Sir,
I have an ATM card of State Bank of travancore.On dated 11/17/2010 at time 18:27. I used the card no.[protected]
at SBI ATM having ATM ID S10A[protected] located at sholinganallur chennai. I put the card in ATM made the
Transaction for withdrawal of Rs 1400/- but I didn't received any thing, after a short while of time it showed "Connection lost time out".
But from my account Rs. 1400/- had been deducted.
I also had called there help line "[protected]" and registered a complaint.
But still rest amount is not credited to my account.
Sir being a college student, I am in much need of money.

So Here I am requesting you to please Reverse this amount as soon as possible.

Sir I lived in Bazpur there are two ATM's of SBI but they are closed almost on every day if on any day it is open then ther is no cash so it is a very big problem for us and what is the use of the machine please do the needful otherwise i will lodge the complaind in RTI and asked who is responsible for that.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have applied for SBI Railway card.

      My application no:[protected]

      I have received this application number by sms on 27th Feb 2010

      I have got pin number also on my residence address. But, i haven't received my card yet.

      One courier service called me for card delivery but, as i am working i was not at my home. Courier guy dint hand over my card to my family member.

      My family member told him that please deliver this card on my office address but, still i haven't receive my card.

      I have got below sms from SBI Card on 20th March 2010

      "We welcome you to the SBI Card Family.Congratulation on the first transaction on your SBI card. Your statement will get generated on 18th of every month and your payment due date will be 20 days after statement generation date"

      I have called your customer care many time but every time they put me on hold not a single executive received phone. Always that recorded machine go on talking. I am getting worried about it.

        I want to close this account ... which in the first place I never wanted to open ... by mistake of a person named Mr Ravinder Rawat ... instead of opening an online account for me has made this blunder of opening this offline account. Now I have never used this account ...not even for one transaction... i had also informed to his staff, number of times ...that i don't need this account ...so... my online account was opened immediately ...now i have been using that online account ...this account has never been of any use to me ... neither i have used this account ... my trading account ...related to this Demate account is also closed . But don't know why this account is open up till now . I had given an application to
        to close this account on 21.10.2009 . but in vain ... they are asking me to deposit a sum of Rs 300 ...to close this account ...I don't know why i have to pay this amount if I have not used this account and my trading account is also closed . than why this closer is pending.           I got retirment in Apr 2009 and not received GRATUITY AMOUNT. They have credited my Commutation amount but no answers for Gratuity amount.My pension acoount is at Pondicherry SBI, No-5 Ru Suffren branch. I have given several complaints to dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in , as well as to bank also, but waste.. Now I am in need of money and SBI is playing with my money ,moreover no reply from them.Can anybody guideme.

            I've complained & visited the branch nearly for 10 TIMES and more thAn 1 YEAR PASSED & nothing is hapening except for VAIN PROMISES FROM BANK OFFICIALS.

              I have also been through the same kind of treatment from the government sector bank. I have mailed the bank asking just one information - the date of loan - for writing it in the TDS form, but they don't have time to respond to the email. The structure of the private banks (and companies) should be made more rigid and the non performers should be thrown out of the company.

                  SBI have issued credit card from Ahmedbad wide my card application No.[protected] dated 15 Dec.2005 card no.[protected] & [protected].in name of Jitendra B Darji & Ramilaben, though i have applied for single card only it was issued for my wife also. At time of filling form there was no charge apllicabel for joining, it was billed for joining Rs,250 & Additional RS.250 for wife cerdit card.After complin for fees Reversal of fees leived letterr was issued by SBIcard by Mr. Sanjay Chaturvedi ( VP - Marketing without date of letter. & it was aggred to Rs.500 wil be reversed & will reflect on my next billing statement.but on 2nd jan 2006 bill it was charged again.This was seltteld in 2nd may 2006 & in 2nd June statement No payment required stateement was issued with zero balancce.Duirng issue of credit card i never used both card & requested to cancel my card.After Expired of my Both credit card without my permission they issued agin new card for both & till date SBI is charging Joining Fees with penelty up to 16133.92 Rs.Now on17th Feb letetr is issued for settele ment with Rs.7260.264 before 17th April.2010.

                  SBI Credit Card — Charges for not used card

                  I was a holder of SBI credit card, years ago.(It was many years ago that I don't even remember the date.) I received a credit card statement once and promptly dropped the cheque sufficiently early for the same. Next month I got another statement that about 17 rupees for delayed payment. i wrote them that I paid it in time and it was their lapse. I got periodic statements stating that I have to pay such and such amount and finally it reached above Rs 1200. At that time one officer from the bank called me and told me, if I paid half of it the remaining would be waived off. I paid an amount just above Rs 600, the amount he mentioned. Thereafter there was no problem for 2-3 years. I changed my home and destroyed all the receipts. Now for the last few months they have started sending SMS stating that I have to pay money, latest being Rs 3037.05. I do not know who to contact. please help me. I don't even remember my credit card No which is destroyed as per their instructions.
                  This is their trick they are a bunch of frauds, they have outsoruced the collecion to some goons calling irritating you from some call centre, whatever money they are able to extract out of you they get a percentage, they can never go to court or take legal action against you, becuase they know they are frauds,
                  So you just ignore them or try a legal notice to them back for disturbing you, or complain to baking ombudsman,

                    A wrong deduction of Rs.10000 has occured from atm id S1AC00333201 KHARAGPUR R S (DRM OFFICE) ON 02/02/10 TXN NO. 5759, SHOWING SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS.

                    Atm did not dispensed cash but my account got debited by Rs.10000 .

                    I'm sending mails regularly to resolve the matter but almost 45 days have passed without any result .

                    kindly look into the matter so that my money is refunded at the earliest .

                    I am a SBI ATM holder from the last three years. I want to give this compaint against the Numaligarh Refinerry Limited SBI ATM which is situated inside the Numaligarh Refinerry Township. In Numligarh this is only one ATM and people outside the Numaligarh Refinerry campus can't allow to use this ATM. And due to this other peoples has suffered many problems.My question is that if the SBI is for all then the ATM machine can be use for other ATM card holder also rather than only used by the Numaligarh Refinerry. Therefore please look the matter and find a permanent solution.

                      State Bank of India Yol camp regarding a/c no [protected]

                      1. On 23/10/2006 after getting my updated passbook, I found that my misplaced ATM card was illegally misused by any person. I brought this incidence in the notice of bank officer concerned and told regarding my misplaced ATM card and also made request to stop ATM service of this a/c immediately. The concerned officer received my written request. I also received duplicate copy of my request from the officer who made initials with time and date.
                      2. On 26/10/2006 I wrote to bank regarding the varification of the illegal withdrawls
                      from my a/c on 05/10/2006 & 06/10/2006 and also mention regarding ATM blocking on 23/10/2006
                      3. Bank manager telephonically call me in the bank and told verbally that enquiry is in the process. After the completion of enquiry we shall inform you in writting.
                      4. On 24/08/2009 S.B.I.by their letter tried to misled me in the name of report of
                      enquiry by reverting the same information as given by me on 23 & 26/10/2006
                      5. On 26/10/2009 S.B.I. again misled me under RTI act 2005 by providing me copy
                      of already given letter by S.B.I. dt. 24/08/2009.
                      6. On 17/12/2009 in reply to my appeal under RTI, S.B.I. LHO chandigarh provide
                      me statement of a/c for 2006 having entry of another illegal withdrawl of Rs.13,700/= made on 31/10/2006 inspite of my written request received by bank on 23/10/2006 to stop ATM service and this third withdrawl executed just after credit of my salary in my a/c and bank never endorse this withdrawl in my pass book updated from time to time.
                      7. On 28/12/2009 S.B.I. in reply to my letter wrote As per our record we donot appear to have received any such application on 23/10/2006. As such your card was not stopped. Bank also wrote Let us know the name of the staff member to whom you have delivered the letter for stopping the ATM card.
                      8. On 04/01/2010 by following the instructions given on 28/10/2009 Branch manager S.B.I.yol camp I wrote S.B.I. under RTI act-2005 , to provide the identification of officer who forwarded my request dt.23/10/2006 to stop ATM service of my a/c.
                      9. In the letter no. 30/154 dt. 20/01/2010(Para no 3), Branch manager S.B.I. yol camp mention that ATM is stopped from 01/11/2006 which is wrong information, as in reply under RTI on 29/01/2010 bank state that ATM was stopped on 02/11/2006.
                      Para no.6 of this letter is also of serious concern which shows the poor credibility
                      of S.B.I. as this para indicates that S.B.I. yol camp is not responsible for
                      any type of committments made by this branch during period of october 2006.
                      10. On 04/02/2010 I made request under RTI(appeal) to give me complete and clear
                      information for my request vide letter dt.04/01/2010 under RTI act-2005.
                      11. On 25/02/2010 Appealant authority S.B.I. LHO Chandigarh made order to
                      CPIO S.B.I. Dharamsala vide letter no 683 for providing complete and clear
                      information under RTI act-2005 to me, which required to follow the instructions of Bank manager S.B.I.Yol camp as per their letter dt. 28/12/2010.
                      12. On 12/03/2010 CPIO S.B.I. Dharamsala denies to provide complete information
                      under RTI act-2005, and tried his best to conceal the facts very tactfully, to save the persons who made forgery and also to persons who made connivance to execute forgery in a/c.no[protected] of a female client.

                          SBI Mandaveli/RACPC has excecuted EMI Twice Rs. 20,000 from my Savings Account([protected]) through ECS during February10th and 11th 2010 and during March 10th 2010-twice (Home Loan Account No. [protected]). The double execution of February was rectified by the Branch Manager when informed over Phone. But the Double execution of on 10th March 2010 of Rs. 20000 has not been reversed even after my consecutive Phone calls from 13th to 18th March 2010. Moreover, due to this above Bank's mistake, the Cheque issued by me to the TATA-AIG Insurance (Cheque No. 767536) for Rs. 11,478/= has been dishonoured by the SBI-Adyar and charged Rs 75/- as Cheque return charges.
                          Expecting immediate remedy of reversing Rs. 20000 in to my account with a proper penalty and with the interest as equalant to F.D. till the time of reversing; and reversing the Rs. 75/= deducted as Cheaque Returning Charges for no fault of mine.
                          Very important anticipation is that the concerned authorities should feel the value of the Customer's value, rights as well as the Consumer value and rights as responsible Social Workers in the responsible position.

                              Two separate cheques were dropped at about the same time on 12 March,2010.
                              1. One cheque # 231564 drawn on ICICI Bank Kaushambi Ghaziabad-201010 was dropped in PNB dropbox. This cheque payment was collected and credited to the concerned account #[protected] by PNB on 16 March,2010. I have no complaint in this regard at all.
                              2. 2nd cheque # 316314 drawn on ICICI Bank Preet Vihar Delhi-110092was also dropped at about the same time, rather 5 minutnes earlier than the cheque mentioned at # 1 above, in dropbox of State Bank Of India,Kaushambi,Ghaziabad-201010 on 12 March,2010.Payment for this cheque dropped in SBI dropbox has not been collected/credited to the concerned account #[protected] so far until 3.50pm on 19 March,2010. SBI branch Manager says delay is due to holidays falling in this period.
                              PNB collected/credited the payment on 16th March, 2010
                              Where as the SBI is still making excuses and has not collected/credited the payment until 3.50pm19th March, 2010
                              Why this abnormal delay on the part of SBI Kaushambi,Ghaziabad-201010 (Branch # 11946) ?

                                My father Shri Anand Prakash Sharma (A/c no.[protected]) expired on 13/02/2009 and Death certificate was also handed over to State Bank of India, Hapur Branch.
                                It is brought to your kind notice that his arears of pension of 6th pay commision are still awaited.
                                I have informed SBI,Hapur in written about the matter on 24-Feb-2009 , 17-Nov-2009 & 8-Feb-2010 along with the copy of death certificate.
                                Bank has also sent the same application to CPPC, Delhi on 8-Feb-2010 (post no.-47).
                                But still no action has been taken.
                                Kindly take a quick and appropriate action.

                                It has been a trauma for pensioners not getting arrears of pension after VI pay commision revision.

                                Subject: Non receipt of Pension since November 2007 reg.-PPO No.SC/5904/82SB, A/C No.[protected].

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am an army pensioner retired on 31.05.1982 from 10th Garhwal Rifles and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from 00697/SBI Dhara Road Pauri branch, Uttrakhand. I am not getting my pension since November 2007.

                                2. The Live Certificate (attested by Gazetted officer) was sent to SBI Dhara Road Pauri (PDA) by post in July 2010. Again I personally visited to SBI, Dhara Road Pauri branch on 22.11.2010 and submitted my life certificate, withdrawn Rs.10, 000/- from my account.

                                3. I contacted the SBI, CPPC, Chandni Chowk on 10.11.2010 and 15.12.2010 in this regard but no information received so far.

                                4. Further I wrote to PGO, PCDA (Pension), Allahabad on 29.12.2010 but their action is still awaited.

                                5. I am a Diabetic and suffering from suspected Alzheimer’s Disease. In April 2010, I met with an accident and found my hip fractured and after the surgery, I am unable to walk freely. Presently I am getting my treatment in Delhi and staying with my elder son at his residence at H-2/114, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110089. I have no other source of income except the pension and now I am facing the financial hardship.

                                6. It is requested that kindly take up my case to the concerned authorites to release my pension from November 2007(and revised pension w.e.f.1.1.2006) . It is also requested that the present status of my case and expected time to regularise my pension may kindly be intimated to me. My details are as under:

                                  I am the joint secretary of the coimbatore branch of all india central govt.pensioners association. Members of our assocaition(coimbatore branch)
                                  particularly BSNL retireeswho are receiving pension on IDA pattern are facing
                                  lot of problems. For instance, One. MR. S.R> Palaniswamy is receiving pension
                                  through State Bank of India, Coimbatore Main Branch. He had not received increased IDA from 1.10.2009. In this connection the pensioner gave a representation and since there was no response for the past 4 mths. I went along
                                  with the pensioner to SBI, Main Branch, Coimbatore and the officer in charge of
                                  payment of pension said he had not received any letter given by the pensioner
                                  and directed to meet the officer at the counter to whom the pensioner had given
                                  the letter. When enquired the officer said he had gone on leave and he had handed over all the letters recd. by him to his reliever. Again i asked the pensioner to give another representation.Even though it was given fourth time on 15th no action had been taken so far. In addition I had sent a email to SBI Chairman for which so far no action had been seems to have been taken to redress the grievance of the pensioner. Further when I contacted customer care
                                  centre, Chennai, one officer by name Sri Sitaraman answered and he wants me to enquire and tell the name of the officer who had dealt the above grienvance so
                                  that he can take action against him. When I told I will enquire and inform him and asked him to note down the PPO number and sb account number of the pensioner he wants to me to send the details by fax. This how State Bank of
                                  INdia is running customer care. This one instance I had given. The officers in many of the branches situated in Coimbatore zone does not .even hand over the
                                  pensioners copy of the PPO to the concerned pensioners under acquittance and get agreement from the pensioner agreeing to banks recovering any excess amount paid and simply forward both halves of the PPO to the Central Pension
                                  Processing Centre, Chennai. The worst part of all this is from the CPPC, Chennai. When I contacted them over phone they say I am not expoected to
                                  inform the grievance to them and I should represent it to the local branch from
                                  pension is paid and that branch manager should contact them, but if we request
                                  the concerned branch manager to contact PPC they say it is not their job.

                                  I will be very thankful if you take up the BSNL pensioners case like this and arrange for permanent remedy and oblige

                                  I am P.K. Ravikumar a BSNL Pensioner holding a SBI SB A/c No.[protected] in Jafferkhanpet Branch at Chennai. In spite of my repeated visits to the Branch, I am unable to get my pension credited to my SB A/c for the past 3 Months. None of the officials including the Branch Manager is aware how the BSNL Pension is handled in Chennai and the Officer who is responsible in Chennai who can issue directions for payment of Pension. My request to SBI authorities will be to display the Names and Telephone Nos.of officers handling Pension cases in Each Branch so that the Pensioners themselves can approach the concerned authorities for the grievances to be settled. Can anybody in SBI Chennai can act?

                                      I Applied For a Credit Card in SBI which is linked to FD. WIthin 24 hours of submitting the application i realised the urgency of my FD money and cancelled the credit card application before processing the same. But its been 40 days i cancelled the credit card application and not able to cancel the FD with the bank as they have not received information on my cancellation till date. They are straight away rejecting my application for FD cancellation saying they dont have information on cancellation of Credit Card.
                                      Its really pathetic that due to some credit card relationship manager negligence i am not in a position to receive my money back on my urgent need.

WE GET PASSWORD AND USERNAME FROM THE BANK BUT IT IS INVALID AND I MEET BANK 3 TO 4 TIME AND ALSO MEET THE CONCERN PERSON OF THIS FACILITY OF THAT BANK BUT THEY DONT LISTEN TO MY COMPALIN REGARDING THE NET BANKING.SO PLEASE REGISTER MMY COMPLAIN REGARDING NET BANKING.
