I have a SBI joint SB a/c vide No [protected] with e-banking facility at SBI, Chandipur(Code-11387), PO-Math Chandipur-721659, Dist-East Medinipur (W.B.). The user name / password given to me by my branch have been changed by me later and used by me. After few days, when I want to see the a/c statement position then it shown that the"invalid user name / password'. For this, I met with Branch Manager of my branch,...

AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES OF STATE BANK OF INDIA ARE ALWAYS UNGUARDED AND HENCE ACT AS ACTING GROUNDS FOR MISCREANTS. IN THE SAME WAY DURING THE LAST FEW MONTHS SBI CUSTOMERS HAVE UNDERGONE MANY MISHAPS AS THE MISCREANTS TAMPER WITH THE MACHINES AND ROB THE INNOCENTS ONE WAY OR THE

Dear Sir/Madam

this is with regards to the money deducted from my Account No.[protected], Panjab University Chandigarh Branch of State Bank of India for which i have not received money from your ATM at Sector-23 Market, Chandigarh.

At around 8 P.M. (03/04/2010) i used my ATM Card to withdraw Rs. 8000 from your Bank ATM located in the Sector-23, Chandigarh but received the comment'TRANSACTION DECLINED"....

On 29 mar 2010 i deposited a cheeque of rs 1 lakh to my mothers sbi account in santipur, westbengal branch

this was a insurance claim check , but the money is not yet credited to the account ,
the check is issued from Chennai

please guide me, do i need to take any steps or just wait few more days ?...

I have a savings account with State Bank of India, Egmore, Chennai. My account number is [protected]. Inspite of maintaining balance of Rs.1000, on[protected] my account hs been debited with Rs.200 as Min Bal charges. I would like you to enquire this and take necessary steps to get my money back. I would request SBI to return my money. Otherwise i might have to close the account with SBI.

Sir, on 31st March, 2010 at 20.15 hrs i widhdrew a sum of Rs.2000/= from A/C no,[protected] of SBI from the ATM ID S1AC01086701 OF SBI , CARD NO.622018XXXXXXXXX7 TXN no.9316. On 2nd april 2010 i came to know that one note of rs 1000 bearing number 8AC 291088 is fake as noticed at D-Mart, Near Vishwakarma Mandir, Gandhinagar Highway, Ahmedabad.while making payment against their cash memo no.BD-0636 dated 2.4.10.Please treat it as my comlaint...

I had withdraw Rs 100/- from the branch ATM (atm id-S1AN[protected] on 3rd feb 10 at 1.40pm. (receipt no 3940). Before withdrawing Rs 100 /- my balance was Rs 66308/- (receipt no 3939, time 1.40pm) but after withdrawing Rs100/- my balance is showing Rs 56208/- (receipt no 3946, time 1.46pm).Rs 10000/- is showing withdraw for the ATM .

sir, on 01 APR 2010 I did an online transaction to purchase a E-ticket on 3201 PATNA LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS FROM PATNA TO LOKMANYA TILAK(LTT) BOARDING ON 16 APR 2010 AT PATNA. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI DEBIT CARD payment gateway AFTER A LONG PROCEESING the transaction timed out. However, the money was deducted from my debit card. AFTER VERIFYING THE STATUS SOON THE RESERVATION STATUS WAS SAME THAT...

Sir, I withdrew 2000/- from SBI ATM using SBI ATM cum debit card. Next day when i checked my account, money was deducted twice on the same transaction number. Plz suggest me the solution.
