Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have applied for SBI credit card a month back. But I haven't received my credit card yet. I am trying to contact SBI people but they are not responding........

I was informed by Mahar (Contact no.:[protected] that I’ll get my credit card within 20 days. I submitted all the documents mentioned by her. But still I haven’t received any message from their side.

SBI Credit Card — No response / fake blames

Dear Sir,



I am a credit card holder of your bank.

Credit Card No.[protected]



I checked your executive at customer care, they told me that my card is blocked & some time back I have gone for any kind of settlement.

Where as I have never gone for any kind of settlement.



If you say so please show me the proof.

So many times I checked from your bank they said that I paid some thing extra to you 1300 or 1800 Rs. was extra from my side in the card which I paid.



Please check this immediately.



If I will get this kind of service better I will stop using your card & will finish all of my relation with your bank.

Same Here, I have applied for tata sbi credit cards for 3 times, not yet received my card.
I simply dont understand wat they do with all the documents. Now I am very much scared of misuse of my all the documents submitted.
This shameless call center fellow stilll trying to call me every 2 or 3 days for convincing me to again re apply for the cards.
Simply disgusting.

My payment for SBI credit card is just pending for 1 to 2 weeks, But the pathetic situation is I'm getting n number of calls daily from SBI credit card even on Saturday and Sundays. I really don't know to whom should I escalate this Issue. I'm getting mental trauma because of these guys keep calling even when I'm in a important meeting.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account ([protected]) with SBI Naugachia, Branch, Bhagalpur, Bihar.

I have used Axis Bank, Naugachia Railway Station Bihar Dt:28/06/2010 at 17:02pm for withdrawal of Rs.10000/-, I have not received the amount from ATM counter, But amount debited from Saving A/C [protected]. But when I checked my bank statement, Rs.10, 000 were debited out of my account, I have still not been credited into my account.

I have complained to my SBI Branch with proper documents i.e. transaction slips etc. and registered complaint with SBI customer service also complaint no- AT [protected].
But the branch manager has not initiate about the matter in my favour. But no one is helping me out & blaming each other for the mistake.

I have running from post to post to get my matter resolved but nothing has happened till date.

SBI not responding about this matter.

I need the money immediately.

Already one year has passed, please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.

      sir with due respect i whould like to state that currently i am holding an sbi atm card for last 1year butt til now i havent recieved the password due to which iam not able use my card please issue my password as earlier as you chould so i can use it without any disturbance my card

        I have not asked for package and started Billing and adding the same .I wriirten a email with all details toSBIcustomer care and no reply on the same from last 6 months but adding the bill. I will not entertain to them unless they reply my mail within time and I have to see that they have accepted my request as there is no reply within 60 days from the complaint to them.

        This is total froud and cheating the customers and billing to make money by any way.

        I have made complaint in consumer court and SBI will be responsible for wrong billing and offering wrong produucts. Indian Government has to appoint the committe to control such improper way of making money from the Indians by the Indian banks.

            This is almost a month since I have raised complaint with SBI website with no response other than Complaint no. its Shocking to see how Indias largest PSU bank is operating and its so called Cutomer service. Do you really have a customer service department or is it just for name sake?

            Also please note we have been following this issue with SBI Humayun nagar branch for nearly 24 months without any result. As always your staff is very rude and un co-operative.

            This is really high time as we have been running from post to pillar in SBI just to get the details of Provident Fund transfer to my account. Although the cheque details and amount has been provided to humanyun nagar branch but they have failed to track the transaction so far. I knew the SBI staff are louzy but this height of louziness where its almost 2 years and they are still tracking the transaction. Is it so difficult to track a single transaction? Or Is it that the amount is encashed by someone with the bank?

            The behaviour of SBI staff is very un-ethical and un-professional in dealing this case.

            I fail to understand as to the transaction details are missing with SBI whereas the same is available at Provident fund office. Please note the same information (cheque No and amount ) was provided to concerned SBI staff.

            I see this a a potential fraud with the involvement of SBI staff and in absence of proper response from SBI , I'll be forced to initiate legal action against SBI and its staff at Humanyun Nagar branch and put the whole story into media.

            Hope , person of your claibre will respond immediately and will initiate action for resolution of this issue and not behave un professionally like your other Bank staff.

            1. Respected Sir, my Corr. PPO No. Corr/09/97/B/S/02064/2009 dated 18 Jul 09. has been handed over to CPPC Chandni Chowk, New Delhi by the SBI Jahangirabad bank rep. on 27 Aug 09.

            2. The amount mentioned in corr. PPO has not been credited to my account [protected] so far.

            3. It is requested that pse look into the matter and take necessary action asap, and amount to be credited to my account mentioned above.

              This is Pran Nath Thusoo I have account No. [protected] with SBI Durgapur Code No.0074. On 28.08.09 at about 1450 hrs. I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs.500/- from SBI ATM Machine located at Bohri, chungi talab tillo (Jammu) Branch IFSC Code No.SBI0010459 neither I revieved amount not reciept. Thereafter I take the mini statement from the said ATM Machine and it was shown in the mini statement that Rs.500/- wtihdrawn as CSH WDL means that Cash Wtihdrawl often it is seen whenever cash is drawn through ATM Machine it shows as ATM WDL, I consulted with the bank officials of Bhori at the same time, the reply was that you have to submit the representation from the bank were your account presently running. On 01.09.09 I submitted the representation through SBI Durgapur Code No.0074 were my account is presently running, they sent my representation to Jammu on the same date till nor amount was credited nor I revieved any reply. Also it is seen so many times by myself that the above ATM Machine remains not working condition sir please get the same machine replaced/ repaired so that personnel may not get any problems also the above amount may be credited in my account soon as possible.

                  On 1st october I had Rs.5027.00 as my account balance.I went to the YES BANK ATM to withdraw the amount,it showed Rs.5027.00 as my balance ,i entered Rs.5000 to be withdrawn but the ATM showed "THIS TRANSACTION IS NOT ALLOWED ON THIS ATM", i tried a number of times but it showed the same message,later i tried to withdraw a lesser amount but still it showed the same message.I then went to the near by BANK OF MAHARASHTRA ATM to withdraw the money but it gave the same message and also on the ICICI BANK ATM.At night around 10.00pm I went to SBI ATM and it showed the amount available Rs.27.00 when NO WITHDRAWAL HAS TAKEN PLACE.These ATM are on Indirapuram,Ghaziabad,Uttar Pradesh.
                  So sir I request you to kindly look into the matter as it is really important for the possession of my money and I request you to look into the matter.

                        This is viviek pradhan from mahasmuhnd (chhattishgarth). i am going continiously to sbi branch pithora (493551) to open new fresh account from 5 -jun-2012.
                        but the bank does not complited my account . after one month they open my account bank doesn, t provide my ATM PIN even they told that their printer is damaged from last month so i can, t use my account. .Bank managers behavior is very rough and is failed to manage the bank totaly..

                        I'm your customer. I hereby like to share my views about your branch at JIPMER PONDICHERRY. You people are providing a really worst service. I called your branch for seeking help. I'm staying 500 Kms away from your branch. I had some queries and that's the reason why I called up. But none of them picked up!! I called nearly 20 times from 10.40 am today. This is not fair. Always boasting that your are India's largest branch!!! Are you seriously???


                        Not only for this reason there are many times these type of problems occurred with me and other customers... My father is also a Chief Manager and we've solved them effectively.

                        Complaint against State Bank of India Branch Srinagar (Branch code 0072).
                        Bank has deducted Rs 13169/- as income tax at source (TDS) from my pension during the year 2016-17. Against this they are issuing form 16 in my favour showing tax deducted as Rs 3636/- only. Now I have been requesting concerned manager of the Branch to furnish me the said form in depicting correct amount since May 2017. Unfortunately they have chosen to remain silent for reasons best known to them. This has resulted in non filling of my income tax return the for which Branch manager is responsible. I again request that form 16 may be issued in my favour showing correct amount of Rs13169/- and I be informed on my mail address for its collection.

                          Dear sir,
                          On 21sept'09 at 1145hrs i tried to withdraw Rs.1000/- from Indian Overses bank at Vigyanagar, bangalore , the amount Rs.1000/- was debited from my account without actually dspensing any amount from atm mc I immediately submitted written complaint to both banks .My tranction No.[protected] [protected] IOBD9770. The atm mc was malfunctioning as similar complaints recieved by IOBbank.

                          10days passed ad my complaint not attended . I hve lost Rs. 1000/- in atm transction. You are requested to look into matter and do needful. I hve already submitted e-complaint as well as written complaint to both the banks.

                                  SBI Sec 62 does not value the time of the customers, its ATM hardly works, it has single counter for cash depossit , draft, etc while others are chit chatting, further its network once gone taks 2 hours to come back. all counters are never open till 10.45 am. The hawaldar is an instructor who has got all liberty to misbehave. It is a shame for us to have an account in that branch. Please change the manager . save us from this sbi sec 62 named torture.

On 3rd August 2009, I have tried for Cash withdrawal of amount Rs. 2000/- through ATM of Union Bank Of India (Station ID:- DCHN[protected]) at Chennai Central Railway Station through my SBI Debit Card no.[protected] of my Savings Account as above. Actually, I have tried for Two times, no cash was dispensed and my account was debited for twice. But it was credited only once, so still my account has to be credited by Rs. 2000/-.

                                    Kindly, take relevant action to recover this grievance as early as possible.

                                        My cheque 476115 drawn on axis bank had been returned by the bank because the cheque which was dropped by me in SBI collection box was presented to my bank by ING vysya without proper marking and hence had been returned which is no fault of mine.the payment was for credit card usage of SBI CARD.
                                        CUSTOMER CALL CENTER have acknowledged this error & have deputed collector to collect a fresh cheque(476118) for an amount of 12698and have issued a receipt no 14249873 from book no 323845.
                                        Now sbi card have erred grossly and now statement is inclusive of this amount which as per me has been paid.
                                        MR AJAY BHARTI(AVP-CUSTOMER SERVICE) HAS SENT ME TWO LETTERS ONE SIGNED BY HIMSELF AND THE OTHER AUTO GENERATED THRETENING ME WITH THE FOLLOWING
                                        a) Reporting to CIBIL
                                        b) BLOCKING CREDIT CARD
                                        c) LEGAL ACTION
                                        d) RECOVERY OF DUES & INTERST.

                                        I have a writen email from axis bank confirming your error in the whole transaction and a note saying that there is no need to pay additional interest.

                                        BUT SBI DOES NOT SEEM TO care

                                        it is a froud card company .number of times i made call to sbi tall free but the no. never connect.the company never forget to force extra charges but when consumer make complain they never respond.
