    I ordered Harpa women A line dress of 839 rupees from Amazon but returned it and return was picked up on 9 November. Refund was initiated on[protected] and it said that within 12-14 I will get my refund. But I have still not received refund. Reference number ONUS20211110

        I am paying my education loan from last couple of months. But I have not received any written details about my EMI amount, loan tenure. Even after complain in sbi office, details was shared with me over mobile call not written. Even after regularily paying my EMI of 7040 (this amount is told to me by sbi personal over phone), I am getting message "Dear Customer, EMI due for A/C no xxxxxxxxxxxx. please pay immediately to avoid late payment chareges". I have raised this issue with bank already but got no response from them. I am not present in the city. Please help.

          I ordered a product on 17/11/2021 Amazon and I received a product on 19/11/2021. On this date 19/11/2021, Amazon Intitated a refund but not received in my bank account. Order ID[protected]. And I got a refund reference number #[protected] from Amazon.

Chief manager SBi is telling for pending my request in corporate sector mumbai from 10days I’m taking a round of bank and isn’t got any payment till now .

                I have ordered a boAt Rockerz 330 Wireless Neckband on 13-nov-21 . Order id[protected] and returned it and haven't received refund yet
                Amazon initiated the refund on 19-nov-21 and it was expected to come on 22-24 nov 2021.
                Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the STATE BANK OF INDIA bank has still not credited my money.
                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                  Yesterday i was booking a ticket via irctc App and made payment through sbi netbanking.

                  After i entered otp it showed me success message and you will be redirected to irctc shortly but then it showed Server error message

                  When i contacted irctc they said no money has been paid to irctc but amount of Rs. 1159.5 has been debited from my account

                  Please refund it immediately

                      An unauthorized transaction of 20000 rs is done 2 time 10000 and 10000 from my account [protected] on with 1 transection message of "Dear customer, transaction number[protected] for Rs10000.00 by SBI Debit Card X8557 at 00220085 on 04Dec21 at 17:18:39. If not done forward this SMS to [protected] or call [protected]/[protected] to block card"

                      And 2nd transaction message
                      "Dear customer, transaction number[protected] for Rs10000.00 by SBI Debit Card X8557 at 00220085 on 04Dec21 at 17:24:04. If not done forward this SMS to [protected] or call [protected]/[protected] to block card"

                      Even i did not get any otp for that. I am surprised what kind of service that sbi provide. Please return my money back as i have not done this transaction .

                        I have taken a car loan from SBI, Jakkasandra branch in August 2021. This branch has updated my EMI details incorrectly in their system on loan sanction date which has affected my Cibil score very badly from last 3 months. ECS debited from my account every month but Cibil report says I missed the payment for 3 months. I have raised 2 disputes from Cibil and still the EMI amount is reflecting incorrectly on Cibil report. They made me to suffer a lot from day one. I was continuously receiving the irregular charges message from SBI and same has been informed to branch manager through email. I have sent so many emails to this branch from September and I personally visited the branch to correct the mistake. They ran a new repayment schedule wherein the EMI amount is getting increased and they want me to pay the extra amount for their mistake. I have the valid agreement for loan and they cannot increase or revise the amount whenever they want.

                        Issue 1 : My Cibil report is showing missing payment from last 3 months even though ECS auto debited from my account and there is a completely data
                        mismatch in Cibil report like ROI, EMI amount, EMI Date, Late payment Etc. I also raised 2 disputes from Cibil and still the EMI amount is not
                        corrected.
                        Issue 2: My monthly EMI is 19, 923 as per the loan agreement but the EMI amount got increased when they ran the new repayment schedule and i was
                        asked to pay the extra amount to match the total or avoid the late payment fee. As per the agreement the EMI Date is given 04th of
                        everymonth and 1st month it was not auto debited on 04/08/2021 and i manually transferred the EMI amount on 06/08/2021 but again the
                        EMI auto debited on 10/08/2021, This is because they updated wrong EMI date in their system. I also paid extra Rs 600 upon the request of
                        this bank manager. They have taken 2050 as stamp charges and they charged me processing fee of Rs 3, 870 and they reversed Rs 2, 691 upon
                        my request. This is where the problem started and i started getting message from SBI stating your account is irregular.

                        I have reached all the higher levels in SBI including the nodal officer to fix this. Kindly help me to get this issue resolved. I have provided my loan details below and attached is the statement and new repayment schedule. I would really appreciate if you resolve this problem. Thank you so much for your help on this matter.

                          Dear Sir, Money of an amount 40 thousand (two transactions of 20 thousand each) has been deducted from account bearing no. *******9030 on 01.12.2021 at 9.46PM and 02.12.2021 at 01.13AM. of IFSC: SBIN0000143. The manager in charge of the bank has been enquired but no satisfactory answer has come out towards refund of the money. Money has been given to some NGOs they said. Please help me and my family from a huge loss. I have not shared OTP/ ATM pin with anyone. Money has been deducted automatically.

                              We deposited Rs.375000(Rupees Three Lakh Seventy-Five Thousand only) under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojna 2016 for four years on 29.03.2017 with State Bank of India, Main Branch, Moradabad under Application no.[protected].
                              After the expiry of four year period on 29.03.2021, we visited several times to the office of branch manager to get back the refund but did not get any reply as to when we got a refund or any procedure to get the refund. He only tells us to contact him after fifteen days.
                              Hence we in the most humble manner request you to take deemed fit action to enable us to get back a refund of our fund.

                                I had done a prepaid mobile recharge on 30th Nov. 2021. It was cancelled by amazon and refund initiated on 1st Dec. 2021. Still I don't receive any refund from SBI. Please do something.

                                    Settlement takes place only once during the day but SBIcap is cheating by charging excessive exit charges for a script on the single day.
                                    Kindly intervene and stop the malpractice.

                                    Still multiple times exit charges are levied for the same script for the same day and inspite of repeated e mails the matter is postponed saying that there were multiple settlements which is against law.I feel SEBI should step in to take action against this unfair practice and unfair means to make money,

                                    These are a few screenshots showing multiple charges and unreasonable DPC charges with no clarifications for the charge calculations since August 2021.Had repeatedly asked for the calculations but a standard reply is received everytime.

                                      Sir, I have received a damaged non-returnable item from amazon on 15 November whose order ID is[protected] on 22 November, 2021 whose cost was Rs. 490. So, amazon has initiated a refund for me and the refund reference no. is ONUS20211118 to my bank SBI bank account, this refund is expected to be credited by 18 Nov, 2021. I have not received the refund of
                                      Rs. 490 yet from State Bank of India against refund reference no. ONUS20211118 initiated by Amazon. I have filed a complaint in ConsumerComplaints.in on 2nd December, 2021 against the same. I have also updated my comment on 12th December, 2021 regarding not getting the refund of the same . My complaint update status ID is 3058553. I have also updated my complaint today on 21st December, 2021. Sir, please refund my money.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I am Arundathi from Kushtagi Taluq, Koppal Dist, Karnataka State, studying Bcom LLB. I have applied for education loan in SBI kushtagi branch. They are not sanctioning the loan, simply they are giving some reasons like your loan is not approved still. I have been visiting the bank daily from last 6 months, they are saying that we have not received approval mail from head office. My admission to the second year will not happen, if I don't get this loan within December 4th 2021. Please help me on this issue and resolve the problem immediately. It should not happen to anyone in future.
