I HAVE USED THE SBI ATM CARD IN CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, ATM, LOCATED IN DELHI CANTT AT 12.50PM ON 07.03.2010.
TO WITHDRAWL OF RS.3500/-.
UNFORTUNATELY, MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN DEBITED BY RS.3500/- WHILE TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED & NO CASH WAS WITHDRAWLED.
I HAVE REQUESTED TO MY BRANCH FOR CREDIT OF RS.3500/-,
BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ME.

With due respect I would like to seek your advice on the following issue.
Complain: My mother is customer of State Bank of India,having a savings account there.My mother did a Fixed Deposit of Rs. 50,000 in June,2010 at 6% interest rate.In December 2010, she wanted to break FD and renew it to higher interest rate of 8% per annum.At that time she was told that there is a hold on her FD and due to his she may not renew her FD.Asking for reasons, she was told that there is a "SBI credit card" issued against her FD, due to which there is hold on her FD.But my mother says that she was not given full information about the scheme and was made to sign on the document which their agent claimed to be a free insurance policy given to valued customers of SBI but was eventually an application for the SBI card.
I have following complains about the SBI procedure of handling this issue.
1. My FD details and other such confidential details were given to the agent(Name: Roshan)who is not considered as Bank's employee but has a permanent table and chair in the branch office.
2. This agent on the basis of FD information given to him by Bank, came to my home and claiming himself as bank's employee said that he has been sent by the bank and told that Bank has decided to give insurance policy to the valuable customers of the bank and he falsely took my mothers signature on the application form of SBI card.
3.After bringing this issue in front of bank, they said it is not their responsibility and my mother should talk to agent (Roshan) for the complaint.
4.He from the month of December is continuously saying that hold will be removed in 10 days and this is march end and still nothing has been done in this matter by him.
5. In between a SBI card had been issued to my mother but no password and a bill is also issued in her name.
6.Once again my mother asked bank to help as we were in urgent need of money, bank asked her to contact SBI card toll free number[protected],[protected],where when she tried to talk to operator and lodge a complain in Hindi, she was told by operator that she cant understand Hindi and there is no one available to talk in Hindi.
Thus my mother is left with no options but to wait and watch this mental and physical harassments.I would like to take some legal actions but I am clueless where to go.I tried to register complain on www.ccccore.co.in, but it has no options for Jharkhand state.
