I have placed an order of Redgear Shadow amulet keyboard on 4 September 2021 and cancelled the order on 6 September 2021 at Amazon India. The price of the product was Rupees 1637. The order Id of the product is[protected]. The date of the initiation of refund is 7 September 2021 but I still did not receive the refund. Here is the reference number of the refund 141342.

      I've opened savings account on Feb 2021 and now it's September, I'm still not able to withdraw any of my own money from the bank, it says "CIF not scrutinized by lcpc"
      I even went to the branch and registered a complaint like a month ago yet nothing. Extremely disappointed in SBI and it's unprofessional service.

        I have opened my account in SBI ABHANPUR I'm not able to withdraw any amount as it says CIF NOT SCRUTINIZED BY LCPC . And I'm not getting any solution from the branch itself.

          My name is shibumahato and I had ordered a product of RS.949 ptorn air buds in Amazon on 20 August 2021 of Purchase on amazon& I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 23august 2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but our nearest branch denied me Bank doesn't have such policy.               I ordered some electrical components in Amazon's online shope worth rupees 614 /-and rupees 400/- but order cannot delivered by the seller. Amazon's inform me that refund of both has been initiated and will be credited in 4 to5 business days. but
              It didn't credited.amazone gave me the refund reference numbers and ask me to contact the bank. But I can't make it due to covid 19.

                It is surprising that SBIcap is earning so much by way of brokerage but not performing its duties at all.Lots of times (3-4)the requests with the documents were submitted to the REGIONAL OFFICE with acknowledgments from them and scanned copies forwarded to the HO but HO refusing to issue DIS booklet even once.Says it hasn’t received any request from RO
                How will a customer transfer stocks without DIS slips?
                The RO is really hopeless.Lots of follow ups through e mails, messages and calls done but no action taken by them.A deaf ear to our requests.Hopeless service.
                Kindly take action against them.

                    On[protected], around 02:56 a.m, I ordered panasonic tab on flipkart, amount debited from my account 9474, but order was not placed .. contacted the flipkart agency saying that the merchant not received the payment .. due to techincal error from bank end ..amount was not credited.. flipkart agency saying that contact the bank ..I also given a complaint in consumer forum regarding this transaction aganist flipkart ... Till now no response from them...look into your side as they are saying that it was a failed transaction... Look into the issuse seriously, as it was around 2 months till now no refund to my account either from bank end or from flipkart agency.. payment was made through Google pay linked with sbi .

                      I have ordered infinite fuze bluetooth speaker from Amazon on 30 August 2021.Order id[protected].But cancelled the product and Amazon intiate my refund of ₹1413 .The expected date for credit the amount in my bank account is 7 th September but till now I have not received any money .The bank has not credit the amount till now.I request to the bank to look my matter and please credit the amount in my account as soon as possible.Refund reference number (Amazon)ONUS20210903

                                    I have recently transferred amount worth ₹50000 from my PhonePe account. Amount was deducted from my bank account where as it is showing as transfer failed in my PhonePe account.

                                        I was holding 39 shares on ex date and dividend was to be [protected]@Rs.10/share but only Rs.70 was credited to my bank account and after rigorous follow up for a-month onlyRs.170 was credited to my ledger after a month.SBIcap is continuously asking me to follow up with the RTA which is useless since RTA pays on the basis of details submitted by the depository.
                                        SBIcap is following illegal policy by retaining our dividends and the people working at the back office have little knowledge of law and keep on arguing unnecessarily.
                                        I have to copy paste the relevant part of law but still they are not aware of the difference between the record date and ex date.

                                        The ex-date or ex-dividend date is the trading date on (and after) which the dividend is not owed to a new buyer of the stock. The ex-date is one business day before the date of record. The date of record is the day on which the company checks its records to identify shareholders of the company.

                                        People hired by SBIcap seem to be lacking in knowledge of law and need to be educated to do justice to their work.
                                        I had submitted my holdings on ex date but still they are prolonging things unnecessarily.
                                        The same is the case with grasim dividend.
