custumer name:SATVIR SINGH,acc..no..of s.b.i [protected],atm id :[protected],txn no:5707, i m satvir singh .i go to the p.n.b atm,mandi dabwali,sirsa ,haryana for cash withdrawn of 10000 rupees.when i give command to the atm machine for cash withdrawn of 10000 ruppees.the atm machine not pay to me the cash but less the 10000 ruppes in to my account.plz send my balance in my account as soon poosible.when this is all happened the date is[protected] and time is 10:47am.

    Dear sir/madam,
    This is to bring to your notice that I am willing to transfer my SBI savings account from Rourkela NIT branch to any of the Bangalore branches. But on inquiring in a couple of branches in Bangalore, I came across many unfriendly Branch Managers who not only deny to proceed with transfer but also asked me to return back to Rourkela and give a transfer application in person to the manager there.
    Since, I no more visit the place and the last time I visited was 6yrs back, I wont be able to go there and do the formalities myself.
    I requested the manager in Bangalore branch to get this transfer done internally with in the bank, but the managers were very rude and unfriendly. I am not sure if after all this, I will go ahead with transfer of account or to close the account forever.

    For closing of the account also, I was told to go to Rourkela branch and get it done. So basically, I cannot take my money out nor transfer the account.

    Please help and suggest what to do to get this done. Is there any grievance redressal unit in SBI or RBI where we can lodge complaints.

    PS:-My ATM has been deactivated as well. If for all the problems we need to go to the case branch, then what is the point in declaring SBI under CBS scheme. It still follows the age old procedures unlike the modernised banks like ICICI/HDFC/UCO bank.

            Sir,
            I have opened an Savings Bank account in Thanjavur, branch code: 4899 (Ave Maria complex, Trichy Road, Thanjavur). My A/c No: [protected].
            The ATM pin number was given to me on the first day of opening the account. But unfortunately it was tried after 1 month and it didnt work. Currently I am in Shanghai, and will be here for the next year. My mother is using my ATM card.
            I have requested the bank many times to provide the new ATM pin to her. My mother went over there several times. They all the time kept telling to submit the same letter in different formats. So many mails with my signature attested was sent to the branch manager Mr. Muralidharan directly. But so far I did not get any response.
            My mother is currently using cheques signed by me to withdraw money and he has also set limitation on the cheque that no more than 20000 rs can be withdrawn. What sort of bank will set these kind of limitation.
            I really regret for opening a savings account in SBI which is not convenient for me to transfer my hard earned money home. Please help me in this issue.

                I had got Internet Banking User Id and Password kit.
                I logged in using the same and changed my User Id, Password.
                But while changing the Pofile Password suddenly my Internet got disconnected.
                Now while i am trying to log in again its not logging in by using any of the user id's i.e., by the kit given by bank or by the user name created by me.

                please suggest a solution.

                I am a consumer of SBI Saharsa Main Branch having A/C no. [protected]. I had applied for the Internet Banking in my Branch and after giving the application on 30.10.2008 I got the USERID and PASSWORD in the evening of the same day. After receiving the ID and PWD when I login through internet I got the result as Invalid UserID and Password. Today allmost after 3 days I still found the same problem in login in. Pls suggest me what to do and arrange to provide me a valid USERID & PASSWORD so that I am able to access the services.

                Actually I have an SBI Account in BALASORE Industrial Estate Branch, Balasore, Orissa.I had applied an application for Internet Banking User id & Passeword.But Till now I did not get.When I go to Bank They tell me that Come tomorrow..This things happen daily.Then what Shall I do? How Can I get my Internet Banking User Id & Password? Plz Tell me...
                I have also an NRI account at BALASORE Industrial Estate Branch, Balasore, Orissa. First time they provided me a packet for internet login. When I establised the account, next time it started saying invalid login. I have been calling and requesting over two months, there is no luck. They said you have sent the letter to the branch so that they can issue a new one. But so far there is no luck. Hope one day the largest bank in India can complete its private counter part.
                I have been issued "Internet Banking Kit" by SBI Sangamner Branch on 26/10/2012 and it is supposed to be activated within next 24 working hours. Same is not yet activated by SBI. I have even lodged a complaint on website of SBI with complaint No. IB[protected]. SBI Sangamner is not responding to my complaint.

                  Please treat this as URGENT
                  This is the complaint against AGM, BM, State Bank of India, Anna Salai Branch, Chennai.
                  Vivekananda Kalvi Nilayam, T.Nagar, Chennai (VETA) had submitted my PF withdrawal form for final payment to PF office(Chennai) on 7th December 2009.
                  I have contacted PF office several hundreds of time (as am based at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh) to get information about the fate of my PF amount. I could not get proper response from PF. On 6th April I got a letter No.TNMAS/CASH/[protected]/122/49/1C/03/03/2010/11 dated 12.03.2010 addressed to the State Bank of India, Jawahar Chowk Branch, Above Archana Pathology, New Market, Bhopal and copy to me wherein I found that the cheques has been sent to the wrong address as State Bank of India instead of State Bank of Indore. Whereas I have mentioned in application form as “ STATE BANK OF INDORE, JAWAHAR CHOWK BRANCH, ABOVE ARCHANA PATHOLOGY, NEW MARKET, BHOPAL” SB Account No.[protected], However I contacted my banker(State Bank of Indore, Bhopal) as well as State Bank of India, TT Nagar, New Market Branch, Bhopal, they said that they have not received any letter or cheque so far. I sent a letter to PF Redressal addressed to Mr.R.Chandra In June 2010. Then also they have shown me no response. Finally verbally somebody in CASH told me that my cheque No.442239/29.10.2010/Rs.43,256/- & cheque No. 149842/29.10.2010/Rs.12,935/- has been sent from PF to SBI Annasalai.

                  As till date the said amount has not come to my account, I approached SBI, Annasalai Branch, Chennai. Now the bank people say Rs.12935/- has gone to some other persons account & Fate of Rs.43256/- under the question mark of whereabouts.

                  From the above it clearly shows the irresponsibility and carelessness of both
                  1) PF department has sent the cheque to WRONG Bank (now it is one and the same as it is merged)
                  2) Bank has neither returned to PF Office and transferred that amount to some bodies accounts and not to my account.
                  I am a very poor earning member and depended on the salary. Because of this I could not even pay my son's & daughters school & college fees timely. Ultimately they both have taken drop this year. As I was not in the Job I had to borrow money on 20% interest. Now even that interest also I cannot offered.
                  I request the Forum to get me relief from SBI, Anna Salai and settle my claim totally comes to Rs.2.5 lakhs (From Bank & PF Department) with penalty. Atleast Forum will help to return my hard earned money.

                    My name is N. Yesupadam, Ex- MCME – II, Service No.095676 Y (NAVY) I am a defence pensioner and drawing pension from SBI, Naval Base, Visakhapatnam (1610) branch. My PPO number is 09/97/B/S/1045/95, dated 22.05.1995 ( NAVY ) and the SB Account number is [protected]
                    This is to complain about the ONE RANK ONE PENSION ARREARS for the period of July 2009 to till today, which is already paid to all other pensioners is not been paid to me so far. When self enquired to the concerned Branch of SBI, it was informed to me that they have not received the same from the Local Head Office, Hyderabad.

                    It is requested that necessary arrangements to be made at the earliest to pay me the arrears.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have taken a Home loan from State Bank of India. As per the agreement in between me and bank, the 1st year interest rate is 8%. For that I have given 12 cheques for monthly deduction of interest from my bank a/c.

                      14th or 15th of every month the payment has recd to bank after clearing the cheque. In the month of November also the cheque has cleared. But on 23.11.2010, Rs. 167/- has deducted from my bank a/c against the cheque return. I have confirm with my bank about the same. They told me that the cheque which deposited for Rs. 14677/- has been rejected due to insufficient balance in your bank a/c.

                      I have not given any cheque to any other person except to State Bank of India. So I contacted to SBI executive about the same. They told me that, we have given the cheque for clearing for Rs. 14677/- (cheque against the some kind of Insurance as per they said). But the cheque has not cleared. They given the cheque may be on 19th or 20th of November 10 for clearance without inform to me.

                      I asked them that why you people has not inform me about the cheque clearance. Their answer to me that we have not inform to customer before sending to cheque for clearance.

                      I have shocked after this answer. This is really bad thing which done by SBI.

                          The EMIs of my Home Loans are as under:
                          1.A/c No.:[protected]=EMI:16531.00 revised to 18080.00
                          2.A/c No.:[protected]=EMI:2997.00.

                          The above EMIs have been withdrawn by cheque on 11.11.2010
                          Again the same EMIs have been attempted to withdraw by ECS on 16.11.2010 without informing me.
                          The EMI 2997.00 have been withdrawn whereas the ECS of 18080 .00 failed due to lack of funds.
                          My bank BOB levied a penalty of Rs.83.00 for this UNSOLICITED failure.This has spoiled my credit record also.
                          Hence you are requested to: 1. UNDO this Double transaction to re-establish my credit rating.
                          2.Refund the penalty amount of Rs,83.00
                          3.Make sure that only one EMI of Rs.18080.00 is withdrawn on 16.12.2010 ,the due date of ECS
                          4.Do needful to check such mistakes in future.

                            I also have the same problem, "You do not have any accounts mapped to this username", and I am not able to find any solution from the SBI's website. The Bank's site is dicey and is not at all customer friendly.

                            Hello big Dignitaries, you all are getting salaries on monthly basis. Put yourselves in our shoes (customers') and you would realize what it is like. Please put up something on your website as to how to overcome this "mapping" problem, the steps, one by one. And what is this mapping?

                            You need a lot of changes to make your so called Inter-banking workable for a customer.
                            Besides mapping, you have anomalies in Transaction rights etc. and the branch never replies, even the higher ups too. Since there is nothing on your Home page for this, a customer like me feels stranded. Let me know if you need examples or instances in this regard.

                            THIS IS THE ANSWER FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS SOUNDING "ACCOUNT NOT MAPPED", IF THE USER HAS TAKEN THE NETBANKING KIT JUST A DAY BEFORE AND COMES WITH THIS KIND OF PROBLEM.. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR ATLEAST A DAY ALLOWING THE BRANCH TO ACTIVATE/LINK YOUR A/C NO TO THE NETBANKING SYSTEM. IF YOU LOGGED IN AND CHANGED YOUR INITIAL LOGIN NAME AND PASSWORDS, THEN NOTHING IS PENDING FROM YOUR SIDE. UNTIL THEN YOU DON'T HAVE THE TRANSACTION RIGHTS. JUST SIT RIGHT HAVE A COFFEE. WAIT FOR A DAY. THANK YOU.

                                    I am a defence pensioner,drawing my pension through S B I dharampeth,Nagpur with A/C No-[protected].Till last four months the bank has started deducting more than my half pension stating that I have been over paid for the reasons known to them.I am constantly in touch with S B I pension office at New Mumbai for correction.they have mis-interpreted one letter of C D A(Pension)Allahabad and started deducting the pension arbitorily without any explaination.Their mobile phone in most of the times not reachable.This heavy deduction has put me and my family under tremenous mental and financial stress.
                                    I request the bank authorities to kindy restore my pension to full or give me writting the reasons for this unpresedent deduction .
                                    I shall be obliged if immediate relief is provided to me.

I wish SBI would grow liberal in explaining the grounds of such actions before causing undue embarrassment to a defence pensioner.                                         An amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) was debited from my amount on
                                        10 Nov 2009 between 1515 hrs to 1520 hrs when I have made transaction with my ATM from State Bank of India, TCA Leh ATM. Counting was done by the ATM but the amount does not come out and the amount (Rs.20,000/-) was debited from my bank A/c No [protected]. I went to the branch manager and ask him about the case he says that it is the fault of system and the amount will be credited automatically within 2 days. But even after 2 days the amount is not credited into my amount No [protected].

                                        You are requested to look into the matter and credit the amount at the earliest to my above mentioned account.
