several time to local head by dated[protected] time but there is no response even after complete ring. I had also mailed to sbi local head regarding this Issue on 24th of April 2012

                    This shows that how much effective service you are providing in Bihar Siwan Main Branch. The improper behavior and negligence towards public service force me to go for RTI and Cosumer Forum.

                          Myself is this Himadri Bhusana Mohapatra is having a savings A/c: [protected] in State Bank of India, Phapadiha Branch,Raipur. On the Dt: 11/04/2012 i have given an duly signed application at the said branch for the issuing of an at par cheque book. I have made a query on 23rd April as upto that time the cheque book was not reached at my address. After that it was told to me by the branch manager Mr.Mahendra Saluja that it was wrongly gone to Jamnagar.

                          Sir my query is that if the cheque book was gone to Jamnagar,Gujarat, then on the dt: 11th April 2012 during the time of submission of the application form why it was not verified by the concerned bank staff Mrs.Tripathi though she had taken almost 45 minutes on that day for checking all the corresponding address.

                          Sir, due to this hopeless & lenient approch of SBI, the heavy losses of my irrigated property & the most valuable time which were incurred,Whether SBI will bear all those losses

                          Now a days the professionalism is everywhere adopted . Then why it was not in the SBI.

                          Please treat this issue as Urgent.

                            my sbi mobile banking user id aij403. Once I formatted my mobile phone. so all my external softwares are deleted. again i downloaded sbi mobile banking application. when i entered my user id, it prompted me to enter old MPIN and to enter new MPIN. I know my current MPIN. But from last few days, SBI MOBILE BANKING ask all details like Userid, MPIN, password and then going inside of application also. But while using some service, (when it is connect to GPRS) it is suddenly coming as "CODE ERROR" and appication closed without complete my request.

                            Now I am able to use SBI Mobile banking service. So please clarify my problem

                              I am holding SBI Credit Card [protected]. My name is Mandeep Sabharwal. I made last payment in the month of September 2011. After that due to unforseen circumstances i was not able to pay anything.

                              From past few weeks i am getting calls from two numbers[protected] and[protected] , caller name is Bipin and posing as SBI recovery agent from SBI directly from thier fraudlent department. He is been harrasing me everyday and calling my colleagues in same company asking about me. Today he callled on my office number and started abusing me and said he will send notice to my company HR department and will ruin my carreer. I asked for a workout plan but he wants me to pay above what is suppose to be paid.

                                    Sub.: COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BRANCH MANAGER OF YOUR STATE BANK OF INDIA, BRANC Code No.07085,Located in SwasthYa Vihar,8,Rajdhani Enclave,DELHI-110092, for his NON-CO-OPERATIVE,EVASIVE and RUDE, OFFENSIVE,AGGRESSIVE, IMPOLITE, ILL- MANNERED AND UNPLEASANT BEHAVIOR ,AGAIST MY WIFE & ME ON PHONE
                                    We are regular Customers of your Bank's Branch at Swasthya Vihar, Delhi-11092 and are maintaining a Joint Savings Bank A/C (Bank Branh Code No.07085) in my and my wife’s name vide Savings Bank A/C N0. [protected].
                                    Recently I have started facing online problems on my Internet Banking Account. I wanted to add some BILLERS for making the online payments for various utility bills. And for that purpose I have tried AT LEAST more than 10 TIMES, to register online, WHEREAS the message every time comes that "SINCE YOUR MOBILE PHONE IS NOT REGISTERED, AS SUCH,WE ARE UNABLE TO ADD ANY BILLERS" Please note that not only my mobile and land line are duly regd. with the said BANK and I am also having the MOBILE BANKING FACILITY with the Bank.
                                    And SECONDLY, Besides this for past more than TWO WEEKS, I was trying TO CREATE some STDR online for short periods from my various other Accounts. However, after completion of all formalities of filling up the forms etc. IN LAST – I receive a message in last -“Stopped Account, this may be due to non –compliance of KYC formalities at your Bank. Please contact your branch for updating the RECORDS”
                                    On my various telephones to the said branch-THE TELEPHONE though THEY NEVER ATTEND. However once after about 50-60 calls when it was picked up, the man never disclosed his IDENTITY despite my asking time and again and at last RUDELY replied that we cannot tell anything on phone despite my requesting that I was bed ridden due to some ailment and my wife is working, however, he said nothing doing come what may you have to come to the Bank and only then they’ll explain WHAT IS KYC ! Later on I enquired from my other Bankers about KYC. They explained that it is only an up-gradation of i.d. ,address proof and the Pan No. It is Evident to note my wife had upgraded all of them by submitting all copies afresh about a couple of months back. However on their repeated insisting, my wife visited the bank again today, after taking an earned leave from her office
                                    It is astonishingly not understandable. And today when my wife visited the said branch of your Bank, The manager of the Bank behaved in a very uncalled for, offensive behavior In an utmost RUDE Manner and although he accepted that all our documents are COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECTS but he said he can’t explain as to why such message is coming online and said it is not his responsibility at all and when my wife requested him to talk to me via my wife’s mobile, for which he promptly REFUSED and n wife’s repeated requests and pleadings, he talked to me in a VERY RUDE manner and still said he does not wish to explain anything as he had other jobs to do. And although he accepted that all our documents are complete in all respects. And when I asked him that if he behaves in such a manner We SHALL be FORCED to close our long association with you---Then he replied we may do whatever we like- he is not bothered. And when I said that I SHALL be constrained to complaint against him and will INITIATE LEGAL ACTION against him and the Bank—then he said “ he is not afraid of any senior officer—they are all in my pocket and you may do whatever you like- Ian not Bothered “
                                    You are requested to look into the matter seriously, failing which I SHALL be CONSTRAINED to initiate Appropriate legal Proceedings in various Courts & Consumer and Banking Forums—for DAMAGES for causing me and my Wife, Great Mental Anguish, undue mental and physical harassment besides the operational nuisance, which is not corrected, despite my documentation been complete in all respects.
                                    Assuring you of my fullest cooperation and hoping to continue my patronage and fruitful long association as we had for more than Seventeen years, if better services are assured and my grievances are taken care off, at an early date, otherwise PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I shall be forced to initiate appropriate Legal ACTIONS IN LAW, if the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction, within TWO WEEKS Of Receipt of this Notice and in such an eventuality, you and your Bank and its concerned officials shall be further held liable for Costs AND Consequences flowing therefrom

                                    State Bank of India SBI — Rude and Aggressive Bank Manager

                                    D R Mal, Manager of SBIN Branch, Batala Road, Amritsar is very rude and aggressive. He don't know how to talk to people, he only takes care of his personal phone calls (including his mother-in-law) on which is mostly busy even if the client is sitting in front of him since last 25 minutes.

                                    He is one of a kind branch manager who thinks his branch is the best and no one else can give that kind of facilities to any body.
