I am Animesh verma and my SBI credit card no is [protected].
There were few questions about my payments and i triedup calling on sbi customer service but they put me on hold for 21 minutes and disconnected after that. Ihave also tried calling them before but got no response..is that the servise they are proud of?

SBI Credit Card — Poor service!

I agree that sbicard has very very poor service and
moreover executive attending misguide the customer and I was also one of the sufferer last year.Inspite of countlss complaints from last two years to all sources till date I have not got ATM PIN from sbi card. Whenever I complaint at feedback or at head card regarding this ,every time a typical answer come to me that a duplicate PIN has been dispatched to your mailing address and soon it will be reached to you but till date I have not recieved niether original nor duplicate ATM PIN from sbi card after isseuance of credit card to me.
Further more the executive reply only those querry which are favourable to sbi card and unfavourable querries are never replied. Only the
customer suffer never sbicard executives whatever
the reason may be and I was one of them when excutive either misguide or do mistake but I pay for
that but no action was taken against the responsible
executives even various complaints and this type of
complaints were never replied.

Eh saale SBI vaale hain hi ek number ke kutte insaan. They are burden on Govt = public, as they draw and want salaries of private sector and dont even want to work 10% what the private sector does. They have got air conditioned environment to work, but they keeping strolling out for tea breaks, lunch breaks, and are usually 30 minutes late in the morning and shut their files 30 minutes before evening going time or generally would ask to come tomorrow.

1. ) See, for opening account they take 15 to 20 days, where as private or any other banking takes 15 to 20 mins.


2.) It takes 2 mins to issue a kit for internet banking for normal or private bank or office, SBI takes more than 3 months to eternityyyyyyyyyyyy. Cuz I been waiting for three months and went for about 10 to 15 times to them for that and everytime there is a direction for a new table with a new reason, and finally i took my application back and tore the application form in front of the staff, and I did tell them they are the real winners in "Haramkhori" and their children are the products of that haramkhori, and that their children, if can think what is right and wrong, should spit into the mouth of their parents who work in such a way in a country which is already trying to pass through a choking tunnel.

3.) It takes 1.5 minutes to get a banking statement from a computer to printer to a hard copy, SBI takes more than 3 days for that.

See how they are obstructing the progress of the country by their old fashioned redtapism and procrastination.

I have been trying to get in touch with your customer service for the last few days but the lines are busy. Finally when I got through today I had to hold the line for 20 mins before someone answered the call. Thanks to your highly efficient service I am late on my payment by 6 days and I am being hounded by your collections team for payment every day for the last 4 days . they even called me on Sunday 13th March asking for money like I was a serial defaulter. I would suggest your bank to first fix the customer service SLA’s before harassing a customer for payments which are not even a week over due other wise I would not hesitate taking your to court for violation of TRAI norms and for violation of customer rights.

Also please provide my RTGS code for my credit card as I need to add it for auto debit with my bank.

I have also provided my new address to the customer service today to update my new correspondences address.

i never got a revert on any of my comlaints on the contrary their harrasment contineous for collections.

I have sent a follow up complained for which the only responce i got was we will be in touch with you shortly. below are the details of my follow up

I am feeling frustrated with your bank at this point of time. I am using credit cards for the last 10 years and have never been treated this way.
Let me tell you why is it so.
1. Last time that I wrote to I had requested for RTGS code (please refer to the trail mail below) I am yet to receive that. I wanted the same so that I could link my HDFC bank a/c for online payments.
2. The same day I wrote to you (14th March) I was contacted by your collections team asking me to make a payment on 15th as it is my bill generation date. They specifically asked me to go to the branch and deposit the cheque at the counter so that this months payment does not reflect again. I went to SBI Powai (Hiranandani) branch at 9.30 sharp but there were no employees there. I spoke to only working person who was the branch manager, was very rude. they showed me the drop box and asked me to deposit the cheque there and when I tried to explain what I was told, I was given a deaf ear. Out of choice I did as I was told.
3. In my email (refer to the trail mail) as well as over the phone (customer service) I had requested for change of address but the March statement still went to my old address.
4. When I finally got the chance to review the statement I was shocked to see that the payment due date was immediate and the payment I had made was also reflected in the statement along interest on the money I have paid.
5. I was promised reversals on the finance charges when I spoke to your phone banking officer in March which was not reflecting in this statement.
6. I went to the powai branch to get the corrections made but unfortunately they are not open till 10.00Am atleast that’s when the employees walk in. and I have made a few attempts to call your call center but there I am on waiting eternally.
7. I am personally a manager with an organisation and handle customer support.. I work from 9.30 in the morning to 10.30 in the night and I understand how difficult this business is but the way SBI treates its customer is appauling. I am customer with CITI for the last 10 years. They have never charged me to have their credit card nor do they offer me toll free numbers to call. But they give me what I need the most and that is prompt service so that I don’t have to go to bed thinking I have a payment to make.

These are the reasons why I want my card to be cancele immedialy
I wanted to make my payments online but your bank has not supoported me in the same.
I was harassed by your collecitons team at the most inconvenient times and when I compleied with their request your bank did not support.
Simple requests such as change of address do not get registered
Lack of values while conducting business (comitments made are not fulfilled)
You have made me look like a defaulter in my credit rating with Crysil.
Please have some one call me to collect my total outstanding on the a/c and confirm that the a/c is closed.

I am also logging this complaint with the banking Ombudsmen and if need be following it up with consumer court.

Please also refer to all the calls I have received from your collection team and the calls I have made to your customer support as you would be required to submit them in court.

    Respected sir,

    I have a SBICARD (credit card) number [protected], I booked a airline ticket but i have to cancel it later so i got the amount refunded back on my SBICARD Account but i already paid the statement so there was negative balance (Rs. 21534) on my account. so i called SBICARD customer care on 22 june and ask them to refund me the money by check. They said i would get it in my mailing address in 14 working days, then i waited till 10th july but didn't got the check so i called them on 12 july and they said that they have dispatched the check on 6th July so i waited till 16th July and called them again on 17th July, this time they said that they have actually dispatched it on 11th July, I asked them to provide the courier or mailing information but they didn't provide me and said that they would call me back with the information but no one called, i called them again today and now they are saying that they have dispatched on 22th July!

    Sir i am very disappointed and fed up with their service and i just want the check back as i need the money very much. please see into the matter and help in solving my problem.
    sorry for spelling 'CHEQUE' wrongly!
    Finally got the Cheque although have to search for it a lot as was delivered to my old mailing address instead of new (in spite of specifically asking to send on new address), but all's well that end's well!! Issue solved! :-)

      I am an Asst Professor in National Institute of Technology Calicut. I applied for a Realty Loan as a first step to apply for a house loan. All the relevant documents were submitted. Even after One month the loan has not been sanctioned. I applied in NITC Branch of SBI near Calicut where the manager is one Mr. Rajgopal. The Loan is supposed to be sanctioned by Chief Manager Mr. Mohandas from RASMECCC, Kallayi Calicut(His Tel No: +[protected] . There was a legal paper verification, then site visit two times. All the norms had been fulfilled .Only loan has not sanctioned so far. We are totally frustrated . The attitude of the SBI Manager is such that costumer is often treated as buggers. I really doubt that some other banks might have hired the core officers of SBI and assigned them with a duty to take totally negative attitude towards the customers so that other banks may get better business from that locality. A new enquiry has to be initiated in this regard. We are going to move in the Banking Ombudsman and consumer court as it is already got in to our nerves.Frustration beyond explanation. Please dont approach SBI if you have any other option left.

        SIR,
        With due respect , I want to state that I had done the challan for the post of P.O of SBI for the exam which to be held on 24 july .I also got my admit card ,and went for the exam . unfortunately .i forgot to brought my original money reciept .I went to officers of SBI who was alotted there for the exam and request them to allow me to sit in the exam .But they denied .All the trial from my side was gone in vein.they said that it is noted beside the admit card that all is needed otherwise the candidate will debarred from the exam.
        But to my surprised that ,at the same time a candidate came and told that he has forgotten his photo ID proof,but the officers told that it is OK , you can sit in the exam.When I said it is also beyond the rule ,they didn,'t listen to me

        So , I want to say that why he has create the difference . RULE IS RULE .If they gave the excuses to that boy ,then why they didn't excuse me also .My 1 chance has gone.my money is wasted.

          My self Santosh,and i had a credit card of sbi bank.i was regular user of sbi card.few years ago some froud happend on my card,after this froud case when i got my statement then i surprised to saw my bill.after that i made a call to sbi card customer care and told all my story then they assured me that all charges would be reversed if your case is true.after 1 year i got a call from sbi side that there are some outstanding due on my card then i told my all story then again they assured me that they will update all my story and as soon as possible this matter would be resolved.
          after 2 year in the month of june again i got a call of Mr jeetendra Singh from sbi card side at that time they told my that total outstanding of my account was 118457 after listing this thing i got surprised that how it could be possible.when i complained in 3 or more times in sbi card then how it could be possible.
          again i told all story to mr jeetendra singh but he was not ready to listen any thing.then he starts argument with me.but i was ready to pay minimum amount to settel this card bcoz due to this card in future i am not able to take loan from any bank.here i never used this card but again i was ready to close this matter to improve my cibil ranking.
          but mr jeetendra singh was not ready to listen any thing.according to him i have topay all outstanding to close this matter or to improve my cibil rating.but i denied the same.here i am ready to pay maximum 10000 to close this matter.but according to jeetendra singh i have to pay all outstanding.
          After two or three days again i got a call from RBI LEAGLE DEPARTMENT by the name of Mr Amit Tyagi ([protected]), according to him within 24 hour i have to pay all outstanding other wise i have to go in jail with all my family members.
          the main reason to sending this mail that RBI cann't interfare in credit cards recovery caess.one thing more that i never forget the voice of mr jeetendra singh,the voice of mr jeetendra sing and Mr Amit Tyagi was similar.here again i denied for the same payment bcoz this amount was not used by me then how i was liable to pay this amount.
          then mr amit tyagi was starts to harresh me.i have all recordings of the all conversation which was happens through mr amit tyagi's number in my mobile.
          they abused me very badly,according to mr tyagi(jeetrendra ) if i would not pay this amount within 24 hour then he will send police in my residence.
          when i investigated this matter then i got to know that it could not be possible that RBI can send police for credit card recovery.
          Here i am ready to settel this matter if you are ready to take 10000.but one thing more that i am also going to lodge a complain in consumer forum and banking ombusdman for this case that how mr jeetendra dare to call me by the name of RBI.

          i am also going to lodge a F.I.R in police against mr jeetendra/mr amit tyagi.

          Now finally i want proper feedback from your side so that i can resolve this matter as soon as possible.

            Sir,
            I have taken a personal loan from SBI in the year 2008. So far i have never miss the EMI payment on my loan.Although outstanding amount is still there,some additional over due amount of Rs 9338/- has been generated.Without prior intimation to the individuals the bank has sent a report to CIBIL.How and when that amount is generated is not known and due to that i am included under CIBIL defaulter list come to know when i approach Axis bank for another personal loan .
            I approach SBI for the same but proper response is not given by them. So,kindly help how to get ride of my name from CIBIL defaulter list.Hoping your kind help and guidance to handle the situation.

              SBI ATM COMPLAINT
              Amount deducted but ticket is not booked.
              I booked my e-ticket for DEORIA TO LUCKNOW in KRISHAK EXPRESS for 28/8/2011 on[protected] i made payment through my ATM card for 664. amount deducted but i have not recieved e-ticket.
              Kindly refund the same. Below is my sbi account summary

              This is with reference to the account number [protected] tried withdrawing on 10th august 2009in between 8.25pm to 9.15p, cash of RS 17000/- from state bank of mysore atm (80 ft road, east point college) and RS10000/-from state bank of india (kacharkanahalli branch) atm.
              but the cash did not dispense at these atms but the total of RS 27000/- has been debited from my account and the error message from both the atm was transaction timed out.
              i contacted the branch manager of sbi he did not react responsibly
              i request you to kindly verify with the same and credit back the amount at the earliest .
              manish, nothing to worry. If your ticket booking wasn't successful then the amount will be automatically refunded to your account, if you've booked from irctc then you can check your 'refund status of failed transaction' under 'my transaction' on the left hand side. If you didn't get money back in 3 working days(usually they refund on the 3rd day) then you can call railway customer care[protected]

                2) You have not paid me arrear of 43 months which is due to be paid in 11/2010
                3) The payment of arrear of Revision of Pension is still pending.
                4) Dearness allowance santioned vide Pb.Govt. letter No.3/20/2010/3FPPC/1203 dated 4.10.11 is not paid to
                me from Oct. 10 to December 10.

                  We have a fixed deposit with SBI Chengannur Kerala, By mistake we were not able to renew it on time, When it came to our understanding we approached the bank but the bank hither to is not responsing to our request.Always gives the answer they will find it and inform.
                  Since more than three years we are approaching the bank and same is heard from them.
                  It is sure that the one in the NRI section has done a fraud, and that is why he is insisting us to close an older saving account with IRS 28000, where we had no
                  balance for long years

                      2. The Pay scale of "Diploma Scale" is mentioned on the top of the PPO itself.
                      Further, the pension sanctioned is matching with Table - 112 of circular 430
                      issued by O/o the Pr CDA (P) Allahabad.

                      3. Hence, no PPO would be issued in this regard and PDA has to revise the
                      pension accordingly.

                        I had applied for a home loan in SBI homes through SBI HEK branch, Trichy 14 to RASMEC, trichy which processes such applications. i had submitted the application in july/august 2010. SBI authorised engineer visited the place within 2 weeks. Then lawyer called me with my original documents. There started the problem. The lawyer literally harassed me and made me go to his office for 7 times in a span of 3 months to no avail. The lawyer sent his opinion stating that he needed some documents. Even on furnishing the same, he called for some other documents next time. this continued for almost 7 visits. I literally wanted to commit suicide because of the non-transparent dealing by the bank. The lawyer would demand a letter from SBI to process the papers, SBI would say that they had personally talked to the lawyer. This harassment/negligence by SBI continued for months together. After sometime, i got fed up and asked for withdrawal of my application. only then a week later, SBI home loans came for verification. Officials from RASMEC, lawyer and Local branch gave lots of assurance to process the application. Inspite giving them a week, my application was neither accepted/nor rejected. In the course of time, i had lost the application money of around Rs. 11000, which they did not have any decency to refund me. neither did i get any consolation letter from SBI nor refund.

                        In this era too, SBI is behaving such way.

                            On termination of agreement with Motilal Oswal Securities and SBI the migration of trading account was to be done by SBICAP Securities Ltd free of cost. They first refused to open trading account free of cost but after lot of communication they agreed to do so. Now they have refused to process the trading account opening application saying that I was not 1st holder in savings account. I insisted for any guidelines in this connection by any authority, which they could not do so.

                            Now I wish to complain the matter to SEBI, but unable to find where and how to complain. Can anyone guide, please

                                  inspite of submitting form 15G on fixed deposit accounts, by a retired college professor, a senior citizen, the State Bank Of India, B T Road Branch, Kolkata. West Bengal has deducted TDS on Maturity Proceedings to her Savings Bank Account, in the same branch. On notifying the bank staff, they admit that its an error, but can only return the money after one month, provided she gives a written complaint to the branch manager.
                                  this is a harrasment and unlawful blockade of money as well as non fulfillment of promises that the bank does on the maturity value of fixed deposits.
                                  Please show us ways to take action against the bank.

                                    In april month 18/04/2011 i have contact the customer care of SBI credit cards. They have confirmed that i am elgible for convert my balance to flexi pay.

                                    I made a transaction on 30/06/2011.

                                    Then i contact them to convert this amount to flexi pay.

                                    Now they are telling i m not elgible for flexi pay.

                                    For me this 40,000 rupees is such a big amount.

                                      My ATM card No[protected].On Dt06/04/2012 i pushed the card to atm machine no-S10B[protected].The machine bacme hanged.I pulled out and withdrew cash from the nearby machine no-510B[protected] correctly.Message came to my cell no-[protected] for both the transactions, I did not typed my atm code to the hanged machine, but message came for withdrawal of Rs10000.I went to the local SBI Branch and lodged complaint.After a few days my complaint was disposed and there was no return of my money to the A/C.The Bank people say that it was a theft, while i pushed the card to the 1st machine they say, my identity remained in the machine.Therefore someone used my PIN at the hanged machine immediately with help of another person at the 2nd machine while i withdrew cash at the 2nd machine.Iam not satiisfied to the explanation.Bank must assume responsibility fof safety of my money in the A/c.Why such a system is given in ATM machines that can not be controled by the bank and used by computer experts to theft money from poor people like me? I want my money returned by bank and want to surrender my ATM card.I want to live in 19th century not in 21st century, the age of gadgets and computers.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I m using SBI Credit Card since 2005. Due to some service issues they had billed excess in my account as overdue charges and insurance charges. The card has blocked in 2006 and the executives are came and i show all the proofs related to that charges. They have suggested to send a complaint to head of the cards department and they resolve the same.

                                        After so many phone calls and correspondings with the local authorities we have received a mail from head of the cards that our account has been cancelled. But the same has still showing in the Cibil reports.

                                        I have prompt customer to HDFC , ICICI since 2005. I have no overdues or settlements in this regard.

                                        Recently i have approached to topup in HDFC and the concern people says that i my cibil score has been down and the SBI Card is showing as write off... I m enclosing the mail we got from Head Cards of SBI regarding my account on 07/04/2009....

                                        Plz rectify the same in this regard.
