    I have installed an application namely SBI Freedom in my samsung galaxy s2 android phone and after completing all legal formalities and process regarding ATM branch MPIN etc and used and enjoyed this service for many days but suddenly one day i uninstalled the SBI Freedom application and forgot the user ID and MPIN after that again I installed the same application and got new user id and MPIN and went to ATM for registration the mobile number and several times i tried for this but i always got a message like " mobile number has more than one activated user IDs code 955 tid[protected]" sir this is my problem and i want to again use this service but i need your help to activate again this service please help me by mailing me at [protected]@yahoo.com

    sir,

    I have registered for mobile banking on yr network with State Bank of India, they have provided and confirmed that their service through all the networks and which are working properly, but i fail to understand why it does not work with your network only, sms sent to 567676 id deducted but the reply does not come. i[censored] don't have such services plz advertise properly and be transparent so we will know your products before taking a connection. I presume that these basic services are provided by all the networks kindly confirm i[censored] are unable to provide such services so I will disconnect your service and further course of action will be taken.

    when i am registring other bank account in my account it show the error message
    "invalid IFSC number: SBIN0008423" please enter all 11 digits
    sit i confirm this number from internet it is same as i type and sir i m sending same message second time i did not got any solution first time.
    I made an Inter bank money transfer of Rs 3265 on 12th march 2010 through my mobile banking facility provided by SBI to an account holder of Andhra Bank Jaggayyapet Branch . The amount is deducted from my savings bank account of SBI but not credited to the beneficiary account of Andhra bank so far.     I cant able 2 access ma mobile banking
    It's so happened that, Some one opened a bank account with SBI and gave my mobile number. And now all his transaction details come to my mobile's inbox.

    Even after complaining 2 times against his ATM cum Debit Card, no action is taken.

    Kindly advice on the same.

I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] plz.

        I am an SBI Customer. I have a savings account in Shastri nagar Branch, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
        On 6th March, 2012 an amount of Rs. 15,016.00 has been debited from my above account by SBI GE Capital, Gurgaon towards Credit Card payment of card no. SBI[protected]. This is wrong debit. I do not have a credit card bearing this number and I have not done any payment also.

        I wonder HOW GE CAPITAL CAN AUTOMATICALLY DEBIT MONEY FROM MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION?

        In my email I demanded to know how this has happened without my permission. And also reimburse my money of Rs.15,016 IMMEDIATELY to my savings account.

        The SBI Credit Card people do not respond to any amount of emailing. They do not have any customer help line. Their IVR options do not match. The service is extremely poor and pathetic. How banks and credit card companies can play with service class people like this!!

        SBI Credit Card — Unauthorized Debit From My Account

        Dear Sir/Madam

        i am using SBI Credit Card Form Past 4-5 yrs, Today[protected] When I was viewing My Card Statement It Was Reflecting Debit of 12104 Rs from My Account, When I Called Up Customer Care They Told Me That this is against the reneweal of Royal SUndram Policy You Have opted last Year, I told them that i have never asked to renew my policy, they told me that they got the confirmation from Royal Sundaram, I told them if anybody give you the confirmation will you going to debit my account, and another thing it was reflecting in my statement as unbilled transaction dated[protected], when i asked them it should be reflected in my may statement, they dont have any answer for same, they are saying that 30% will be deducted if i cancel the transaction, why should i pay for the transaction which i have never opted for.

          Hello Sir/Madam,
          It would be really helpful if you would help me on this.

          The SBI have advertised in website as Welcome offer- first ATM withdrawal of 100Rs is free. Please see the attachment.
          But When I withdrawn Rs100, I have been charged Rs 300 as penalty for withdrawing.
          It’s a common sense that if you know you will be penalized if you withdraw from ATM using credit card, nobody would do that for just Rs100/-

          Now I am not getting any response from customer care nor bank people. Bank people are rejecting the complaint saying we don’t deal with credit card, kindly call customer care.
          Customer care are rejecting/ignoring the call and complaint and even they are not sure about it.


          All false advertisements are made by SBI credit card division.
          If this is the Case with SBI , where should the common man go.

            i made a transaction on 10th august,2009 from padmanabhanagar,bangalore branch atm for a amount of 2500 rs
            but i was not able to collect the money as i was late in picking up the cash so the money went inside the machine.
            my account was debited during the transaction but no refunds has been made yet.
            i have made a complaint in both branches but nothing has been done yet.

            This is the incidence of 22/09/09 when I was operating
            the ATM at SBI, OFC, CHANDRAPUR MAHARASHTRA, And
            I have withdrawn 4000/- Rs. But I could not get the cash
            and the amount was being debited from my account. And
            after that the ATM machine stopped functioning for 24 hrs..
            Sir, Since I was using the ATM of SBI, CHAKRADHAR NAGAR,
            RAIGARH, CHATTISGARH, I have given the information regarding this
            incidence in both the branches i.e. in MAHARASHTRA AND CHATTISGARH,
            But nobody was responding properly and my problem has not been yet
            solved although this is my 6 th complaint to you also, I dont understand whether
            the complaint submitted by the customers do read by anybody or not? I[censored] dont want
            to solve the problems of the customer better to stop this formalities.



            Sir, One thing I would like to state that my Account statement is showing
            Debit of 4000/- Rs. Then Credit of the same amount with the message
            "COR CSH WDL" And again Debit of 4000/- Rs on the same date i.e.
            on 22/09/09. If the machine is locked after this transaction only the
            bank employees were allowed to enter the ATM room in this case my
            money could not be taken out by anybody else. Sir, since I am not
            getting any positive approach and fruitfull result from u r side even after
            informing to you repeatedly, I am planning to launch a FIR against this
            incident, So I request you to please give me a proper guideline regarding
            the same matter.

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            I had use BANK OF BARODA ATM machine ( ATM id-DCB06916) on
            12/December/2012 to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,000(ten thousand
            only). But when I completed transaction ( transaction
            id.8415/17381700/000) no amount was dispensed from ATM machine but
            same amount was deducted from my SBI account.

            I had already lodge an formal complaint on SBI helpline ( Complaint
            ticket no- AT[protected]) on 13/Dec/2012 . For first one week no action
            was taken, afterward customer care represintive told us that money
            has been reimburesmented to your SBI account. But when again check
            mine account no amounted has been returned to it.

            Then I went to Branch manager ( Branch id-7873,Rajnagar) he inform me
            that BANK OF BARODA is not issuing an amount Rs.10,000 to us. When we
            contacted to BANK OF BARODA people they told us that they can’t help
            us, only SBI can help.
            Now it has been THREE weeks and still no relief has been given to us.

            On checking complaint status online, it has been showing that
            complaint had closed.


            This amount matter lot to me.

My Account Number- [protected] but they have not provide ATM card, when I asked why not coming ATM card.They told me fill up form, I fill up ATM form 3 time also. Today I told Mr. Balram (staff of SBI), He not respond my complaint and told me you go here I did not know, you close ur account and his behavior is not good. So, request you please help me I followup more than one month also.

            This is to inform you that on 4th Mar’2013, I tried to withdraw Rs.7000/- and Rs.10000/- from Canara Bank ATM at Khichri Pur, Delhi – 110091 but due to some network problem it shows “Transaction Decline” and I did not received the amount. Regarding, this I have made complaint in SBI against complaint number AT[protected] & AT[protected] but now SBI people have closed this complaints and replied me as both the transaction have been “successful “ whereas I have not received the amount. Please let me know how, that transactions successful without dispense Cash and SBI simply refused help me out.

            Please do the needful on top most priority as 14 days have passed but did not received my amount but only excused from your side.

                I tried to withdraw cash for an urgency from an ATM. I do not receive any cash from the ATM but its showing in the statement that money has been deducted. When I refereed to the bank for the same the customer service was very poor. The branch manager was out talking in the phone. The other counter staff were discussing personnel matter to each other.These all happened in SBI Chennai.

                it is the complaint against state bank of rahama and state bank of india,
                jagatsinghpur, orissa dated 12/02/2010
                I went on the ATM of SBI and i gave the request of 400/- rs and machine responded on that time. i was a little late to collect the cash and again the money went back to the machine .then i gave a request of a mini statement and i found this amount is reduced from my account but i have not received the money. so i need my money back.my account no. is[protected].

                    I CANNOT ABLE TO SBILOGIN PERSONALBANKING SINCE LAST TWO WEEKS SO MANY PROBLEM I WAS FACED THE REPLY FROM INTERNETEXPLORE DUE TO CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM SO SALVE MY PROBLEM QUICKLY PLEASE
                    On 26.02.2013, I was in the queue since 9 AM at SBI Saket branch to deposite Indian Statistical Institute Fee. There is no information when the Link will be active. Soon it will be lunch time the staff will be off for lunch, will be back by 2.30 and they will work for 1/2 hr if there is link and the bank closes for public. How pathetic is the SBI Banking services.

                    Why dont they care for the customers?

                      SBI (State Bank of India) RAILWAY CARD approached me in Oct 2011, for their credit card and after some procedures they issued me a railway credit card on 15 Oct 2011 which as per them can be used for railway reservation and as a credit card. They took Rs. 572/- from me as an annual fee. After issuing card,I tried to activate it but failed due to problem in their system. I tried their customer care many times. But did not get response. Every time customer care put me on hold and never contacted me. Finally I mailed on sbi mail id provided in broucher, for cancellation of card. I got the response not to cancel card and the problem will be sorted out immediately. After that I found no response. Again I mailed them and found response that my card is cancelled and to throw the card in dust bin. Also it was mentioned in mail that there are no dues of me with SBI Card. Again I mailed mentioning about my annual fees which i have paid against the same card which I have never used. I got response to provide bank details to transfer my amount due with them. And I provided all necessary details but till the date I have got no response and due money. After that I have sent three mails to remind but got no answer from them.

                        On 1st March 2012, I recharged my BSNL number with Rs. 50 by SBI FREEDOM. The recharge failed. but the amount was debited. I received a message from TD-SB-MBS that the amount would be reversed soon.But till now the amount has not been reversed. The Transaction Id No. is[protected].

                        The same thing repeated on 7th March, 2012, while recharging my AIRTEL number with Rs.50 by SBI FREEDOM.The recharge failed. Again I received the same message from TD-SB-MBS. But still the amount has not been reversed. The transaction Id No. is[protected].

                        So total Rs.100 still remains debited from my SBI SB ACCOUNT. Please do the needful.

                          I want to state that i have recharged my uninor mobile no.[protected] using SBI mobile freedom.But they did not recharge my number till now.They replied that "unable to process the request.please try after some time.Payment of rs 9 if debited would be reversed soon. code=952 transaction id=[protected]"
                          Therefore you are requested to do the needfull to solve my problem.For your kind information I had called the helpline number of sbi but it was busy for long hours.

                            You are therefore requested to instruct the bank to recovery of Rs. 22,000 debited from my account at the earliest.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have opened a salary account with SBI Bank, Chennai, Perungudi office. They gave me a kit in which my online banking access is interchanged with an other person. I have already visited the bank many times they have always said that they will solve the issue but till date they haven't still solved the issue and I am becoming very restless. I also asked them to close/block my net banking access they have not taken any action..

                              1. I, Honorary Captain Dharam Singh retired from Army Service on 01 Dec 2011. My initial Pension Payment Order (PPO) was sent by ASC Recrods(South) Bangalore to State Bank of India, Centralized Pension Processing Centre (4469), Sector -7, Chandigarh,State Chandigarh which in turn credited to my Account NO -[protected] at SBI, RA BAZAR, AMBALA CANTT (HARYANA) on 27 Dec 2011 after a gap of 27 days of my retirement, which I accepted without any representation. Corrigendum to my original PPO bearing No S/CORR/038581/2011(ARMY) dated 02 Dec 2011has been despatched by ASC Records (South) Bangalore -7 on 13 Jan 2012 vide their letter No 662865/T-III/S-Pen dated 13 Jan 2012 with a copy to me which I received on 24 Jan 2012. Rs 2,27,740/- (Rupees two lakhs twenty seven thousand seven hundred & forty only) is required to be paid to me in this revised PPO by the STATE BANK OF INDIA, CPPC, SECTOR - 7, CHANDIGARH. Now, even after a gap of approximately two months I have not received dues of my terminal benefits from the STATE BANK OF INDIA, CPPC, SECTOR - 7, CHANDIGARH.

                              2. May I therefore request your indulgence in this regards so that I receive my dues amounting to Rs 2,27,740/- at the earliest along with penal interest please.

                                  I'm Mr. Chetan Rashiklal Saglani got SBI Credit Card offer by SBI executive in the year 2007 as well as they offered me family health insurance card. Same i've been rejected for more times.

                                  As I've acquired their credit card they started to debit my account by charging unknown charges & started to harass me every time on phone call/sms

                                  I've rejected & closed my family health insurance by adjusting some penalty on17th July 2007.

                                  I'm attaching the letter which they are sending me as a reminder every time.

                                  I'm unable to face them please do the needful.

                                      under below are the statement i written a letter to sbi bank credit card dept. .now they are demanding rupees 14000/- approximatly or settalment .but sir without my authontication they issue policy and debit amount from credit card which was blocked and when i asked them to sent my due bill they are not have any proof .many times i wrotten lettar but they fequantly harraseed me and therten me to legal action and proceed into cibil.so i request to you please suggest me what can i do? i asked in bank they told me about my cibil report of sbi bank credit card.please help me in this matter.

                                      This is regarding the demand notice of sbi card account no.[protected]

                                      I Sharad Sahu have used credit card having credit card no.[protected] till Beb 2005 I had given a letter to discontinue / cancel my credit card in the same month. I had paid all my dues i.e Rs.635/- vide cheque no. 182034 of Corporation Bank.

                                      I had also received a letter from SBI dated 18.02.05, which proves that I had asked them to cancel my credit card.

                                      If you have any proof which says that I had again asked you to continue my card after 18.02.05 than I will make payments. But without my consent if you have opened the policy rather two policies then how you can hold me responsible for the payments. How you have debited my credit card when the card status is BLOCKED?

                                      I once again request you to check up communications at your end.

                                      I am attaching herewith the following:
                                      1.
                                      Proof of cancellation – letter from SBI dated 18.02.05
                                      2.
                                      Proof of payment last dues – statement of Corporation Bank
                                      3.
                                      Reminder fax from me that I have cancelled my card dated 10.04.06
                                      4.
                                      Mail dated 19.07.06to SBI Branch Manager to correct the mistake of issuing policies on my name.
                                      5.
                                      SBI Card statement dated 03.06.05
                                      6.
                                      Proof of blocking of card – SBI card statement dated 03.07.05

                                      Above proof clearly shows that I was constantly in touch with SBI Personnel to cancel / discontinue my card. I have also made payment of final dues after giving letter of cancellation.

                                      Please look into the matter seriously and do not harass me for your mistake.

                                      SBI Credit Card — Mediclaim has been charged forcely

                                      Dear Sir/Maam,

                                      I started using SBI credit card in January 2008. In Feb 2008 suddenly I received a mediclaim policy from Royal Sundram.
                                      I was surprise as I had never applied for any mediclaim anywhere. After 2months I saw in SBI credit card statement that money has debited for the mediclaim.
                                      I called to SBI customer care and explained that I don't need that mediclaim and also complaint that without asking me how can they do such transaction.
                                      The amount for mediclaim was around Rs.3200/-. The customer care assured me that the transaction will be rolled back.
                                      But after 3-4 months I got call from SBI customer care saying that first it was rolled back now its again charged and they don't know why this happened and I've to pay.
                                      I denied to pay them. So the collection team started calling me everyday 2-3 times. Every time I explained my problem and every time they assured that yes it's bank problem.
                                      But Now the bank has put my name in CIBIL for not paying the credit card due.
                                      When I applied for loan in bank for treatment of my mother, the bank declined my application only because of this SBI credit card dispute.
                                      I request you to consider my case on urgent basis, so that I can put myself clear in bank for loan. God bless you.
