High security transaction password

Hello,

Myself Shashank Panchbhai, Residential of Nagpur had an account in State bank of maharashtra. I had been using the online banking facility from SBI....
The problem is when i do online mobile recharge from www.easymobilerecharge.com., It ask the high security transaction password recieved on my mobile. whereas i didnt recieved any password from bank on my mobile..........

ATM CARD

I withdrew 1000Rs using my SBI debit card in the ICICI ATM Machine(ATM ID:S1AN2486) on 26.02.2011.
But I got only 700Rs, I did not get the transaction slip at that time. I called to SBI customer care ,they told they need transaction ID for registering the compliant. After that I sent mail to my branch office regarding this issue ,There is no proper response from them . Then I called so many time to my branch to ask about the transaction...

forgery from my ATM

I have submitted for redepmtion invested in SBI multicap fund - dividend option. She has also submitted all the supporting documents related to change in the bank details along with the redemption form. Only one direct credit has been done in new account no.
