    respected sir,
    this is to inform you that i,Naveen Kumar, am having a account in SBI(ADB-branch,code-1764,) bettiah.a/c no-[protected].
    I have deposited a demand draft, in my SBI account dated-04/01/2011, the DD was issued by HDFC-BANK mumbai dated-27/12/2010, payable at muzaffarpur, HDFC bank.
    Sir, one month has passed but the amount is not being credited to my account.
    I approached to my branch head regarding this,he refused to entertain me.
    kindly look into the matter and guide me whom to contact regarding this.

      My mother ( Nirmala Mishra) is a K.V employee got the job after my father's death in 1992 and also getting pension. Earlier she was not getting D.A on pension. We submitted a letter to the bank enclosing the copy of government circular to give D.A to employed pensioner's and we got the same in the February, 2010 without interest. At that time the D.A. was 27% now which has been enhanced to 45%, but still the bank is giving D.A @ 27% only, When contacted they told that you are getting the correct pension. She told that it is only 27% and not 45% then they said get it corrected from higher authorities. As my mother is not so much educated and also she is very weak she came back. How many times we have to get it corrected by our efforts is unknown. So, I request you to do the needful and give the interest with arrear as per 6th pay commission report because the pension was fixed at the minimum of Rs, 3500/- per month.         I was having SBI credit card No. [protected], which was closed sometime in 2007 and no dues were there against me. However, there was a credit on my account about Rs. 289 or so. While I approached Union Bank of India for a loan, it has come to my notice that in the CIBIL report, there is an amount of Rs. 289 outstanding and a word WRITTEN OFF or so is appearing. I contacted SBI Card call centre several times and also contacted their Chennai Office for getting it removed. But till date, instead of issuing a letter, attached, No dues confirmation, the wording WRITTEN OFF is still to be removed from the CIBIL. Because of this wording, I am not in a position to get the loan from the bank, as the money is urgently required for my daughter's marriage. Kindly take suitable action in this regard

          Dear sir/Madam,

          I wish to draw your kind notice regading the wrong O/S imposed on the credit card number .

          It is almost 4 yars old ,I used to hold this credit card.Credit Card No-[protected]
          I cleared all the o/s upto 2008 & cut the the card with application to close the the account & deposited at your SBI LHO office near jantar Mantar New Delhi-110001 due to my personal reasons.for the same I called the Call centre & the card was made block on my request.

          The card was closed & the account was also closed as confrimed to me by the customer care people that time.

          But In recent days I stared geting call for paying a loan od INR 23000.00/- against the same card number which was issues during year 2010.

          First of all I had never applied for a loan on the credit card.
          2.I dont have the credit card which is valid upto 2012 as old by customer care,where is the card delivered,pls send me the delivery receipt of my name & signature.
          3.If the loan had been sanctioned,where was the payment happened.SBI coild not provide details of the payments.
          4.They keep on calling the same payment but without proper information & knowledge.

          5.None of the people had called me has details with them.This is serious oblization against me which I will never let go ,unless the truth comes forth.
          6.when the credit card is already submitted long back to SBI, how can be re -issuesd and do such things where is the required approal.no one from SBI has answer to it.

          I wish your immediate help & action ,so that needfull can be done without further delay.Stop embarrasing customers like that.

          If any further help required from my side.pls revert.
          I want a confirmation from your side.waiting for reply.

            I had submitted documents for a SBI Gold credit card (Application no: S[protected]) on 06-Dec-2010. Before submitting the application one of the SBI executive kiran told me, this card have joining fees and processing fees, but based on your salary and designation SBI consider you as a privilege customer, so no need to pay the joining fees and annual fees. After that one lady call me for verification. She told me about SBI is not providing credit cards without joining fees. At the same time I denied the SBI Credit card. Again Kiran call me and told, we are not disclosing these things to all the people and before EOD we will sent a detailed mail whatever the things we have discussed through phone and this call is also recorded, and for surety he had given his mobile no ([protected]). But I didn’t get any mail from his side.

            Next day (07-Dec-2010) one lady named Priya call me for verification, at that time I told I don’t want SBI Credit card because I didn’t get any mail from SBI Side. After that one guy call me and repeat all the things Kiran was explained to me. He also told we will definitely send a mail once the processing will start, now we have restrictions to send a mail, because for sending a mail we want a login ID. Once your application process will start we will get a login ID after that we will send a mail to you. Again I told First of all I want a mail, without mail I will not give an approval for processing. He told I will check with manager and let you know.

            Next day (08-Dec-2010) another SBI executive Sammer call me (from this no: [protected]) and told, SBI consider your company (Nextedge software Solutions) in top priority list, so we are offering a newly launched Free Titanium credit card to you. This is a Life time free card (no Joining fees, processing fees, Annual fees & no hidden charges). For issuing this card some formalities are there, your previous application was stuck in the call center, and we have to reverse that application. For that if they call please say go ahead with the processing of SBI Gold credit card and don’t disclose whatever the things that we have discussed through phone. Once your application get into our managers desk we will send a mail to you and in that mail we will clearly mentioned whatever the things we discussed through phone also we will mention there is no Joining fees, processing fees, Annual fees & no hidden charges for this credit card and maximum it will take 2 hours, also we will send a letter you along with the card in that letter also we will clearly mentioned whatever the we discussed. For surety he also given his mobile no ([protected]). I tried many times but his mobile is always switched off, till now I didn’t get any mail from SBI. SBI executives are cheating customers like anything.

              Sir,
              I had given my ISPAT IND shares to SBI Demat section in SBI PBB Branch sansad marg N delhi in Oct 2008. These shares were sent to their Mumbai branch. As forms were not in order they sent to my foreign address in Nov 2008, with no intimation to me, their courrier service did not deliver these shares to me and I did not know about it till I return to India in Oct 2009. Since than I am fighting un successful bettle with SBI Demat to get my shares. They want me to provide surity with PAN Nos and form 16, which I can not produce being in USA.
              In this circumstances what option I have to get duplicate shares
              Your advice will be appreciated

                Dear Sir,

                I have sent so many mails to your e-mail address of feedback.[protected]@ge.com & head.[protected]@ge.com / by post during the year 2008, 2009 & 2010 regarding my unjustified bills but your people have not taken any action in this regard. You may aware that as per my cheque payment date (1st week of every month on or before 5th ), I use to deposit / drop my cheques on due date. Whereas, after collecting the same, your staf[censored]sed to deposit the same in the bank very lately and penalizing me with late payments etc. I am using your SBI card from 1998 i.e more than 12 years at no point of time I delayed my payment. Moreover, I use to pay the entire amount of credit availed by me during the previous month to avoid any interest at a later stage.

                For the last two years, when I was in Bangalore I am facing this problem and the same was brought to your kind notice several times but no action has been taken by your Bank and my unjustified bills are continuing with cumulating interest. This is highly objectionable and not acceptable.

                Because of these unjustified bills, I am becoming victim in front of shop owners when I try to use my card which reports as DECLINE.

                I am herby enclosing my statement details from June 2008 to January 2011. This statement shows my availed credit upto 15th of every month and date of cheque issued by me. It very clear that there was no delay from my side and the delay if any is from your bank staff not presenting the same in time.

                In your statement you are showing some amounts on GST DEBIT & FIN CHARGE ON RENTAL which I don’t know what it was. Hence I have not paid this amount. If this amount is a tax to be paid to Govt. Of India, it is my duty to pay and the same will be paid according in my next bill payment. Kindly clarify in this regard.



                Now I vexed with this SBI Card by receiving Phone calls daily from your staff, and getting report of DECLINE in front of shop owners etc., I want to put an end for this by closing my Credit card which doesn’t have any benefit but creating problems between us.

                More over though I am paying annual fee of Rs. 500.00, now it is useless as I am unable to utilize the entire credit limit of Rs. 36,000.00. Presently I can able to utlise only Rs. 5000.00 to 6,000.00. Hence I decided to close my credit card at the earliest.

                As per the Annexure of my payment details enclosed, the main dispute is M/s SBI is claiming the payment two times for an amount of Rs. 15,750.00 of June 2008 though they received the payment at a late date due to their staff inefficiency. Once this is sort out the entire case will be sorted out.

                In view of the above, I once again request you to go though my statement and my record for the last 12 years, and clear the issue once for all. If I have to pay the entire amount as you said in your statement, by giving proper justification from your side, I am ready to pay and cancel my card at the earliest. Kindly sort out the issue latest by this month end so that I can have a peace of mind.

                I also request you to inform the person name so that I can explain the case with proper documents and sort out the issue across the table.

                  I, Amitava Chowdhury, one of your obedient and existing customer of your esteemed State Bank of India, have faced one monetary problem of one of the SBI ATM in New Delhi.

                  Details are as follows:

                  On 04th February,2011 at evening 08:45,I have gone for drawing Rs 600/ from SBI ATM (ATM 1515,SBI Shop No. 52,Rajinder Nagar,New Delhi),but after giving all my details like PIN, Cash Withdraw button and all, unfortunately, the Power/electricity has gone off and my Account debited but the cash not dispensed. I am the obedient Customer of SBI for last 6 years and also am willing to look forward also but if the ATM services are like that and my Account debited but the cash not dispensed then I have to think about the status of SBI.

                  I would like to request you to solve this problem as priority basis and return my money to my Account .

                    I GOT A CALL 04 MONTHS BACK FROM BANGALORE TO HAVE INTEREST IN SBI RAILWAY CARD WHICH GIVES SOME FACILITIES.WHEN I AGREED TO TAKE A CARD THEN UR REPRESENTATIVE CAME MY WORKING PLACE IIN JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN) TO TAKE ID PROOF FROM ME.HE TOLD ME THAT U WILL GET A CARD WITHIN 03 WEEKS.THEN AFTER A GOT AMESSAGE i.e "Thank you for your interest in SBI Card.Your App No.[protected] is under process.Please give us 21 days to process your application." TILL NOWI DIDN'T GET ANY CARD BUT I GOT A MESSAGE i.e "We regret, we are unable to accept your request for SBI Card at this point of time as it does not meet our internal policy for card issuance." I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT BEING A GOVT EMPLOYEE IF I DON'T FULFILL YOUR REQUIREMENT TO HAVE A CARD THEN GOD KNOWS WHO ELSE WILL STAND IN YOUR REQUIREMENT.EITHER YOU GIVE ME SBI RAILWAY CARD OR SEND ME BACK MY SIGNED ID DOCUMENTS.IN 10 DAYS OTHERWISE I WILL BRING YOU IN TO CONSUMER COURT IN CASE OF TAKING ID PROOF WITHOUT NO REASON

                    IRCTC have approached me over Telephone from Bangalore about SBI Railway Card and accordingly nextday one of IRCTC agent came & collect relevant documents/photograph with the application. He told me Card would be provided within 15 days. But after 15 days someone else of IRCTC from New Delhi contacted & asked for the same. Again, One IRCTC representative contacted to meet me for the documents but did not turn up till now. Afterthat I have not received any call or issued with SBI Railway Card. Hence, I decided and instruct you, do not issue any SBI Railway Card on my name, if at all it is issued cancel the card immediately. I will not be responsible for any transaction/loss made on the card (if issued) since I have not received the Card till now.

                    on 28th august'2011 my documents has taken for sbi railway card and after one week latter a call comes from either delhi or anywhere regarding verifiction .as per earlier assurence card will come to us within 15 days but unfortunately 30 days has passed and card has not come to me.whats happend pl. inform-kalit kumar singh, d.o.b.-22/02/1966, jamshedpur

                      I had applied for Car loan with SBI Savedi Branch, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra on 15/01/2010. The loan agent assigned to me was Nitin L Awachar (mob:- [protected]). I had submitted all the documents asked at that time only. I was told the loan will be approved in 15 days. After following up the agent daily for 3 weeks, I was told that the loan was approved but when I went to bank the branch manager - Mr. Tadke asked me to produce the Home loan status report without which he cannot approve. I had already produced the my home loan statement as asked. The loan agent Mr. Nitin Awachar, had told me that I can take the disbursment today but, that did not happen as the responsible clerk was not available and NO in place clerk was assigned.

                      How can the loan agents and manager do not know which documents to produce and they ask the customer for new documents at the last moment. I had to cancel my car booking and bear a loss of Rs. 2100/-.

                        Dear Sir/Madam:
                        I have noticed several times that the SBI Money Exchange counter at the airport does not give printed receipts of the transaction. I was in a queue and saw that many uneducated/labour class people asking for receipt and the person behind the counter was shouting back at them asking why they wanted. When my turn came i demanded an receipt and he shouted back asking for my passport and made me stand for 10 mins as punishment.
                        Why are these people not issuing receipts? Is there some illegal transaction taking place? Why are video cameras not put in such key locations?
                        Pls do something about it.

                          SBI - Banking — Reporting Loss of ATM CArd

                          My ATM Card was swallowed by a machine. I tried locating a help line number to report this and if needed block the ATM Card. To my surprise

                          1. They only have a BSNL/MTNL toll free help line number. So, if you are not a BSNL MTNL customer you have to dail a bangalore based number which is charged.

                          2. I had to report the card loss, so i dialled that number - and what do you get - This is not a valid number ! or Please check the number you have dialled - I tried using 3 different mobile phones to dial the number but couldnt get through.

                          3. So I searched for more numbers - Their website gives city wise toll free numbers - again only for BSNL/MTNL users and some other numbers - Well no one picked the numbers !! I even tried calling other cities helplines - but again no one picked up the phone.

                          Lessons ???

                          1. SBI should bundle an MTNL/BSNL phone connection with their account!

                          2. The only solution is to pray that you dont have any problem with your account after office hours - I am doing that now - hoping no one mis uses my card.

                          Is someone reading these btw ???? or are we all wasting time here ??

                            This is to inform you that I have settled all dues of my SBI credit card as instructed by the person Ranjan Singh (said Br. manager SBI crdit card, Jamshedpur) Even finally at the time of last installment he checked his ledger and took the final payment and wrote on my offer letter "NO FURTHER DUES" Now I am getting regular threatining calls that my settlement has been cancelled and I'll have to again settle the said dues.

                            Sir, I am working in a private sector and monetary I am not able to go for a resettlement.

                            Pl. do the needful to get rid of these harassing calls.

                              RespectedSir, I wish to inform you that since past 2 years I have not received the SBI Card , even though I informed the matter through phone calls I was charged for the renewed card .You could view the details of my purchases ,if any and ascertian my claim. I have settled the loan taken 4 years back and also paid an additional Rs.550/- inspite of not receiving the card. I had contacted the office through the toll free No. and reported the change of address ,on not receiving the credit card, though the following month I received the statements, I did not get the credit card. Every time they said they will be sending it soon. This was least expected from a reputed bank like yours. This month again I have been sent a statement showing dues of Rs.550/- for renewal without receiving the credit card ,I wish to inform you that I don't need a SBI CREDIT card and to treat may treat my account as closed . And I request you to refund the money unfairly charged by you after thorough search of my payment details. This is not the first time I have requested you to look into the matter.                               CHARGING WITHOUT RECEVING THE CARD

                              RespectedSir,
                              I wish to inform you that since past 1 years I have not received the SBI Card Just now I have received an Statment showing outstanding amount Rs 1450 against fees & late payment fees. against card no [protected]

                              Till now I have not received any credit card from SBI, and where is the question of making payment of late payment fees & yearly charges.

                              kindly do the needful & clear the grievences.

                                I am Ravikumar, SBI credit card holder ( Credit card number : [protected] )
                                I had opted for a register and pay option to pay my LIC premium. And before opting for this service I confirmed with the SBI customer care[protected]about the details and they responded that within 3 working days the amount will be credited once you ask us to pay to the LIC.

                                I asked them to pay the LIC premium of Rupees 48471 on 17th Jan 2011 and the same time it has been debited in my SBI credit card account and it's reflecting in my statement. After 2 days that
                                is on 19th I checked out with the LIC and they responded that we have not received the amount. Again reached out your SBI customer care and enquired, the customer care executive responded that it will be paid within 72 hours, so please wait and check tomorrow.

                                Again on 20th when I checked with LIC they said that still they have not received the amount.

                                Meantime I checked with LIC in several ways to know where the problem is and sent mails to the concern departments and spoke to the customer care officers and I got to know that the amount is not credited to LIC.
                                So again I reached out the SBI customer care and asked that you say it will take 72 hours but it's more than that and why the amount is not credited? I got a hectic reply that the amount will be credited only on 28/01/2011 that's the date your policy due date. And I asked them that why you people have given a false commitment then ??? and why the account has
                                been debited even without paying the premium ?

                                And I asked them to revert the money back to my account, so that I will pay the money through cash directly to the LIC and get my paid receipt and can submit it today as 21/01/2011 is the last day for submission investment proof.

                                She ( Lavanya - supervisor ) responded me that she will get back to me at 2.00 PM ( 21/01/2011 ) and she will be reverting back the amount.

                                I didn’t got any phone call up to 2.30 from lavanya , and again I called up the customer care, This time a person called Pavithra had picked up the call , so I asked her to transfer it to Lavanya.
                                She puts me on hold and said that Lavanya is not available so you can talk to my supervisor ( Sathish ) and transferred the line to Sathish.

                                I explained the whole story to Sathis again and he puts me on hold for a long time and came back and said that the amount will be paid on 24th of Jan 2011. I.e.) 4 days prior to due date.
                                I asked him why you people give different response and it’s a false commitment from your end. So please raise a complaint and provide me the complaint number. He responded that the software is in problem so we can’t raise any complaint.

                                After hearing this I asked him to transfer to lavanya, he puts me on hold and responded that Lavanya is in very urgent meeting so you can’t talk to her now.

                                I am sure that the below issue will not be resolved immediately and instead I will be losing my money towards tax.

                                So I had paid my LIC premium through online and submitted the E-Receipt to my finance department and

                                I had sent an email of the above to the Vice President ( Divya ) '[protected]@ge.com' and i asked her to stop the payment through credit card, because of SBI customer care execuitves false commitment i had suffered and i made the payment to avoid tax.

                                But i didn't get any response from the vice president . Now my credit card account got debited 48471 and it's paid to LIC. Now it's showing double payment for my policy.

                                I am really freshtrated and did several follow ups but of no use. For past 2 weeks i am not able to concentrate on my work and totally depressed , it's alomst 50,000 rupees and mentally facing several problems.

                                I have all the mail proofs i can forward you.

                                I need the money back and i need compensation ..... they needto understand their fault... proper training needs to be given to the customer care executives.

                                Pelase help me out

                                  SBI — MISUSE OF ATM CARD

                                  My self kartik from bhopal.
                                  I've withdrawn rs.2000 from my sbi atm on thrusday(04.11.2010) at 13: 39 and then after when i want to withdraw some more money i again inserted my card at 13 :41 on the same day and i see the message i.e:'SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS' So i cancelled it.
                                  At that time my balance was 13247.00.Now when i withdraw rs.3000.00 in the evening at 20:40 i find that my balance was rs.8247.00.Somebody has withdrawn rs.2000 from my account.Would you please help me regarding this matter.

                                    My name is Subash Chandra Kandpal. I am having a saving a/c in SBI Haldwani Main Branch (Dist. Nainital – Uttarakhand) . My a/c No:[protected]. On 8.3.2011, I used my SBI ATM CARD at SBI ATM Machine near the main branch of SBI Haldwani to withdraw Rs 20, 000. But unfortunately, the money could not came out but the amount was deducted from my account.

                                    Immediately thereafter I made a complaint (8.3.2011) to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India Haldwani Main Branch and further follow ups, but regret to inform you that so far I have neither received the money nor any reply. Since I am defence personnel, it is not possible for me to go every day to the concerned Branch Manager to know the fate of my complaint.

                                    Kindly look into matter urgently and take necessary action to credit money back to my account

                                    Amrit lal account number [protected] with state bank of India Cantt brach Amritsar. tried to withdraw Rs.6000 from ATM HFBC NO[protected] Uttam nagar Delhi on 23-12-15 time 4.33 P.M as shown in message but the ATM not delivered me the cash and it was written on the screen transaction timed out.then I tried to get mini statement again the answer was transaction timed out.I asked the guard present their what is wrong with machine he said ATM has some trouble your amount wl be back in your account with in three minutes.then I went to another ATM HFBC No[protected] and withdraw Rs.6000.the slip got from there shows Rs. 6000. already withdrawn..pls solve my problem and refund Rs 6000. in my account which have not been paid to me by bank.

                                      This is Nitin Kumar Goel and I am Delhi. I have a salary account in SBI salt lake Kolkata account number is :[protected].
                                      I have purchased some item from RELIANCE FRESH LTD. Pandav Nagar DELHI with used SBI Dabit card. Amount was 319.50 RS.on 16-Jan-2011 but bank has detected that amount two times. Kindly look into attached bank statement.

                                      I have talked with RELIANCE FRESH LTD. DELHI they told, they have received only one time that 319.50 Rs amount and has told me to communicate with bank only bank will give my refundable amount.

                                      I had tried call to SBi customer care lot of time but its always show not reachable. I have drop lot of time mails but I don’t get any response from SBI.

                                      I have talked with SBi Delhi branch they told me they have transfer money 2 times in RELIANCE FRESH LTD and only RELIANCE FRESH LTD will refund you that money and for information you need to be contact with your Kolkata Branch.

                                      But sir I am in Delhi and I cant go in Kolkata and both party are lying and RELIANCE FRESH LTD. DELHI give me tread they will not give my money if RELIANCE FRESH LTD. Mombai will not refund same amount.

                                      However i have sign only one transaction slip.

                                      Request you to kindly take appropriate action and do need full help.

                                      sir,
                                      i shopped in reliance fresh outlet of nizampura area on 19th dec 2011 with reliance fresh card number [protected]. there was a failure transaction of rs. 678/ from the outlet machine and from that day onwards i have been visiting outlet and ICICI bank ( from which debit card amount got deducted) but there has been no intimation from the reliance fresh outlet. the executive also gave me application that they have not recieved the amount at there server and gave me the copy of it to submit in bank which i did. but now when i asked in bank they said that they have not recieved any report from reliance fresh outlet that they have not recieved the payment so in this way on sinle bill i paid twice rs. 678/- the customer care desk person is hopeless and not at all supportive. it has been 5 visits of mine from the date of bill and there is no proper response from reliance fresh.
                                      reliance fresh even does not have any email where i can submit my complaint . plz help me to get my money back

                                        But on 31/01/2011 i was in mira roads branch (SBI) near rassaz cinema at 2:45pm and banks working time is till 3:00pm i applyed for one Demand Draft in this branch and the lady i dont know the name but she is Muslim lady she denied my DD request than i spoken to Bank Manager she explained me after 1:30pm the system is off than i told her to pls give me in writing she accepted my request but that lady(Muslim lady) was asking me ( in ka har baar ka natak hai hamesha late atehai ) They dont know how to speak with customers they are getting salary for that how they denied direcly pls take my complaint seriously

                                        hello i m one of the bank holders of bank of india, nr.centre plaza, shantipark, miraroad(e).My daughter wanted a DD required for her university admission and so she went to the lady who was responsible for DD work..She was so rude to her, even she scolded her in front of everyone...These people should help the customers do their work, , but this lady i tell you was HORRIBLE.
                                        Even if one doesn't understand it's their job to make them understand what actually has to be done.
                                        wo dhamki tak deti hai..ki agli baar thoda sa bhi mistake huaaa to DD banega hi nahi..wo samajhti kya hai apne aaap ko..she might be getting frustated god knows wherever, , and just removes her frustations on dear customers.
                                        As soon as we enter the bank..it's written that staff should talk softly to customers...someone make that lady understand about that..either she doesn't understand hindi or english.
                                        I hope you will take some action about this...!!!
