I have withdraw 23,000 amount from the SBI atm @ Rpc layout Bangalore
i recived 23 notes of 1000 face value. and i have deposited same notes to ICICI vijayanagar baranch after 10 minutes. ICICI cashier telling that 2 notes are fake. and i went to SBI bank manager but he is not ready to take responsiblity. i have loss of Rs. 2000 becoz ICICI people are not giving those fake notes to me.so what can i do for that please give me suggestion....

non-clearance of cheque

Changed Mobile number approval for internet banking

I have sent my application form for Mobile number change approval as i stay in Mumbai after talking to the concerned person for it
It has been 10 days, my mobile number has not been made changed. I am in a problem because I need to do transactions through internet banking.
Everyday I call asking about it and today after 10 days they are telling me to send the form again.
I am very disappointed by its customer service....
