dear sir/madam,

i ajeet kumar yadav have account([protected]) with ur bank since long time but i had made withdrawal from ur bank atm on 04.11.2010. of rs.2700 but atm replied transaction not completed,
then i went to another atm o[censored]r and ther only 200 amount withdrawn made from this atm bt this time atm transection completed when i check my account balance i found tht the my account has been debited by amount of RS.2500 bt actually made by me once only 200 hundred

i had complained everywhere in branch , atm connected branch , customer care of state bank of india bt no solution is made yet to my account so please help me wht further step i ahve to taken for it

i totally fade up from the response of the bank employee
please help me

    I am Bablesh kumar A Account Holder, Branch In amanpur My A/c No[protected] Sir This Number on Activated Internet banking.
    But not use the internet banking, Third Party Transfer Amount. Sir This Problem continues Inform the Branch Manager Amanpur.
    But Don't Response me. Branch manager asked the, not present Net Officer Five Days came, After Five Days contact The Branch,
    next time the Ans. next day came. Sir this condition continues running maximizes time seven months.

        Hi Sir/Madam,
        I am having SBI credit card from 3 years. I am planning to use the SBI ENCASH option but the amount given as EMI is not matching with the actual amount which i calculated with EMI calcuter provided by SBI.
        for RS 68000/. at 9% for 12 months EMI should be Rs 5947/. but in SBI card website its given as around Rs 6150/.

        could you please check whether the EMI value given in SBI Crad website is given is wrong or interest rate given as 9% is wrong.

        I hope i will get clarification of my question.

          Dear sir.
          on dated 06/09/2010.time 12:56pm i entered ATM center ashok circle, koppal,karnataka for withdrawal Rs.15000/- machine gives only slip,wich shows Rs.15000/- withdrawaled.but Rs.15000/- not recieved.
          so i submitted the complaint to my SBI branch lakshmeshwar (code.2229) but no result.
          it is my second complaint to you sir.there is no action taken to my previus complaint.
          i am mentaly and physicaly disturbed.because i lost my Rs.15000/- Please refund my amount.i thank full to you for life long.

          Respected sir.
          My account no.[protected].state bank of india. Lakshmeshwar.(code-2229) karnataka.
          On 06/09/2010 time 12:56pm i entered my atm card for whthdrawal Rs.15000/- in SBI atm at ashok circle,koppal,karnataka. machine shows Rs.15000/- less from my account .
          While this amount not withdrowal from my account actually.
          I submitted complaint in the state bank of india branch lakshmeshwar,where i have account.
          But bank not take of resposnsibility for customer's problem.so, therefore i mentely distorb because i lost Rs.15000/- so please give my this amount, and i heartly thankful for long long time.

            Sir,
            I am maintaining my pension current account no. [protected] with SBI main branch Sector 17 (Branch code 00628) and i have two ATM cards one domestic and another international (Gold ATM card). During my journey to Mandi on 18th of this month my purse was stolen and I had lost all my cards.

            I have tried my level best to contact [protected] to get the cards blocked but they are not picking it up.

            kindly block / stop operations on these cards and oblidge.

                Sir,
                I had applied for SBI Gold & More Credit Card. My Form No. is S[protected] which was completed on 01 Oct 2010. I am fully eligible for this card as I am drawing more than Rs. 5 lacs annual income. All formalities were completed and all concerned documents were sent to the rep of your bank. But I have received a SMS today that the bank has rejected my application. Kindly let me know how an application of Para Military Staff person is rejected because on the other side Govt of India is providing facility to Para Military Personnel by PMSP account. I have an account in your bank which I think I should close due to not responding /providing facilities by your bank. Waiting for your reply.

                  My brother (Rajesh Kothari) has booked hotel through SBI Credit Card in offer of Rs.8000.00 when Hotel Naini Retreate has given confirmation for the same and given date 08th Sept 2010 to 10th Sept 2010. when he is reaching to hotel the person was says we have taken booking for our other hotel. Now, hotel rent for Naini Retreate is Rs.14000/day (approx) while they have sifted him in Rs.100/day hotel.

                    This card was offered to me by one of your agent saying that there is not any processing or maintenance fee for this card under some scheme, but at the time of verification I requested the officer to put my application on hold as there was some deviation in the offer given to by the agent and the verification officer. In spite of that request of holding my application, the card was processed and was sent to me on my communication address, but because I was not in town I was unable to receive it. Finally I denied for the card when an executive from SBI ([protected]) called me to confirm the address for re-dispatching the same. Out of my surprise I received the message from LM-SBI Cards today on my number (+91 [protected]) of the amount due on my credit card which I have already denied.

                    I have applied for this card, which was offered to me by one of your agent saying that credit card will be delivered within 20 working days, till date no credit card is delivered. the most important thing that I have got message in my mobile that transaction of Rs.1680/- made on SBI CREDIT card at cpp assisstance 0n 22 oct 2012. till credit card was sent to me on my communication address.                       Sub; complaint about service of Nagarbavi second stage branch, Bangalore. Branch code: 11819
                      Respected sir,
                      I am a lecturer of KTG college of nursing. On 16/11/2010 I went to state bank of india, Anjana Nagar branch, Bangalore for the money transaction to account numbers [protected] and [protected]. Because of the system failure I cant able to do my transaction there. They gave an explanation that there system had some complaints so that transactions to other branchs is not possible for one week.
                      This made me to move to the other nearest branch of SBI.

                      I reached at Nagarbavi second stage branch (code: 11819) at 10:45 am. When we reached there itself we enquired whether the other branch transaction is possible there or not. They gave us an answer that its possible their and instructed to take a token and wait for the call. We took the tokens 66 and 67 and waited there for one hour . When they called our token we approached the counter no. 2 But when the person in that counter saw the paying slip that we collected from Anjana nagar branch, he refused to give me the service. When I asked about that she gave an explanation that the system got some failure. But the transactions of other people who reached before and after my chance got there services and they did their transactions. When we asked about more explanation she refused to say anything and in a rude way told me to meet the manager.

                      So I moved towards the manager expecting he will solve my issue. The way the manager behaved to me is so embarrassing. He interacted with me very rudely saying that he cant do anything for me and he is not supposed to give services for other SBI branch account holders. He continued that the employees here in this branch are meant for working for mother branch account holders. when I requested him to behave in a polite way he shouted, saying that he can able behave like this only and challenged me to complaint at anywhere regarding this. He did all this in front of other staffs and customers of bank.
                      Finally I moved to Magadi branch and did my transactions there.

                      As an SBI account holder whether I deserve this type of harassment at their banks? Why they refused to give me services? In the advertisements of SBI they are giving various attractive captions like “banker of Indian people”, “always with you”, ”the only pure banking”.. etc. What is the similarity in this captions with their services? If they are not able to give services to their account holders how they became “the banker of Indian people”. They refused to give the services that all banks should provide to their customers as per banking laws.

                      I requesting you to consider my complaint and help us to get good services from SBI branches that I mentioned above.

                        Sir,
                        This is about 3-4 months back when I had received call from SBI Credit Card Division requesting me to apply for a credit Card. Initially I refused as I already hold two cards. To lure me this executive assured a minimum of 3 lacs credit limit just on a payment of joining fee of Rs. 500/- (without mentioning taxes extra). This really seemed somewhat worth applying for. So I went ahead and applied for it, submitting all the relevant papers. Thereafter ppl from the bank visited my home and office address for verification. Once that was done I got the cards along with add on cards in about a month's time. To my shock and surprise the credit limit offered was a meagre Rs. 32,000/-. This was so embarassing. When I raised a complaint on this and wanted to cancel all my cards, some executive Ms. Selvy at the customer care assured to take up the case and assured that the joining fee would be reversed and also pleaded that I continue with the card. I even got a call from the cards division in Chennai stating that the complaint would be registered against the executive and that someone from the division wold call up informing the enhancement of my credit limit. Based on this information, I used my card for fuel purchase worth Rs. 1200/-.
                        Even after my repeated complaints I am yet to get any statement from SBI.Some days later I just got a message on my mobile that my joining fee is payable by the due date. When enquired I was told that the same has been reversed and that I need to pay only Rs. 1230/- for my fuel purchase. Now where has this Rs. 30 come from when it is clearly stated that there is 0% surcharge on fuel purchase above Rs. 400/-.
                        Today when again I got a call from Chennai on my complaint mail, I requested the executive to cancel my cards. On this I was once again handed over to the closure supervisor at Chennai - Ms. Selvy and she advised me to apply for a credit enhancement after four months. Why should I waste my time and apply for this ? It was SBI who came looking for patronage and not us going over asking for cards. Firstly I was fooled into applying on false assurance and now I am to apply for enhancement. Over the discussion, God knows what went through this female's mind and she started to laugh. Aint this something really humiliating ? I am making a complaint and the staff on the other end finds it so funny. Now I am not going to pay for even my fuel purchase unless this lady calls up and apologises for her behaviour.
                        I do hope you will look into the matter and do the needful.

                          after that next day i saw mini statement, show 1000 rupes withdrawal on 15 nov

                            Dear Sir,
                            Through SBI ATM card, bearing No.[protected], to-day I have pressed the withdraw button in your Axix Bank ATM counter at Mangaldai Karimchowka to withrow the amount of Rs. 2200/- But not a single amount of rupees have been come out from the said ATM counter at that moment. After a while when I check out the Mini Statement it is seen that the said amount of rupees have been minus from my total balance of the account, bearing no [protected]. I therefore request you kindly to return my said amount of rupees as early as possible.

                            I was withdrawing a sum of Rs.4, 000/-on dt.01.08.2012 from SBI ATM located at Azimabad, Balasore.odisha But in the said ATM money didn’t come out, rather the balance statement come out with deduction of Rs.4, 000/-.& there is a wrong debit of Rs.4, 000/- against my A/C no.[protected].                               1. Please refer to my SBI, Binnaguri Cantt, Jalpaiguri (WB) DSP Account No [protected], Name:Nimai Ch Mondal/Mrs Sima Mandal.(HQ 20 Mtn Div, c/o 99 APO).

                              2. It is submitted that a sum of Rs 5000/- has been erroneously deducted from my account while withdrawing a sum of Rs 5000/- from Axis Bank ATM, Binnaguri Military Station on 04 Nov 2010 in between from 1322 hours to 1325 hours vide my ATM card No[protected]. I am surprised to received the SMS from BZ-CBS-SBI that intimating the following deductions have been made :-

                              (a) On 04 Nov 10 (1322/1323 hours) - I have been withdrawn Rs 5000/-
                              and the same deducted is correct.

                              (b) On 04 Nov 10 (1324/1325 hours) - Amount not withdrawn, but Rs
                              5000/- is erroneously deducted from my account. And also confirmed
                              from my account that the deduction made is incorrect.

                              3. In view of the above, may I request you to kindly register my complaint look into the matter, so that I can get back the money at the earliest please.

                                  Today(15/11/2010) I asked the status of my card(Appli No. B[protected]). Already there are 2 credit card statements has been generated for payments. The fact is I am yet to receive my credit card, PIN numbers and any statements. Now I feel any how the recovery man can find out wherever I am on the earth to collect money for "UNDELIVERED CARD" .

                                  To whomsoever it may concern:
                                  A real story drama of “Undeliverable Card” made by SBI card and Firstflight Courier and still running more than 100 days only in Gurgaon and Chennai.
                                  Special technique: Making insufficient address from sufficient address.
                                  I
                                  I have opened a savings account and deposited Rs 21300/- to the Nanganallur SBI Branch on 18th August 2010 after the assurance of Gold Credit Card Scheme. After all verifications with originals of my driving license, ration card and pan card etc., I have opened and got my savings account passbook and deposit certificate. Mr. Prakash of SBI Nanganallur Branch has serviced and assured me that my card will be reached to my residential address within 10 days.
                                  Details: SBI savings account:[protected], Nanganallur Branch, Chennai-600061. Application form no. B[protected].
                                  Firstflight courier : Consignment number: CC6587026 and again given umpteen number of times address and mobile numbers, the 2nd time: Consignment number: CC7043896.
                                  SBI has started their usual extraordinary service and they told me and also SBI card portal shown that your Gold Credit Card will be dispatched within 10 days. However, I appreciate the SBI way of telling 101 reasons for 101 days to the customers and really SBI’s thought provoking way of answering illogical reasons are highly appreciable.
                                  I have undergone more than a baby delivery pain during these 100 days of delivery and till date no sign of relief of delivery pain. However, I would have told address of my residence to umpteen number of people and answered umpteen number of calls of SBI and made many personal visit to SBI branch , Nanganallur. SBI Card staff has come twice to my residence for residential verification. In spite of all verifications, and repeatedly told to concern people about my address with mobile numbers still my address is insufficient.
                                  I really got fed up and sickened to find out the way of making my address at least sufficient if not anything in my life.
                                  Hence I would like to know the SBI way of making “Sufficient Address”. However one of my friend suggested that make somehow due of Rs.100/- to SBI and it will make any insufficient addresses will immediately will become well known address not only to SBI but also for the entire neighborhood community.

                                  I would like to know the logic of the following observation by your Chennai Staff:
                                  On 13th October shows “ Party Not Available”
                                  On 14th October shows “ Insufficient Address”
                                  I was very much available on 13th October 2010 at the above mentioned address. How come the much verified residential address for Credit Card becomes “insufficient” for more than a month with this current mobile world.
                                  The second consignment CC 7043896 is also says the same old story inspite of providing a more details with land mark to Chennai Office.
                                  I really do not understand the logic behind these logistic errors.
                                  I feel that many reasons would have not taken place and would have delivered a month ego if the real interest has shown a little.
                                  I really interested to know the SBI way of making insufficient address to send a “Gold Card” because after 100 days effort still maintaining the status of showing “ will be dispatched within 10 days”.
                                  No wonder a SBI recovery man may soon will find out wherever I am on the earth to collect non payment for my credit card payment for running 100 days of “Delivery Card” produced by SBI Card and Firstflight Courier.
                                  I solicit your cooperation to make my address at least “Sufficient” to relieve my all delivery pain in future.

                                    on date 3.11.10 an amount of 45999 rupees debit from my account at the time of shopping but transition was time out.so the amount was not added to the shopowners account.already i complained in sbi .but still 11 days gone they are not taking any action against my complain.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have an savings account [protected] in SBI Dowlaiswaram branch. I have also having home loan in this branch [protected]. I was send notice from SBI RASMECCC&SARC, Rajahmundry to pay the irregularity amount pertaining to the housing loan for Rs. 3622/- vide letter Dt. 11.11.2010 recived on 12.11.2010. According to the reciept of the notice, an amount of Rs. 3650/- was paid to the credit of my home loan account on 13.11.2010.

                                      For all that, my friend has deposited an amount of Rs. 2000/- on 11.11.2010 to the credit of my savings account to attend my domestic needs. But, the amount was credited my account and shown as NO FEE and shown the balance is Rs. 2568.00- instead of Rs. 3000.00+above. Whenever, I try to drawn the amount from SBI ATM, it shows the slip as response code is 070.

                                      The reasons for locking my ATM operation is not known to my self till now and no one have responded on my oral complaint and ignored my requests even contacted the persons responsible and i am very dipressed to such incident occurred, unlocked my ATM without any intimation which is very cruel and harassing manner.

                                      Hence, requested to take tangible action and do justice. Thanking you

                                      SBI Home Loan — Fine Error Correction charges

                                      Im getting FIne Error correction charges getting deducted from my account every month in the multiples of 2500. Nobody from SBI is ready to explain the reson for the same. Im sick & tired of contacting SBI for the same.

                                        Manager- Customer Services,

                                        I am a SBI Gold & More Card customer who recently signed up with SBI. I received my card only yesterday upon which I registered myself to your online services. Today morning at 9.00 AM IST to check my outstanding and due date I decided to login to the SBI website with my login credentials. It was then I got the shock of my life when your summary page showed that I owe your bank an amount of Rs.47694 while it was only 550+ till yesterday. I just could not come out of this shock for about 15 mins because the name on the account was Naveed Khan. I felt completely cheated and was regretting for sigining up with SBI to have only become a victim of fraud.

                                        On further investigation I realized that though the name on account matched with mine rest of the details didnt. The last 4 digits of the card # was different, the mobile number was different and the place was completely different.

                                        This seems to be a different Naveed Khan in total but what is concerning me now is that someone sitting somewhere else might be accessing my account. I will be contacting my lawyer to give you a legal notice on info security breach and to claim a compensation. I demand and immediate action. If required I will not hesistate to publish this mail on web.

                                        You guys have already spoilt my Sunday. Please do not call me!! All communications will be done thru mail on this regard to have everything documented.
