In Advertise No. CRPD/CR/2011-12/05 in Para. 4 age relaxation for Ex-Serviceman , Age Relaxation is total Defense Service + 3 Years , but when i filled application . date of birth is not allowed to fill date column .. when i asked to SBI Employee for my help he told us Ex-Serviceman Quata is not Applicable ..

In Para. 9 Ex-Servicemen Application Fee Show RS 50/- now what should i do for this ? Help me for this .. and take Action on Central Recruitment and Promotion Department SBI and inform me as soon as possible on my E-Mail ID or u can contact me on my Mobile Number ..

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    It is really very surprising that a bank of such repute is harassing its consumers in this way.
    I an account holder in you bank in Kolkata had misplaced my ATM card 4 months back and have been running pillar to post to get another Card.
    After doing all the required documentation in the bank and also in the careline,no one is ready to help.
    Is this the way service is given by your team.
    In this automated world is issuing a ATM card such great painful job for your people.
    Its really not acceptable from an organisation like your.Please get this issue resolved on priority.

      Respected Branch Manager,



      I would like to bring to your kind notice that there has been a wrong

      entry in my pass book.



      To be specific, I have a joint savings bank account in SBI, Hospet

      branch with branch code 10066 in the name of Shantha Kiran M & Kalyana

      Chakravarthy M with account no [protected]-6.



      On June 20,[protected], we had submitted a cheque for collection

      bearing no 623477 with amount Rs 67190/- to SBI.It was updated in

      passbook that on 29-06-07 SC 15996596 has been paid and Rs 67190 has

      been credited to our account.An amount of Rs 395 was deducted from the

      available balance on 29-06-07 as a part of SC commission.



      At the end of June month,2007 the interest was calculated and credited

      to our account and on July 3rd[protected] the pass book entry showed

      that uncleared amount is zero.This clearly shows that the cheque was

      not dishonored.



      In between there were several transactions like we have withdrawn an

      amount of 71500 on July 10th 2007 and many other ATM transactions in

      2007,08 ,09 and 10.



      Suddenly after long time i.e about 3 years later on 22-12-10, it was

      mentioned that SC dishonored . The cheque number was the same as i

      mentioned above i.e 623477 which we submitted in june 2007 and an

      amount of 67190 has been debited from our savings bank account.



      I was in Hyderabad at that time and relied on ATM to know the balance

      and status of my account.We were not informed about the dishonor of

      cheque through phone or notice and amount was debited from our

      account .Strangely ATM also did not show anything abnormal.



      When we returned to Hospet and went to bank for passbook updation only

      then it was mentioned about the SC dishonor.



      So to be brief i would like to file a complaint regarding this matter.



      1) If there has been any wrong entry in our pass book,i kindly request

      you to credit back the amount to my account along with interest

      2) If the cheque is dishonored,then the bank should have informed us

      within 15 days or 1 month.But after 3 years , suddenly the cheque has

      been dishonored and customer was not even informed about it.ATM also

      did not show any deduction in available balance.



      So this is clear case of negligence from the bank staff.I would

      request you to please take action against the staff for this

      negligence and debit the amount from his account and kindly credit the

      amount to our account.



      This act has led to mental agony for us and staff in the bank are not

      at all responding positively.We believe SBI is a reputed branch and

      expecting such mistake,negligence is against the goodwill of the bank.



      Hope you do the needful and take the action immediately as we are

      suffering with no mistake of ours.

        Dear Sir ,

        I am SBI credit card holder.

        My statement generation date is 17-18 of every month.

        As I have paid total outstanding towards my card on 15/01/2012 by ATM ID 03045006 TRNX 1088 , then to when my statement generated on 17/01/2012 they have charged me finance charges on retail which resulted in outstanding of Rs. 344.78.

        This is a 100 % fraud charges from SBI , as before statement generation I have cleared total outstanding , I have confirmed it from SBI call center too they themselves told me that my payment has been updated and there is no outstanding on my card but they again without realizing value of money for common people charging me unnecessary charges.

        I didnt understand that if I have paid total outstanding before statement generation from where that charges came?

        Kindly help me and instruct SBI to reverse all fraud and unnecessary charges.

          Sir it is hereby to bring in light the atrocities of the bank regarding my Bank of India Credit card no [protected] in the name of myself mr surendra kumar virmani sir this is to bring in light that despite the payment of my bill within the stipulated 51 days the bank has blocked my credit card withput any prior notice and is deducting the bill every month from my bank of India salary account siar this is greay mental harrasment and is causing a great finacial loss due to the unstupindous policy of the bank and levyingtheir own regulations dfespite the credit card policy stated sir it is hereby kind and humble request to take a stern action as despite repaeted appeal the bank is turning adeaf ear to my woes thamking you yors sincerely mrs.k.virmani 59,muirabad,allahabad mobile no [protected].

            Hi,

            I had applied for a SBI Gold Credit Card through Sales executive in Feb 2009 outside HCL in Gurgaon. He took my all the documents and the specimen signature. After one month I received a message also that the card is under processing. Received 2 verification calls also but till now May 16th 2009, I have not received the card and no information about it. Please do something in this regards.

              I am facing problem with SBI branch located at NTPC Ramagundam, from the past two month bank peoples are not accepting my bank opening form. They are not accepting my application even after producing all the required document. Please help me by resolving my concern.                   I have a saving bank account in SBI Town Hall Mhow account No [protected]. I opened this account on 24 Sep 2011 with Rs 500/- and deposited Rs 20000/- on 14 Oct 2011. I requested for ATM card in account opening form by tick the option. I cannot receive ATM card & password of ATM card but also Rs 20500/- debited from my saving bank account bt ATM card. I given a written complain to the concern branch on 14 Jan 2012. But for quick necessary action I am requesting to also please take anecessary action and credit my amount to my saving bank account.

                    As per the terms I was informed that if i could make transactions more than RS.75,000/- a year my annual charges would be waived off.

                      Sir,
                      We the engineers of KTPS, kota wish to bring in your kind notice that SBI credit cards were issued to KTPS enginners being corporate employees.
                      Shri Vijay singh employee of SBI card, jaipur alongwith Mr Deepak Garg of SBBJ branch came to our office and narrated the special corporate scheme having following features different from other bankers:-
                      1. Rs 500/- will be charged one time, witch will be refunded on the single purchase of Rs. 2000/-or more within 60 days.
                      2. There will be no Annual charges life time.
                      3. The interest rate will be @ 1.99% after due date of bill from the due date to paid date period. Also no penalty charges will be implied for this non payment on the due date.
                      4. An additional railway card will be issued free of charge having feature of discounted tickets ( no requisition form has been sent).

                      However on receipt of card we came to know that the cards issued do not have these features.

                      This is against the ethics of banking and we found us cheated by the responsible officers of the respective banks. Those officers when immediately contacted told us that we were issued corporate scheme card while the cards received are Gold and More card. Now both the officers are not picking our phone calls.

                      We therefore request you to make the condition clear. Charges must be deducted after clarification of above point only and if we want to continue .

                      Sir,

                      This is in reference to our many posts, telephonic & Facebook communication and your letter dated May 10, 2012.
                      First I want to clear few points regarding the issue/complaint:-
                      1. The SBI Credit cards were offered to me and many employees of KOTA THERMAL POWER STATION, KOTA saying a special offer for KTPS employees being a Project by your representative Mr. Vijay Singh and one of the representative from our salaried bank branch, SBBJ, Sakatpura, Thermal Colony, Kota.
                      2. Neither type of card was declared nor any brochure was given saying that brochure has finished.
                      3. We signed the application forms wherever SBI representative told without going through, as we all do in banks etc. and this was the offer from our leading Indian name SBI.
                      4. More than 40% KTPS employees who have applied listening those lucrative offers surrendered the cards immediately after they understood the cheating.
                      5. Thanks for your mercy to give me extra reward points which has bonded me to continue this card for second year .
                      Again I with my colleagues wish to put our feelings:-
                      1. We were cheated in mass by SBI credit card in name of sales promotion.
                      2. Many of my colleagues, who are having activated card till now, either not received the 2000 reward points on first purchase within 60 days or received only 500 cash points.
                      3. Free Railway SBI card and Free annual fee life time are still our grievances as originally offered to us.

                      We thought that we will serve our country using SBI credit card ( by saving cost of hard money printing, taxpaying on day to day purchases, reduction in duplicate money circulation) but the way SBI credit card cheated us we are forced to get rid of this card as soon as the period for which you have given us extra reward points completes.
                      This cheating for sales promotion has framed our mind to keep distances from all SBI schemes. Your actions are hurting us as we are respectable taxpayers of India and were cheated by the name who wants support from Government whenever in the financial crisis.

                          the avobe named pensioner/family pensioner was drawing his /her pension /family pension while he/she was alive or upto ellgible period frome your balagarh branch vides bank a/c no p/611 ([protected])
                          at present , this office has received the family pension casein f/o next eligible lagal heir from the pension sanctioning authority of this railway . it is , therefore requested to kindly arrange to return the original "disbursre"s portion & pensioner of ppo book (both halves) & last payment certificate in f/o the avobe-named pensioner /family pensioner so that this office coude proccss the case at the earliest.

                            I'm RANJAN KUMAR THAKUR.My mobile number [protected].I'm existing SBI customer of branch-ROSERA with branch code 04580 in district SAMASTIPUR(BIHAR).I have been using SBI DEBIT CUM ATM card for last one months.For last two days when I try to use my ATM service it always replies"YOUR CARD IS BLOCKED.PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BRANCH".I contacted the helpline no. of SBI and then I contacted the branch regarding this as directed by helpline to unblock my ATM card but I didn't get any sort of help from my branch and even they didn't accepted my application regarding this.Instead of ressolving my problem my branch suggested me to contact the helpline again but according to the helpline"YOU CONTACT YOUR BRANCH WITH A APPLICATION.THEY WILL ACCEPT YOUR ACCLICATION AND THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU A TOKEN NUMBER.AFTER RECEIVING YOUR FORWARDED APPLICATION,YOUR ATM WILL BE UNBLOCKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING IN HEAD OFFICE".Here I have to mention that my branch is not accepting any application then how will my ATM card be unblocked.Regarding this I have informed all the high level SBI officers and also registered an online complain with ticket number CC[protected] but no responce is found.
                            Therefore I want to point out that due to CARELESS and IRRESPONSIBLE behaviour of SBI community I'm facing a lot of problem.Please help me.

                              SBI Credit Card team is big cheater from last 10yrs i am using the SBI Credit card.. I have done the regular payment ...After the regular payment they have charged the late payment charges. after that they call centre team calls every day and asking for the payment .They literally haras my family & Myself.

                              I want to take strict action on sbi credit card dept...

                                while making any online transactions, a security code is sent by SBI to the registered mobile phone no.,which is not happening many times, resulting cancellation of the transaction. The reason behind is not understood.

                                      i have done mobile topup from sbi mobile banking for Rs.500/- on[protected] for mobile no:[protected].
                                      amount is deducted from my SBI bank account but TOPUP was not successful, when i called SBI customer care for clarification, i was advised to contact respective branch. I have consulted the branch and shown my copy of bank statement. But problem is not solved yet. Pl. guide me to resolve this issue.

                                      I made a cellphone top up for Rs-30 to the phone no-[protected],from my phone no-[protected], using sbi freedom mobile banking service, on 12-01-11,the transaction was not successful and rs-30/- was deducted from my account.please resolve this complaint
