I have order something from amazon and after 5 min i have canceled my order but still my refund hasn't come its not almost 1 month and i have contacted amazon customer service they told me that mg refund already back to my original payment method my RRN number is

      Please note that I had taken smart 4 plan on 21-8-20 and my 1 year expired on 20-8-21 and cashback is due to be credited since that date but SBIcap has started a new method of cheating.They want additional month for the credit of cashback.
      It is apparent that SBIcap is utilising out money by simply postponing transfers.
      Is it not against public interest?Kindly get my cashback amount credited instantly.

      The demat charges debited to ledger have been charged twice.Once on daily basis and at month end cumulative which is incorrect.Last month the contra entry was made but this month nothing has been done

        To whomsoever it may concern,
        My name is Mohammad Danish and i recently opened a Insta Plus savings account on 05 May 2021, through YONO SBI. Branch IFSC code SBIN0050197 and branch name ADB Malerkotla. Account number is [protected].

        I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

        I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved. Many times I submitted kyc documents at branch. But no solution from bank team till now.

          I have not applied for credit card but they have approached and issued credit card on 2019-20 but it hasn’t delivered to me yet and they are regularly forcing us to pay the bills of credit card.Without our permission they have a issued a Royal Sundram Insurance without any written documents, now they are calling us 2-3 times in a day and disturbing us to pay the bill.
          On the other side they know that we haven’t received credit card still they are doing so..
          We have complaint to the branch several times in this concern but they are not taking any serious action in this issue.
          This process is going from 2019 to till now
          After getting compulsion we have paid the bill
          Kindly resolve our problem as soon as possible.

            Dear sir,
            My humble request is that applicant booked mobile phone online from flipkart on 25th July, 2021 and paid through Amazon UPI, after payment done, order got canceled but payment was not refunded, applicant paid ₹ 11160 did.
            When I contacted Flipkart on 27th July 2021 I was given a transaction number by Flipkart and asked to go to the bank with that transaction number.

            Dear sir,

              My name is Srishtee Dubey and I had ordered a product of Rs.1454, boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+, Amazon on 27-June-2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 05-July-2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number: ( ONUS[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form, Since im student and currently living in Karnataka and my home branch is in thane, mumbai & due to covid restrictions i cannot visit my home branch, So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Since it's been almost 2months i haven't received my refund & i cannot travel as well due to covid restrictions!

                I had openy account on 22 June. Today is 27 August but I did not transfer money from my account via internet banking or upi. Error -"Debit not allowed with out lcpc scrutiny" .I don't get any cheque book yet . Plz @state bank of india reply me.plz

                  I had ordered a product MI 11X 5G Lunar White 8GB RAM 128 GB ROM on an exchange offer of old device from Amazon on 09-August-2021 through Net Banking. But Amazon delivery agent reject the old device to exchange at the time of delivery of new device and I returned the ordered device. Amazon got returned the ordered product and Amazon initiated the refunds of Rs. 19449 (order price) and Rs. 100 (exchange fee) with same Refund...

                  I have applied for eNPS on 13th of August, 2021 and selected SBI for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of SBI Bank for past 10 years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""".
                  I went to SBI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process.
                  I had raised ticket with CRA, but clearly mentioned that SBI Bank has to approve/reject it.
                  I had tried to reach customer care, but they also don't know the process.
                  I had raised complaint to SBI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all. They thought this is an normal KYC process at bank.
                  My final option was to raise complaint here, hope SBI Bank will take care of this this time.

                    I ordered a package by Amazon in August 6, 2021 of Rs.5, 155. And I asked for a refund to Amazon for that package and they initiated the refund on 15 August 2021 and they gave me the refund reference number on 21 August 2021 but I still not received my refund in my SBI bank account.

                          On 6th Aug i have transferred rs.22100/- to merchant bank a/c, and the transaction also successful. But till now its not credited to the receiver's account. Contacted customer support of SBI with ticket no.63401384.. UTR no.[protected]. But issue is still pending. Kindly look into the issue it will be a great help.

                            I was sent an international payment of $141.69 from Google Adsense on 21st August 2021. On not receiving the funds after 3-4 days (Which I usually used to receive in my account in Bank of India), I contacted the bank in this matter where I was told that the SWIFT code I have given has been deactivated and they are not able to trace the payment.
                            First of all, the SWIFT code which I have entered is given on the official website of SBI i.e., https://sbi.co.in/web/nri/quick-links/swift-codes .
                            Even after seeing the code online, I contacted my branch and they also said that the code given on the site is correct and there won't be any problem.
                            The result is that, I am not receiving the payment although the complete fault is of the bank.

                              I have cancelled a ticket booked on IRCTC on 14 August 2021 which was processed by IRCTC on 17 August for issuance of refund and as informed to me by IRCTC amount has been credited to my bank account on 17 Aug 21 itself. Following are details

                              Nearly 10 days has passed but refund not credited to SBI bank account number [protected] IFSC Code SBIN0006180
                              Please issue the refund as soon as possible there is no mechanism in SBI to raise complaint for such transactions customer care always instruct to visit home branch and doing so is utterly waste of time nothing else, branch personnel does not understand a thing.

                                  Due to the pandemic and lockdown I was unable to make payments towards my SBI credit card.

                                  I have been clearly explaining my situation to the collection agents on a regular basis. There was an executive who introduced himself as Karthik [protected] visiting my place along with another person who introduced himself as Thyagarajan. I have updated them on the situation. But the person named Karthik falsely accused me of not paying even before the Pandemic, for which I have shared with him the details of the last four payments clearing total dues not just minimum dues. Also he has been visiting my places very often. On 23rd August 2021 they visited again, but I was not present at my House during that time, they created a ruckus among the neighbours and asked my wife to call a number from her phone. He also forcibly took her phone out of her hands and pretended to speak to another person. While the other person distracted her (I suspect that to be Thyagarajan), Karthik stole her contacts from her phone without her knowledge (Which we found out yesterday only).
                                  Since then this person along with his colleagues have been calling my wife's friends and family members (Female friends and Family members are targetted) telling them that Me and My wife have taken out a loan in their names and cheated the bank and they are supposed to make the payment now. They also verbally abuse them during the conversations, using derogatory remarks and abusive words and undescribable verbal diarrhea. This has been happening for the last two days. This is still ongoing. We have also found that the people they talk to are all existing SBI savings account holders and using their personal details obtained through internally these guys are using it against them to threaten them as well.

                                  I never expected this third rated criminal behaviour from SBI employees and I don't know if that is their company policy to hire such criminals.

                                  I've already filed complaint to TN CM's Special Cell and I'm reporting it to the cyber cell as well. Due to my current situation I cannot afford to hire a lawyer to send legal notice, but I hope to do that soon when I'm able to or with the help of friends. But the harassment is still going on and so far they have called many of my wife's family members and friends and intimidated them. Few have recorded the calls. I'm handing over that to the cyber cell as well.

                                  So far only the fake Chinese money lenders only have been doing like this but now SBI also using the same modus operandi. This is clearly a criminal activity and pure violation. I want to bring this to public notice and stop further harassment of others too by the unruly agents.

                                  The first mail regarding the complaint was sent to your support mail only. Despite that the harassment is ongoing nonstop. You have still not stopped this. They're targeting existing SBI savings account holders in our contact list and threatening them with their personal details. The CM cell complaint is under processing and once they start the action on it, we will make sure this issue is brought into light at national level. I'm also working on steps to take legal action against your bank and the employees as well. This is completely not acceptable and totally illegal. This you cannot brush aside as inconvenience, this is pure Harassment and your bank needs to pay for this

                                    Hi SBI Fast tag,

                                    It is has been almost a month since I sent a mail to helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in for the fast tag with my number ending with 566.
                                    The issue is after the user login, it keeps on asking to verify the PAN several times, which is weird. If cancel is clicked, it logs out me and I am unable to view my details.

                                    I cannot cancel the Fast tag since I need to log in to the portal which is not possible due to the PAN verification error.
                                    When the customer care executives are called, they keep playing by telling, we will record your feedback and send it to the backend team.
                                    Why do I care about the feedback, why can't they try to resolve it.
                                    It is taking ages by SBI to even give a reply.
                                    I never get a reply, after 2 weeks, I sent another escalation mail to agmit.[protected]@sbi.co.in ; etc.[protected]@ihmcl.com .

                                    Even then I don't get a reply.

                                    To be frank, SBI should shut down its service operations unless it is serving the people. Every 9 / 10 people, you ask, they tell you how pathetic SBI works.

                                      Sbi yono app - did not have rights

                                      Sir I, Santanu Adhikary, am a account holder of SBI BANK. ACC NO - [protected]. CIF No - [protected] .
                                      Recently I applied for sbi yono app registration. After that I can access the acount but did not able to transact. It shows I have no right to do so. When I go transaction right option in the app there shows ' no account found'. Kindly if you look in to the matter....
