I am a defence pensioner,drawing my pension through S B I dharampeth,Nagpur with A/C No-[protected].Till last four months the bank has started deducting more than my half pension stating that I have been over paid for the reasons known to them.I am constantly in touch with S B I pension office at New Mumbai for correction.they have mis-interpreted one letter of C D A(Pension)Allahabad and started deducting the pension arbitorily...

Abhaya Pandey this side, i got my account opened in SBI Bank, Sushant Lok Branch , Gurgaon on 9th of November, my a/c no. is [protected]. It's been 20 days now i havn't received my kit of ATM Card and cheque book, which, according to them has been forwarded to me on 11th of November 2010, they have also given me docket no. of the parcel for that matter, about which on enquiring, i found that no such parcel has...

It seems that staff of State Bank of India, Alipore is not willing to give proper service to the customer. I told you all what actually what happen with my mother.
My mother visited the bank few weeks back for extending our fixed deposit account for next three months.
