I had applied for and was allotted 50 Bonds of Series IV 9.95% Retail Bonds on March 16 2011. The interest has not yet been credited to the account mentioned in the application form, the demat a/c was credited with the bonds within 24 hours. Will SBI pay for the delay in interest payment?

      Employes of SBI branch(SBIN0011569) located at Huda market,SEC-31 in
      gurgaon are said not service for fund transfer for non home customer of SBI
      at this branch.
      SBI customer care center [protected] (delhi). he
      said that,"Fund transfer facility for Home branch and NON home branch
      is available at all branch of SBI".
      Then Why said your Employees goes to another branch ???????????????

        My Self, Vikas Verma,approx 6 years back,i had a SBI Credit card ( Sorry i Forget number )

        Before 6yrs back,i received call from Credit call devision that there is a offer that i can avail 10,000 bugs and for 50 days ( Approx ), SBI will not charge any interest.
        I accepted their offer & after that SBI Credit Card devision had to transfer the funds to my acount but they didn't transfer the amount & after one month,i received bill,in which they demanded for principle amount of Rs:10,000/-

        I did call to customer care,and customer care's represenatative instructed/suggested me that need not to worry & bill will be corrected in next coming month.
        But nothing positive.

        In Next bill,i got bill which stated that i had to pay not only 10,000 ( Principle amount ) but interest too.
        Again i called to customer care & their representative again gave same response that in next month bill will be corrected.
        This cycle repeated 4 to 5 times, i did so many calls to customer care ( SBI ),every time response was same after that i stopped availing the services of SBI Credit card.

        But today,i received a call from SBI Credit card division that case is still open.
        I dont know, what should i do, if i didn't avail that service of 10,000 bugs then why should i pay ? ?
        If bank show me any detail that i availed that offer ie statment of my acount in which SBI credit that amount ( 10,000 ),i will be delighted.

          Dear Sir,
          SBI credit card March 2012 statement contains illegitimate charges like 1. 09/03/2012 FEE - LATE PAYMENT (EXCL GST 72.10) 700.00 Dr. 2. 16/03/2012 TOTAL GST DEBIT FOR CURRENT STMT 660.58 Dr.
          3. 16/03/2012 FIN CHARGE ON RETAIL (EXCL GST 588.48) 5713.41 Dr.
          The payment has been made through cheque of Allahabad bank on March1 2012 in a SBI Bank Br. Badshah Bag, Faizabad Road. and the last date for the payment was 7-03-12. So may be it a procedural delay through bank how can i be held responsible for late collection. Other charges are not understandable. I brought this problem to the notice of support service on phone as well as by Two E-mails in this regard but no reply has been received. Therefore, it is decided that payment due Rs143779.72 minus Rs7374/ equal to Rs136405 / will be paid by the due date. And if I am compelled to pay this amount, I will request that no further charges must be levied and the credit card may kindly be cancelled. The remaining amount will be paid as soon as your decision in this regard is conveyed.

            Sir, I am a customer of your esteemed kalapathar branch (in orissa). my complaint is that earlier I had two(2) ATM cards in my Savings A/c No-[protected], but I had surrendered one ATM card one year back(Card No[protected]). In recent past while I enquired my A/C I found that Rs.200/- debited as card charge(Rs.100/- for each card). I had brought the attention of the Br.Manager he told me we had already cancelled your surrendered ATM card (Card No[protected]) and if you have any problem then contact to the ATM cell..So I am mailing this complaint to you.Please take an action on this problem as soon as posible.I shall be highly obliged to you.Thanks Prasanna kumar Nanda, mob no.[protected]

              Sir,i am sachin mudaliyar a sbi account holder of Pendra-Road(dis-Bilaspur pin-495117 at dated 08-05-12 i have not used my atm card, but near nehru chowk,Bilaspur AXIS BANK ATM cut my 2000 rs. i checked my mini statement it's shown me that dated 08-03-12 i used the atm and withdra 2000 rs. i call the customer care then i tell the problem,he wrote my problem and my complain number is AT[protected] but dated 17-03-12 i got a sms from customer care sir/madam your complaint number is AT[protected] has been attend by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system.then i cal the customer care he said that your money is deposit to your branch.when i contact my branch he said that no sir we have not received your. money please sir chek it and any how return my money from the bank.my cash is 2000 rs..

                  I am using my SBI Credit Card since 2005 and from 8th march 2012 it was blocked without any prior notice. And my approximate use per month is 20,000 to 30,000 INR and always paid my bill on time but from last month I am facing lot of difficulties in payments and purchasing. I had lots of loss of interest due to this problem. I had contacted SBI Card but they are always saying to wait for 2 days or 3 days or more. Since now it has not been activated.

                        I AM HAVING REWARD POINTS OF 2195.

                        WHEN I TOLD THE SBI PEOPLE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT OF THE CREDIT CARD AND ADJUST MY REWARD POINTS.

                        THEY SAID THE REWARD POINTS ARE ONLY USABLE WHEN YOU HOLD THE CARD.

                          Sir,
                          I holding a DSP A/C No [protected] with SBI , Vasant Vihar , Dehradun. On 29 Feb 12 I had withdraw Rs 10000/- from HDFC ATM located at Vasant Vihar Dehradun. But on 05 Mar 12 when I updated my passbook I noticed that two withdraw of Rs 10000/- each were made through HDFC ATM. The same complaint was made to the bank authorities . But it was informed by the HDFC Bank that the transaction was successfully completed.
                          On 29 Feb 12 on the first instance Rs 10000/- was withdrawl and then I tried to withdrawl Rs 7000/- which was completed and then I tried to withdrawl Rs 5000/- which was denied as transaction limit is completed. Only Rs 10000/- was withdrawl. My complaint has been twice been fwd to the HDFC bank through SBI but reply is the transaction is successfully completed. I have withdrawl only Rs 10000/- through HDFC ATM located at Vasant Vihar Dehradun on 29 Feb 12. Sir , it is requested to pl project the case strongly so that excess withdrawl of Rs 10000/- can be credited to my account .

                            SBI — NO CONFIRMATION MAIL AFTER SUBMISSION

                            AFTER THE SUBMISSION AND GETTING REGISTRATION ID I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION MAIL FROM LAST 3 DAYS WHETHER I SHOULD RE REGISTER AGAIN PLEZZZ HELP ME

                              Refer to recruitment advertisement of SBI on internet "Recruitment for Clerical Staff (Clerks / Stenographers)"

                              i am unable to submit the new application even after submiting the full filled form with in less than required size of attachments, its not accepting my application.
                              Its being really fed up when not accepting your application and i have to fill the whole form again and agian.
                              Its giving error attached herewith.
                              I tried it with less than 10 KB attachemnt of both photos but not getting positive reply from SBI server.

                                I am Kunal Raja from Saraipali. I am having an account in S.B.I. CHIVRAKUTA Branch. My account number is [protected](saving account). Whenever I go to that bank, Manager and other staff member do not answer whatever I ask about any details. once my 500/- rs was debated from my account through ATM .And when I complaint about that fault of transaction,no one answered or suggested me the solution. Than I complaint in customer care, then it was resolved in 7 working days. My wife is also having account in that branch, she also had the same problem. Her 100/- rs. did'nt withdrawn and in mini statement ,it showed that 100/-rs has been withdrawn.
                                Her account number is [protected] . She is working as a shikshakarmi . She gets her salary from same branch. Bank Manager and Loan officer always misbehave with other custumers too. The code of that branch is 9750. Please take some actions and give us good behavior. otherwise we should be sorry and bother to close our account.

                                    My name is Upadhyay maharshi V. I am login first time in Internet Banking at that time I have write the those Userid & password which are giving to sbi prantij bank after second page is change password then click on submit button at that time one error coming.
                                    the error is i am write is below:-

                                    Invalid kit number, please note that PP KIT number will be alpha numeric and start with alphabet.
                                    Kit Number validation failed. Please verify your kit number and try again.
                                    Please write to inb.[protected]@sbi.co.in or contact your branch, if problem persists.

                                    So please check it and give positive response.

                                      Billing card — To close billing card

                                      This complaint is to close my billing card as I complaining this several times to Airtel office. My number is [protected].

                                      Credit Card — false bills

                                      Instead of several reminders and message sbi credit card send me a bills in my mobile Rs.7724/- in which Rs.4545/- is a false bill which sent me without my prior permission, how sbi credit card sed me such a false bill. The bills is not belongs to me and not connected any purchase of goods ,then how sbi credit card send such type of false bill.Is it true that hey are also relatrf with such kind of false bill, I never expect such a transaction fom sbi crecard, sbi is a famous name in the world, how they cheating with their customer.
