I ordered a product from Amazon on 18th September. Amount of the product is 349 . And I return the product on 19th September. Refund reference number is #[protected]. But I didn't get the refund amount. Please take necessary step as required.

    Hi,

    Last year (2020) I had some salary cut during Covid and I could not pay their ₹45000 due amount as a was going through a tough phase. They started threatening me first and when I told them I could not pay the due amount till my INCOME is restored. Then the some how got my call details and started calling my friends, my in-laws and other relatives. They simply tarnished my social image at one point I was so depressed that I thought to end my life. Matter came to my wife I sold they jewellery to settle my due + hefty interest and fine of 1.3 lacs.
    They are very pathetic. Belive me I owe some due to citi bank and they were so considerate that they gave me time to pay off their dues and waived off some fine also. Guys never and never use SBI Card they are ###, goons and what not.

      I had ordered a product of rupees 807and product name is UNO MINDA CD 2018 cdi tvs star city es on 26 Aug. 2020 and I returned this order due to personal reasons and Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account 3 sep.2020 but i still don't get the money Amazon sent this RI no.[protected]

          Link came from Phone no[protected] to my phone no [protected] stating that SBI Bank account has been put on hold .Plz update your document visit SBI website http://sbiupdate.com

          On opening this link I was asked to provide account holder name, date of birth.To confirm several times OTP was send to my phone on providing the OTP online I found that Rs 20, 000/ was unauthorisedly debited from my account through YO NO CASH w/[protected]@SBI ATM GFBV[protected].REF #938485.

          Kindly resolve the issue and credit the amount to my SBI account.

            In the year 2017, SBI credit card deactivated and
            Form me complained over mail on 19th Oct 2007 at head.[protected]@ge.com (have record of the same).

            Time & again in past reached their customer department to make me understand the outstanding showing in their books...which they unable TO.
            recently 27th Sept'21 have connected with SBI card department and the customer executive categorically mentioned their is nothing showing outstanding in their system (have call recording with me, can share if required).

            This issue impacting mine CIBIL score recently checked on Policy bazaar website.

            Just to update, last 12 plus years have CLEAN privilege accounts with HDFC & ICICI bank and 15 years relation with HDFC LTD.

            would request to please support to clear issue with SBI Card.

                I have been receiving continuous calls from people claiming to be from SBI Credit Card. They claim that I have referred my brother for credit card and since he has defaulted on the card payment, they are insisting that I should do the payment. Firstly, I have not referred anyone nor signed any document for any credit card or for loan including my brother. Secondly, I am not touch with my brother and I am not aware of his whereabouts since 2 years. The so called callers are continuously calling me from past few weeks and harassing me and not let me work even at my work place. From past few days they are even contacting me over the landline of the place I work.
                They are threatening to come to my work place and humiliate me. I am absolutely not aware of anything about my brother and any contact with my brother and if my number has been given to the bank, it is without my information. The bank authorities have not contacted me before issuing card neither I have signed any document. It is unfair to call me and disturb me in my routine work and also these so called callers are very rude and abusive and are absolutely impolite. I request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest before I escalate it legally.

                  2) i was transfering into my saving account but it was transferred to sbi credit card no. [protected] and the amount is rs.20, 000/- rs on 2nd september 2021 from my current account is enterprises [protected] and the payment reference number is[protected].

                    I have ordered a product which was trendbuy men's slim and lift slimming instantly tummy trimmer and trucker shapewear vest. I received that product on 10 th September 2021. Somehow I didn't liked the product and request for refund in the Amazon customer care. Amazon initiated the refund on 16 September 2021. The refund was expected within 5 business days but the refund didn't come into my account yet. Amazon provided me reference ID which is:[protected].for the proof but the refund is still not credited into my account. Please look into this issue ASAP.

                      I have tried paying for an order on Flipkart through Google Pay on 6th August 2021. The transaction was successful and money got deducted from my SBI account. But order was not placed stating the reason that payment was not confirmed by the bank. It's been so long no refund yet.

                      I have tried contacting customer service of all three parties i.e. SBI Bank, Google Pay and Flipkart, but each time I am redirected to the other parties saying it doesn't come under their purview and they can't do anything about it. So at the end I am getting no help.

                      Please look into this as priority.

                      At branch of the SBI bank they refused to take complaint stating it's a third party App and Google Pay didn't take the complaint saying as it's a third party app, they can't do anything. Flipkart also told me to contact the bank.

                      Then I lodged online complaint on online SBI with case number 63035046 on 21st August, 2021. I was promised to get resolution in 15 days as they have filed a chargeback against the beneficiary / merchant bank.Long time passed no resolution. I even mailed the complaint details to my branch manager or gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in, but no help. In the mean time I contacted Flipkart too, one time they asked for transaction details and bank details to send back the money but later changed their stance saying as payment was not confirmed I have to contact bank.

                      Then again I filed another complaint at online SBI with case number 65888691 on September 18th, 2021. The resolution came was that beneficiary / merchant bank rejected the chargeback saying that service/good was received by the customer. Which is clearly not the case. I have neither received the product nor the refund for it.

                      When I tried contacting Flipkart regarding this without helping me they are just telling me to contact bank or Google pay but aren't doing anything regarding the fact that the merchant lied about the fact.

                      Google Pay still says that it isn't in their hands to do anything about it. Online customer care executive of SBI are telling now that I have to go to bank or contact Google Pay. Basically just saying random things and not helping.

                      Now I don't know how to move forward with this situation.

                        A Broking company charging such huge brokerage from customers but strange ways that not much help us provided to the clients.An RM is assigned to help clients but in my case a person by the name of Chandan just called me up on 8-3-21 to say that my earlier RM was on leave and that he was my senior RM.There was no written communication to me by Customercare and on repeated requests also he was not replaced.I incurred losses due to him on many occasions but still there was no action in a company which involved financial transactions by clients.The regional head kolkata and the manager also pays a deaf ear to my pleadings.I was told by the manager to wait till 30-9-21 but today when I called both of them and messaged them they didn’t even bother to reply to me or call back.They have been forcing me to have this nan as my RM although I never liked his behaviour, aggressiveness and non guidance as an RM.
                        On many occasions he even commented what benefit he was getting from me.I don’t understand what are the benefits from the transactions of the clients.Recently he told me that I wax not transacting as I used to before.I fail to understand who these people are to comment on my activities.Instead of guiding me to invest in a profitable way he only did was cancellation of my orders and communicating my net buy/sell.On a few occasions I incurred losses due to incorrect communications.
                        Behaviour wise he is not worthy of working for SBICAP.

                        Inspite of repeated requests no new RM has been assigned to me and there us no one to solve my queries.
                        I have not received lots of dividends and keep on following up with Helpdesk and RM but the RM refused to follow up for me and said that the broker foes that with the RTA.
                        Following up with SBIcap I get a standard reply to find out the details of RTA by myself mostly and since 2 months I have been writing e mails, etc
                        SBICAP is least bothered to follow up on our behalf.
                        Don’t understand why dividends, bonuses etc are not credited within a reasonable duration.
                        SBIcap charges us heavily but doesn’t provide us the services they should.
                        I have been wasting my time on regular basis writing repeated e mails and making calls(hold time of mot less than 20-25 minutes)which get disconnected many times but nobody bothers to callback.There is only helpline number for such a Broking firm.
                        Many complaints are left unanswered since there is a standard reply to wait fir 1 mote working day which comes after many days.
                        Kindly take action to improve the performance of such a company to work in public interest.
                        Many a times they answer that there was a technical glitch but why should a client suffer monetarily for glitches at their end?
                        Kindly instruct SEBI to instruct this company to work in a fair and efficient manner

                              Hi there,

                              I am having financial issues, so from last 4 months i am not able to pay my sbi credit card dues. From last month, they started reaching out to my relatives, who do not have any connection with the loan nor they are guarantor of the loan. These recovery agents are harrassing them for no reason at all. They are telling them about my debts. If i still recieve a call from these agents i am answering them properly but still they are approaching my relatives and harrassing them for my dues. This is illigal. They are defaming me in front of my relatives and neighbours.

                              My relatives are still recieving calls from this number [protected]. They are threatning me to visit their place and if you don't pay the money. They are also not ready to give their Name and employee ID. And my complaint marked resolved without any action from bank ?

                                I'm vijaya lakshmi. On[protected] when I'm paying my college fee of 1850 through sbi collect, transaction failed and money got deducted from my account. I didn't get refund. So please refund the amount into my account as soon as possible.
