This is regarding my SBI credit card no.[protected]. I received a bill of Rs 26099 this month of last month statement. Out of which only Rs 14136 is mine. I checked with the customer care and found there were online transactions of around Rs12000/- on my Account was done by some froud person. I have already filled up the dispute form on 24th Sep, 09. I've received a loan of Rs. 1.75 Lacks on Feb 2008 through PMRY from State Bank of India, Bilbera (0922) Dhanbad, Jharkhand. My Loan was for Computer Sales and Service. I have an account with SBI Mayur Vihar Phase I branch. My savings account no. is [protected]. I got the ATM cum DEBIT card in 2007. Last year I lost my pin no. against which I had requested the Branch to provide me with a new pin No. Inspite of my repeated requests and reminders, I have not got the PIN no. for using the above card. My ATM card no. is[protected].

Hope the Bank would consider my request and act...

Respected sir,
I am a customer of sbi Muzaffarnagar kutchehary branch. my A/c No is [protected] onthis a/c bank had issued 2 atm cards one of them was issued without of my permission, i requested bank to block one of them (old card) But the bank has blocked my 2nd card also because of bank fault. I have request the bank to deblock my 2nd card. but after one month there is no response. I am very disappointed.

I have applied for SBI credit card a month back. But I haven't received my credit card yet. I am trying to contact SBI people but they are not responding........

sir with due respect i whould like to state that currently i am holding an sbi atm card for last 1year butt til now i havent recieved the password due to which iam not able use my card please issue my password as earlier as you chould so i can use it without any disturbance my card

I have not asked for package and started Billing and adding the same .I wriirten a email with all details toSBIcustomer care and no reply on the same from last 6 months but adding the bill. I will not entertain to them unless they reply my mail within time and I have to see that they have accepted my request as there is no reply within 60 days from the complaint to them.

This is total froud and cheating the customers and billing...

On 21sept'09 at 1145hrs i tried to withdraw Rs.1000/- from Indian Overses bank at Vigyanagar, bangalore , the amount Rs.1000/- was debited from my account without actually dspensing any amount from atm mc I immediately submitted written complaint to both banks .My tranction No.[protected] [protected] IOBD9770.
