This is Satish.Chintala from Hyderabad,

Without my permission and without my card some body as done transaction.

My card no:- [protected] DOB: 1980.

I Have tried to reach your contact customer service Thursday day,but
not able to reach you.

I have received SMS Alert on Wednesday night around 9:00 PM TO 10:00 PM.

Prob:- I do't know who has transactioned 3481.00 .

I checked in sbicard through login my pwd, I saw one of the
organization DONE Transation On 24/01/2012 ROYAL SUNDARAM ALLIANC
CHENNAI TAM.

Please hold the transation that vendor.

I tried On to reach your contact customer service center friday
Morning 27-JAN-12.

But not able to reach custoemr service executive.

    My SBI CARD NO.[protected] of B.USHA.
    I have deposited a cheque 462268 for Rs.10000/- on Nov 29th 2011, which was misplaced by you before 2nd Dec 2011, therefore onthe advise of your customer care I have given a online transfer of Rs 10,000/- on 6th Dec 2011, and gave a stop payment as advised by you ,, But now you have charged payment dishonour fee Rs.350/-, , for which I had a telephonic conversation in which i was promised that the same will be nullified, but now in the statement received by me it shows that payment dishonour fee of Rs,.350/- , then what is the point of giving a online transfer to that cheque.kindly cancel the same and credit the same to my account.

    I have Paid on-line for Rs.25997.60 on December 5th 2012, which was due on 5th Dec 2012, But now you have charged payment dishonour fee Rs.500 + (EXCL GST 61.80) then what is the point of giving payment by online transfer. kindly cancel the same.

      Hi this is rajeshwerkumar I had credit cardno. [protected] from SBI banks... and I closed my credit card settlement with representatives in 30th Nov.2011. Now after this i applied for another loan.To check whether my details were removed from CIBIL list. and now it is still there... can you suggest me how to proceed further for removing my details from CIBIL list... I have my NO dues letter from SBI also and i dont have any dues for now.

        I am having a Railway subh yathra Card and later the SBI Railway Card authorities have contacted me over phone and assured me that SBI Railway card will be sent to me on free of Charge for the first year only to be renewed after 1 year wuith renewal charges. I have paid Rs 330.00 for the renewal of my Railway Subh yathra card and the fact has been intimated to the officials of SBI Railway card who contacted me over phone and they have informed me that as I am having a valid Subh Yathra card i need only be renewed the SBI Card after the expiry of the existing Subh Yathra Card and no charges will be levied for the first year. Now a bill No 037893 dated for Rs 551.50 is sent to me for the annual fee of the SBI Card No xxxx xxxx xxxx 2040 which is against the assurance of the officials of the SBI Card who contacted me. I have'nt used the card till date and if the annual fee is levied for the first year, I am not in a position to acdept the card and i want to cancell my account. More over I am not bound to pay the amount, as the levying of charges is against the assurance of the officials.

        SBI Card — Non receipt of renewal card after its expiry date

        Dear Sir
        My card was valid upto July-2006.(07/06). Once it was expired, I did not get the new card.Every month I am getting the monthly-statement through e-mail.But I was unable to open the satement, as I do not know its password( as I do not have that card). I wrote to them & I spoke to them. I requested them to send this card to my new address and they confirmed me to do so. I repeated this procedure 3-4 times. But without any success.I got frustrated.

        Once again I am requesting to send the new card to my new address. I doubt that my card may be misused by any unscrupulous element. I am geting the e-mail statement, but I don't have the card. Is it not a way to haraess innocent customer ?

        Please resolve my case at the earliest or cancel my account.

        SBI Card — Renewal of card

        My card is expired but I have not recd the new valid card. I am only getting monthly statement & sales flyers but cant use the card.

        SBI Credit Card — Renewal Charges

        Hi !

        I am in trouble and need help from you guys.

        The problem is related to Credit Card Defaulter:

        More than 2 years back some SBI Credit Card agent come to me and offered free Credit card and Add-on card.

        As I don’t use credit card much, I said no to him. He insisted me and requested that it is a life time free card and

        If you don’t use than you don’t need to pay for it but you may need it in future, I also think that if it is free then what is the problem in taking the same and I took the card with Add-on.

        But one thing is sure that I never used the card.

        Around 6 months back I come to know that there is due on my account and Now yesterday one person came to my house and given an visiting card of a vakil and asked me to contact.

        Today when I contact him, he said that you have to pay 3, 800/- dues on your account or SBI will file the case in court.

        When i asked for details, he said that details will not be available, if you what to satel the case then pay the money.

        SBI Credit Card — Levy of renewal fee

        The card was issued as life time free card by the Mount Road Branch Manager and when renewal fee was levied at the first anniversary(2006) it was brought to the notice and the marketing executive then reversed the fee Thereafter no levy of charges was levied. Now during Dec.08 statement carries levy of renewal fee of Rs.1000/-and on taking up with the marketing executive and bringing to their notice the person attending was arrogant in repeating that there is no provision to reverse the charges even after bringing to notice that on earlier occasion there was no charge /if levied the same has been reversed.             I am having 3 different Mutual Fund policies with SBIMF.
            It happened last month when I wanted to change my current address to a new one.
            I had been to their main Office near mg road earlier . So I went there easily.
            (For some reason they've closed their big entrance for indefinite time so I had to take a longer way to reach there.)
            Instead of 1 min it took 20 mins to rch their office.

            When I reached there and asked about the procedure about changing address.
            They felt like I am a terrorist and came here to plant a bomb.
            ID Proof Original + Attested copy by 1st Class Gazetted Officer
            Bank Statement Proof + Attested copy by the Bank manager with thier Employee code.
            Latest Electric Bill is not enough

            I asked that I am the accountholder and I have come in person and you can see my credentials.
            What pleasure would I get by changing my own Address to a wrong one.

            What I have got is more than enough to change the Address (bank statement with new address, ID Proof, Electric bill (xerox) except the attested one.
            They simply denied my change of address request.

            I visited there again 1st week of Jan with the required attested copies.
            And again they simply said it is not possible.
            because the kyc change of address form is not available.

            I think people over there have got no right to be in their jobs.
            To treat a customer in such a manner for such small issues.
            People bunk offices, spend time, money and effort to come all the way to get a simple but important work done.
            Just because it is not possible over the phone or online.

            I seriously suggest SBI and its related services to get better process and staff to serve their customers.

              I have an account with SBI Kanjhawala, Branch Code-01416 with the name of Inderjeet Singh Chouhan bearing A/c No. [protected]. The issue is that I made a last transaction on 19/11/11. and the last balance showing on 30/09/2011 is 32 rupees. While I made a transaction of huge amount from another account of mine in Odisha. It came to my notice that the amount is still showing '0.00', the amount is not yet debited and the account is in-active.When my wife went to the bank for some enquiries, the bank people repeatedly shouted on her as she had committed some sort of crime stating that you should call upon the person who has an account here and no one even bothered to convince her regarding the situation.
              My queries are:
              - How can the account become in-active/dormant within such small period of time?
              - How the bank staff can shout on the customers. Even, the bank is located at the remote rural area, but some educated people should be kept.
              - What could be the solution to the dormant account?

              No action has been taken by the company nor its executives. It has been so many days. I had to visit the branch personally and sort out the issue after discussion with the Bank Branch Manager..

                this is to inform you that i have never used my SBI credit card no. [protected] since it was issued.
                suddenly i got the statement which shows an outstanding of about 11000 against purchase in pantaloons.
                i called up the sbi customer care and told them i have not used the card and asked them to verify my signature but my complain was not reverted.
                i have also made a complain to banking obudsman but in reply i was told that they dont entertain 2 years old case.
                i really need to get rid of this as i am getting a bad name for the same.
                they have given my name in the cibil also.
                please help.

So adjust the double deducted amount in my a/c with interest.

                          I applied for sbi card before long time,I don't have any card from U,But I receiving regular bill sms by U.I told fact personally at pune city branch,but nothing happen.So Please stop sending bill sms.
                          YE TO AISAA HO GAYAA KE KHAAYAA PIYAA KUCH NAHI AUR BILL MILAA BARA AANA.

                            Hi there.

                            Please take it seriously. I dont know why SBI credit cards hires these nonsense people to get contact with consumers.
                            I am getting calls from this number [protected]. They are abusing and giving us warning if we will not pay then they will kill us. These are really ashamed, please take a serious action and give them punishment.

                              dear sir,
                              i and my wife have many deposit a/c s in s.b.i. kashipur & bazpur branches.the bank deducted t.d.s. on intt paid by the bank on our deposits for the FY 2010-11. BUT after a lapses of 9 months the t.d.s. deducted by the bank yet not reported to i.tax department properly .and for this reason we can not receive the tax refund from i.tax deptt.We repeatedly approach to the banks official for make the correction in 26A.but nothing has been done till date.

                              WHAT IS OUR FAULT? MAY WE WITHDRAW OUR DEPOSITS FROM STATE BANK OF INDIA?

                                Sir,

                                Today at 09:47am I had send the sms <Stopup><UserId><Mpin><telecom operator of beneficiary Mobile><Mob no of beneficiary> <Amount> to [protected] for recharging my Idea Number. The TO-UP to be recharged was Rs.10.
                                I received the SMS Transaction Successfull OxiTransID-[protected](0). But when i checked my Idea's number balance by dialing *212# I found that my account has not been updated. It was still Rs. 16.32 , the amount which was still before sending the SMS for recharging Mobile to [protected]. My money is deducted. If the amount was Rs. 1000 then I would have gone to the Consumer Court today. But to create awareness amongst S.B.I Customers I am complaining. Please verify the matter. My Branch name is Kalipur Bhutnath Branch, Guwahati-781009.

                                  I have an Salary cum Saving A/c with your Sec-26 Noida branch A/c[protected] from which I created an Online Fd A/c[protected] Which maturity date was 19 Jan 2012

                                  But its Maturity amount yet not credit now in my Main A/c. In option {Close e-TDR/e-STDR (Fixed Deposit)] this a/c is not showing for close option, either my 2 other Fd a/c is showing.But in Account Summary or A/c Statement Option all A/c is showing

                                  As i have an urgent need of money please Close my Fd A/c[protected]
                                  & transfer it to my Main A/c[protected] at urgent basis.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      i had applied for the net banking user id & password for my firm's current a/c (S.K.ENTERPRISES A/C NO [protected]) and i received a kit for the same from the branch, when i logged on to the website for net banking and typed my user id & password, it showed that the user id or password is invalid( i tried it many times). then i told to the concerned officer at branch about this problem, he said that your kit is activated , after failure to log on with the same kit. on my request(30/09/2011) he again send the request for my new user id and password and told that it will be delivered to my postal address within ten days.it is already three months passed, but no kit is delivered to me. i have already talked to call centre no about this,(ticket no. IB [protected]) but my problem is not solved till the date. please help me in this matter.

                                        I am Nrupul K shah I am using Sbi card from last 5 years My card no is [protected] this card is totally free offered me by last year i got statement form Sbi With same charge I made a call & talk with competent person I told him & he reverse the annual fee & addon crd fee ,because this
                                        card offered me free lifetime. and he reverse it and made me a call on my old mob:[protected].
                                        But this year again i got same bill & on 13 jan 2012, So I talk with Mr.parikshit mishra the executive from sbi card he said sir you got call from our bank side and this amount will reverse but still there is no call and no feedbacek ,
