I had applied for CAR Loan to SBI in Dec 2010 and Get on 5th Feb 2011.

As per aggriment with me and SBI Bank and sanctioned copy they had given me SBI Ezee Car Loan by following terms and condition
CAR : Maruti Swift LDi ( On Road cost approx. 5.85Lac)
Loan Amount : 3.95 Lac
Tenure : 7 Years

Description BR-EZEE CAR LOAN JAN11

Repayment :
1 Year = 9% Fixed, Reducing balance
2nd and 3rd Year = 10% Fixed, Reducing balance
Rest of the years = 11% Fixed. , Reducing balance

Now I have seen online now it is showing 10.5%, I have given complain to Branch Manager and Told that there is mistake shown in online that you are applying more intrest than as per aggriment, they are unable to give answer only said that it is system generated and as per the system you have to pay. Now What can I do as per agriment I will pay . How to resolve this problem ? Bank Branch manager had taken 1 month and then said I am unable to resolve this problem and you can logged complains against SBI any where I am helpless.

    Irresponsible behaviour of SBI, East Marredpally, Secunderabad

    Sir / Madam

    I am holding an account in SBI. I deposited a cheque bearing number 488997 of CITI BANK on 21 July 2011 in East Marredpally SBI Branch. I realized that the cheque was not credited into my account where i enquired the same with SBI they responded that the cheque was sent but not cleared from CITI BANK. The same was enquired with the CITI Bank as well the cheque issue authorities where i came to know that the cheque has not yet been sent for submission to CITI Bank from SBI.

    So when i launched a complaint today 3 Aug 2011 in written against this in SBI, East Marredpally they presented me reckless and irresponsible behaviour and finally informed me that they don't know about the cheque and they cannot do anything for it.
    This is how the Managers from a core Indian Bank working and behaving with their consumers. It would be really a wonder if SBI authorities going to do anything about this!!

      I Mr. J Shashi Shekar Naik have taken a term certificate from State Bank of Mysore, West of Chord road branch- 40280, Bangalore-86. I have given a complaint regarding the cancellation of the term certificate which i had taken from SBM bank, but there is no response from your side. Also i haven't taken any credit card / debit card from SBI bank. So kindly cancel my term certificate and please send me a response letter either to my address or to my email id , that i have not taken any cards from your bank.

        state pension payment of Ms. Baby Ruth Roy PPO no. CLW/1992/202 DATED 17.03.2011 A/c. No. [protected] had forwarded this above ppo on 16.05.2011 from jamtara sbi branch to sbi cppc 4th floor adm. bld. J.C.Road patna. But it is still pending at above end.
        so please look into the matter personally and pass the order of payment to the consern branch. I am very unhappy for this dealy.

          I am a victim of holding SBI credit card. Please provide me a permanent Credit Card Closing letter.
          MY SBI credit card number is –[protected],

          On 16/06/2010, a credit card is issue to me in the favor of fixed deposit at SBI Branch (3245) Faridabad.

          On 16/06/2011, my fixed deposit time is over and I want to withdraw my amount, but SBI Branch (3245) Faridabad Official Says, “we want a credit card Closing Letter from SBI Card.”

          Then on 21/07/2011, I call to customer care at [protected], at that time I have lodge a request for closing my credit card permanently and also a lodge a request for a credit card closing letter for SBI Branch (3245), Faridabad. Customer care executive says, “A mail related to your credit card is send to SBI Branch (3245) Faridabad and a closing letter is issued on your address.” But after long waiting nothing received from SBI card, due to this I was in a bad situation, where I really don’t know what to do? And where to plead?

          Again on 02/08/2011, I went to SBI branch, and Here non-responsive official tell me, “we don’t receive any type of mail related to your SBI credit card.”

          After all on 02/08/2011, I call to customer care at [protected] and Miss Kushbu attending my call and lodge a complaint and complaint number is[protected],

          In short my SBI credit card is permanently closed from your side so please issue a Credit Card closing letter to SBI Branch (3245) Faridabad and also on my address because of Cash refund of my fixed deposit amount.

          I am waiting for satisfactory reply from your side.

              I transactioned at date 19 june 2010 near rajendra nagar delhi from PNB ATM using S.B.I atm card .I transacted 5000 from atm but it was unable to process but bank debit from my account , after complaint in S.B.I they returned money in my accout on date 29 june 2010 .after that they set my account on hold of 999999 rupees on date 09 july 2010 .i could not recognise the problem so I contacted SBI costmer care they were not able to solve my problem ,according to them there was zero balance in my account and then I contacted to branch manager of my account holding branch (SBI Aalapur, Ambedkar Nagar-224147., ,U.P,India , branch code -11230) ,he was unable to detect my problem and was cofused regarding this matter, he did not tell about on hold of my account .After that on hold I was unable to access my atm card . after that I contact to the custmer care many times but they was unable to solve my problem.due to inactivity of ATM I make it blocked by custmer care.when I contacted for a new atm card in my accont holding branch then manager told me to submit 5000 Rs with interest of 11 month.I want to know why are they asking for money and threatening to file a case against me in court?

                    Application for stopping fixed Medical allowance to the retired Divisional Accountants /Divisional Accounts Officer at Ranchi has been sent to the Chief Manager, CPPC,Judges Court Road Patna,through the respective Branch of the Pensioner. And also a bunch of application(fourteen) has been sent to the Chief Manager, CPPC,Patna byMr. A.N.SANDHWAR the President, Action Committee, Retired DA/DAOs, Ranchi seperately requesting him to stop payment of fixed Medical Allowance to those who have applied for the same.It was also requested to stop with effect from the pension of July 2011. But no action has been taken so far.It is again requested that it must be stopped with immediate effect and intimation to such act must be communicated to the concerned Branch so that they may give pensioners the intimation of stop payment of Medical allowance. I am also one of the applicant.

                        I am Rajanikant choudhari.I have sbi card of state bank of India.My earlier balance as credite in sbi card is 9855.85 rupees.I had purchesed clothes from henav enterprizes on date 7th july 2011.It was total amount 1950.00 rupees.But now it shows in my sbi card amount 27362.22 rupees as insufficiant fund on date 17/09/2010.After deduction of my earlier credite balance it is amount 19456.37 rupees.which is not related to me .My all previous amount is already paid.So please sir guide me what should I do?.

                          The state bank of india, salkia branch has been deducting from the s.b account vide s.b.account no. [protected],

                          It is also strenge after kind attention about the above facts which are without our knowledge and since the said branch has failed to take necessary action.

                          I therefore, request you to investigate the matter and try to repay all deducted amount with penal interest.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I the undersigned availed House building loan from SBI, Hadpsar, Pune. My account is of MaxGain type.
                            It is found that interest debited by SBI every month from June 2009 to till today is perfectly matching with my calculated figures except for few months (From May 2010 to Nov 2010). During this period interest rate was floating (9.40%, 9.90% and 10.15% which is 2.35% below SBAR). The interest deducted is too high as compared with actual interest.
                            Regarding the above mentioned subject I have made complaint to the Chief Manager, RACPC, Pune on 19th Nov 2010. After continous followup and fulfillemnt of whatever the documents as and when required, they have refunded partial amount (negligible) w/o any documentry evidence.
                            for the rest of amount I have personally contacted the concerned officials (Branch Manager, Chief Manager, RACPC, Pune and Controller of the Branch and also to SBI Helpline). But still they have not taken any action regarding said matter.
                            I am giving below some information about account for your kind information:

                            • Loan account Type : OD- HAPPY HOME MAXGAIN>35 Lac A/C No. -[protected]
                            • Interest Rate for First year : 8% (Fixed) – 15.5.2009 to 14.5 2010.
                            • Interest Rate after First year : 2.35% below SBAR –From 15.5.2010.

                            Kindly look in to the matter and take necesssary action.

                                Sir,
                                Sub: Non–receipt of NRI–Home Loan - Application of my son Mr. Ashwin

                                We are having a joint account (No.[protected]) in the name of my wife Smt. C.S. Chitra Bharathi (AO-VRS, BSNL, Coimbatore and G.Ashwin(NRI)) in SBI Ram Nagar, for the past 5 years. We even wished to open a NRI account in the name of my son, before availing housing loan.

                                I have submitted the NRI-Home Loan Application of my son Mr. Ashwin G, on[protected] along with 50 necessary ducuments, to the Branch Manager, SBI, Personal Banking Branch, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore, as per his requirement. But, I have not received any communication from you as to whether the loan has been sanctioned or not.

                                I had received a phone call from your lawyer during April 2011 that I have to produce the document regarding the investment details of the seller for selling the land to my son. I consulted the seller and obtained a certificate from the first major son that the property has been sold with his consent and from the parents for the second minor child that proper safeguard has been made for the minor child for his education and future requirements. Moreover, it has been clearly mentioned in the land registration document itself that proper arrangement has been made for the education and the future of the minor child. I have explained everything and handed over the documents to the lawyer. I also told him that if required further enquiry can be made by the lawyer with the seller directly regarding the investment made by them in the name of the minor child, as the seller wished to show the documents to the bank lawyer only through their lawyer. I have informed all the details to Shri. M.Balakrishnan of your Housing loan section and told him that the SBI can also verify with the seller of any details required by them directly or through SBI lawyer, for processing the loan. I have not received any reply or response from the bank so far.

                                This type of harassment, inactiveness and negligence by the bank made me feel sad, as I have spent about Rs.20000 already, for processing the loan. Now I feel that I don’t want to have any dealing with SBI and also wish to close the existing account. I request you to refund the following amount spent by me, in this regard.
                                1. Approved Engineer’s Estimate report - Rs. 3000
                                2. Expenses for registration of Power of Attorney for - Rs. 1000
                                getting SBI Housing loan, even though General
                                Power of Attorney available already.
                                3. Attestation of my son’s documents viz., Passport, - Rs. 5000
                                Visa, Employment Order, Bank Statement
                                past 2 years and residential proof, by SBI, California,
                                as per the requirement of Branch manager, SBI,
                                PBB, RamNagar.
                                4. Processing fee - Rs.7000
                                5. Legal fee - Rs.1500
                                6. Valuer fee - Rs.1000
                                7. Expenses for preparation of other documents - Rs.1500

                                Total - Rs.20000
                                [protected]

                                The above mentioned amount should be refunded to me within a week’s time failing which I may be compelled to move the necessary grievance forum or Banking Ombudsmen, for claiming the above amount along with interest and the compensation for the mental agony caused to me.

                                    I deposit a DD no.908085 for rs 34000.00 in PNB ALMORA (Utterakhand) on17/01/2011.but it is regretted that such amount could not be credited in my saving a/c no. [protected] pnb almora.after all when I cantact to pnb almora to know the facts I came to know that the such DD became lost during clearing when DD was sent to payee branch SBI AMANIGANG (code D7675).Again PNB almora wrote a letter to DD essueing branch SBI VRCcampus nagpur on 06/06/2011 (enclosed with non payment advice) for duplicate DD.                                         With due respect, I want to say that I am customer of SBI ( A/C No.- [protected]) chaibasa branch.I am using ATM facility also. From the said account Rs. 9700/-(nine thousand seven hundred only) withdrawan from SBI Park street ARAD kolkatta ATM on 18/06/2011 . But on that date, neither I have done any withdrawal through any ATM Machine nor any purchase from any shop through ATM card. although, I didn't visit kolkatta also from chaibasa during such period.
                                        So, it is my request from forum, kindly look into the matter so that I may get my money back.
