Hi,

Am an employee of TCS and have an SBI account with account no.-[protected] since november 2008 from Technopark branch.Presently staying in Gaziabad and working at Gurgaon.

On 16th of march 2009 a debit sweep of rs 18000 was made from my account no. to deposit account no.-[protected].This deposit account is not showing up in my deposit account list in internet banking.I think this deposit account is virtually non existent and my 18000 rupees are nowhere to be found.They are virtually lost.I also applied for branch transfer but its also been stuck.I have sent so many mails to sbi customer services but no one is responding properly.What do I do?

My mother named Kanak Lata Hayaran expired on 06/07/2009, i submitted her death certificate to SBI Manik Chok Jhansi branch on 02.08.2009 and on the reqest of dealing clerk of the said branch I again submitted it them. Pleaselet me that why the 60% arrears of mother is not been debited in her account till date. As the central goverenment has already announced that all the payment of 60% arrears is to be cleared by 30.09.2009, already one month has passed we have not yet recevied the balance arrears of 6th CPC. I have saving account in SBI, Pedder Road, Mumbai Branch. I have left Rs 1043/- as minimum balance with the bank but the bank as on[protected] had deducted Rs 50 as Annual fees without any intimation and information. Subsequently my balance became Rs 997 which is less than minimum balance of Rs 1000/- the bank debited Rs 200/- on 30-06-08 as min bal chgsbch and as on[protected] the bank debited Rs 200/- for the same reason.

I had submitted my application on22nd Oct'09 for redemption of SBI MF (MAGNUM SECTOR FUNDS UMBRELLA) deposit against my Folio No. 37010355.However I have not so far received the redemption amount.Kindly help me as I want the money urgently for my son's marriage.

I haven't received any statement for over 3 months, but every time the deadline is passed i am asked to pay by a call.Last month I paid all the debit completely but this month again i am asked to pay 2500.

Whats the way to get the E statement and stop this excessive billing.I am not able to contact them through their helpline. Further whats the procedure to handover the card

I, Santosh R Suryavanshi account Holder of SBI in Borivali (West), on 23/09/09 i approached for this bank for i-banking and SMS alerts about ny account. For i.Banking they send me my user name & passward which is not activated tiil tode i.e. on 28/10/09. The concern madam followed the problem but she is able to solev yet my problem. i had been visited to this branch 6 times in row on each of weekly off i.e. on on every wed.
Please do the needful

I Vivek Padale request you to look in to the matter. I had paid all my dues of SBI credit card. I am receiving calls to pay 7000/- more as the SBI credit card was expired 02/2008 and i had made excess payment my money is laying with SBI . They don't want to return money but want recover the money of the privilege circle which i have not purchased. I have attached the mail copy you can check it out .Please do the needful.

I had got a call from SBI for a card saying since I am working for company "X". I get a card with no fees or payment.

I accepted the same, got a call a few weeks later saying I'll have to pay Rs. 500 as joining, so I told them no.

Inspite of doing so I have been issued a card and have been getting bills for the same.
in the first bill I have already been charged some GST debit for current Statement, have never used the card.

I called the company, I was told some one will get back, no one did.
I wrote a mail, got a reply with a ref no. and lost more servives and offers, mail enclosed below.

Its been a month from that and i have not got a reply.

I am very disappointed with the service with the Credit Card Division of your bank.

I was called by one of your promoting agencies and was told that, being an employee of company ‘x’ I am eligible for a SBI gold card which has no fees for life.

I accepted the offer and asked the company to send some to collect the details required.

The details were taken and the necessary documents were taken, after a few days I got a confirmation call. The person on the other side informed me that I was suppose to pay a annual fee of Rs. 500 if I don’t make a purchase of Rs. 50,000/ every year. I immediately asked them to cancel the card.

To which the card has been sent, two weeks back (18/9/09) I called the call center for cancelation of the card and I was told that someone will be calling me for the same. I have not yet got any call and have started getting the statements and reminders for paying the bill for an unused card.

I was also not told that there will be a joining fee of Rs. 500.

I want this card canceled immediately.

I am marking this mail to the RBI so that they know how the agents forcibly sell card and fool people to make sales.

I was looted by this offer too, the scratch card declared me as the winner of Sandiego Polo club Wrist watch SR, I thought lets get it, only catch was pay Rs 500 towards some handling charges. I got the watch delivered in 45 days but what a shock of life SBI gave me. It was a Rs.10 watch whose minute & second hands were broken inside the watch & the clip of band was too broken. I am not worried of the money lost, but the trust & faith that was put to stake by SBI by using this cheap gimmick on we the sucker patrons. I am sure SBI is not much aware of this & should immediately look into this & help the duping of Innocent customers.

i applied for internet banking account on 17/10/2009 . I got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. sir please solve lt
