Hi,

I made an investment of Rs.40,000 in SBI Mutual Fund's Magnum Taxgain scheme on 10th Jaunary, 2011 at SBI Bank Branch in Rohini Sector-7, Delhi. More than a month has passed since the day I made the investment that I have not received any kind of acknowledgment from the your company about my investment. I just have a receipt with the Application# B5681504, signed by some Shinal Mittal. I have called up at the Investor Service center number of Nehru place Branch and they told me they cannot locate my application. At the same time they are laying the onus on me to track my investment, saying since you made the investment at SBI Bank, you need to track it on your own. The executive pretty rude and said he is not afraid of any actions against his behavior (tells about the miss management at SBI Mutual Fund). I, then, contacted the Rohini Sector-7 Branch of SBI. There I was told that the lady who took my Application has gone on a long leave and they cannot track my investment. I was then given a # of some Shreya at SBI, Barakhamba Branch. The lady listened to my query, took details and never got backed. I tried to call up on the same #. But there is no response. If this is the way an application is handeled, I wonder how my funds would be handled. I no longer wish to make investments in SBI's Mutual Fund Schemes. I would request you to send back my check and acknowledge the cancellation of my investments. Its the most pathetic experience I have had anywhere and I would never like to repeat that.

    I am an NRI from Canada. On 17/01/2010 I opened a NRI account with SBI NRI branch Phagwara. I deposited 3000CAD. I was paid exchange rate of Rs43.10 per CAD. Same day deposited CAD in two other banks in Phagwara and was paid at an exchange rate of Rs45.92 per CAD. Next day I complained the SBI branch. I repeated same deposit process on 19/01/2010. Results were same. SBI ripped me off approx. Rs9000. Making round to the bank everyday. Gave them proofs of transactions with other banks. Talked with the Regi0nal Manager NRI in Amritsar with no results. Requested even to give back my money in dollars and close the account, I was told to buy them back paying approx. Rs5.00 more per dollar bearing another loss of approx. Rs15000.00, a situation of catch 22. Please nhelp to resolve the issue and warn other NRI's while dealing with SBI.       More than 6 years ago I was using a SBI Card no. [protected] and that time they were imposed annual service charges in the statement, inspite of their commitment for lifetime free of service charges of the card and that time I was destroyed the card and submitted that card alongwith the request letter to surrender the same. Unfortunately, I have not taken any proof of closure submission and shifted my communication address. In the month of November, 2010 I have received a call from the legal deptt of SBI card, that there is a outstanding of Rs.18,547.57 in my above card. After that I have communicated to customer care regarding the detail, they intimated me there is annual service charges, insurance charges with intt of that card which is not using by me. Then I have submitted written complaint with the mail to feedback.[protected]@ge.com about that and they have replied to me on 21.12.10, if I paid a sum of Rs. 1144.91 they will reversed the remainig outstanding from my card accordingly I have paid the same. But till now they are not ready to reverse the remaining outstanding from the card.

This has led to the stoppage of my pension. Request you to please look into this matter and expedite the process of transfer of the file.

          I advised you please don't apply for SBI credit card because the service and also customer care section of the sbi credit card is 100% poor.

          I got a credit card on my FD. not for their kind. still they deactivated my card but still not they didn't send lean letter to branch so that since 3months i can't withdraw my FD amount.

          So now i am thinking to file a case against sbi card section.

              SBI — Wrong Transfer of Account

              I have transfered by SBI account from Meerut branch to Gurgaon branch which by mistake have been transfered to some other place by people at Meerut branch. Can you please transfer it back to Gurgaon.

                I have been issued with an Internet Banking Kit on 2 Feb 2011 by State Bank Of India, Tirunelveli Junction Branch , Tamil Nadu [ State ].

                But still now [[protected]], my Internet Banking Account is not get activated. SBI Online Web page says : "Invalid User Id and Password".

                  Sir,
                  I beg to say that, I am Smt. Chandraprabha Mishra reciding at present in Jhabua Dist.
                  My husband Shri Shrilal Mishra was teacher in the higher secondary school Tirla , Dhar(M.P.)
                  in 2006 he had taken any personal loan which was not in my knowledge from state bank of Indore(India) brach Tirla, Dhar of Rs. 100000 . My husband was expired on[protected] and I had left dhar with my family in 2008 due to the service of my son. The branch Manager has made hold on my pension account which is in the SBI Dhar. without my concern and never send a notice to me on the account of recovery.
                  He made hold on[protected] and given me a letter[protected] without mentioning any kind of hold in the letter. I had sent a letter to him by my advocate and he has replied accepting of hold on my account according to recovery of loan. Under the MP pension rule 1976 article 9, pension of pensioner can not be hold without the permsion of governer of State in any kind of recovery but the branch manager had made the hold at least 4 month. I asked him under RTI act, the frequent questions but he has answered nothing but only making fool to me. I personally take the interest and fill the loan under the Ots in sbi dhar.
                  The branch manager had replied in his RTI act. that he had not hold any pension account on the account of recovery. He is totally talling lie. and making false statement with the act. I had suffered 4 months due to his unauthorized work. which has commited by him. please give me relief of 50000 rupees under the consumer act and take a serious action against the branch manager tirla.

                    Yesterday, i draw 20, 000.00 from SBI - Saket Branch ATM. Out of 40Nos of 500/- note one is fordge stamp. While i approach the branch manager, he is just turnaround the blame on me.

                    Is there any solution to this type of problem.
                    How can we save our hard earn money from this type of frud.?

                        Transaction failed but account debited (KMM9418609V22089L0KM)

                        Dear sir

                        Further to my previous mail I would like to inform you that the cash I was trying to withdraw from the ATM was for paying the hospital where my mother in law was admitted in the ICU for treatment for low BP. When the transaction slip ( TXN no. 3816 & 3817) came out with “sorry unable to process” message, how did it debit my account? And now I am being told that you will revert in 2 days time. Considering the emergency of close relative being admitted the hospital and because of wrong debit I will not able to use cash of Rs.10000/- I would sincerely request you to do all the checks immediately and correct my account balance to enable me to use for my immediate expenses in the next 2 days.

                        How can there be 2 contradicting information one to debit my account & other to process transaction slip saying “ sorry unable to process”? There seems to be some fundamental error in process.

                        Please sort it out immediately.

                        I used the debit card for cash withdrawal of Rs.5000/- twice at SBI Mandaveli ATM id STDA[protected] at 18.24 & 18.27 today and both the times I did not get the cash & transaction slip came with unable to process transaction message. Then I checked my account through internet banking and found that my account was debited with Rs. 10000/- I have got the transaction slips with me. Can you please ensure that the transaction is reversed in my account and credited with Rs.10000/-

                        Please acknowledge receipt of this mail & take necessary action to correct my account.

                        SBI ATM TRANSACTION — Account debited

                        I went to SBI ATM in Bhubaneswar to withdraw Rs 6000 using my SBI ATM card on 22-3-11. No cash came out of the machine (TIME OUT) and also no transaction slip came out stating that the transaction failed. On the very next day I came to know that Rs 6000 was deducted from my SBI account. I reported it to the bank on that day. Details[protected]

                            sir last few days im facing some difficulties in using your sbi mobile banking application . the actual problem from your side i get a massage for SYNCHRONISING application after each operation which is done many times.due to that reson i have taken action REACTIVE option against the problem but still the problem persist from your side.fineliey I have done removed application and now trying again getting application by properly sbi site and complet processe and got massage link and i am using same mobile nokia n73 but now not able to getting application got processe massage not suppotable,back on block please help me how can use again this facilities.

The application is activated and me used the application approximately 5 months. On last month i login through wrong User ID and the same is blocked and the service, I recieved the message PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS BEFORE USING ANY SERVICE.Code-943. I have already fwd a application for activation of the mobile banking to my account branch, SBI Salugara Code 011834. But the same is not yet activated. I have proceeded to ATM branch for registration bu the same is not registered and i received a reply, UNABLE TO PROCESS, CODE-079.

                              I am receiving calls from last 6 month from gurgaon.They are saying that u had a credit card of SBI bank and make the payment.and i didn't make any any credit card from sbi bank and also that card was issued at chandigarh and i am from agra and i never went to chandigarh .
                              few days back again they called and said that ur case is in tees hazari court and police will reach at ur home at chandigarh.
                              every time i told them that i am sandeep sharma from agra and i never in chandigarh and that card is not mine.but again n agin they called me and give me mental tension.
                              they said that for the payment of that card one check they received but that bounce and i told them give that check number and bank detail but they didn't gave that.
                              pls advice me what i do ,i am in deep tension.

                                i had paid the full amount of due for the purchase of bajaj alliance insurance (R.S. 15000/-) & Raj Bhavan Hotel (R.S.12000/-) in the month of November. But still i am recieving EMI to the Above Amount. I had Complaint about this to the customer care of SBI 5 Times. but no response to the cancellation of EMI. they are compel me to pay EMI for this month. kindly do the need ful.                                   I have already sent an email to the branch manager, Credit card Department, feedback.[protected]@ge.com for refund of deposited amount of Rs. 10,000/- + Interest against this FD amount as per scheme a credit card number [protected] was issued to me. This credit card is got canceled / discontinued on my request but deposited amount of Rs. 10,000/- + Interest is not refunded to me even though I have sent an email on 24/01/2011. On inquiry the concerned person i.e. Monika Agent, Vaibhav Agent, Mr. Rahul & Mr. Khanna Floor incharge are saying that matter is under process but this is the image and false reply and deposited amount of Rs. 10,000/- + Interest is not refunded to me within reasonable period of my sent request made by mail. Hence, you are requested to look into the matter, resolved the dispute and direct the concern bank authority to refund my due amount at the earliest to avoid the further litigation.

                                    I have Salary Account at State Bank Of India, Krishnagiri Branch. My A/c. No. is[protected]. I have attempted to withdraw Rs.19000/- on 29/12/2010 at RMY Uthangarai SBI ATM. At that time the amount was debited in my account but cash was not received. Immediately I have registered my complaint in the complaint register at that ATM & Krishnagiri Branch

                                    So many times I have given a complaint at State bank krishnagiri branch They asked 10 to 15 days time. But still now the said amount has not been credited in my account. So Please take necessary action to credit the money in my account which I lost due to the SBI - ATM Machine fault at Uthangarai.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                      This is to inform you that I have given a request on 5th of October 2010 to SBI card in order to adjust the outstanding with my F.D. & to refund the balance amount. On 8th of October I got a call from SBI card & I was asked to send a hardcopy for the same so I post a hardcopy on 12th of October.
                                      After all the settlement I was supposed to get a refund of Rs. 2172/- however the refund process is still no initiated from their end. I called up their helpline several times infact I have sent several mails also but the outcome is nothing. Everytime I call up their helpline I got different informations some times they say that the amount will be credited to my A/c within 2 days & sometimes they ask me to send a hardcopy once again.
                                      I have been going through this problem from last four months. Please look into it.
